Very poorly managed and maintained. I felt sorry for the staff that tried to provide good service. Landscaping and common areas have deteriorated. Rooms not cleaned properly (floors). Kitchens have no dishes or cutlery, bathrooms have no towel hooks/rails. Few sunbeds. Poor location.

Room & services were great but, I believe the hotel is slowly going out of business, half of the hotel isn’t open, gym & sauna weren’t open at all & looks run down. For the waterfall & slides you had to request they be turned on & jacuzzis didn’t work but the pool and beach combo was awesome if you have a family. For the price we still enjoyed it & the food & staff as just wish we saw Olalani at its prime!

Multiple cockroaches found in the room, creating an unhygienic and distressing environment.
Exposed open electrical wiring from both the internet connection and the switchboard, posing serious safety hazards.
Refilled and reused soap and shampoo bottles, despite being individual-use bottles, raising significant hygiene concerns.
Visible mould on the room walls.
Several swimming pools, including the main pool with the slide, were not operational, with no prior notice provided. Additionally, a large number of pool tiles were cracked or missing, leaving sharp edges and creating a significant safety risk.
Gym and spa facilities closed for maintenance, despite being advertised as available, and the condition of the building suggested it was unlikely to reopen anytime in the near future.
The lift closest to our room was out of service, causing inconvenience from the moment we arrived.
The overall condition of the buildings in several areas appeared unkept and unsafe

We really enjoyed our time here. A beautiful property. Certain areas were closed in the pool area which was a bit less grand as the pictures. There are also kitchenettes that they don’t want to to use unfortunately. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

From the entrance the gardens foyer surrounding hallways all beautiful then you get to your room and WOW huge clean stylish and very comfortable.
The staff were so eager to assust a lkways with a smile. Buffet breakfast was scrumptuous. If you cant go tp Hawaii then come to Olalani Danang its like Hawaii cane to you

Was here last year and had a great time. Went again this year, and it will be my last.

Pros:

1. Affordable compared to other resorts around.

2. Some staff are friendly, but not all.

3. Breakfast has a wide selection.

4. Complimentary cake for our anniversary.

Cons:

1. The blankets and pillows felt damp and musty. They smelled like sweat. This, or the air conditioning vent, caused my wife and me severe illness.

*2. I only returned because they have a private beach where I could swim freely last year. Note that this area has very shallow water compared to other beaches in Da Nang. Even after walking 30–50 meters, the water only reached our knees. This time, however, the resort guard harassed us when we were not even 20 meters from the beach. He constantly blew his whistle and waved his arms, telling us to leave. This person ruined our vacation, and we stopped swimming there because of his behavior.

3. Excessive noise from other guests. People above us constantly dragged furniture throughout the day.

4. I sent two messages to the resort without receiving a reply. I informed the resort it was our anniversary and requested a quiet room, yet they placed us near the water slide on the second floor. While I understand room selection isn't always possible, they acknowledged our anniversary by providing a cake, but the room's proximity to the noise of children screaming negated that gesture.

Nice and quiet

Close to the sea with nice pool areas. Quiet with no traffic and kid friendly. All staff was very service minded, from pool staff to reception. Not very good at English.
Good price both for room and food and drinks at the premises.
Distance to city 15-20 minutes by car. Taxi/Grab 5-7 dollars.
We stayed there in march which is off season and therefore probably less guests at the hotell.

The property itself lies on a priceless and beautiful view in Da Nang. The rooms are spacious and the patios are beautiful to oversee the property and the ocean.
Unfortunately, the management runs the resort with Little staff. I know the employees are busy and working hard, but for the size Property it is they just don’t have enough staff.. I believe they have over 500 rooms, and only for cleaning ladies to clean the entire resort, just not good. The front desk is horrible. They don’t even treat you unless you walk up to them hiding behind the front desk. On my departure, no one made even an effort to carry my luggage to the vehicle. The breakfast buffet was good for the first two days, but when you stayed there 21 days it gets old because it’s always the same thing. Towards the end, I even noticed that some of the food that I did pick up wasn’t even fresh and that includes the meat. The chances are I will never stay at this resort again and it is unfortunate because it has so much potential. The best thing that could happen to this resort is that it’s been sold to new owners and management so they can maybe make the oasis out of this resort that it probably could be

합리적인 선택

적정한 가격, 오래되긴 했으나 갖춰야 요소는 모두 갖춘 시설, 맛있는 조식, 도심에서 너무 가깝진 않지만 멀지도 않은 적당한 위치 등을 고려 할 때 종합적으로는 합리적인 숙박을 했습니다.

