Substandard lodging not an Airport Hotel

This is not an airport hotel.It’s quite far from KIX.Useful features are the free airport bus and included mainly Japanese breakfast.They also have Japanese bath facilities.At best this is a regional 2 star hotel.It is a poor choice for foreigners who don’t speak Japanese.The price they ask for rooms is not justified.Poor quality mattresses,a single pillow.No complementary water.Stained carpets.Dirt marks and scuffs on walls.Honestly,I was surprised that this was a Japanese establishment.
No stars for this hotel.

Japan? has no printers??? seems incredible to me. Any other country in the world, they gladly print your boarding pass for free.

This older hotel is located in an industrial zone/working class area still about 4 miles from Kansai airport - not very convenient therefore - the breakfast was modest but tolerable - the airport shuttle was limited in terms of availability - check your flight times therefore - I had to leave the hotel at 10:30am for a 5:00 flight since that was the last shuttle - I would not stay here again - there are much better & newer options closer to the airport at the same price

This hotel is everything I could think of needing when transiting to or from KIX. The hotel is almost as close as you could be to the airport without being an airport hotel.

One thing that could have improved is better communication about how to take the airport shuttle from the airport. Once you are at the hotel, communication is very organized about how to take the shuttle to the airport.

Please note, the airport shuttle only runs in the morning time. If your flight is in the evening, you may be on your own for getting to the airport. The staff is very nice and the walk to the nearest train station is leisurely if long.

The room was small, but had all the necessities we needed. I do have to say the bed was pretty hard . Other than that there was hot water and room was clean. Its not glamorous but has the basic things you need for a night stay. We got in very late due to delayed train, and I was very happy they had cup a noodles in their vending machine as everything around by that time was closed .

I liked that there were laundry facilities available-i did all my laundry and returned home with fresh/clean clothes; because of the typhoon on Guam there was no power or water for a while. So glad that I had clean clothes to use.

Liked that it had a shuttle to the airport. It was pretty far walk from the train station, especially if you have luggage’s. Not to many things in the area to do. The water in the shower kept going from really hot to really cold.

Very respectful and courteous staff. Shuttle from Osaka Kansau Airport is every hour, just wait on the left end side s4, you can't miss the bus, they have a big sign on the sides. The room for 1 person seems small, but uts actually just right. The have an onsite onsen, but i was too shy.. i bought into the breakfast buffet, combo of Continental breakfast with a Japanese touch. The 7 11 convenience store is a 5 min walk down, there is a pedestrian crossing, wait patiently. There is a shuttle to an outlet but i didn't bother as i was wanting to save money because my usland home was devastated by a typhoon, otherwise i would definitely explore. There is a curry place right next door and a Wendy's up the street.

I arrived at the Kansai Airport in the evening, but I couldn't use shuttle. The hotel's shuttle bus only ran until 11:00.
There is only a shuttle from the hotel to the train station.
but there is no shuttle from the station the to hotel, so we took a taxi to and from the station and the hotel.
and must have to reserve the shuttle bus to use it, but there was no advice on reservation at the reception.

The hotel is nestled among the local residents in walking distance to find your dinner. The hotel may have been renovated but the water temperature adjustment is still not quite the same for the US resident to get used to. However, the staff and accommodations for taking me to the daily starting point to travel from Kansai Airport are made up for the water temperature adjustment when I got back. Highly recommend based on hospitality.

The hotel is OK. It offers free shuttle to and from the airport. but it is not very clear that YOU HAVE TO ORDER THE SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT IN ADVANCE and therefore I missed that one (and paid 5200 Yen for a taxi. about 20 minute ride at late night).

I loved that it was so close to the airport and there's also a complimentary airport shuttle. The location was also near eateries and some shops. The staff was also very courteous and compassionate. My grandmother was in a wheelchair and the front desk receptionist noticed and was able to give us a no barrier room so that she would have enough space to move freely.

The hotel has good shuttle service to/from KIX but is not near a train station. Therefore, access from Osaka requires long walk from station under somewhat difficult conditions. I arrived at 2:40PM but hotel very strict about 3PM checkin policy. Room was the expected size and quite clean. First morning shuttle arrives KIX at 5:50, which is not quite early enough for 6:30AM flights. A number of eating places are on highway in front of hotel.

If you have a short stay in Osaka area or have a morning flight to catch, this is your perfect place to stay. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service is a plus. The room is very clean and comfy. Free breakfast buffet makes the stay even better. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The location was a bit far away from the KIX (It takes about 15-20 minutes to get there by hotel shuttle bus). The room was very small and not that clean (black marks on the wall, hairs on the floor and questionable bedding), the bathroom toilet had awful smell. Check-in and out were fine.

Didn’t know Japan Transportation closes at 10pm ish. Flew into Kansai at night and slept until the trains began running about 5am. Super small and old room, even for Japan. I would not stay here unless it is seriously only to sleep.

My family loved this hotel! They loved the public bath so much. And the breakfast buffet :) Our room was great. The shuttle bus to the airport was also very handy as our bus to universal studios took off from Kansai airport. Great property. Close to restaurants, 7-11, grocery stores, and the Rinku station.

I came with my brother’s family and we all had such a great experience at this hotel! We loved that the airport shuttle service was included as well as shuttle service to Rinku train station. The free shuttle is amazing, and makes it extremely convenient to get to kix airport. Also, the staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are very clean. The only downside is that the bed was very hard, and I usually love firm beds. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the airport

A very nice and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area it was in was nice and had a variety of restaurants where you could eat. The rooms were nice and very quiet.
The airport shuttle was helpful but not quite what I was expecting. You could you get a pick up service from the airport to the hotel from 3 pm onward which is find unless your land earlier. Airport drop-offs are only in the morning. Not quite what I was expecting when I saw it had an airport shuttle. It's fine, if you're flight times line up. If not, you'll spend some time waiting at the airport.

We booked a room with a double bed (we are a married couple), but because of the amount of luggage we had, we were made to switch to 2 twins because the room was bigger. Apart from that, the only issue we had was the smell of cigarette smoke in our smoke free floor the next morning. I am allergic, so it was a problem. Everything else was great. Very comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom.
