It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel.

Ocean villas is a quiet relaxing stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Da Nang central but is reasonable close to it at 13kms. Facilities, rooms, pool and restaurant is modern and pleasant you won’t find anything lacking in this department. We had breakfast included which is a more than reasonable price and the food options were great. For lunch and dinner dining we did choose to venture into town which is a cheap $200,000 vnd ($13 aud) grab ride into town or had Food delivered via grab which is common. Private beach was lovely also. Outside areas outside the complex aren’t walkable so if your happy with this style of stay then it’s recommended for families with younger kids that enjoy pool time and screen time in a comfortable clean hotel then this is a winner. We also had a washing machine which was convenient (but you need to supply your own powder)

The property consists of two areas, The Ocean Villas & The Ocean Suites. The picture on Expedia.de is of the Ocean Villas. The Ocean Suites consist of 2 high story towers. When booking through Expedia.de, you see photos of rooms at the Ocean Villas. We thought we would be renting a villa. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn our room was in the Ocean Suites. It was a two bedroom/two-bathroom unit, exactly as we booked but not in the Ocean Villas, like we thought we had booked.
The room was clean, spacious, and included a full kitchen. The view from the balcony is less than appealing as you look upon a large construction area.
The staff were kind, polite, and accommodating. We had some minor maintenance issues which were quickly repaired. Housekeeping did an outstanding job cleaning the room.
The restaurant is located near one of the pools and faces the water. The view is beautiful! Breakfast buffet is good, with a combination of western and Asian options. Cappuccinos, lattes etc. can only be purchased at an extra cost. This was not mentioned on Expedia.de. And is very uncommon for 4/5-star resorts/hotels.
Check-out was ok until the duty manager asked us to remain on the property until someone from housekeeping inspected our room. Our family has stayed in numerous 4/5-star resorts/hotels over the years, all over the world; never, ever been asked to stay on site until someone “inspects our hotel room”.
Given the issues above, we will not stay there again.

Beach front villa is stunning! Very clean, fast shuttle service- never waited more than 5 minutes. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Only negative was that the ice machine wasn’t working. It was late at night so we could not get ice from the restaurant either as it was closed.

The property was beautiful. I like the calm and quiet atmosphere at this property. Some staff members were friendly, some were not. I enjoyed the service of the gentleman who drove us to our breakfast everyday. He was nice and pleasant.
I was disappointed with the front desk/reception members. They had side conversations while helping guests, which was a little disrespectful. Also, upon entering the master bedroom, I found a huge dead cockroach by the closet. Yuck!

Staff excellent and always trying to make our stay the best it could be. Villa and pool ok, however beds very firm and even with an extra topper not that comfortable. Room service ok, but limited menu and food often cold when arrived. Breakfast at restaurant very limited selection and food generally cold. Chef on egg station always great and other staff friendly. Located about half way between Da Nang and Hoi An ... not the best if wanting other dinner options. We checked out early after a week as needed more variety and options ... fine for a few days, however even shopping for self catering not easy.

Extra points for the shuttle bus to Hoi An, but you can add a later shuttle bus to come back to the villas, although the taxi was not expensive.

Great place, poor service

This was a great place.... the villa was very clean and nice. However the staff was horrible. Check in time was suppose to be 3pm. We got there at 3:30 and my room wasn’t ready. Originally it stated my 2 bedroom villa could sleep 5-6 people. However when I got there, they tried to charge me per extra person. They said my two bedroom villa could only sleep 4. Then the hustle began.... they told us we had to pay 300 dollars extra!!! That’s basically double what I paid for already! After I told them I wasn’t paying that and wanted to leave, they said they would discount it to 200!!! It was ridiculous! After almost an hour of arguing with them they finally gave in. Then told me my room wasn’t going to be available for another 2-3 hours!!!! After traveling that long we were exhausted. Yet forced to leave until our room was ready. it was horrible! Worst experience ever!

