All staff are polite and helpful, however my shower stand was dirty with mildew and stand was slippery the first night when we arrived. The room was very basic and dated. Massage was very good though. The resort is out of no where and need an update.

Grandvrio was an excellent resort in Da Nang. I was deciding between this resort and the Hyatt Regency, and I am glad I picked Grandvrio. The staff are very attentive to all needs. Welcome drinks and checkout drinks were provided, complimentary. Food was very good with several dining options. Spa services were also great. 200K VND vouchers given for use at the property, which had beach access with shaded areas. Staff spoke English well and were very respectful to guests.

I visited the Hyatt for a wedding I had to attend. The property was beautiful, but was very large and lacked the close feel of Grandvrio. I got the feel this is more of a local’s resort, if you are looking for that vibe.

Nice place, great hospitality and excellent food. The beach, pool, restaurants and gym were beautiful. I especially enjoyed the Japanese style big bath and sauna at the end of the day.
However the stores and neighbors around the hotel were awkward. Some facilities including the main building are out date.
So it wasn’t quite top notch resort.

The outdoors are beautiful. The room extremely large and had a balcony with nice view.
I really enjoyed the breakfast in the coconut forest with the sea view.
The food in the evening though was not great (we had a pizza). This could be improved for a hotel with this standing.

Location location location

Beautiful hotel right on the ocean. Great amenities and schedule of activities. Food on site was good - a little pricey but certainly more convenient. The pillows sucked. The bed was decent. You can't beat that location though.

All of the staff members were very kind and well-educated. They always kept the hotel clean. I had a very cozy stay at the beach resort. The food was nice, and the breakfast was especially awesome. The massage and spa staff were also kind and skilled. I think the Japanese-style bath might be even cleaner than those at Japanese hotels.

An truly amazing experience.
Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service.
Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection.
In terms of any negative points I would say that children should not be allowed in the adult swimming pool given they have one dedicated to them.Secondly,there is no room service after 9.pm and there are no bar facilities after 10pm.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard the should be a bar available until at least 12pm.

We stayed at the Grandvrio as part of a 4 day stay in the Danang area, with 2 days in Hoi An proper and 2 days here at the Grandvrio. In retrospect, given how relatively inexpensive it is to get from the beachfront Grandvrio into Hoi An, I would say I probably would opt to stay the entire time at the Grandvrio if we were to return. Put simply, as a beachfront resort, this property checks all boxes.

The facilities are new and modern, with multiple dining options, a kids pool, and arguably the best, deepest, nicest main hotel pool I have experienced. Better than the pictures. Just beyond the pool, a strand of palms and hammocks leads to a lovely private beach. This is also where they serve the included breakfast (made-to order eggs, pastries, fresh fruit). Our 10 yr old son was very excited that they had a basketball court, and our daughter loved the playground.

The staff here is wonderful and extremely attentive.
We were welcomed with cocktails and cold towels at check-in, and the staff gathers at the front door to see you off at check-out.

Would stay at this property again, no question.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for being able to get to hoi an and da nang with the shuttle has provided by the hotel and the ease of getting a grab making it very easy. The hotel itself was the perfect size and quiet throughout our stay with no problems finding sun loungers where you wanted to sit.
The staff were some of the most friendly hotel staff I have come across with nothing being too much trouble. Would highly recommend going for the daily spa option too especially with the small extra cost when added to the hotel rooms.

Overall a fantastic stay and will be back soon!

Excellent resort and perfect for families with little kids. Multiple pools easy access to beach and has 3 restaurants. The only negative is it’s on the resorts row so can not go anywhere outside of the hotel unless you take a taxi, which is available and somewhat cheap. Near golf courses.

Everything about this resort is beyond superb! Excellent service, beautiful property, spa and massage was amazing and breakfast had a wide selection of variety. Free access to 3 pools, Japanese bath, gym and kids club activities, private beach pool as well as free shuttle bus to Hoi An and Danang city was very convenient. Staffs and cleaning service was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and planning to come back again!

