The location is perfect, however the property is not being taken care of. Our unit was dirty!!! Bathrooms especially. Shower curtain in master bath is toooo short and the floor gets water standing in it. We found live roaches in both bathrooms and the kitchen!!!
What a shame to allow this fairly new beautiful property to be mis managed!!!!

The stay was great for family or just for two to get away. Nice cozy beach town with access to nightlife about 10 minutes away. Bay side views offered great views in the morning with dolphin pods swimming through. Pool was great and the rooftop area was a plus. Proximity to beach was great, but the staff made it awesome plus. Tentative, aware, and genuinely helpful any time we needed anything. Having the two rooms and a pull out couch is a GREAT alternative to booking at other locations nearby. The pullout couch looked a little rough, but the bed was better than most. The other two bedrooms were comfy and I slept well. Tesla chargers for the win also!!

The property and location were outstanding. The management was excellent. The amenities were great. The suite was set up and stocked wonderfully. The balcony view was beautiful. The only negatives were the upkeep of the suite. The walls, floorboards and doors need painting. The grout needs resealing. The floors and furniture need to be deep cleaned. My white socks were black from the floors. I threw them away. The bed and pillows had no support and were not very comfortable. I hope the Fusion Resort will address these issues because it truly is a beautiful hotel.

The rooms were phenomenal it sucked that the hotel did not have a restaurant or a bar, and that it wasn't as close to the beach as we thought but the views are amazing and for boaters it's an excellent choice.

The suite itself was great. Outstanding views. Loved the balcony. Would’ve liked to have beach towels supplied, and daily coffee packet refills without asking. Also pool does not have a restroom which is a little inconvenient to be returning in and out of my room with all my stuff a few times. Other than that, fabulous.

Perfect in every way. Beautiful view, comfortable bed and every staff member I encountered was efficient and welcoming. It’s also well located to beaches and many dining options although you do have a full kitchen and washer and dryer in your unit. Highly recommend.

First of all, I have over 50 pictures and four videos to prove that this place is one of the biggest frauds I’ve ever seen on a reservation site. Do not be misled by their fake pictures. I drove up and saw the building was much older than it appears in the beautiful pictures online. I went to my room, which was room and the door has a lock that does not work. You walk inside it smelled funny. As I begin to look around, I noticed all of the appliances were dirty and old. I opened the cabinets. The spatula is stained. The pots are scratched and have fingerprints on them. The lid literally has fingerprints on it to the one pot that they had the dishes are cheap and not clean. The silverware was spotted. The toaster was disgusting. There’s not a thing in the kitchen I would’ve used. as you walk through the house and you go over to the sofa you see the chairs are so badly stained that you wonder how anybody could even stomach sitting on them. Every wall and every door has like long streaks of stuff running down them where they’ve not been wiped clean obviously in forever, even the table outside has brown stains on it. It was so disgusting I DoorDashed sheets. I tried contacting to get a refund and could get zero help, it was too late at night to move rooms. I didn’t feel safe even leaving. I left first thing the next morning without even using the shower. It’s that disgusting. I will attach pictures. I did give the property a chance to make it right and they refused.

This is NOT A RESORT!!!!! I honestly don’t see a difference between this hotel and the motel right next door. There was ONE person working the entire “resort” all Mother’s Day weekend. No maintenance, no staff. I am so disappointed in this stay. The chairs at the pool were broken. The room had damage including inability to lock the bathroom door. We checked into our room and found MULTIPLE bugs - ok fine it’s Florida. There was no true lock on the front door - no deadbolt or top lock - which worried me having kids in the room. No food/drinks on property. No bathroom near the pool (you have to go to the second floor or your room). No manager on duty on the weekends per the one person working. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the view. But that view did not make it worthy. We left an entire night early because of the terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK.
Find a nicer hotel down the road or spend a quarter of the price at the equivalent motel next door.

Mr Borja was amazing!! He gave us the room that has the best view!! I love it !! We all enjoyed our stay here!! Free wine was awesome!! They need screen door for patio balcony door .. way too many bugs outside!!! Maybe they need to spray something outside !! Far to Clearwater beach like 30-40 mins but it’s really close to Madeira Beach and John pass boardwalk!! I might come back sooner !!

Incredible warm, loving stuff. The hospitality went above and beyond our needs and accommodations. From the moment we entered until the moment we departed . Megan did our booking she was phenomenal. Richie was the first friendly warm person we met behind the desk, and Dory communicated with us throughout with any questions that we had . The assistant, general manager and general manager worked brilliantly with the staff and guest. Engaging and encountering to all of the needs. To see a resort come back from such devastation of a hurricane a couple of years ago is just humbling. To watch how they treat their guests into making them feel welcoming and wanting them to feel at home.All are very hard working individuals .My family and I were touched beyond words at the level of excellence. They provided in our accommodations. Lynette and the housekeeping department work extremely hard night and day to provide such cleanliness and amenities that are needed by the guest. Hands-down, this will be the only place I choose on Treasure Island Beach. Thank you, Fusion resort for making us a part of your family. From the Bianca family.❤️

The room is a good size and really liked that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My husband and I brought his mom there to celebrate her 80th birthday. She wanted to be on the water. So the room set up worked perfect for our situation. One bedroom has a glass slider for the terrace overlooking the bay.