Not quite up to standards

Staff were for the most part very friendly and helpful. However, facilities were so-so. Private villa pool broke down every day (filter), beach chairs were in various states of disrepair. Lifeguards blew their whistle the moment we were knee-deep in water. Instead of moping about all day, they should clean the beach front of hotel from time to time! It was covered with plastic litter, which was only sporadically picked up. They sent a guy to count the towels, the plates and coffee cups, etc. in our room periodically, and one last time before we checked out, as if we would rent a villa at that price and steal a fork (I sent him packing, telling him it was an insult). They made all sorts of mistakes on the bill. On plus side, very clean, staff by and large friendly, restaurant food quite good. Don’t order fancy cocktails, they don’t know how to mix them. Location not good: you have to take a cab to get anywhere, not even a single store or restaurant within walking distance. All considered, not/not worth the price.

Wonderful place for a family stay

We were here for a family trip. The villa was superb, spacious and comfortable. The service here was brilliant! We ordered bbq at our villa one night and the chef was great. The breakfast choice was good as well and had a good view of the beach. Only downside is that it's quite far from the city and there isn't much around the villas. The closest supermarket is back in Danang city around 20 minute drive.

Disappointing stay

Location - too far from town and not convenient. Looks more like a residential than a holiday resort.

Facilities - only swimming pool, one tennis court, a small spa that closes early, and one restaurant and bar. For such a remote location it should have morefacilities for guests who wish to stay in.

Villa - it's clean but condition is old.

Food - nothing spectacular

Hotel staff - friendly and helpful, communicate well in English

Overall experience - disappointing and will not stay again.

Nice villa stay for family

We are a group of 4 adults and 2 children.Booked the 2 Bedrooms villa.Our villa was just a min from white Cap cafe.Villa was well kept and clean and very self efficient.Reservation staff was very prompt in replying to my queries and made the necessary arrangements.Villas surrounding was well kept.Did make a suggestion to cafe to provide teaspoon when serving coffee or hot drinks.Every morning we asked for teaspoons.And maybe cafe should just leave the serviette container on every table.Overall we had a nice stay.Will definitely come back again.

But will skip the Spa.Spa services definitely needs to improved.Not professional at all.Door was left open when we were told to remove towel and lie down.Masseurs kept going out and break in between.Felt that the swedish massage,aroma and deep tissue massage all the same.Was not asked to choose any scents for the aroma massage.Deep tissue massage felt like normal massage.End of massage no help in wiping off excess oil from the back.

We had a great time at the Ocean Villas. The place is well designed - plunge pool, bit of a garden, very spacious (we are 4), nice pool (we only went to the 'White Caps' pool - there is another one but the place was quiet so we had no need to use the larger pool. Very well tended gardens; well maintained and pleasant.

The staff of Ocean Villas were only too pleased to help. OK, there may have been times when language was a bit of an issue, but nothing serious. If I have one criticism it is that the restaurant food (and menu) was limited. If you are a vegetarian then you will soon get very bored. I could not get the staff (at one point of trying) to realise that I didn't eat meat. Maybe some more veggie dishes on the menu and a bit more emphasis on CS in the restaurant would improve things for the White Caps restaurant. We ate out every night because of this.

But overall a very nice place. A bit out of the way but that was for me a good thing. I would certainly consider going back

The villa is huge

The villa is huge and we were all amazed as the taxi drove inside it. Perhaps we aren't used to seeing/having such big luxurious housing in Hong Kong. Check-in was fast and the staff were attentive and friendly. He drove us to our villa and then explained everything to us. Since it is located remotely, we dined in the villa's only restaurant. There was no one except us when we sat down. Food was so so...one of the female staff was so careless that she spilt our drink on my iPhone. She herself wasn't too apologetic but her colleague was. Not many recreational facilities in the villa but a free shuttle service to nearby town hoi an.

Good value for money but not a 5* hotel

The facilities of the villa were great for its price but they definitely need to rethink the logistics of a guest's checkout experience.

