The staff was rude to my husband; The whole place smelled like urn! Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access.
We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!!
and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!

Avoid at all cost, not safe. Left a night earlier, could not tolerate staying there. Got there and people drinking in the parking lot, smell of weed in lobby. Carpets are nasty, place has not seen a vacuum in years, celling tiles falling apart, room floors sticky and rusted shower. Again! Avoid!

The room I stayed in is in dire need of refurbishment. The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them.

There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet were black everytime I was barefoot.

The standard room does not come with tea/coffee facilities even though mentioned on Expedia.

Housekeeping is only on a Wednesday so you need to ask for toilet paper, fresh towels and I am guessing bedding if required. Rubbish doesn't get collected sobwas told to keep it in the room until check out.
This room would be so much more comfortable if it was upgraded and cleaned regularly.

The gentleman on reception who I can't remember the name of, I want to say it's Raymond or Ray, was the loveliest man and gave me a very polite, friendly and professional check in and check out. This hotel is lucky to have him as part of their team as this was one of the only things I can say was good about my stay.

For what was paid to stay here I feel it should have been a better experience. It is overpriced for the quality that is offered.

So unclean when we came in. Staff was rude. The grounds where litter with cigarettes everywhere. The smell on the elevator was so bad it made sick. The bed sheets where so rough a little softner would help.

I previously wrote a review about the staff being super helpful and nice. However, the place itself is literally one star there are people not only living there, but the room smelled very musty and moldy, and was somewhat damp. The entire stay had to go to the gas station and get car fresheners. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good, but it was not due to a lack of cleaning completely it is also due to a lack of upgrades. The beds are horrible. They’re literally springs. The refrigerator was barely cold until the second full day.The pool was completely filthy and did not have any chlorine in it whatsoever they were children, jumping in and out while their parents sat in the car getting drunk and high, and they’re older kids were smashing lights in the back flipped over the only green bench there I am a very easy-going person and it was very difficult for me to spend the three nights there. I honestly just didn’t want to lose the money I had already paid. I wouldn’t choose this place again and it should be disclosed that this is also peoples homes.

Spider webs and dust on the walls. Filthy floors, walls. I contemplated sleeping in the car.
I woke up with bloodshot eyes and killer headache.

This hotel is extremely outdated. Had to swtich rooms due to overwhelming bleach smell. Bathroom was disgusting. Just overall felt dirty. Best to bring your own pillow & blanket. The amount i paid for this room was ridiculously expensive. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

We were very disappointed on how the room looked!!
I found a few bugs in the bathtub, one of the beds seems to be broken, the lamp over one of the beds didnt work, a light bulb in the table lamp flickered & the room smelled horrible!!! I did let the front desk know the next day.
They offered us a different room so we looked at it and it wasnt much better. The 3rd room was a little better. We really didn't have a choice because we had reservations for 3 more nights...
We also had trouble with the key. Everyday I had to go to the front desk and have them activate a new one. That shouldn't happen!!

I will have to say the staff was kind.

I do know now I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn Hotel again!!!

Don’t trust the pics. Staff is barely present, the room smelled of mold immediately upon opening the door. Signs of water damage inside and out. Tried calling the front desk for 10mins straight and nobody picked up. Hotels.com support wasn’t even able to get a hold of the PM. I knew it wasn’t anything glamorous, but did not expect what I walked into.

The hotel has a sleazy scam where they charge your $3.08 per day for the use of your in room safe. They say they will refund you at the end of your stay if you don't use the box. This is a hidden charge that I'm sure many customers overlook or forget to come to the front desk to request when they are checking out. I noticed when booking it was $1 cheaper to not pay hotels.com and pay upon arrival. They want you not to pay online so they can have you sign to this sleazy arrangement onsite.

I chose this place because it was not expensive and it was ideal to wear my family lives. I will never stay there again, I chose not too move because I would not have gotten a good opportunity to go elsewhere on short notice.

I feel neglected. I stayed there for 2 nights. Nobody came to ask me if I even needed a towel. When I went downstairs to ask for a clean towel, the lady at the front desk told me that I needed to bring the dirty towel and they would give me a clean one. that ridiculous

Everything about that hotel is disgusting!!! Mold, bugs, and mildew!!! My son has bronchitis and this triggers him bad. Since we don’t have anywhere else to go we stayed for one night, then someone tried to get in me and my sons room!!! I was scared !! NEVER AGAIN !!!
