The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul.

Updates to room are needed, however I knew that when booking. Room was comfortable, spacious and had the oceanview it described. Beach was great, pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant and tiki bar were superb. Good prices and friendly staff.

All great but the beach chairs and sun umbrella are not included in the fees witch is misleading since their promotional video starts with 3 takes of drone shots of showing them on the beach. Asking clients to pay for them make the hotel de facto a 3 stars.

The property was clean but dated. The room was a great size we had a separate bedroom and sliders off both rooms which was a great feature until the cold front came in. Our luck coldest weather in years in Florida down to the 30’s. Now I know humans have no control over the weather this is handled on a much higher level and Florida doesn’t typically need heat so the suites do not have heat. It was 58 in our room or so the thermostat stated. When we went to the front desk we were told we could have an extra blanket, but since we had a pullout there should already be an extra blanket. I get it, unusual situation. Not something you are prepared for in Florida, but you have guest that it is your responsibility to ensure their comfort while they are staying with you, this is the job of the hospitality staff. It was time to think outside the box and do something for those paying to stay in your suites and offer some type of comfort. Really a blanket! That was as far as your problem solving skills got you! So unfortunately for us the birthday celebration was not warm and fuzzy but on ice.

The hotel was nice enough. There was NO HEAT in the any of the guest rooms!! It was record low temps, I called in advance to ask if we needed to prepare for the cold weather, the staff said the pool is heated at 81 degrees. The problem was, our room temp was in the mid 50 degrees. I called Expedia, they contacted the manager and they were not willing to compensate us even one night's stay. there was never a mention to us the the hotel did not have a heating system in it!!!

Y husband and I have traveled a good bit, and this is the cleanest hotel where we have ever stayed! The staff was constantly cleaning, inside and out. When we first arrived I thought the room was old and dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The pool was lovely, the fact that it is right on the ocean was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

The room was right over the grease exhaust hoods from the kitchen and ran 24/7. The smell and noise was horrible, especially when the A/C went out on one of our 2rooms.

Flight was cancelled and notified front desk upon check in we may need another night. When we requested another night we were told by the manager we couldn’t stay in that room and had to be out by 10am. We missed my son‘s soccer tournament that we traveled very far to attend because of this. He did not offer anyone to help move our stuff to another room on another floor. He did not offer a late checkout. I am horrified by the customer service here every day we extended they charged us a separate incidental fee. Customer service and management is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Me and my family recently stayed at this high-priced hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a front desk staff member who seemed more interested in making snide comments about the rate we paid than providing hospitality. Her rude demeanor was off-putting, and when we requested an extra blanket, it was never delivered, leaving us feeling ignored.

The noise levels in the hotel were unacceptable. The walls felt thin, allowing every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway to permeate our space, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

Additionally, the room's climate control was problematic. It was cooled down to an uncomfortable 56 degrees, which was excessive given the mild weather outside. With no heating option available, the room was uncomfortably cold throughout the night.

Furthermore, the hotel itself appears to be aging and in need of maintenance. The overall ambiance felt dated, which detracted from the luxury experience we anticipated.

In summary, my stay was disappointing due to the combination of poor service, uncomfortable room conditions, and the hotel’s overall state. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

We loved having a one bedroom suite with an ample small kitchen so we could have breakfast and snacks. Beach was gorgeous and we rented a cabana at a very reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful and there were many options for social gatherings. Pool was beautiful and had a bar serving drinks, food and music. Also walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this resort. We will be sure to stay here again.

Everything was great. Fixed TV problem right away. Apparently a software update knocked some out.

Loved it and on our list for a longer visit.

Bummer that you have to pay a LOT for a reserved chair otherwise you had to go down to the low rent district.

Restaurant was super accommodating for food sensitivities. Amazing kitchen staff. Servers were a little slow when restaurant was slow but Johnny on the spot when busy.

Music entertainment was so much better than expected.