What significantly tarnished our impression of Ocean Villas was wheb they sent two staff members to check the villa for missing items whilst we were still in the villa which made us quite uncomfortable. The whole thing was slightly insulting and the fact that they tried to charge us for a disposable laundry bag is ridiculous.

The most fabulous, relaxing, resort to visit!

The resort is made up of 1 - 5 bed villas and one apartment block. There are two pools, one closer to the sea, and one near the entrance to the resort. The one near the entrance is just beautiful, and virtually deserted. There is some construction work over the wall, but that only started towards the end of the afternoon so was not an inconvenience. Our villa had a little pool which was well used by our two daughters. The villa was cleaned daily, at a time to suit us and all the staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful. It was my birthday whilst there, and I received the lovely surprise of an amazing cake! On our arrival, we asked for an early check in, but unfortunately that was not possible, so a room was arranged for us to rest in whilst the villa was prepared. There is only one restaurant, and having three meals a day there did get a little repetitive, but the view of the ocean whilst you are eating was magical. The beach was almost deserted, and was spectacular. It is the most beautiful view I have ever seen, with the mountains and white sand. Just fabulous. Would love to go back again!

Cons: no personal care products offered (you have to bring toothpaste, toothbrush. Shower gel and shampoo are kept in a oval shape container. No sure people will use it). Wifi is suck. My villa and my friend villa wifi reception are very poor. Have called the service desk twice to fix it. After that, it is still not smooth. Main swimming pool are relative small compared to other resorts. Hotel services are not up to 5 star hotel standard
Pros: The villa are new and clean. Villa surrounding areas are nice. Free shuttle bus service to Hoi An twice in day.

Who ever the guy was at check in, the whole check in experience felt unwelcome. I stayed 2 nights here after staying at 2 nights in banyan tree. Aircon unstable, one second is cool, next minute it turns off itself, have to call fix 3 times in 2 days stay. In the bedroom, water dips down from the aircon, luckily wasn't directly above our bed. Breakfast sucks! Pool was good and close to beach. 15 mins taxi ride away from town. But if you are a family that can take up the 3 bed room beach villa. That is worth it since all your young children and elderly can enjoy the privacy

the hotel service is excellent, our ice maker cannot use and the staff bring us a big bucket of ice immediately.But the air con not work so well, feel very hot even the air con is on. The starting meter rate of taxi called from front desk is higher. it should be 16,000 but the hotel one is 69,000. There is nothing around the hotel, the closest shops \"Lotte mall\" to buy drinks or food is 15 mins by taxi.

Why charge Luandry bags?

I stayed at ocean villas for 4 nights. Great location between Hoian and Danang. Good food at the cafe. However, I was shocked when I was told I need to pay if I used their Luandry bag . I put my dirty Luandry into their recyclable Luandry bags and I was told that they would have to charge it if I bring them home . I did that for my stay at hotels around the world including 5 star Hotels like Shangri - la and Ascott and not once I was charged. They claimed it was their \" policy \". Sadly, your policy just applied my impression of your hotel

Modern villa that you make you feel at home

Our family enjoy our stay in the luxurious and modern villa. It makes you feel at home away from home the American style. You have all the amenities you need plus the option to use a backyard BBQ. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very spacious and modern design. Buffet breakfast with lots of variety. English speaking staffs and customer service oriented.

Cons: not conveniently located, away from main tourism area, taxi drive is always around VND220,000 each way out to town, the villa on the golf course are the nicest but far from the beach, it's a 10 min ride using facility provided golf cart, a car would be more convenient as parking available everywhere

Great fun for the whole family!!! Fantastic!!

We stayed at the Ocean Villas for four nights with our four kids in the 3 bedroom villa #E17. Our villa was clean and in great condition, including the private pool out back. The facility was great overall and the kids enjoyed the pools, football, pool table, and new sandy beach. We also had a good experience with massages at the spa. Staffs were excellent and attentive to our whole family, including making a cake for our son's 12th birthday. We will definitely be back and will stay here while in Da Nang!