Sadly this place is falling apart at the seams. Obviously the owner does not care for the property. The kettle in my room had wires exposed and shocked me. Facilites are moldy and do not work. The spa was closed until further notice. The only good thing about this place are the friendly staff. Sadly I would not stay again.

The property was lovely with great sea views and very large. It has an amazing buffet breakfast which sold it for us. Unfortunately very limited English in alot of the staff whuch made it difficult for our family to get things across to them but translate helps with this. No matter how many times we said we have 4 people in the room which was booked and paid for a 4 peopld we still inky ever recieved 2x towels and 2x water each day. Trying to communicate this daily was rather frustrating but we didnt let it upset our stay. The rooms are really large which was a huge bonus for us with children and really big balconies too so we could enjoy our evenings while the children slept. Its definitely a bit tired and worn down but the pool facilities make up for any wear and year. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

I’d say ‘don’t underestimate this property’…. Yes, it could do with some maintenance and it’s not busy, but we have ended up staying for almost 2 weeks…. The staff, the breakfasts, the pools and the room (6th floor facing the gardens, pools and sea) make this such a great place to stay. And we love that we can get a taxi quickly into the thick of Da Nang’s restaurants etc. Here, again, staff make it just happen! Love this place! Thanks!

Super run down resort. Over rated on the website. Only a 1 star instead of 5. Pools are danger with sharp edges from broken tiles and full of algae. No services from pool or beach side. Only 1 restaurant is opened. 1 bar is somewhat functional. Weeds through out of the facility. Looks like a ghost house!! Stay away!!!

Beautiful resort until you look at the details and service. Resort has so much potential to be a 5 star. 3 bed/3 bath villa had no robes, hotel slipper, safety box, King size bed will twin pillows, shower smelled horrible, told not to use the kitchen appliances, no balcony furniture, mildew in the closets, drapes had stains and seen better days, sofa was filthy, used flip flops were left for us to use, no safety locks inside of the main door, room keys were given WITH hotel room number on them (safety issue), not 1 manager was seen thru our entire stay, employee's were paying attention to their Facebook or mobile phones at the beach, pool, restaurants etc. Truly disappointing as this resort could be amazing with some emphasis of service standards. The only great here besides the grounds was the WiFi.

Nice hotel by the beach with 3 pools

We liked the big pool. The water was cold though and sadly the lazy river wasn’t really a lazy river. You couldn’t flood in it and every day at 5 the closed the big pool and you could only use a smaller pool till 6 pm.
Overall it was a really nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms were big and they gave us an extra bed for my kids.
I wished the people there would speak better English. Most of times they didn’t understood what we wanted.

I was not at all impressed by this resort. The check in process was fairly smooth, and the resort itself is nice. The spa was relaxing and the pool area was nice. The room we were given was large, but the bathroom was gross. The tub was dirty, the bathroom mirror was peeling and there was mold everywhere. There was rarely hot water and there a few times where the hot water didn’t even turn on, all that came out was air. The last evening we were there someone told the front desk they were locked out of their room and gave them my room number. The staff tried letting them into our room (thankfully had the latch closed) and then left the door ajar all night when they couldn’t get in. The hotel had copies of our passports so I am not sure why they didn’t check Ids before trying to open the door.

Disappointing for the price

I had to change rooms 4 times before I found one that didn't have an over powering smell of moulde. The hotel staff we reluctant to assist me and treated me as if I was seeking a free upgrade.
I brought my girlfriend to the hotel during the day who lives locally (Vietnamese) and refused to let her into the hotel and treated her as if she was an escort. The hotel terms and conditions are not listed on their website to plan for this.
Overall very disappointing for a self rated 5 star USG $200 per night hotel.

Hotel is good and I got upgrade to a 2 bedroom condo, there is a laundry room so is really nice for me to stay and keep my clothing washed everyday. open kitchen is well facilitated, stove, microwave; fridge...Overall is nice and comfort, definitely I will stay there in the next vacation in Da Nang!

Great hotel. Huge room with a couch area and great view of beach. Hotel was fairly empty which I actually enjoyed. Quiet and easy to relax without others around to distract. Only downside was the surf was too dangerous for us to enter the water and the entire area around the beach was eerily quiet. Not a single person was in the water for miles in either direction.