Resort is beautiful, staffs are excellent. Room is nice and clean and breakfast buffets are very good. We love the Bukari restaurant and had a good dinner there.
But we had to rent a float for our children at the pool which we feel it is not fair and our Bbq dinner set menu was very poor quality and quantity, foods were so so and feel over charge

Cons:
Although staff is very attentive they speak very little english and sometimes it’s very difficult to communicate with them.
Although the hotel private beach is nice. Next to it (a couple of meters away) on both ends the beach is super dirty, full of trash and even spilled oil. It’s horrible!
Wifi is terrible!!!!
Staff was very attentive but some times a bit stalkers. I appreciate the service but also appreciate not feeling pursued.

1)The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every day was met with a smiling friendly face. When it rained suddenly, they ran out and brought us with umbrellas on our way back from the beach, even though they got wet afterwards. V appreciated for their attitude. It made us feel like a VIP.
2) we enjoyed the fitness class in the morning very much. The trainer was very professional.
3)The deluxe room was already spacious and comfortable, with a good ocean view.
4) lots of playground/ sand ground for kids were spotted.
5) options for breakfast were incredibly good. We could freely choose btw Japanese set breakfast and fusion buffet.
6) free shuttle bus services to Hoi An, Lotte Mall and city added extra credits to our stay

1) this resort had potential to be incredible. Everything was v good, except for the food at restaurants. The menu offers limited option of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We didn’t need western food/ pizza/ burger while we were in Vietnam resort.
2) Check for weather before you plan to go Da Nang. We don’t recommend you to come during rainy season. Nthg to do if u r visiting more than 2 days, except for gym and spa.

This resort has everything you need when you travel with a 15months old. The pools are great, food was excellent with great variety, and the beach is very well maintained. Staff there was friendly and helpful. And we had a fantastic time there. We did have to take a taxi/Grab to Hoi An or DaNang city for dinners. But the the cost of taxi are very affordable. Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay at Grandvrio and would stay there again.

Quiet, Lovely Resort

This resort is very nice. It is right on the beach. The beach area is lovely and well maintained. We were sorry we could not go in the ocean as it was too rough. The pool is large and clean. We found the staff wonderful. They were so solicitous at times it was almost overkill! My room was large, nicely appointed and very clean. The walls definitely need a bit of plastering at corners and some painting. View of the ocean. Please note: there is a lot of construction going on but it was not too noisy and there appears to be construction going on everywhere on Da Nang Beaches. The location is quite far from town but they do have a free shuttle. Very family oriented. They do not have a fun bar to hang at or any nightlife. The free breakfast buffet is excellent. This resort is run by Japanese and they are catering to Korean visitors. We were the only Westerners which was quite fun. If you are looking for a quiet, well run lovely resort you will really enjoy Grandvrio.

We usually don’t stay at resorts so we only booked one day at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort. But ended up extending our stay for a few more nights. This resort is beyond our expectations. The service, the facilities, the environment and the beach is more than a 5 star experience. The breakfast is delicious. This resort has it all. It is as close to paradise as you can come. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it! It is hard not to fall in love with the beauty of this place and the excellent staff. We will definitely return. Big thumbs up for the manager Mr Toyofuku and Ms Nancy who sees every guest and treats them with love, respect and kindness. This is a must if you visit Da Nang or Hoi An. By far one of the best stays we had.

Pleasant but location isn’t ideal

Brand new hotel with attentive staff , elegant grounds & adequate facilities. We were particularly impressed with 2 staff :-
1) Mr Thinh - front desk
2) mr Hoang - activity manager . Hoang went out of his way to get me a padlock (which he insisted was a gift), which I declined. But it left such an indelible mark on me. He was all smiles and in spite of his simple English, it was such a pleasant surprise.
Cons
The hotel was occupied by 90% Koreans. Hence everyone spoke Korean to us, and there were many kids around.
Location
It is very far from Danang city , in fact it is closer to Hoi An. You need a Grab Taxi to go anywhere as there is nothing outside the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Delightful stay in Da Nang!

