There was a blood stain on my sheets idk if they change the sheets that way or it was there my first night and I didn’t notice it staff changed my room immediately once notified the complimentary breakfast serve the same thing need more variety like different cereals and bacon and the shuttle ride to the Kansai airport kept asking for a slip like be real random people just gonna come up and take a shuttle ride to a airport you seen me come out the hotel but overall it’s an ok hotel only regret is didn’t get to try taste of Japan restaurant inside the hotel kept coming back to my hotel late

Good hotel near to the airport with a good and reliable airport shuttle.

Room was very quiet with the usual amenities you come to expect from a Japanese hotel and was opposite a large supermarket which was convenient when you just want to grab a quick bite and go to bed for that early flight out.

staff are extremely helpful and allowed me to leave some of my luggage there whilst i went to the islands for a few days.

very happy with my stay.

This is our 3rd time here. Cannot beat the location. Across the street you have a market that has everything you can imagine from freshly baked pastries to meats and sushi.
There's also a 711 next to the market that if you know Japan's 711's they have great sandwiches, musubi, and a pretty decent latte, and it's close to the KIX airport.
The hotel also has a restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at a decent price.
Daily maid service, or if you prefer not to have anyone come into the room (like my wife), they'll leave new towels, water, and all your amenities in a package outside your door.
The room itself is super clean, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-fridge, and the water pressure is super strong. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The staff go above and beyond to help you. On our last day 9/30, we needed a shuttle to the airport and the girl working the front desk-I think her name was Rayna, who by the way spoke English, arranged to have their shuttle take us even though it was not scheduled. That really saved us, thank you!

The property is just out of the city area and also close to Kansai which makes it easy when it's time to fly home.
They give you towels and water everyday. It's close to a couple of large malls that have multiple restaurants.
The girl at the front desk (Dong) was super helpful and helped us with a late check out.
I would highly recommend staying here when in Osaka.

A nice hotel

A comfortable, clean hotel in the midst of town. Entrance to hotel had a small sign stating Bellevue Gardens, it does have a small garden outdoors. It is an average hotel, it had a fairly good size bedroom compared to other Japan hotels of similar caliber. This hotel had its own airport shuttle which we took advantage of to and from Kansai Airport, this was a great help because we had like 12 luggages. We enjoyed having dinner in a Japanese restaurant on the lobby level, food was very good and for breakfast next morning, we dined in a buffet restaurant on the second floor. All in all it is a good place to stay overnight. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Usable Hotel within walking distance of the Center

The room and the bed as well as the facilities in the room were adequate- Even though the attendant at the front desk answered all of our questions, I felt nevertheless that it was more or less a burden for him.
The breakfast was not at the level of the other hotels in Japan where we stayed.The basic ambiance in this hotel was somewhat dreary with dark-hallways which were not well lit. Lobby area, although large, needs some renovation.
In summary, the room was fine while other areas of the hotel were less than inviting.

Good for stay before leaving Osaka by early plane

Spacious room with sofa and coffee table. The writing desk is not under the TV!
Within walking distance to train station and in a silent side street with a big food market immediate next to it.Fast free wifi and free shuttle bus to airport although limited services.
The breakfast is only fair and the dinning hall is a bit old.

We needed a handy hotel near Kansai Airport due to an early morning check-in. The Bellevue Garden Hotel, pushed our budget but fitted the location, especially with free airport transfer. However, the decor is very dated, some of the light switches didn't work and there were no teaspoons or coffee on offer in the room, despite there being cups and green tea. By comparison, a hotel we stayed in Kobe had black and green tea as well as coffee supplied - with contemporary decor and better price.

The room was bigger than regular Japanese hotels. There is nothing really around the area but there is a supermarket just across the hotel so you can grab the basics at least. There are no complimentary water in this hotel. The airport shuttle stops at the hotel so it is convenient. The room view is very scenic.

