The property was very nice and we loved the pool, hot tub and views of the water. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, Publix and short walk to the beach. The only complaint was that we asked several times each day for additional towels at the pool and these were never provided despite our repeated requests.

Room was super nice - we did not spend much time in there but it fit our needs perfect. We called because our flight was delayed they were super nice about - also we forgot to put our parking pass in window one night (we didn’t want it to blow away while we were driving with the windows down) so we got a ticket for parking violation (from the hotel) I went and spoke to them about it and they were able to take it back. Super nice and welcoming every staff member I came across.

On the website, you had listed a rooftop bar, and also a restaurant called Vibes, this is why we booked, because everything at the resort. When we arrived, we wanted to enjoy a cocktail, we were told the rooftop, and restaurant had closed after the hurricane. For the pricing, I believe the resort/hotel may be over rated. The pool was lovely, and we were close to the beaches. I’m not sure why there is a $30 per day resort fee when we were paying to stay there, just a suite and pool, no bar/restaurant. Mildly disappointed!

Certainly, the room needs a more detailed cleaning, especially the baseboards, furniture, and corners. The bed linens seemed damp, and we had to put them in the dryer before using them.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were six adults and one child, all comfortably accommodated. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The pool is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is wonderful. Parking is spacious, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning.

The view was incredible and the space of the Presedential Suite was nice. The interior quality was lacking, like the sliding bathroom not secure, and the worst of all was even one person could not take a totally hot quick shower and everyone else took a cold one. Not wonderful for the cost.

Pool was not heated or if it was it was set extremely low. Day one of our trip, service was great no problem checking in or getting extra pillows. Day two of our trip we asked multiple times for towels and blankets over the phone and at the front desk. They never got delivered. We are “usuals” here and the service this visit seemed particularly lacking.

Condo in good condition and location. Very good toiletries amenities.

AC filter very old with dead bugs. I request and got changed on checkin night when I cane in with odors.
Washer and Dryer(I rent 3B3B) very dirty.

Bebrooms have no dresser, nightstands only fit the lamps ontop of it.
Sofar/couch very hard uncomfortable and dirty.
I paid total 2500 for 4 nights

Wonderful accommodations!! Unit #506 was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Fully equipped kitchen w/full size appliances including washer/dryer. Dining/living rm area was spacious and comfortable. The wrap around balcony view of the bay and boat dock was fabulous!!! Beds were clean, comfortable and the extended balcony view unbeatable. Breakfast on our balcony each morning was so relaxing.
Kudos to the staff who were always friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to George and Lauren for their hospitality and cheerful attitudes.
We will definitely be back, LOVE this place!!

Nice property for a family or intimate get away. They also have nice 3 bedroom suites perfect for wedding situations. My wife and I had our wedding here on the beautiful rooftop. The staff was nice and welcoming. We had a party of 60.

Have stayed here a couple times now and would definitely go back. Love the vibes. Only thing that was a bummer is that my daughter and I love using the complimentary bikes to ride around town. However, the bikes are in pretty rough shape. If doable, I would consider maybe replacing the bikes.

The room itself was very nice and suitable for what we wanted/needed. The kitchen was stocked nicely for everything we would need to cook, clean etc. The balcony was awesome, and the view was gorgeous. Our issues were that our room had a very weird smell and one of our chairs in our room had mold growing on it. We notified the front desk and showed pictures, and they said they would send maintenance in to fix it. They sprayed something in the ducts to make the smell a little less pungent- however they did not take the mold off the chair, and they left the chair in our room. The amenities were a little mis-leading as the \"mini golf\" was veryyyy mini- like 2-3 holes in a 4 ft area. The pool was decent- but small and it closed at 9 pm. And the roof-top terrace was kind of a letdown as there was nothing up there except one outdoor couch. If we hadnt had the mold issue and the odd smell i think we would have gone back.

Had an enjoyable one night atay at Fusion Resort, 3 of us to celebrate a milestone birthday. We arrived a few houra before check in to enjoy the pool and were happy to hear we could get into our room early. The suite had great space, amazing view. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine when we got to the suite. It was quiet and comfortable. We each had our bathroom and bedroom. The pool area was very nice, great beach loungers, it was clean and well taken care of. For dinner, we walked a few minutes to R Bar, a little bit of an older crew there, but had live music and great food. We are local and can definitely see oursleves coming back. A great place ro stay.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only is it in a gorgeous location but the suite was incredible, the wine that was waiting for us in our room was phenomenal and the amenities were wonderful. They offer bikes for free as part of your stay, and me and my daughter biked all around the island it was such a good day ☀️. Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody. Perfect for couples but also very family friendly too. Will be staying here again!!

The property was nice but there is no bar/restaurant on site like there used to be. Once I got to the property I had to pay well over $100 in \"resort fees\" and taxes. I am not sure what qualifies as a resort but I guess this was just to use the pool? I mean there really isnt anything else on site, except a couple fire pits i never saw lit and a sad few hole putt putt course I never saw anyone use so dont even know if there was equipment. But the parking was easy. I tried to call to the front desk using their phone one morning but no one answered. So I called the main number using my cell phone, but no one answered. Not sure what that was all about.

