The room was as described, was clean and the resort facilities were very good. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had plenty of space and ideal for families.

The resort pool was good and the resort in general had a nice resort vibe.

You do not go to reception when checking in or out, someone meets you at your room and you pay a cash deposit, but this went smoothly although feels a little weird. They do have somewhere to store your bags, despite the room not being directly provided though the resort.

The restaurant for is average, but a short grab or taxi into Danang is easy enough.

We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Suites very much thanks to Lisa and Tony! They were really helpful from the reservation to room service arrangement, bedding supply and even the airport transfer.
My villa was spacious and clean enough and we were happy to swim both in the main and private pool.
The only con was the location. It was a little bit far from the central Da Nang, so we had to take a taxi for day trips almost everyday. But 20-minute-long rides actually gave us the chance to experience the dynamics of local life!

We had a very pleasant stay.

Our place was neat and tidy upon check in. Lisa was very helpful informing us everything we needed to know ahead of our trip. Mr Vince our butler was extremely kind and responds to our messages within a minute without fail!

We had no issues with the stay at all. Some parts of the villa could use some maintenance (such as bath tub, shower silicone, a small gap at the staircase - we were conscious of this as we had young children) but nothing that was unacceptable on the whole and we did not make a fuss of it.

A buggy was available for driving us to/from the beach - this was an extra perk! The beach is a short walk away, less than 5 minutes, but it was particularly special to have a driver and a buggy!

Housekeeping were courteous and clean. Gardeners were often seen making sure gardens were tended up. The villa is well looked after. We would definitely stay here again next time :)

The villa was roomy and perfect for our needs .
And the resort nearby provides us with excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Estates. The house was spacious and amenities were modern. We opted for in-villa breakfast which was a daily luxury. Lisa and Vince helped us with everything from arranging a driver to all daily needs. Highly recommend!

ocean suite was a great place to stay in Da Nang! It was close to old town and just a 30 minute drive to the airport so it was not crowded and you can really get a suburban feel of Vietnam. The suite itself had great amenities around like swimming pool, breakfast and massage.

Personal thank you to Tony and Lisa! They were amazing Concierge to our stay. We had a big group with 4 suite and they took great care of us. They message us weeks before our stay to make sure the suite will be ready when we arrive after a long flight. During our stay, they were on top of communication24/7. Thank you for taking care of us!

The Ocean Villas resort is a great private resort right on the sea front. It is quite a distance from the heart of Da Nang but not that long (or expensive) in a taxi. It was also not that far from Hoi An.

Jenny, our butler, was absolutely fantastic. The in villa chef cooked breakfast was amazing both times we had this and when we needed anything from Jenny she was on hand to assist. Including arranging a driver for us to do the touristy stuff, who stayed with us all day.


The only negatives is that there is literally nothing in walking distance. No coffee shows, marts or restaurants (besides the resort restaurants) so everything was a cab ride away.

We stayed at the Ocean Suites Premium Villa with 4 bedrooms. All the staff was very responsive to all of our inquiries and always very helpful. Our location was very clean and well maintained. Our whole family of 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to family and friends if they were going to Da Nang. It is very easy to use Grab to get places. Our location was very quiet and peaceful. We loved having a large private pool. Thank you so much for a terrific holiday.

The Ocean Suites is a great facility with all the amenities of a resort with the convenience of an apartment or villa.

The staff make the experience 5 stars with Jenny, Lisa and the team reach out via WhatsApp to check you have every thing you need.

The Nep restaurant has a wide selection and good service. And is convenient for both the pool and beach.


The property is 20 minutes by taxi to either Hoi An or Da Nang shops, right opposite the golf course so factor in time and distance when considering your options.

Perfect to get away from the bustle of city and perfect if you are comfortable with Grab or a driver to get around.

The staff were outstanding, especially Lily, Vince and Lisa. A short text message to them and they arrive in 10 minutes to pick you up in an extended golf cart. And whisk you off to wherever destination you want to go within the resort.

The food at the restaurant The Nep was wonderful for the breakfast buffet. A large assortment of breakfast food and so many different types of fresh fruits. But honestly lunch and dinner was just ok and I can't recommend it. A simple beef burger was consistently over cooked and very dry. And their Pho beef noodle soup was disappointing.

A great option: We discovered the resort next to us, a short walk down the beach named \"Fusion\" is wonderful. They have a beautiful restaurant on the beach called \"Char Grill\" with very nice atmosphere. And offer indoor or outdoor dining, outdoors offers tables steps away from the beach and the crashing waves. And they use wood burning grills. The scent of smoke fills the air. And the steak is yummy. And for kids they also make an outstanding wood fired pizza. For lunch they offer another restaurant called \"Fresh\" that has a wide assortment of Vietnamese and Western food.