Perfectly situated on the beach in between Danang and Hoi An, we could not have chosen a better location, or a better hotel. the villas were fully loaded, comfortable and very clean. We were very happy to also have a washer machine as we were at our halfway point for our trip.
There is a nice spa, fantastic restaurant (try the banana blossom salad), 2 large pools (in addition to each private plunge pool) and a free shuttle to/from Hoi An twice a day. The staff were very nice an happy to cart you around if you needed a golf cart. We have already recommended it to a few other travelers we met along our route that were looking for suggestions.

An overall excellent stay

We stayed in the 3 bedroom pool villa and generally we had a great stay. Villa was big and had all the amenities. The pool although small was great for the kids. Food and drinks was good and price seems reasonable for a 5 star resort. Overall I feel it was good value for money and great for a family or friends gathering. Taxi can be called and they will drive to your villa directly and there is a free shuttle to Hoi An one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The master bedroom we stayed at was nice and big with a separate shower and toilet area (pretty small compared with the room and hard to close the toilet door when you are inside). Would be a good idea to have the shower gel and shampoo in the shower area instead of on the dressing table, also the 110 voltage next to the dressing table was for insufficient for the hair dryer but these are minor issue.

To the management, please get rid of the list of price item (or at least reduce the no of item to only include those that are of value) which guest had to pay if found damaged or lost. No Guest would spend half an hour check each of the items once the arrive at the villa. We could not find a bag holder to the toiletries and they charged 100,000VN dong. We had our umbrella taken by other guest and another 300,000VN dong.

Loved Ocean Villas

These villas were midway between Hoi An and Da Nang so perfectly located to visit both. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Taxis were at our door within 10 minutes of ordering them. Restaurant provided local cuisine and western food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. When we return to Da Nang we will stay at Ocean Villas without hesitation.

Sun and beach holiday with Bestie

Just have a wondering trip with my girl bestie, both of us love this resort very much. 30mins from airport only. Room is big and comfort. Every room have a private pool, actually the pool is quite open. Neighbourhood can see each other very clear, but the feel of it is quite good, because it can make it have more sunshine on the pool and sunbath area.

The public pool is good and big enough and very close with the beach.

Food at White Caps Restaurant is amazing. Love the spring roll and vietnam soup noodle so much. Other food also yummy. And price are very make sense.

Service is ok but still can improve.

Just only one thing we think need much more improvement is the Tides Spa, the massage skill is bad. We can feel the massagist is totally not enough energy when massage one body when we do body massage and foot massage. And the service is also not good on there. the massagist take my friend to bathroom to take a shower. After shower my friend find out is totally no any towel inside the bathroom, and no any staff near by when she scream for help. Ended up my friend need nude to walk out receipt to ask for help. So I think they are need a big improvement on this part.

A good deal hotel with teething services

The deal is nice. The breakfast is good. The environment and facilities of the hotel is good. However service level of the hotel varies. We stayed there for 6 days. Some staff speak good English and have excellent attitude while some can hardly communicate in English at all. Also I don't understand how can they clean a villa without a vacuum cleaner! In the end, most of the dust was found at the corner of the house. Also, when we checked out, they wanted to charge us for 3 missing hangers which we have no clue at all! All these little things interfere our enjoyment of the stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our two daughters for 6 nights. We were after a restful holiday following 6 days of travel around Vietnam. The resort was perfect. Our two bedroom villa was beautifully appointed with everything you could want and all in top condition. The plunge pool at the back door was ideal for the girls to swim while we relaxed and the main resort pool is also lovely. We ate most meals at the only restaurant on the resort and the menu had lots of variety and the quality was excellent. A few times we made special requests for things and they were accommodated easily and with great attitude and willingness. The staff were friendly and professional all the time. We used the spa for massage treatments and although really cheap compared to Australia there was no compromise on quality. Certainly recommend. We have holidayed in Fiji previously and agree that we would return to Vietnam rather than go back to Fiji.