The view is amazing. The size of the balcony/terrace is great too, which extends so far you can walk out from the living room or bedroom. The vibe of the outdoor pool and 80’s music is literally perfect.

The room is not fancy, it is more functional than anything. Fridge, microwave and oven. Along with some basics that you’ll need with a small kitchen. However, couch and chair are of the cheapest and most uncomfortable make. And the coffee maker is really sad. Just a small upgrade on that alone would make looking past the couch and chair.

Great view, great vibe, good size room with a lot of things you need but some small changes would make it even nicer.

This was a great spot for a family vacation with young kids. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are nit picky - floor in room was def dirty, pool music was bad/really loud, never really stocked the pool with towels. But the staff was super friendly, we’d stay again!

Advise customers to check to see if there is a wedding booked during the stay. The band was 2 floors up outside and thumping going until 11-12 at night.
Parking is rough during a wedding also. Front desk staff were odd at first, then next welcoming.
Towels were cheap and the pool towels were about kitchen towel size when and if available.

The property is pretty, the view is amazing, I didn’t like that the kitchen cookware was extremely low quality (goodwill have better frying pan) no towel at the pool, they change resorts fee, but never a single towel to use, the price for room

Room was super nice - we did not spend much time in there but it fit our needs perfect. We called because our flight was delayed they were super nice about - also we forgot to put our parking pass in window one night (we didn’t want it to blow away while we were driving with the windows down) so we got a ticket for parking violation (from the hotel) I went and spoke to them about it and they were able to take it back. Super nice and welcoming every staff member I came across.

On the website, you had listed a rooftop bar, and also a restaurant called Vibes, this is why we booked, because everything at the resort. When we arrived, we wanted to enjoy a cocktail, we were told the rooftop, and restaurant had closed after the hurricane. For the pricing, I believe the resort/hotel may be over rated. The pool was lovely, and we were close to the beaches. I’m not sure why there is a $30 per day resort fee when we were paying to stay there, just a suite and pool, no bar/restaurant. Mildly disappointed!

Certainly, the room needs a more detailed cleaning, especially the baseboards, furniture, and corners. The bed linens seemed damp, and we had to put them in the dryer before using them.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were six adults and one child, all comfortably accommodated. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The pool is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is wonderful. Parking is spacious, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning.

Wonderful accommodations!! Unit #506 was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Fully equipped kitchen w/full size appliances including washer/dryer. Dining/living rm area was spacious and comfortable. The wrap around balcony view of the bay and boat dock was fabulous!!! Beds were clean, comfortable and the extended balcony view unbeatable. Breakfast on our balcony each morning was so relaxing.
Kudos to the staff who were always friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to George and Lauren for their hospitality and cheerful attitudes.
We will definitely be back, LOVE this place!!

Have stayed here a couple times now and would definitely go back. Love the vibes. Only thing that was a bummer is that my daughter and I love using the complimentary bikes to ride around town. However, the bikes are in pretty rough shape. If doable, I would consider maybe replacing the bikes.

The room itself was very nice and suitable for what we wanted/needed. The kitchen was stocked nicely for everything we would need to cook, clean etc. The balcony was awesome, and the view was gorgeous. Our issues were that our room had a very weird smell and one of our chairs in our room had mold growing on it. We notified the front desk and showed pictures, and they said they would send maintenance in to fix it. They sprayed something in the ducts to make the smell a little less pungent- however they did not take the mold off the chair, and they left the chair in our room. The amenities were a little mis-leading as the \"mini golf\" was veryyyy mini- like 2-3 holes in a 4 ft area. The pool was decent- but small and it closed at 9 pm. And the roof-top terrace was kind of a letdown as there was nothing up there except one outdoor couch. If we hadnt had the mold issue and the odd smell i think we would have gone back.

Had an enjoyable one night atay at Fusion Resort, 3 of us to celebrate a milestone birthday. We arrived a few houra before check in to enjoy the pool and were happy to hear we could get into our room early. The suite had great space, amazing view. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine when we got to the suite. It was quiet and comfortable. We each had our bathroom and bedroom. The pool area was very nice, great beach loungers, it was clean and well taken care of. For dinner, we walked a few minutes to R Bar, a little bit of an older crew there, but had live music and great food. We are local and can definitely see oursleves coming back. A great place ro stay.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only is it in a gorgeous location but the suite was incredible, the wine that was waiting for us in our room was phenomenal and the amenities were wonderful. They offer bikes for free as part of your stay, and me and my daughter biked all around the island it was such a good day ☀️. Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody. Perfect for couples but also very family friendly too. Will be staying here again!!

The property was nice but there is no bar/restaurant on site like there used to be. Once I got to the property I had to pay well over $100 in \"resort fees\" and taxes. I am not sure what qualifies as a resort but I guess this was just to use the pool? I mean there really isnt anything else on site, except a couple fire pits i never saw lit and a sad few hole putt putt course I never saw anyone use so dont even know if there was equipment. But the parking was easy. I tried to call to the front desk using their phone one morning but no one answered. So I called the main number using my cell phone, but no one answered. Not sure what that was all about.