The room was fantastic with a big wrap around balcony. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we all enjoyed chilling on the balcony with many trips to the pool. Beach was great. My only disappointment was they did not have any type of grill anywhere. I brought some really expensive steaks, burgers,hot dogs, which we had to cook in a pan.
The staff was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed

When I checked in, I was charged too much as I had already put a deposit in online. Richie at the front desk tried to convince me that they had no knowledge of the deposit and it was likely a hotels.com convenience fee. Was not the case. I showed him my deposit and it finally got fixed when owner Gee got involved. I also did not like that the maid service decided to access my room on the first evening while I was away. I had no card to put on my door to state I didn't want this and went to front desk for one. Rooms need an upgraded: couch was ripped and in stained condition. shower handles loose, pressure was poor. There was an old shrimp tail by the trash under the sink. Did like the fridge being clean. And there used to be washer/dryer units on all floors... No bar on rooftop any longer and no restaurant either (the restaurant used to be good). pool chaises faded. Gee got things right at the end, but all in all no where near it used to be. There also used to be a garage attendant so not just anyone could walk off the street and go in the elevator to access any floor/room. Not secure.

We have stayed at fusion resort twice and each time it has been absolutely amazing. Super clean, great views from balcony’s, within walking distance of everything, my only complaint Bis the pool closes to early. It closes at 8 and we would have loved to be able to swim when it was all lit up, and hit the hot tub in the evenings. The pool is amazing hot tub is even better. 10/10 rating for this place and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, very nice resort. We went for a staycation for the 4th of July weekend. We were not impressed with how dirty the floors were- ceramic tile floors and our feet were BLACK. Everyday. Would have been terrible to have a crawling baby/toddler there. Everything else was great. Definitely a beach hotel, but still very nice with beautiful views of the intercostal waters. The full kitchen was great to have as we were able to cook breakfast every morning, lunch every afternoon and enjoy our coffee on the balcony- and we were close enough to walk to dinner every night - VIP, Sloppy Joes, Middle Grounds all within walking distance. So is Publix, however, we did a pick up order there for groceries for the long weekend. We will be back sometime.

I was told they’ll change the bed sheets on daily bases, they didn’t they said I have to request it!. Made it look close to the beach front, it’s about 20 mints walk to the beach front. Bikes are old and they lock them at 7 pm didn’t use. You need a car to get to restaurants.

We chose this location because the beach-front properties had smaller space for the same price. This large condo allowed us to spread out more - three of us had to work during the stay and the extra space was very helpful. The location is great - only 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a grocery store, liquor store, and convenience store all within walking distance as well.
The floors needed a good mopping, but everything else was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pans, bowls, toaster, coffee maker, and full-sized fridge. The sunsets from the large balcony were spectacular.

We stayed there 2 nights. Upon arrival i requested a crib or something similar. Richie was training Megan and he was very nice told me it’ be there shortly (it was delivered the following morning. The first night the door card reader stopped working Richie tried to help change the batteries i ended up fixing ir myself. That same night no access to the room again. The following day again the door. The hotel is great and so is the pool. I guess things happen.

BEWARE!!!!

For complete transparency, we stayed at this resort 4ish years ago and it was AMAZING, so when we returned to Treasure Island it was a no brainer. BAD DECISION!

The room which we had to pay an additional $100 for to have a washer and dryer (washer and dryer was listed as included in our room when we booked), instantly smelled of mildew/mold.

But that was just the beginning within the first hour:
- the dishwasher did not work
- guest bathroom toilet in room did not flush well
- a random man opened our door while I was loading the washer
- the floors were disgusting, turned out feet black
- the springs in the beds pop as you move around
- the pans were funky and severely scratched (not safe to cook with)
- a cooking spoon had clearly been used to cook something in grease and was bubbled up
- kitchen sink faucet did not retract
- the pool was never cleaned the entire time we were there (4 days)
- there is scum above water level around the entire pool
- shells at the bottom, my daughter cut her foot on them.

I went to the front desk within the first few hours and informed Lauren of the issues I had in the room (dishwasher, toilet, faucet, pans, cooking utensils and smell). She seemed unfazed and offered to have house cleaning mop the floor for the smell and maintenance to come for the other issues.

I told her I was very disappointed in the state of the room and resort, she offered zero resolution.

I met a woman at the pool with same experience. Wish I read reviews!!!!

Although we stayed for only 1 night everything at this Hotel was great, service, support, quality of room, security, hardware like the TV's and more. Highest quality!

What we did not like were the 'tiny' bedside tables as they are too small really. Other than that enjoy a really great place with a really great view. Expansive? Yes but it costs money to provide such great services.

Pool was open from “dawn to dusk” which is ridiculous, it should be open later than that. The restaurant and bar inside was a joke, no wonder they closed both indefinitely the day after I visited them. (The bartender couldn’t even figure out how to make a vodka ginger ale lol) Housekeeping should automatically come in daily to vacuum, remove trash and make beds (and change sheets if necessary), which they didn’t. The keys didn’t work half the time. Just not a great resort in general. Only positive is that the rooms were large, like an apartment. I would never stay there again.

Absolutely every detail was attended to. Our room was clean, well appointed, beautiful and very, very comfortable.

We have stayed in 5 star hotels many, many times. The only difference is usually your room is just a bedroom with a bathroom.

Fusion is a 2 bedroom \"home\" with a living area, dining area, fully appointed kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Just wonderful.

The pool is very well maintained and the entire grounds are lovely.

We have stayed here two times and I am currently planning my next stay for next month. Just for fun!

If you're a walker, biker, runner, the trip over the causeway is beautiful, as well.

You must try this place.
