The rooms were spacious and came with a furnished kitchen. There was a separate room for the beds and they had a small dining area as well as a lounging area. The room we booked had a great view of Mt. Yotei as well! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the center of Hirafu where a lot of the restaurants are located.

The ski valet is on the second floor of the hotel and it is just a short walk to the King Gondola. You are able to ski right to the entrance to the ski valet of the hotel after a skiing, which made it very convenient. You could also leave your skis and boots at the valet in the middle of the day to take a break before going back out for night skiing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was very helpful with booking complimentary rides to and from the Hirafu Welcome Center, which is where the shuttle buses drop off/pick up passengers. They were also very prompt with their emails about any inquiries.

The onsen was very clean and not super busy. The hotel provides a complimentary private onsen session, but we didn't feel the need to use it as the onsen was never crowded.

We stayed 3 nights in Ki Niseko Hotel in a mini one bedroom apartment with a view of Mount Yotei this summer. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants in town and opposite our favourite town coffee shop in Rhythms where they made great coffee, fresh smoothies and veggie sausage rolls!

We enjoyed the hotel and the space and amenities in the room, but found the town during the early summer months too quiet, with minimal restaurants, shops, bars and cafes open which was such a shame as the countryside around was beautiful. Ski lifts weren’t open yet so we couldn’t use them to walk in the hills and mountains surrounding the resort.
We noticed the summer season starts July 19th so I imagine after then more would be open.
The area is positioned well for hiking and exploring, you will definitely need a car.
The hotel has a nice onsite restaurant which we ate in once and enjoyed the food (minimal vegetarian options however). Breakfast was ok, a little limited in Western options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel and would recommend if staying in the area for a short break.

On paper the property is great, but some little things like restrictive charging in rooms and no adapter's when asked. Concierge does a good job but it's just a booking service, not concierge who can help guide your trip, rather than just book what you aks them to.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon without much research. It was perfect as it was ski in, ski out and right in the centre of town. We went beginning do December which was great for us as you didn’t need to book restaurants and the slopes were quite. However a lot of the runs were just opening or not opened. The only downfall is because some of the rooms are apartments there were a lot of family’s staying so it was pretty noisy at times.

As great as the last time I visited in 2019. I waited for four years to come back (mostly because of the pandemic) and again had a great vacation here. Fully relaxed and rejuvenated in this trip. Look forward to coming back!

Personally I highly recommend the rooms with the Mountain View, I can sit in front of the window the whole day just watching mt. Yotei.

Just a simple request to find transport to send guests to the nearest JR station was not even able to assists...
No choice but to check out earlier just to catch an early flight the next day!

I love this place. It felt like a five star hotel. Everything was very new and clean. Staff were extremly polite and kind. There was no bath tub in the standard twin room but the shower booth was nice enough and we could enjoy the private onsen for free. The vicinity was like a small resort town with many hotels, nice restaurants and shops.

A very nice, modern hotel conveniently situated next to the Hirafu gondola base. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. In addition to the communal onsen, there are also 2 private onsen which guests are entitled to book a 40-minute session per stay.

I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Connor for going out of his way to assist me with arrangements. I had made a late decision just prior to my visit date to take skiing lessons during my stay. Despite the lateness of the request, Connor managed to make the arrangements for the ski equipment rental and lift pass for me. Thanks also to Toby at the ski valet and Josh at the Rhythm booth for their help in finding my rented ski gear that morning (I had gone for my equipment fitting at the Rhythm store rather late the previous evening so I assume the gear had been delivered to the Ki relatively late). Without their help, the first day of my skiing lessons probably wouldn't have gone as smoothly.

The free shuttle service to various points in Hirafu town which runs frequently was very convenient.

-Rooms were a little stuffy because when you take out your key card, it cuts the electricity.

If driving probably not necessary to pay the extra for the covered car park as the outside one is right next to the hotel as well but may have to dig the car out in heavy snow. Stayed in 2 bed room suite with 3 adults and 2 kids. The room was well appointed though slightly tight, an extra bed needs to stay next to a dining table. The second bed room is basically a separate unit connected by a door with privacy. I could not figure out how to use the oven/range/microwave though I read Japanese. Would be nice to have a quick explanation. My mother found some stray pieces of hair on the floor and wanted to clean it...... Has a hot spring communal bath, the temperature of the hot spring is kind of low for most of Japanese taste but is it catering to non-Japanese customers?? Had dinner at the An top adventuresDining (hotel's main restaurant). Despite the fact the it was in summer, and was relatively late at 7:30pm, the place was crowded and service was slow. Food is good though after paying close to 30000 yen for 3 adults and 2 kids, I am not sure whether it was worth it. Recommend to walk to some restaurants in town.

I booked this hotel out of a need to have a stopover between Cape Kamui and Lake Toya, hence not much expectation.

The hotel exceed mine expectation from all aspects from services, room quality and facilities. We have access to one private onsen session and public onsen as well.

The restaurant also serve very high quality food, and we love the pork (can't remember the actual name of the dish) and entire dining experience.

Breakfast offered limited selection but good quality dishes.

Wonderful modern hotel, great cuisine!

