The place is good but needs some changes; the shower, for instance, was very weak—it took a long time to bathe—and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough for the entire space; it only worked well for the bedroom! Aside from that, everything else was fine: the location was perfect, and the parking and neighborhood were good.

Prime location for sure but not attention to details. AC in one of the rooms doesn't work, the fan and TV in the same room doesn't work. Wifi is terrible and casting was our only option. The door by the main room closet is broken. The people who lives in the apartment next to it looks homeless.

Shower was super dirty but thankfully I brought clorox with me and cleaned the bathroom. The portable AC unit that's in the closet is from 1987 and doesnt have the hose.

The property was clean and the A/C wes good. But the dresser was missing knobs and the stools were broken. Only one glass cup was there . I called many times to expand my staying one more night, I got the answer a couple of hours before I checked out. It was too late.

I must say this place is a \"DUMP\"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia.

WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). The place is very small and can only accommodate 2 people. Many floor tiles are chipped, broken closet door, kitchen heating elements are burnt, and the sink water pressure is a drizzle, to the point that you cannot wash your hands or brush your teeth.

I gave it two stars because the A/C did work, shoer had hot water and decent pressure and the bed was comfy, but for what I paid which was more than Fernando Flats, I will never come here again!

The room was not as pictured and it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, despite being listed as a nonsmoking room. We stayed at a different place for our trip but were unable to reach the property manager and were denied a refund. The apartment was not as described and we did not stay, but we have been saddled with the full bill. Do not stay here.

The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow

We had to wait for 2 hours to check in. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking day one , contacted the office but it never got fixed. Very nice location, great access to beach, clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind few issues.

Completely inaccurate listing. Booked this for 4 people, 2 adults, 2 kids. Showed up to a one bedroom place with a tiny couch. Called the number and they said there should have been an air mattress in the place. I didn’t sign up for an air mattress. Furthermore, The place smelled terrible. The pics were nothing like what was on Expedia. Finally, I get an email from Expedia asking how I enjoyed the ocean view. There was absolutely no view of the ocean unless one has xray vision through a condo high rise.

Unless you are a college kid looking for a tile floor to crash on, don’t waste your money on this place.

This one is difficult to review. We had a really good time at Singer because the location is great, the neighborhood is great and the beach is around the corner.

DO NOT BOOK WITH 4 PEOPLE! we had booked for 4 people. The couch is so uncompfy nobody can sleep on it and absolutely not big enough for two (children). The airbed in the closet had a hole. The neighbors let us borrow theirs which had a bigger hole. We ended up buying one.
We had no remote control for the AC till we got one from the very nice cleaning lady and the AC was not changeable without the remote.
All other items could fall under \"you get what you pay for\". e.g. one fork for 4 people, and general amenities. If you are happy to stay basic and only come with max 2 people and are ok with next to no communication/help from the host, i'd recommend staying here considering the price.

What was nicest was the shower and the outside sitting possibilities.

one split unit in bedroom and a plug in standing fan that was plugged in the bedroom to push ac to the rest of the unit.

We booked a room with an oven/stove as that is what was showed in the photos and listed.

Unit was clean but smelled like smoke.

This place is so badly managed. I got there at 4pm after I was told he rented it to someone else. I spent a hour with hotels.com and finally got a room that was not ready and had to go somewhere for another hour because they were still cleaning.

There was a mix up on their end and we ended up getting moved to a different location. It was a place to stay, very dated. Broken refrigerator handle, heating system did not work. And cold water in shower also didn’t work. More like a college apartment and should not be called luxury. We were glad they at least had a place for us to stay but wouldn’t stay again.

This rental appears decent on the outside. It is right behind the ocean condos. Once you get inside it’s bare necessities. We had to flip the breaker in order to turn off fan or AC unit. No communication once checked in. Drug activity and please visit to the property made me feel very unsafe. Stay away.

Adam was vey responsive at first but when I told him the place was dirty had broken glass on floor and had roaches the dishes were dirty and put in the cupboard I got no response but luckily the cleaning lady showed up to verify everything even if it wasn’t for me but the guest in the next room who was having the same issue

We were moved to another property because of the horrible conditions of the first one.
This one was better than the other but it was just ok, not luxury in any possible way as they advertirse and show on the descriprions and photos.
My family and i had such a dissapointed time after driving for 1 hour and half to find with such a thing.