Convenient suite, with kitchenette, well equipped. Clean room with comfy beds, a partial ocean view, plus good balcony view of courtyard and pool. We loved the beach front and Palm Beach Shores location! The staff at the desk, especially Lori; gentlemen at the door and valet service, beach attendants and especially ChaCha in the giftshop were really all friendly and good to chat with. Even though there was an incident with a fire and power beingbturned off in the facility while we were staying there, we were treated with courtesy, and I got the sense that staff genuinely care and are dedicated to the work that they do. Thankfully, no one was reported injured and we returned to our room a few hours later without issue. Housekeeping is professional and considerate, we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door often, and the housekeeper when we saw her in passing, still did ask us if we needed any clean towels or linen changes anyhow, which is to be expected but still good to see her check in with us. We enjoyed the Islander Grill restaurant very much, steak, seafood and New York style pizza all very satisfying, plus live music and entertainment are memorable reasons to return.We hope to be back in the future. Thanks!

We checked in around 1130 p.m. the parking lot was empty and the valet didnt show up until after we were checked in then he was very.pushy about getting the keys of both cars. Also, the night agent Tiffany, was rude and never smiled and when I asked if we could move to a higher room she no. prepaid on Expedia so the room was not assigned until we got there but she said the room was assigned and there was no way we could move. We took the room and when we got up to the room it smelled like sewage, but i thought it might be the bathroom so since it wasnt that bad and we were exhausted we let it go. Then we went into the bedroom and when I took off my shoes to get into bed the floor was soaking wet. I did not call down to Tiffany because since she said we couldnt move I didnt want the maintenance people to come in and try drying out the floor because it was already 1230am. The next morning i came down and spoke with the manager Nino. He stated there was no compensation he could do for the problem and blamed me because I didnt call. He said Tiffany would have moved us...doubt that since she said my room was already assigned. Finally when we checked out after I spoke with Nino I asked him since they charged me separately for the parking would he refund me for that. It was only ten bucksbut he said no. At that point we left and will not return. Also the charge was very high for the type of room.

The beach was close and had everything we needed for a perfect beach day.

The restaurant in the resort was delicious.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Our only real complaint was at check-in. Maybe it was my fault for not noticing the resort was a \"time share\" but before one could get a parking pass you had to listen to a salesperson pitch; trying to sell timeshares, dinner coupons, etc... and asking for all your personal information. No doubt to call at another time to sell something again.

I’ve stayed at better on the island.
Pool is small with so many little kids that parents are not paying attention to was not relaxing around the pool at all. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach are an additional fee and should be included in the resort fee.
Spent two days getting my billing straight as I paid in full with Expedia yet my credit card was charged in full by the resort

I have stayed at this property since it was an Embassy Suite Hotel. Way back in the 90s. We were one of the first owns to purchase there, and we used to stay there three or four times a year before officially moving to Singer Island. We absolutely loved this place. We were always treated well. They always took care of the loyal customers. Jache is still the best. He is a life long friend, you pull up and he is always smiling ready to greet you and welcome you in. This has been our third two week stay in the last year and a half and I was a bit upset that they never seem to give us a decent view. Otherwise it's a great place to stay. Great Tiki bar, Good restaurant, nightly entertainment. Comfortable rooms, All the convenience of home and the best beach around.

We arrived at 12am to get to room 518 with sleeping people in it, glad we didn't get shot. Then waited til 130am for another room. That room had the toilet in the room above us leaking onto our toilet and floor. The mattress was hard and everything was original to the 1980s or 90s. It's in desperate need of updating. I would stay at the Marriott next door it's modern, clean and you won't have issues. The maintenance man lied and said the people above us wouldn't let him in lol. The ceiling is rotted around the light so this isn't a new problem that's just his standard answer. It's a health and safety hazard and just disgusting to have toilet water dripping down into your room.

Food was excellent delicious.The service was excellent. everyone was very friendly. We definitely will be coming back to suggestions. The chairs on the beach are very very expensive. That should be changed when you’re going on vacation. You don’t expect to have all these additional cost. That was very disappointing. And also the bed was very hard the mattress was so hard. We were in 519 but we love the resort and we definitely will come back and also the servers and the waitresses in the dining room are very pleasant and accommodating. also on Wednesday nights, Motown was so entertaining and the music was great. We really enjoyed having entertainment during dinner.
