Pool and pool area was ok in courtyard with nice furniture. Noone to straighten furniture or skim pool noted. Not handicapped accessible as in website. Room doorways do not accomadate a wheelchair as are too narrow. Low toilets in room. Showertub not assessible to disabled. There is signs for handicapped bathroom off lobby but was locked and was told broken. Maintenance did make it usable for me but again toilet is low and with1 handrail. Had to get staff for the key to open it each time. Most staff average. Some nasty to people. Nightshift clerk noted to be outside in front with music blarring with people sitting in cars and had strong aroma of Marijuana all night. No snack machine. Does have cooler for drinks off lobby that require a credit card to purchase

The receptionist was rude unprofessional, bad attitude., stayed in for 4 nights, Shower drain clogged up, requested maintenance, no body showed up. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall experience fell short. The front desk staff were not very friendly, which set a negative tone from the start. The property itself needs maintenance, especially in the bathroom, where the wear and tear was noticeable. There were no good amenities, and for the price, breakfast should have been included. The value just wasn’t there.

Room was clean. Staff was extremely rude. We were locked out of room and waited 1.5 hours for someone to come back to the front desk. We even called law enforcement because no staff showed up. When staff finally arrived they were extremely rude and had an attitude that it was our fault we had to wait. We were 1 of 7 people waiting in the lobby.

Staff were very nice, elevators we were afraid the doors would not open at times, hotel lobby not clean, room had mold smell, beds leaned to one side or sunk in the middle, very few channels on the tv, carpet very dirty and sticky to walk on, bathroom had paint falling off, rust in bath tub and shower had no pressure…but you get what you paid for.

The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor.

The room was radioactive as it was full of mold from top to bottom. We woke up congested and with headaches due to the contaminated environment. We recommend that you do not stay there until the break apart and renovate the place. We asked to move rooms but the management did not see the need.

I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience staying here. The walls are extremely thin, so it was very difficult to sleep because you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Guests were also very loud throughout the night. When we first arrived, there were police surrounding the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. Overall, it wasn’t a very restful or pleasant stay.

The hotel that I can go to simply do not recommend it they should close it they do not clean the rooms the beautiful full of hair of the previous customer must be and since they do not clean I had to see it the bathtub completely dirty as I say they did not clean under the bed full of garbage with toothpicks on the sides of the bed a disgusting thing do not go that does not serve it is very cute in photos but when you arrive it is another reality and not to say the damp plague please repair that hotel it is a pity that you rent people in that place with such horrible conditions

Toilet would not flush. We arrived late and didn't use the toilet right away. So, it was late at night when we discovered this. We reported it the next day and checked out. Floor had obviously not been swept or vacuumed. There was debris on the floor that was easy to see.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our stay was a nightmare. There were bugs in the bathroom, room service only came once in four days, we were denied extra pillows for our four-year-old, and we had to go to the lobby for clean towels. But the worst part was a major leak after one night of rain. We returned from a conference for our daughter’s genetic disorder to find our suitcases, clothes, toys, and books completely soaked. The carpet was saturated—dirty water came up onto our feet. We were promised a manager call, but no one contacted us. The next morning, “Kay,” who said she was a manager, was rude and dismissive. She falsely claimed we were offered a room change and suggested switching rooms an hour before checkout or dry cleaning our belongings as we rushed to catch a flight. After checkout, she made sarcastic comments about us in the lobby. Completely unacceptable service. Do not stay here.

The hotel itself is no better than a motel six, my room had peeling paint. My original room didn’t have a flushable toilet. I came back after a work event to having no hot water and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I would not recommend staying here better off spending a little bit more money to have better accommodations.

The room was semi clean,bathroom looked clean until you actually looked around there was hair (not long) but very visible in the tub. Water pressure barely there. Television had approximately 9 channels many without sound at all. We never saw a maid at all in our room and had to call the front desk (on my cellphone as the room phone did not work) for fresh towels during our 4 day stay. When I went to the front desk about the tv the clerk said that’s all there is we are aware. The location was great sadly that was the only good thing about it. Also other guest were complaining about roaches thank God we did not encounter any. Due to weather and flight issues we had to extend our trip by 3 days we changed hotels.