The service at this hotel is beyond incredible. From the welcoming front desk, the hustling and kind restaurant staff, the warm smiles at the spa, and the friendly and informative bellman/conceirges at the doorstep. I really enjoyed talking with the bellman supervisor who Spoke great English and had great tips for the local area. This hotel has everything you need. Gorgeous beach and great breakfasts. I highly recommend the spa services, the sauna was amazing! The rooms on the fourth floor near the road are a bit noisy, we heard airplanes pass overhead as if they were right next to us. The hotel upgraded us to a villa mid-stay as a complimentary gift and we were stoked! So romantic and much more peaceful. Not that we were complaining about the previous room, we were happy there as well. Oh-one more thing! The Bidets in every room are wonderful!!! One suggestion is having more options at breakfast WITHOUT meat. Small additions of meat were added to almost every dish making it a bit more difficult for the vegetarians/vegans. We found ourselves eating the kimchi and Korean food every morning. Would like more variety for the non-meat eaters.

I live in Macau and already have been in Da Nang 5 times and when I was looking for a beach hotel close to Ho ian I found a good deal with Spa included, as the hotel is quite new there wasn't many review. When I arrived with my wife we had a nice reception from Thanhoi and also all staff was very careful with our stay this was the highest point from the Hotel, We got sea view room with balcony with a very good size, the breakfast was good quality and good selection of food. Nice pool for the size of the Hotel and the beach during the 2 days after we arrived was not in good condition due to the weather even though was sunny days it depends of the sea tide. They have a good staff at the Spa with good skills with several options of treatment and massage available. The place is not far from Hoi an it is around 20 minutes by taxi cost around 200.000 Dongs (U$9,00). We stay just 4 days but it was very pleasant.

The restaurant made a special effort to cater to our dietary requirements.
It’s a strong recommendation for families.

Grandvrio Ocean Resort Da Nang is what you get when you combine best of Vietnam and Japan. One of the best resorts we have stayed in. Awesome facilities with courteous, efficient and attentive staff, particularly Le Thi Thanh Hoai, who looked after us during our stay. Breakfast spread at \"Asian Dining\" was splendid, the Japanese restaurant \"Bikaru\" is classy, elegant and does great food. Japanese styled \"bath house\" is another feature of this resort. While Gym is small and basic, but the instructor Loc and his staff are excellent. The resort also has a superbly run in-house spa. Resort has regular activities such as Yoga, Boxing, Swimming lessons etc. which patrons can take part in. Overall a beautiful property.

スタッフの方々は皆さんフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。日本語が分かるスタッフの方もいらっしゃって、レストランやマッサージの当日予約も快く対応頂きました。
プール付きゥ゙ィラを利用したのですが、部屋は清潔で家族3人にでリラックスして過ごすのには十分な広さでした。
大浴場もも快適で毎日利用しました。
ダナンとホイアンのちょうど中間のロケーション（タクシーで20分くらい）なので日替りに両方の街が楽しめたのも良かったです。
またダナンに訪れるときは利用したいと思います。

It’s a fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality! The hotel features a private beach; however, we weren’t able to swim or sunbathe due to the weather.

While the breakfast buffet could use more variety, there are great options for both Western and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese breakfast, in particular, was delicious and fresh—definitely a highlight of our stay!

大浴場が決め手で予約しました。
スタッフはすれ違うたびにみんな笑顔で挨拶してくれて、おもてなしの気持ちが感じられました。
日本語を話せる女性スタッフがいて、ディナーの予約や確認などを代行していただき大変助かりました。
滞在中の朝食は毎日アジアンダイニングで食べましたが、野菜が多くヘルシーで美味しかったです。
スパ付きのプランがとても良かったのでお勧めします。

大浴場がありチェックアウトした後もその日は入れるので帰国日にもプールに入れてとても良かったです。また、子供フレンドリーでアオザイの無料貸し出しや、スタッフの方も皆親切でアットホームでした。日本人の支配人さんに何でも相談できてとても助かり、滞在時とても快適に過ごせました。