The adjoining apartment had parties with more than 20 people. My first night they partied until 4am then started back the next morning at 11am. Loud music and people screaming all day and night inside the apartment and in the shared pool. I stayed 2 of 6 nights. We just couldn’t take the sleepless nights. We got another hotel down the street. The owner responded to one of my many messages and never offered a partial refund. My vacation was ruined.

Buyer beware. False advertising. Pictures are actually the Marriott across the street. I rented a place for 3. Upon arrival we were greeted by a heavy smell of cigarette and the noice of an AC working very hard but the temperature was uncomfortable high. We rented a unit for 3 but there is only space for two. No way to accommodate 3. Tried to use the bathroom and a 2 inch cockroach was walking around in the shower. Contacted the phone they sent for the self check in and they promised full refund but now they have declined to send back the $100 they request via cash app

I love the location. Everything is very close, the beach, restaurants, and bars. It's very close to peanut island. The only thing I didn't like much was the front yard. They should keep the patio cleaner. I liked everything else.

The property was in a good location and clean upon arrival. While the conditions weren't horrible a few things could be improved upon to make the experience more comfortable for guests. The futon was small and the only option for seating other than a beach chair in the closet. I only had 3 people in the room and had to use the beach chair for extra seating. The futon had a broken leg so it sat at a slant. This was also one of the options for sleeping which made for a less than comfortable sleeping experience for who ended up there. The bed wasn't the best but way better than the futon option. There was a full kitchen and some pots and pans but nothing to cook with for the oven. There were no extra trash bags and no soap to wash dishes. Other reviews said there was only an air conditioner in the bedroom. This was true but it cooled the living room off fairly well but only as long as the bedroom door was left open. If you are only staying one night these things could be looked over to a certain degree but after a week long stay I was happy to be able to sit in regular furniture. The owner was polite when we called to check-in and later on in the trip about an internet outage but doesn't respond by text very well. Suggestions would be at minimum.to fix broken furniture and provide the basics for the kitchen, and have enough/better seating for guests.

The stay wasnt overall bad, the only AC unit in the room was in the bedroom so the living room area was warm. The fan in living room area did not work and when I called front desk to fix it, no one came. Bed was too creaky and hard and the air mattress kept deflating.

Please contact the property 24 hours prior your stay, when I got there it took me about 10 minutes to reach the owner there is no office, that was a little frustrated because I couldn’t get to the apartment right away. I found a roach in the bathroom but other than that is clean inside the sheets smelled bad. The apartment is a good size and has hot and cold water. It’s walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants with great options walking distance too.

Disappointing and Unsafe Stay – Relocated, Unclean

Our experience was far from what we expected. Before arriving, we were relocated to a different building in a noticeably less safe and rundown area—nowhere near the original location we specifically booked to be close to family staying at a Marriott across the street. Instead of walking, we had to drive each day, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

The unit itself was in poor condition. The WiFi password provided never worked, we found roaches in the pull-out couch, and there were food remnants and personal items left from a previous guest, indicating it hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Between the unsanitary conditions and the unsafe surroundings, we decided to leave earlier than planned. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The entire villa smells so bad like Marijuana and we couldnt get rid of the smell. we bought a spray and it doesn't even cover it.
we had a woman banging on the door and window at 3:50 in the morning, yelling to open the door then screamed and ran away.
The mattresses/boxsprings are filthy and stained (I took pictures if you would like proof).
I'm not one to ever complain but this is crazy.
You have to walk through one bedroom in order to get to the other bedroom so there's no privacy.
When calling the phone number to pay the final cleaning fee they (twice) tried to charge me more when both my contract and my booking app both state a different cost.

The place was okay overall — clean and in a great location. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The appliances were outdated, and there was a noticeable lack of storage space. There weren’t enough drawers for clothing or personal items.