Comfort and relaxation

The resort is half way between Da Nang and Hoi An (about 25 minutes to each) - so quite remote. The villas are superb and well equipped, each with their own mini pool, ensuite bathrooms, TV in the bedrooms too. The main pool is lovely and clean. The one restaurant is very good with a wide selection of food and good portion sizes. The staff were superb. Location is beautiful. A trip to Hoi An is highly recommended and the hotel provides a shuttle bus for this. We wanted a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got, with luxury.

These are villas good for family gathering. Nice beach with soft sands. The restaurant with decent prices. Besides these everything else are average. The pool by the villa is small. Breakfast has limited food selection. I didn't like the fact that they charged me for a shampoo holder that I broke upon picking it up and slipped out of my hand. I paid extra for the kid's breakfast voucher but wouldn't want to refund when we have to leave early for the airport and didn't need to eat and gave me a lame excuse that the food had already prepared. Sure for the buffet... The hotel wouldn't accommodate the guess for a pleasant stay.

It's a fantastic family trip for us. We had a very enjoyable family time there. The hotel is ideal for family especially with the kids. The open kitchen and BBQ site next to the room private swimming pool, added extra marks and fun to our trip. The privacy of a villa, with resort access

Ocean Villas is perfect for a \"villa holiday\" where you can access resort facilities. Set next door to a golf course, and with clean beach frontage which goes for miles, this really is a fantastic choice.

Located half way between Da Nang and Hoi An, we found this gave us flexibility to easily tour around, or choose lazy days at the villa/beach.

Excellent 2 level accommodation, with private pool and grassy garden, our family of four had a good amount of space. The daily buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were sweet and helpful when needed.

Staff were friendly and prompt, villa was very nice, facility was nice. All was clean. I wish I had a few more comforts available as I was staying awhile on business. I did get a bit ill from food (general change of diet most likely) and I probably would skip the breakfast buffet next time.

Wonderful Property

Booked a 3 room villa and as requested, I was given the E block which is very near to the restaurant. This property is huge and some villas are very far from the restaurant and you need to call for buggy to fetch you. Next to the restaurant, you will find the public swimming pool and sports bar, that has a pool table and table soccer. The beach is also there.

The restaurant serves a variety of local and international food and I would say it's not cheap but not extremely expensive either. Average resort price. Breakfast is mixed local and international buffet but not very wide range.

Ocean Villas is located in between Danang City and Hoi An and you can either take the free feeder bus to Hoi An, which the resort offer twice a day (1 way only) or take a cab, which the hotel receptionist will be glad to book for you. To Hoi An, it cost around VND 250,000 (approx USD12) one way. This resort is also very near, about 3-4km to Marble Mountain.

As for the staffs, they are very friendly and helpful. Most of them speak only basic English so you need to be patience when communicating.

Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to stay there if/when I visit Da Nang again :)

Luxury Serviced Villa's near white sandy beaches

We had an excellent two bedroom villa (access to 1), all villas have a private dip pool, which are kitted out perfectly which are serviced and turned out daily.

They have a great restaurant on site which has great quality food which offers cooking classes which I absolutely enjoyed, with some of the vegetables being sourced from their own garden daily.

All the staff are friendly, approachable and always prepared to give you their time.
A short walk from your villa to the restaurant, bar and to the white sandy quiet empty beaches beyond.

Within 30 minutes max, you have Da Nang, Hoi An and Marble mountain all great for an excursion, Ocean Villa Resort is a great place to stay as a base or to be for a great retreat.

wonderful resort

Great service. Friendly staff. Love the villa design/decor. Everything you need is there, including a washer, though I had to buy detergent. The only complaint about the villa is that the hard wood floor on the 2nd floor hallway needs some polishing. My 3 year old daughter ended up with a splinter on her foot. Other then that, it's a wonderful place and surprisingly peaceful. Great neighborhood which feels like home.