2ベッドルームプール付きビィラに3泊しました
到着時から支配人に対応して頂きスタッフも笑顔で気持ち良くチェックイン出来ました。滞在中朝から夜遅い時間でも支配人の声かけに感銘を受けました。それと同時に働き過ぎと心配になるくらいでした。スパのスタッフ、プールのスタッフ、清掃のスタッフ、すべてのスタッフに感謝申し上げます。毎年海外旅行に行ってますがベトナムダナンは初めてでした。また行きたいと思うホテルになりました。ダナン7日間(アンサナランコー4日間グランビィリオ3日間)とても楽しい日をありがとうございました。またね！

とても快適なホテルで大満足でした。
個人旅行でしたので、まず言葉の通じるホテルという視点で数ある中から選びました。おかげで困った事や分からないことはすぐ解決できました。
施設やアクティビティはスタッフの皆さん一人一人のおもてなしで心が伝わるホテルです。
滞在中はSPAの着いた宿泊を選んだので観光やショッピングで疲れた身体を1日の終わりにSPA、大浴場で癒して快眠するといった毎日でした。
また帰国が深夜便でしたのでチェックアウト後も荷物を預けて観光し、SPAと入浴で身綺麗にして帰国の途につけました。
最後はフロントの皆さんが並んでお見送りしてください。名残り惜しい出発となりました。

4日間でお世話になりました。ダナンに旅行するのは10年振りでしたが以前市内に宿泊した為、今回はビーチ側でかつホイアンに近い立地で探していたところこちらのホテルにたどり着きました。結果として泊まって本当に良かったです！スタッフの方は全員必ず笑顔で挨拶して下さいますし、困った事があればすぐに相談にのってくれます。何より支配人である日本人のトヨさんが宿泊している方の全員の顔を覚えていて、必ず名前を呼んで挨拶して下さいます。本当に朝から晩まで動きっぱなしで頭が下がります。その姿勢がスタッフの方々にも伝わっているのか皆さんとても丁寧な応対で本当に驚きましたしホスピタリティを感じました。本当にここには書ききれないおもてなしを沢山受けました。
食事は朝のビュッフェの種類がすごく多くて美味しかったです。日本食とアメリカンの方には行ってないんですが次回再訪の際は是非行ってみたいと思いました。
市内やホイアン行きのバスも出ているので大変便利です。（できるだけ予約した方が良いです。）
トヨさんから色々とアドバイスを受けて観光の参考にしました（はっきり良い悪いを言って下さるのでそれが信用できました。）
アオザイの無料レンタルもあるので（すごい種類があります）是非試着だけでもしてみて下さい！部屋にノンラーとかごのカバンがありますのでそちらと合わせて使用するのもありです！

次回はヴィラの方にも宿泊してみたいと思いました。何よりベトナム料理が好きなのとリゾートが好きな私にとっては飛行機でもそこまで長時間のフライトではないので行きやすいですし、近々再訪する計画を立てようと思います！その際はまた是非是非宿泊させて頂ければと思います。本当にありがとうございました(^^♪

とても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんはみな丁寧に対応くださり、名物支配人にもお会いできました。一つ気になったのは、暑い気候の場所からかドライサウナは温度が低めの67℃であんまりという感じでした。それを除けばビーチも綺麗でかなり良いホテルかとおもいます。

とても良い滞在でした。ホテルの規模が私たちにはちょうど良く、食事やプールやビーチ、大浴場を満喫しました。掃除も行き届いていてプールや大浴場はトイレも含めていつもきれいです。個人的には大浴場のスリッパは必要無いと思いました。ホイアンも近く、シャトルで20分くらいで行けるので良かったです。食事もとても美味しかったです。和食のレストランはドアを開けると広くて素敵な照明、ゆったりとした半個室が落ち着きます。そして支配人はじめスタッフのみなさんが素晴らしかったです。いつも気にかけていただいたので、帰国日深夜の空港で少し寂しくなったくらいです。また伺いたいです。ありがとうございました。