Everything was great. We were upgraded to a better view room on the 4th floor.
The place is great! There is also a \"KIDS PLAYGROUND\".
We also rode jet for $20. The bar had 1 plus 1 for beers. Food was good.

Great Hotel, Great Service, Poor location

Cosy hotel by the beautiful beach. Breakfast is so-so, and the staff are friendly. Only complaint is that the location is pretty far away from the city center (like all the other beach resorts). Have to take a cab in and out of the hotel to go to the city, (USD5-8) each way. However, if you intend to drop by Hoi An, the hotel's location is actually along the main route in that direction, so you'll save some distance traveling.

Very nice but boring.

Too quite for my wife and I! Pool bars were closed for the first week of or stay, no music playing anywhere and then I put a bad review on trip advisor and then all of a sudden one of the pool bar opened from about 10am until 2pm and the lobby started having some elevator music playing. The management sent us fruit and wine to our room and than a letter with a free dinner, a free half day tour and free massages at the spa. Obviously they saw the review and were trying to pacify us.

２回目の滞在でした。昨年よりも老朽化がすすみ、目立ってダメージがある部分が見受けられました。施設の大きさに半して、スタッフの数が足りていないのが、衛生面など目に見えて至らない点が多くありました。あまりに綺麗な海岸と、緑たち、立地、プール、食事などいいところがたくさんあるホテルなので、もったいないです。難しい部分もあるのかもしれません。

라조트가 오래되어서 시설 노후화는 있습니다·
타월에서 담배냄새가 나는것도 같고...
도심지랑 거리가 있어서 어디를 이동하려면 무조건 택시를 타야해요. 근처에 편의시설이 없습니다.
조식은 소소...

그런데 넓직하고 수영장 크고 바다로 바로 이어져 있어요. 비치 모래가 너무 고와요.
아이들이 있으면 복잡복잡한 호텔보다 나을수도 있어요.
가격도 비싸지 않고...

施設は古くてノスタルジックを感じました。私達は1番上の階の部屋に泊まりました。部屋からはビーチと施設のプールが見えて眺望がとても良かったです。隣の部屋とバルコニーが隣接しているのでプライベート感はあまりありません。部屋のコンセントが壊れて箇所があったり、ドアのセキュリティがしょっちゅう鳴ったりします。FreeWi-Fiは施設内は有りますがビーチや屋外は届きません。
レストランの食事は朝食、軽食ともボリュームがあって美味しかったです。朝食は生の野菜やフルーツが沢山あったので嬉しかった。ルームサービスでもパスタやピザがボリュームがあって味も良かったです。スタッフが少なく英語が通じない事もありますが事前に伝えたいことを英語でメールにて伝えておくとスムーズに事が運びます。私達の場合は延泊を希望した際にプランの提案など細かく伝えてくださいました。
マッサージはホテルの別棟に有りますがこちらはあまりおすすめできません。髪の毛をぐちゃぐちゃにされました笑。マッサージのテクニックも街で受けた方が良いと思いますし、スタッフ同士のおしゃべりがうるさいので落ち着きません。なので、屋台でだしているマッサージのレベルです。また、マッサージのお店は経営が別なのかカードは使えないですし、チップをフロントと個人両方で請求されますので現金が必要です。
ホテルの立地は街まではタクシーが必要です。周りにはコンビニや商店がないので街に出た時に必要な物は買う必要があります。私達は海を眺めてゆっくり過ごしたかったのでとても良かったです。ホテルのスタッフの方は親切で、とても働き者だと思いました。古さが気にならない様な方、ビーチでのんびりしたい方にはおすすめします。

部屋の掃除の後、ドアを閉めずに開けっ放しだった。プールから帰ってきて開け放されたドアを見たときは血の気が引いた。
いろんなものを無くしていって、さびれている。補修なし。6階フロアのほかの部屋は使われていなく、廃材置き場になっている。
スタッフは英語が使えないので苦労した。

レストランの食事はおいしかった。これだけが救い。

가성비 좋은 가족 또는 커플 리조트

근처 리조트 가운데 가장 가성비 좋은 가족 또는 거플 리조트 시설입니다 하지만 코로나 기간동안 유지관리가 제대로 되지 않아서 그런지 수영장이나 시설이 노후되어 보수가 필요해 보이는 곳이 많아요.