Hotels.com Website mentioned breakfast included but there was no breakfast. Hotel stopped breakfast services years ago. I picked this hotel and paid extra to get breakfast before I leave hotel everyday for my work. It was very disappointing.
Hotel room was extremely dirty with stained carpet, chairs were dirty, microwave didn’t even have a proper turn glass plate to put the food for warming. Staff were extremely rude. Elevator was very dirty, old and slow to move. I was on a business trip & this was a very bad experience.
I need some compensation for this bad experience from hotel.com for providing misleading information on the website with glossy images of the hotel & promising customers with free breakfast with stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I checked in, the TV had only a few channels and CNN had the visual but no sound. As a news junkie- I switched to 3 rooms- all with the same problem. I surrendered and decided to just use my phone. The rooms are spacious but look like they haven’t been upgraded or tended to since the 1990s. The hardware in the bathroom was rusty, the toilet leaked water on to the floor, the ottoman in the bedroom was threadbare on the seams, no garbage receptacle in the bathroom, the alleged “locked”
side entry was open 24/7. Along with all of that there is no place to get food within the property. It felt like a downgraded Motel 6 in the 1970s when that was the only hotel I could afford back then. For about $200 a night- the property owners/managers should do something. The worst part of this stay was a sound that continued every 90 seconds or so that came from the bathroom area and sounded like an elephant or a tuba. I had to turn the music on my phone to drown that out.

I don’t know how many rooms this property holds but my heart goes out to the staff there. My first 2 nights there was only one person on the front desk, Vanessa. She was dealing with someone checking in with a dog without the proper paperwork and he was being difficult. On top of that his credit card didn’t work. Vanessa stayed calm and steady and she was one of the only good things about my stay. She deserves a raise!!

If you’re looking for places to stay- this is not the place unless you are hard of hearing.

Luckily during our stay we didn't come across any bed bugs nor cockroaches. However some of the staff at the front desk are skells and/or turds. Our room smelled like cigarettes. We had to asked for additional toilet paper because what they supplied us in the room was partially used.

Their business center which had a rack with brochures for tourists to checkout sites was always locked and our key cards wouldn't even open. The first floor restroom was always locked and the staff upfront @ the main desk didn't even have a key to open it. I mean really, cmon now.

Avoid any of these hotels that were formerly Ramada cuz they suck @$$.

The first two rooms had problems in the bathroom. The first no working toilet. The second bathroom the shower, water regulation for temperature and volume was difficult.

The furniture was scratched. Chair was stained. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb.

This is actually my first time in my life I hate my room. Me and my boyfriend just was switched to room 630 because room 130 didn’t have hot water, the toilet didn’t flush, the HDMI port don’t work, when I tried to call the front desk the phone cord would not stay inside the phone so I can complete the call and the speakerphone did not work!! The customer service is not good at all!! When I was at the desk waiting to complain about my issue there were two Elder women and she requested two additional pillows. The front desk lady stated there was no housekeeping and she will have to wait until the morning. I volunteer two pillows from my room because it was two beds and I did not need the additional pillows. The front desk lady looked irritated and said to the other lady, she will bring them down to her room. And not to mention, they said the hotel was sold out of rooms, but yet they switched our room!! she asked me did I want to switch my room as if I wanted to stay in a room without a flushing toilet. This is only a day trip and it’s only nine at night.! I would not recommend this hotel for anybody and I’m not over exaggerating or lying!!!!!!! I didn’t like the fact that the elevator was dirty and the whole entire hotel did not smell the best!!! to be honest room 630 was better than 130 but I won’t be going back! The only most convenient thing about the hotel is I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go!!

