Room size was good. Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them.
I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. Stay but dont get the breakfast option.

The hotel wasn’t as expected. The futon beds were pretty flat and when asking for another futon to double up, they said no. We at least got another blanket though. Sleeping on the floor wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately. We had a great view with our room with a very big/wide window! That was very cool at least. The manga section in the lobby was neat. But the room was constantly damp feeling and kinda humid. Smelt like ocean sewer in our room haha. The towels always smelled off, not clean smelling. The bathroom had a deep tub which was nice but to get into the bathroom, there was a high step to get into there. Didn’t understand the restaurant either. They said private only? The elevator was nice to have but sounded like it was going to break down most of the time. It was okay for the short stay we were there but don’t think we’ll be booking again in the future.

The beds are rock hard and the room layout is not ideal for a larger family (4+). The staff were either very friendly or VERY terse and rude, and it was more often the latter. If you like shopping, it’s next to a very big outlet mall. That’s not a draw for me, so it doesn’t merit a higher rating. The walk to the station is 15 minutes, so be prepared for that.

I loved that it was close to many shopping areas and a reaspnable distance from 2 train stations. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. Honestly if i come back to Osaka i would stay here again.

Wonderful arrangement

My 80+ father-in-law was not able to stand into the bath tub to have shower.
After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges.
Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much.

Arigato gozaimashita to all the staffs in The Premium Hotel in Rinku.

This was a very nice small Hotel across the road from the Osaka Outlet which was perfect for our last days to get some good deals. It is about 15 min walk from train station.The staff were very helpful in helping me get to the hospital with the minimal English they had. Cleaning services was great even if you request to not get your room cleaned they put a basket full of the essentials for you to take inside and use.

Just the room walls are a little thin and we could here our neighbours loud and clear 😅

The air conditioner was not working properly. BUT the front desk brought up a portable AC, which was very nice of him.
The shower had no place to put a towel.
The mats for sleeping were and even when doubled up, the sleeping surface was still hard.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that the room slightly smelled it cigarettes when I walked in. But opening the window and turning the AC on helped a lot. Also sadly the beds were way too hard! I fell asleep only because I came from a 16 hour flight and and was tired but those beds are way too hard for my taste. But the size of the room is amazing for what you pay for.

Everyone spoke fluent English!!!!! Which is very rare in Japan!

LOCATION! Property and amenities is the best I’ve experienced while visiting Japan(7 days) we stayed here for two nights! Steak house around the corner recommended by a staff was excellent! Small plate style, which was great you got to taste everything and order more of your favorite dish. Super duper cheap!!!! Only cost around $35 with amazing red wine! WOW

Train station and bus stop was couple of minutes from the hotel. It is like apartment style. I do believe it was an apartment complex. Laundry was a plus but dryer had no heat(idk if it’s a traditional thing or not?!) took a long time to dry but we didn’t mind!

The hotel looks like a warehouse. It's quite far from the piblic transportation. There is an outlet mall in front, but limited choices of restaurant. The closest SevenEleven closes at 8pm. Inconvenient so you need to be prepared before night time.

3. Offers most of the usual stuff like in room sandals, toothbrush and toothpaste and razer.

What's not so good
1. Check out time is 10am and if you wish to extend to 12pm, you need to pay extra. I don't see many guest but they insist they need to clean the room.
2. Breakfast, not much varieties. You can go to the food court in outlet for your daily meals.

Large rooms with a full size bed(medium firm and comfortable).
Bathroom was small compared to other business hotels , but it has everything from a tub, toiletries , hairdryer, Pajamas and soft towels .
The rooms were quiet . Residents were respectful.

In house restaurant that looks inviting and appealing. I did not partake.

5 minute walk to Rinku Outlet mall, food court and coffee,
15 minute to Rinku Station(10 minute train ride to KIX)
20 minutes to the local restaurants and bars

The hotel is all right. Located near an outlet mall, few miles from the airport, and about half a mile from the rail road station.
The breakfast was a bit limited with the offer.
Service is good and the cleanliness is good.
However, must notice that it is not worth the cost!

Nice room, but the toiletries are very minimum and some you need to collect from the reception counter.
It is just a walking distant to Rinku Premium Outlet and Rinku Town train station.
There is cheap shuttle bus service between Rinku Premium Outlet and KIX airport (200yen/trip), but it only starts at 10am. If you have an early flight to catch up, you need to walk a little bit farther to the train station and take the train to the airport. No shuttle bus service from the hotel.

I would not stay here again. We tried to check in at 1:15pm and were told there would be an $80 charge ($20 per person) - so the room was ready, but they just wanted extra money. Room had a weird smell. Lunch and breakfast were mediocre at best and restaurant did not accept credit cards. Certainly the worst hotel we stayed at in Japan.

The hotel is close to Premium Outlets but far from Rinku Station. Walking time was around 20-25min with luggage and young children. Room was spacious and clean. We booked a taxi from hotel to Rinku station to catch early flight. The ride was within 5 mins time and fare was inexpensive.

The hotel is next to the Rinku Outlet ( the main area) located in the quiet street. The bus stop to Kansai Airport (or vice versa) is closed by. The staff is all nice and willing to help. The room is simple and clean. Highly recommend if you need a night to rest in this area.

成楝酒店睇落似番新左，但燈光較黑暗，距離車站較遠的路程，但勝在有停車場，揸車就方便，如果想去outlet度掃貨拖住全部戰利品來來回回，都幾辛苦吓，到晚上outlet的通道全部封鎖要繞道行去酒店，酒店職員不懂得英文態度亦不積極，懶懶閒的，但房間比較大，在地上打開三個行李箱亦都夠位，這個是唯一的好處，還要比200日圓稅款唔知點解，大家入住時請留意

6月7日に関空利用の前泊で利用しました。夜、りんくうタウン駅から徒歩で向かいましたが、駅前から真っ暗で分かりづらく感じました。自分が見つけられなかっただけかも知れませんが、駅前に案内があると分かり易くなるのではと感じました。隣の部屋の話し声も割りと大きめに聞こえた気がします。この2点以外はよかったと思います。

・壁が薄いのか分かりませんが、夜中に別の部屋からの宿泊者の話し声、あくびが聞こえ、寝れない状況が続きました。
・フロントに直接行って、飲み物用の氷をお願いしたが、ビニール袋に4つ氷入れて渡された。　他のホテルならアイスペールに、それなりの量の氷を入れて渡してくれる。