Don't be fooled by the profile picture. This is a sparkling new (four years old, but everything looked like it was built yesterday!) hotel just next to one of the gondola termini in Kutchan. Pay the extra for the mountain view - we had a perfectly framed view of Mt Yotei out of our window; we never got tired of looking at it. The design of everything in the hotel was clean and modern - sort of Scandinavian aesthetic, but with brown as the main colour instead of white. Supremely comfortable king beds. A couple of things to highlight. In addition to the normal segregated onsen areas, there are two couple onsens that can be booked for free. Also, the An Dining restaurant was a revelation - amazing Japanese fusion cuisine, immaculately presented and very reasonably priced. There are a couple of set menus, but we just ordered a la carte. Of particular note were flights of sake and local wines. The sake flights were an eye-opener - we had no idea of the possible range of sake tastes. Would happily go back, and stay for multiple days next time.

We thought the room price was a tad too high but considering that they offer complimentary 40 mins onsen during our stay, it was really worth it, especially with the convenience to ski, the ultra comfortable room, fantastic view from the room and shuttle bus to restaurants outside.

Excellent service and fantastic ski in/ski out situation. Room was fantastic, clean, good size and adequate for all needs. You sacrifice a central location for ski in/out but that is OK. Niseko is a horrible Australian town in general. The only issue was breakfast was a melee - you have to fight for a seat or attention from the staff.

Really pleasantly surprised by the concierge and service rendered by the hotel. Picking us up from the Hirafu welcome centre and sending us back. The return trip was not planned for but already arranged by the Hotel. The initiative for service can be \"one step ahead of you\".
Restaurants can be booked through the concierge, lessons and lift passes as well. Basically, convenience at your fingertips.
Check in was a breeze so was check out.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pity we didn't have room with the mountain view.
I could have used the concierge more for meal arrangements as we spent quite some time hunting for food.

Special thanks to Hana and her immediate superior who had gone the extra mile to arrange 'special' shuttle drop off for me to Kutchan train station. Special in that I wanted to be at Kutchan train station prior the hotel first scheduled shuttle service at 9am as I was travelling with relatively large luggage and I wanted to allocate time to carry luggage up and down the staircase onto train platform for train bound for Otaru. No elevator or escalator available at Kutchan train station.

Nice hotel to ski in and out, have nice ski valet, free shuttle to village for accessing restaurants, drug store, rental shops and convenience stores. Love private onsen flexibility. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both nice. They also provide free Onsen 2 pieces of top and pant clothes; it's nice but a little uncomfortable. I prefer one piece style. Check in process takes longer than most of the hotels but staffs are friendly and welcoming. Bed was okay but stiff. Have 2 pillows in different firmness to adjust and a hug pillow. Shower only with No tub. Room has great view but not spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stays (3 nights) and will stay here again if we come back to Hokkaido for skiing.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are excellent, room was very clean with excellent modern appliances and fittings. The ski-in-ski-out facility and ski concierge is so convenient. We were able to leave our rental gear at the hotel and they sell some ski essentials there too. The hotel's onsens (public and private) are well appointed and a great way to unwind after hours on the slopes.
Oh, and the shuttle buses are very convenient every 15 minutes into Niseko village (or you can take the 5-10minute walk).

Nice ski in and out location with private onsen

We have stayed at 3 other hotels in Niseko, but this one had the nicest onsen of all. You can book a private onsen at no additional cost if you wanted. The hotel was very clean and being located next door to the gondola made it very convenient for skiing. The front desk staff did a great job with answering any questions and we're extremely helpful. The rooms were a bit small. My husband likes to stretch a little since he tends to have back problems, but the room was too small for him to do that. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at in Japan that didn't have a bathtub and the shower was very small. I ended up bruising my back on the towel rack that they put in the shower. They also have a mirror in the shower so when you use the toilet it's a bit strange. Storage is not plentiful in the room so things tend to get messy. You really are paying for the location and the great customer service.
I hated the ski valet system that they used. At times there was a line and being that most people rent skis this leads to problems as some people get confused about what gear is theirs. The staff then ends up running around trying to help them find things. I had to wait a long time one morning as someone left their gear outside and couldn't find it the next day. The staff politely explained repeatedly that if it's left outside that the hotel wasn't responsible. This should be common sense. Sometimes I just grabbed my gear myself and I never gave them my boots. Good place though.

Nice hotel with first class access to the slopes

The staff were very knowledgable and eager to help with any questions about the area/ places to eat. We had a room looking out onto the slopes and found it to be quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection and the gluten free cookies were a delight.
The ease of access was by the far the best reason to stay here as we were on the mountain bright and early and our gear was always dry from yesterdays run.
The onsen was clean and spacious.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was perfect for ski in-out holiday. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Having an inhouse onsen was definitely a plus point after a day of skiing. The free shuttle bus was very useful to run errands.

Storage was a bit sparse, especially trying to store suitcase and no shelves to unpack clothes.

Overall, my stay in Ki Niseko is great. The only thing to improve is their cafe and restaurant. The breakfast is fine, but not the lunch and dinner.

Great location. English speaking staff and well rounded in other languages too. Accommodating with holding our luggage. Private Onsen available for families or couples that just want to be alone.