My room look like a roach Motel. There was a big patches everywhere around the front door the safe box was Rusty. Around the bottom of the bathroom entry door was all rotted out. The toilet wasn't cleaned the floors weren't cleaned meaning they weren't vacuumed at all. A shower was nasty the ceiling over the head of the shower was patched multiple times and it was leaking from above and stains on the sheets and I paid $200

Carpet, bathroom & furniture. Everything needs to be worked out, it feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me she handed my room key and described the location of the elevators. When I started walking through the hallway. I felt a funky smell. It smelled like marihuana being masked with cleaning products together with a dampness.
When I entered my room, I noticed that the carpet and furniture inside the room were also smelly and damped. The chairs inside the room looked gross with stain marks everywhere. The only thing cleaned thoroughly were the towels and bedsheets. The bathroom had lose hardware's. The toilet didn't feel stable like if it was missing some nuts to hold it in place. Water chain inside the toilet was releasing water constantly. I tried to fix it by pulling the handle smoothly but didn't worked, leaking water all night. This is just a few things and I haven't even say half of it.

The hotel looks nice on pictures but nothing like having a in-person experience.

Moral of the story: \"You get what you pay for\".

Overall: I won't recommend this \"Hotel\" to any one.

I stayed for 4 nights. Every day that I returned to my hotel, I would take the elevator up to the 4th floor where my room was located and my room keys would not work. Every night I would have to go back to the front desk to get my keys recoded. Keep in mind I work long hours, carry a heavy backpack, and I'm tired when I return.

The first 2 nights the woman who was working the front desk would program my keys but not say a word when she handed them back to me. No apology. No explanation.
The third night a guy was working the front desk. He programmed my keys but was friendly. He told me with a smile if I needed anything else to let him know.
The fourth night a different woman was working. I told her I needed my keys programmed and that I had come down every night during my stay to get them reprogrammed. I said \"this must be an ongoing issue.\" She said \"not an issue.\" I asked \"so what is the problem?\" She said in a matter of fact tone \"if you're gone all day you have to stop at the front desk to get them reprogrammed.\" I said, \"really, no one has told me that.\" She said \"nobody's told you that?\" I said, \"no, you are the first one.\" Again, no apology, no show of concern for my inconvenience.
My door to my room didn't have a door closer and the door hit the door jamb so you had to forcibly open and close the door. The rooms are in pretty bad condition for the money I paid for the room. I travel to West Palm Beach regularly for work and will not be staying there again.

Basically everything in the room was breaking on me, intimately waking up to a pool of water all over the floor one morning. I got a different room finally, but this will be my last time here. Friendly staff at the lobby, but the condition of the rooms, noise level, dirt everywhere in hallways and in rooms too, this place is just really rough at the moment. I suggest find smth else.

I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Monday, but I checked right back out as soon as I saw the room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — stains all over the sink, a bathtub that wouldn’t stop running, and a filthy mat thrown inside the tub as if that would cover up the mess. The entire room smelled horrible, and the hallway wasn’t any better.
I asked for a different room, and the receptionist, Vanessa, told me the hotel was full and that all the bathrooms looked like that. When I asked about a refund, she said I’d “probably” get one and told me to come back in the morning. The next morning, I was told I’d still be charged for Friday but refunded the remaining days.
Bottom line: I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks and smells like a crackhouse. Do not be fooled by the pictures online — they are nothing like reality. And the customer service needs serious improvement, starting with Vanessa’s attitude.
Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

For example, the sales channel Shop NBC owned by Rockefeller for buying an Invicta Swiss made watch that it went up the 100 hundred floors of the Empire Estate of New York bought the high rise long time ago for the amount of $20 dollars paid with the Citi Bank Diamond preferred MasterCard credit card it is repetitive like 5 times in 6 different channels.
Every thing else it is alright.

I rate my stay a two star because the prices were reasonable (cheap) and the customer service was ok, I was issued a refund of 30 for my troubles.. what I didn’t like about my trip? Coming into my room it smelt like wet moldy carpet ; the room was hot, the shower was torture because it had freezing water no hot water, the elevator smelt like urine, outside of the elevator was a trash can with a box full of trash next to it that was there the whole trip, the room keys weren’t working, the bathroom lights weren’t working sometimes: and last but not least there was no kitchen to get breakfast. Overall I wasn’t happy with my stay and I wouldn’t recommend.