夫婦+小学生の女の子2人を連れて宿泊させて頂きました。日系のホテルのため日本人の支配人さんがおられ、ホテルに帰ってきた時や出かけるときは必ず声をかけて下さりました。分からないことも安心して聞くことが出来たので、初めてのベトナム旅行も安心して出来ました。
ベトナム人スタッフの方もホスピタリティがすごく高く、目が合うと必ず笑顔で挨拶して下さり、毎日気持ちよく過ごせました。
プール、お風呂、ビーチに至るまで必ずスタッフさんがいるので、安心して過ごせます。
ダナン中心部まではタクシーで20分くらいですが、
むしろ喧騒エリアから離れられるため、静かな場所で良かったです。
1番助かったのは、チェックアウトの日に荷物をホテルに置かせてもらって外出出来たことでした。
ダナン発の便が夜便だったので、スーツケースを持ったままの移動は大変だと思っていたので、とても助かりました。
チェックアウト後でも大浴場利用してもらっても良いですよとのこと。最後にさっぱりしてから夜便に乗りに行けるのも良いですね。
次にダナンに行くことがあれば、必ずまた利用したいです。

日系のホテルとは聞いていましたが、何かにつけて至れり尽くせりでした。特に副支配人の方の細かな心遣いが、とてもありがたかったです。日本式の大浴場が有ったことも嬉しかったです。日本の方の宿泊には特にお勧めです

細かい気配りが最高のホテル

ダナン中心部から30分くらい離れているのが多少不便でしたが、本当に最高のホテルでした。特に支配人の方には大変お世話になりました。快く現地のマッサージの予約などもして下さって助かり、リゾート感もたっぷりの居心地良いホテルです。
ダナンではまたこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

今回の滞在も日本人のマネージャーさんやスタッフの皆さんのおかげでホテルライフ+観光を楽しむことができました。
特に80代の父に気を配っていただきました。プールで一人でいた際に熱中症に気をつけてとお声がけをいただいたり、水を持ってきてくれました。
母が沈香を買いたいと伝えたところ、お店を探して、タクシーを手配して連れていってくれました。
帰りの飛行機がキャンセルになった際にはベトナム航空に掛け合って、代替の飛行機を手配していただきました。
困ったときに手を貸していただき、安心して過ごすことができました。朝食もとても美味しく、毎日利用しましたが全く飽きません。夕食も3回利用させていただきましたが、メニュー数も多くて飽きずとてもおいしかったです。
どのスタッフさんも会うと丁寧に挨拶をしてくれて気持ちが良かったです。
何度も行きたくなるホテルです。

8/14～18、家族4人で2ベッドルームに宿泊しました。どのサイトよりもExpediaがお得で部屋のグレードアップができました。
高級なアメニティセットが女性×宿泊数分、朝食(3ヵ所から選べる)、日本式の大浴場、ウエルカムドリンク、フルーツが無料で利用できました。
ミネラルウォーターもお掃除毎に何本も頂けました。ホテル中がレモングラスの良い香りに包まれており、害虫はいませんでした。
キングサイズのベッドとツインベッドの部屋がわかれており、各々に洗面所とトイレがついています。大変快適に過ごせました。
料金はかかりますが、洗濯もお願いできたので、帰国後も助かりました。

特筆すべきは日本人マネージャーの豊さんです。皆さんが記載されているように、常にゲストに気を配られており、私たちも何度となく助けて頂きました。現地スタッフもホスピタリティーに溢れています。

初めてのベトナム旅行でしたが、こちらのホテルに宿泊できたことで素晴らしい旅行となりました。本当にありがとうございました。

決して施設が新しいわけではないのですが、とても清潔で手入れが行き届いていると感じました。そしてとにかく、スタッフの皆さんの挨拶と笑顔が素晴らしい。日本人の支配人さんもいつもロビーやレストランにいて、様子を見て声をかけて下さる。気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。本気でまたお世話になりたいと感じました。

他の5つ星リゾートと比較しても、ここまで親切で働き者のスタッフさん達と手入れが行き届いた設備はなかなかお目にかかれません。
朝食の種類と味も素晴らしく、心地よい5日間を過ごさせていただきました。
お風呂も良かったですー。
またお邪魔させてください。