Lovely Villas

The location is midway between Hoi An and Danang. A free shuttle service is provided twice a day to Hoi An. A taxi ride is about 280k Dong to either place. The Villas are really lovely, large, clean and comes with a small splash pool. There is a bigger pool and tennis court on the premises. Something to note, this is NOT a hotel in the true sense of the word, think of it as a serviced villa (cleaning etc). The service is no where close to hotel standards because it is NOT a hotel. You renting a villa which has a restaurant on site. Once you appreciate Ocean Villas for what it is, the service (or lack thereof) fades into the background and you can enjoy it for what it really is, a lovely villa with a pretty beach and warm seas all within walking distance. But as mentioned here several times, the restaurant staff do need extra training ion how to be attentive. Breakfast does become a bit boring after 4-5 days but that applies to every hotel i have stayed in Vietnam.

Has potential but still a long way to go

The staff was not particularly helpful / understood our requests. We had issues with the air con not working (on a 36 degree day!) and to our surprise we were not transferred to another room, but to wait for it to be repaired. The bed sheets had stains on it from previous guests and house keeping were not able to change the bed sheets at night (we called them around 10pm, just before bedtime and when we noticed). Instead they had to unlock the second bedroom for us to stay. It's okay, big enough, but not worth the money spent.

Mixed feelings

An outstanding property. Spectacular beach. One of the nicest places our family has ever stayed in all of our extensive travels. Clean? It was spotless. Manicured grounds. Plunge pool more than that and so delightfully refreshing. The staff was always smiling with sincerity. Everyone always helpful. 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and dining area. It is exactly as advertised and more. Backyard, washing machine balcony. Absolute luxury. Only downside and really not a big deal at all, is the 15 minute taxi to either Hoi An or Da Nang. I wish they had a 6:00 PL shuttle rather than 4:30. But again, $12 and 15 minutes to Hoi An makes this place a tremendous value with a more than adequate breakfast. If you're feeling lazy and don't feel like the 7 minute walk to the restaurant or beach call a golf cart and it is there in 2 minutes. Call reception for a taxi and it is at your door in 5 minutes or less. Obviously, I lived thus stay. Wish we stayed longer. Would have stocked the frudge, cooked in a little and totally relaxed.

Phenomenal resort

We loved the Ocean Villas. The 2- bedroom we stayed in was gorgeous, modern, elegant, and well appointed with everything we needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The beach is right there within steps of the villa, with fine powdered sand, warm water, and beautiful views of mountains and iconic attractions (the nearby Marble Mountains and Lady Buddha at the top of the Son Tra Mountain). The restaurant on property served a bountiful and delicious breakfast buffet; lunch and dinner also yummy, too. We loved having a private plunge pool, a standard feature of every villa. Each day for us started with swimming and kayaking or boogie boarding (free through the property) in the ocean, followed by a dip on the property's stunning infinity pool with a direct view of the sea, finished off with time in our personal plunge pool before heading out to the area's many interesting attractions. The shuttle to Hoi An runs twice daily and taxi rides into Da Nang's city center were easy and affordable to come by. This property is an incredible value-- much less expensive than other similar types of properties in the area (I did extensive research before booking) without sacrificing top quality facilities and customer service. I had no trouble communicating with the staff and received a lot of help with any and all questions or requests. I strongly recommend the Ocean Villas without any reservation and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel good location not enough beds

We were happy with location and room, but we booked for 2 Adults and 3 kids and got a king and two singles and not enough room for a roll away bed. Staff weren't very helpful, passed the buck to Expedia as the staff not willing to help us out, and Expedia did the same so a non win situation. I feel this Villa is good for couples not really a kid friendly place to stay, restaurant in Villa OK but expensive and not great food selection if they sorted that out it would be heaps better, just means you wouldn't need to leave the Villa everyday to find somewhere to eat. Great that they have courtesy bus daily into Hoi An which was great made the week a lot better knowing we could get in and out of town on a daily basis.

Great villas, beautiful beach

The Villas themselves are very well appointed. A little less privacy in the private pool however great views of the rivulet. The location was neither here nor there. Only had 2 times for shuttle bus to Hoi An. 1030 and 1630. No late shuttle for those who wanted a little night life. A taxi return was about $15 AUD one way to Hoi An and same to Da Nang so no biggy.