방이나 화장실이 부착물이 조금 불안하게 덜렁거리거나 쉐이드가 한쪽만 올라가는 경우가 있었어요. 특히, 수영장의 경우 타일이 탈락된 곳이 많아 날카롭게 되어 있는 부분이 있어서 다칠수가 있어요. 저희 가족도 두 사람이나 깨진 타일에 살짝 찍히고, 베는 상처를 입었어요.
그리고, 타일 탈락 부문에 이끼가 검게 끼어 있어서, 때로는 그 이끼가 물속에 떠 있어서 지저분해 보이기도 합니다.

그래도 전체적인 가성비나 나쁘지 않은 조식, 그리고 3개 정도 되는 수영장은 나름 괜찮습니다.

수영장이 너무 더러워요

방은 가격대비 좋습니다.
다만 냉장고가 전혀 시원하지 않아 연락했는데 냉장고가 아니고 쿨러라 원래 신원하지 않다고 안내받았고 문제를 해결해달라고 요청하면 30분이 지나도 직원이 오지 않습니다.
가장 큰 문제는 수영장이 너무 더러워요. 바닥 타일은 깨져서 돌아다니고 물때가 둥둥 떠다녀서 수영을 할수가 없어요. 관리가 전혀 안되고 있습니다.
수영장에서는 타올도 준비되어있지 않아 타올도 사용하지 못했습니다. 아마 다시는 방문하지 않을것입니다.

프라이빗 비치, 풀이 아주 훌륭합니다
조식도 좋아요
룸 컨디션 좋아요

코로나이후 관리가 잘 안되어서 입구랑 조경, 안쓰는 건물들 일부가 좀 보기 안좋습니다
주변 리조트들도 그런거 같더라고요

한가지 아쉬운건 티비가 작고 넷플 연동이 안되요

숙소가 오래되서 그런지 너무 어두워요. 엘리베이터도 너무 낡았습니다.

入住家庭公寓客房兩日，房間寬敞，陽台景色宜人，早餐好吃，SPA按摩不錯，有飯店自己的沙灘，沒有美功沙灘遊客的喧嘩，多了一股寧靜與愜意～～

조식빼고 무난함

조식은 별로 맛이 없었고 수영장은 굉장히 만족했어요. 방은 패밀리룸이었는데 넓직하고 좋았어요.
직원들이 그닥 친절하지는 않았어요.
무난했습니다.

日本語の話せるスタッフは居なかったようです。男性スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。タクシーなどの手配もスムースにしてくれますし料金なども事前に教えてくれるので安心できます。朝食は、普通ではありますが充分です。

가격대비 최고의 호텔이였습니다. 수영장이 이쁘게 잘 관리되어있고 거기서 좋은시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 조식도 든든하고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 또 호텔 앞 해변은 사람이 얼마없어 자유롭게 놀 수 있었씁니다.

2박후 하야트리젠시다낭 레지던스로 옮겼는데 1박당 올라 50 하야트 60 올라 시설 너무 낙후됐습니다 조식은 평타 직원 친절도는 별로이고 시설은 안습입니다 결정적인거 인터넷이 계속 끊깁니다 짜증나서 한국 갈뻔함 ㅎ 참 두군데다 방3개짜리 였습니다

넓은객실 그러나 부족한 위생관리

호텔이 오래 되었음에도 불구하고 전반적인 청소상태는 양호하였으나 에어컨 토출구에 낀 먼지나 구석진 곳에 먼저는 청소가 제대로 되지 않아 위생상 좋지 않다고 생각되며 규모에 비해 이용객이 많이 없어서 그런지 야간에 정원쪽이나 수영장쪽 조명이 없어 멋진 풍경은 고사하고 무섭다는 생각마저 들었습니다. 아주 조용한 것을 즐기는 분에게는 좋을수도 있겠네요.

편안한 가족 휴양을 위한 리조트

전반적으로 만족스러웠으나, 작은 개미 같은 벌레가 소파/침대 등에도 보였고, 옆방에서 가볍게 이야기하는 소리까지 들리는 등 방음이 거의 되어 있지 않아서 불편한 점이 있었습니다.
호텔 환경과 주변 환경은 아주 좋았습니다.

가족여행으로 주변 리조트를 검색하다 마땅한 객실이 없어서 이곳을 예약을 했다
역시 수영장은 넓고 아이들이 많이 좋아했다
시설은 좀 오래된 건물이다보니 깨끗하진 않았지만
그래도 우리가족 즐겁게 수영도 하고 여유롭게
보내고 왔다 리조트내 투숙객이 별로 없어서
한적하니 평화로웠다