The water pressure was very low, making showers inconvenient and frustrating. One of the biggest issues was the ironing situation: the unit only had a very small, college-sized ironing board, which was completely unsuitable for properly ironing shirts or clothing for a long-term stay. The board was in terrible condition — worn out, with no padding — making it practically unusable.

When I reached out to the host about this, I was told that a replacement would be ordered, but it wouldn’t arrive until after my checkout date, which didn’t help during my stay.

In summary: great location and cleanliness, but several basic amenities were lacking or in poor condition, making it difficult for extended stays or business travel.

The area is not very good, I felt that I was putting my family in a not very quiet neighborhood, there was a party in the building that did not allow us to park on the property and access to the apartment was inaccessible to the members of the party, the smell of marijuana hovered all around, I sent a message to the owner of the rental at that time, I did not receive an answer until after more than 12 hours. At last I had to look for another place to be with my family where my family was not exposed.

My favorite part of staying here was being VERY close to the beach. It was super convenient and everything we wanted was in walking distance. Food, bars, 711 for groceries that we needed. Place we stayed was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the front door to your room opens outward so no way to barricade at night.

Great location but with some issues

Had the Efficiency. Property was clean and location was excellent. Bed was not the best as was very saggy and soft. Although we had the efficiency, there was no chair to sit in. No stove - only hot plate and toaster oven which was no problem for us. It is my understanding the other units do have a stove. Very quiet with a common area outside that had a table and chairs.

I had been sending several emails and messages throughout the app and never got a response. I was provided with a phone number and no one responded I ended up late at night having to call hotels.com to try and figure this out. We lost the entire afternoon and evening. They then provided us with the wrong combo and could not enter the unit just difficult overall. Kitchen equipment was honestly gross. Bed is very very old so springs poke at your spine. Cold water knob was broken, mold on sides of shower etc... not easy. Great location though and cute neighborhood, if they took care of this better it would be such a gem.

The location is great, the king size bed is 2 twins put together and have big gap, if you are a couple you woukd not like the bed. Never got the Roku to work, and I did not think i had hot water, they had to come show me it was on the colder side.

No clear instructions, just a text asking me to pay a cleaning fee before any information about the unit would be given.
Opened the curtain to take a shower and it immediately fell down and I couldn’t get it to stay up. The water pressure was terrible. The toilet constantly ran. There was no regular coffee in the unit, just decaf. The bed mattress was like 6 inches thick and felt every bump and spring. The instructions sent to me said to set the a/c on 78…in Florida. What a joke.

We spent two nights, the place is a little run down, many things inoperable, bathroom fan, chips in floor tiles, front door coming off hinges, couch broken, and most important to us no wine opener. The hidden $100 cleaning fee sucked. Overall, not a $200 a night unit, closer to $65.

The place did not look like the pictures. The floors didn’t look like there were mopped, my daughter’s feet were black if I allowed her to b on the floor. The futon in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and had coffee maker with coffee and no filters to make coffee. Overall it was an alright stay, not the best.

Worst Experience Ever. Do not stay here!

Terrible to say the least. There was a homeless woman living and sleeping steps outside the front door doing drugs, making noise, and causing commotion at all hours of the night. The front door was broken so someone could easily break in with a firm pull on the door. And beyond that the room was disgustingly dirty making it uninhabitable. There was literally cockroaches crawling up the walls and on the floor around the bed, and blood on the walls. An absolute disaster with no resolution from the property.

The door lock instructions were bad, I locked myself out twice and had to call her and wait for someone to come since there is no Management on the property, they did answer my calls at any time of day and send someone out relatively quickly, I'd say within 10 minutes. This blinds are broken the overall appearance of the place with Benji although it was clean except for the large dead roach I woke up to one morning in front of the refrigerator. Beautiful area unfortunately the Inn itself was full of questionable people and a room near mine I counted five people all night people going in and out the smell of marijuana was horrible even though it is a no smoking in and I just didn't feel safe, I left a day early.

This was a cute and cozy place, very close to beach and resturants. Room was nice and cold. The shower handles are backwards, so cold is hot and hot is cold. The courtyard is cute with a small above the ground pool nice area for sitting BBQ Grill didn't use the area as it was being used by a large family taking up most of the space so we did not utilize the area.