Nice place but need more services improved

No bellman or anyone there guided us to the reception at the time we arrived, we had to carry our heavy luggages walked through a very small door. The next morning, they trimmed the lawn outside of the villa. Usually, that was normal to me but it was to noisy as I opened the curtain and discovered there were about 10 workers there with at least 5 trimming machine running at the same time. I can't understand why they need that many workers and the house keeping appeared from no where right at the stairs in front of our sleeping room. I had already told them to make up the room later while my girlfriend was in her bathrobe and doing the make-up but they were seem like not quite got the meaning. The second morning, we decided to have the buffet breakfast at the restaurant which was included in our booking. I have to say, the service there was extremely terrible. They don't even know how to cook a small bowl of PHO which is a traditional and famous dish of Vietnam. my girlfriend ordered one for me. I recognized it right away the noodles wasn't well cook. Later, my girlfriend ordered one for her and had requested them to re cook the noodles, she had to wait like forever and then when they brought the bowl out for us. There was no beef or vegetables inside, she had to bring the bowl back to the chef and asked him to give her some. Noone seemed to care about cleaning the dirty dishes on our table. Anyways, worst buffet breakfast service ever that I have ever experienced.

Luxurious homes on beautiful endless beach!

We had reserved one of their superb designer's villas for a few days to rest from jetlag on our arrival for a month trip in Vietnam and it was the perfect setting! Good restaurant that delivers to your own dining room, privacy, friendly staff and efficient service, everything was above expectations except for the Spa massages wich are not worth the price. We cooked some of our meals in the well equiped kitchen and there is a good choice of wines and fresh local and importes products at the Metro Supermarket. Conveniently located midway between Danang and Hoi An (15 minutes with meter taxis always available on the spot), that quiet resort is almost alone in an area were you can stroll on the magnificent beach for kilometers without seing anybody except for a friendly Vietnamese women walking her hundred goats on the beach in the morning and back in the afternoon... We loved those amazing moments, especially when she showed us two newborn babies she was carrying in a bag!

The hotel is very good. We stay in a luxury villa with a kitchen, a living room, a huge bed room and a private pool. Overall it was good. The only issue is it is quite far from the city. So you either need to have a car or prepare to pay for taxi (about $12-$15 one way).

A Quiet Family Escape

The perfect place to stay if you're with a family. If you're looking to go out on the town a lot, this probably isn't the place for you. The villas are basically houses with accommodating amenities and home comforts. There's a bus that takes you to hoi an. The food is amazing. I'd stay here again for sure. Amazing value for what you're getting. It's a steal... They also have western food options alongside some common Vietnamese options.

Villas have the look of an American subdivision but they are very nice, well equipped and very comfortable. The beach is great, the food in the restaurant ( we did breakfast mostly ) is perfectly fine. We did order takeaway on one or two cool nights and it was excellent. We would stay again.

Superb villa close to the beach!

It was such a stunning villa. The service was stellar. Our villa was a 2 minute walk to the beach. We dined in the restaurant and the food was good but pricey for Vietnamese standards. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The beach was so beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. You must go to Hoi An when staying here even though it is a half hour cab ride from the villa. It is totally worth it. This is my second time staying in this area and I would definitely go back.

Lovely villas shame about the service

There is no doubt that the accommodation here is luxury and every bit as tranquil as the other reviews promise. A little stepford in its residential setting and a far throw from the Vietnam beyond its gates, all is forgiven on entering your private plunge pool.

However the big downfall here is the service. Bar a couple shining lights, and I mean a couple, the staff are totally disengaged with the guests to the point where you feel that it is inconvenient that you are staying there. The check out procedure previously referred to is farcical and something which we had to go through twice. Beware of booking trips through the villas as it is an excuse to be ferried from one shop to another by your driver and guide as a way of them earning more. Don't bother to try and complain as there seems to be no one in charge!

It is lovely and more than we could have wished for but so was our £20 a night hotel in Hanoi and the staff there were outstanding.