There isn't much to see outside of the resort and you definitely need a car. I highly recommend a terrific local driver named Bryan at Bryan Travel Service that can suggest activities and places to visit eg., Hoi An and nearby Marble Mountain.

Property was great, room was spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job. Lily, who checked us in and out, was also great and answered our questions about the area and Da Nang. Beach was beautiful and kept clean of garbage. Only minor criticism was that the pools aren't heated so it wasn't ideal swimming for the cooler days, but not a big deal.

We had a great time at Ocean Suites. It was a very calm location, great for families and groups that want more space. The location was perfect for us because it was in between Da Nang and Hoi An, and we were able to visit both multiples using Grab. Vince, Lily, and Lisa were super attentive and responsive on WhatsApp. Whether we needed to coordinate a day trip, request breakfast, or just had simple questions, they were there for us. We would totally return!

The staff are friendly, attentive, and very responsive. They created a WhatsApp group chat to share all the necessary information after we booked the hotel and arranged our pick-up.

This made our trip enjoyable, although it would have been perfect if there had been a bathtub.

The hotel is a bit distant from everything, but it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the NEP restaurant serves excellent food.

Our time at the Villa was super fun. We spent time at the beach, pool, and restaurant. The staff welcome us on the first day was attentive and friendly. The staff came to make breakfast for us was great, great food, they helped me to celebrate my daughter birthday by ordering a beautiful cake and it was perfect. I would stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

The villa whete we stayed looks gorgeous from the outside but the inside was not very clean -- it was not well maintained.

There was no front desk or reception as we expected, but instead, a member of the staff for this property was assigned to us.

Check-in/check-out was at the villa and any communication afterwards would be done via a social media app (group chat) because I didn’t have a local phone number. Response time was quick in my case and the assigned staff was courteous.

If you expect services like at a hotel/resort then this Ocean Suites might not be for you.

What impresses me most about this place is the dedication of the staff and how they would help you with every single query you had to make it a great holiday. We were there as a family and it was a great place for us to spend quality time. Excellent resort with hospitable and very communicative staff. The resort was very clean. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Even had a washing machine which was very convenient. The beach area was also clean and while not completely private, it would be quite inconvenient of a walk to access the beach without going through the resort property, making it as good as a private beach.

目の前に川が流れており、庭にはプルメリアの花が咲き、雰囲気の良いヴィラでした。
プライベートプールは身長100cm強の子供の足がギリギリつかないくらいの深さでしたが持っていった浮き輪を使って楽しんでいました。
部屋は毎日清掃され清潔さを保っていただきました。
毎日部屋で作ってくれる朝食もベトナムのフォーの他、日米中韓から選ぶことができ、量も質も満足でした。日本食を選ぶと食パンとオムレツが出てくるのはお愛嬌(笑)
事前にグループLINEで接客担当のLisa, Jenny, Tonyとやり取りでき、不明点など確認できるので安心。敷地内を移動できる無料バギーの手配やルームサービスなどのサポートもLINEで完結できるのでスムーズです。

トラブル２　妻の体調不良の病院手配等　トラブル3帰国便変更の手配手伝い（実際は変更できなかった）真剣にベトナムエアーに電話し交渉してくれました。非常に感謝しています。
ラインでの連絡でタイムリーにすべてを解決してくれました。出先でも相談でき非常に助かりました。
一つ意見としてチェックインカウンターが無いのでエアビーの様に事前にラインかメールを登録していないとまどうかもしれません。感覚ではエアビーアンドビーにコンシェルジュ（リリーさん　）付いている非常に安心で助かりました。明確なチェックインルールを確立してください。次回はゴルフ仲間とエンジョイしたいです。

첫 풀빌라 이용이었는데 아이들이 무척 좋아해서 아침마다 수영장에 들어가서 놀았습니다. 숙소는 청결하고 수영장도 아침마다 정리해서 깔끔합니다. 리조트 내부도 예쁘고 산책하기 좋습니다.
한국에서 예약한 이후부터 매니저 Lisa가 카카오톡으로 응대해주고, 숙소 체크인 이후로는 Jenny와 Vince가 담당해주었는데, 저희 요청에 거의 즉시 응대해 주어서 매우 만족스러웠습니다.
처음 공항에서 올 때와 체크아웃 이후 공항으로 나갈 때 캐리어를 싣기 위해 매니저들에게 요청하여 대형 밴 차량을 예약했는데 비용이 따로 차량을 부르는 것과 크게 차이나지 않습니다. 다만 가족들끼리 외부로 나가거나 할 때에는 베트남에서 일반적으로 사용되는 GRAB을 활용했습니다.
전반적으로 매우 만족합니다. 다낭에 다시 온다면 또 이용하고 싶은 리조트입니다.