Only stayed one night for catching early flight from KIX. It provides free shuttle to KIX. Regular shuttle starts at 6:30, and they provide a special shuttle at 5:30. The bus driver is very nice - upon arriving, we wanted to read the signs to kill some time since we were too early, he thought we need help, and he did approach us to ask even he already seated in the bus.

The room is small, but enough for 4 people (same size as Daiichi hotel in Tokyo), but they don't allow me to book - I had to book two rooms for two adults and two children, kind of waste money.

Nice hotel close to airport

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Kansai airport and because of the free shuttle service. However, we found out that the shuttle service schedule had large gaps. We arrived at 1:00 pm and therefore, missed the 10:05 am shuttle. The next shuttle was at 6:30 pm so we had to take a taxi. Taxi fare was 4,000 Yen. Location was good, with close proximity to a grocery store which was handy for getting snacks and drinks. The hotel is good for transit to the airport and provided the shuttle schedule is suitable. Refer to schedule in their website so there are no surprises.

Just what I needed

Had a quick one night stay at Bellevue, and one thing that i really appreciated about this hotel was the ride from Kansai. The driver was really nice and gave me a first great impression of the hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The beds were really hard, however, it was only one night. Overall, I think I would come back to this hotel if I came back to Kansai.

I didn't like it that much. You need a card for the electricity. Breakfast is overpriced and not good. The room smelled like smoke in spite of having requested and asked for non-smoking.
However, hotel's free Shuttle to the airport, located only a few minutes walk to the train station and nearby grocery and convenience stores makes it a good place to spend your first night in Japan. Buy only for one night!

I stayed there with my 4yo son after arriving at Kansai airport in the evening. We missed the shuttle bus so took a train to the closest station. It was only two stops from the airport then took a taxi which took only few minuts. I don't think I could walk there to find it as it was quite complicated location as a first visitor.

The hotel was very clean and there was quite big super market across the road where we bought breakky for next day which was very handy. Only one thing was there was no complimental coffee and tea in the room. There was only green tea. I do like green tea but I'd rather prefer a cup of coffee in the morning. It's my preferance. Overall it was clean, the staffs were friendly and I'll definately stay there again next time.

I stayed one night at this hotel so it'd be easy to get to KIX airport the next day. Hotel is around a five minute walk from Izumisano station, and is around a 15 minute car ride to the airport. They provided a free shuttle bus to the airport so that was great. Staff were friendly and hotel facilities were also sufficient. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a morning flight from Kansai airport and this hotel was a good place to stay overnight. The hotel had a shuttle to and from the airport. As with almost everything in Japan, the shuttle was on schedule. It was convenient for my flight, however, the first shuttle runs to the airport at 6:30am so it may not be as good for people who have a very early flight.

Good cheap hotel near KIX

Good cheap option close to airport. We chose this hotel as Saturday night hotels in Osaka we costly as were the airport hotels. We arrived late by train and made use of the free airport shuttle for our morning flight. If the shuttle times don't work then the train is a short easy walk.

Hotel seemed dated though comfortable enough for the price. Breakfast did not impress though the continental included drinks, Danish, cornflakes, hard boiled eggs and toast. It was 600 or 800yen I think in dull surroundings.

There is a large supermarket and drug store across the street. Food near train station or a y800 taxi gets you to Rinku outlet mall and the Ferris wheel. 30 minutes by train to Osaka.

All in all stay was functional and good value for transfer / overnight accommodation for late arrival or early departure.

Used this hotel as a transit point - evening arrival with early morning departure.

Make sure to check shuttle timetable.

Breakfast starts from 6:30 which was a concern as this was the same time as my shuttle departure back to Kansai. Fortunately the vending machines had instant noodles as a backup meal. Note to self: next time bring spare fork/chopsticks.

Staff are courteous and okay with English support.

Shuttle time to/from airport (non-peak) 15 mins.

Very convenient for the Kansai International Airport. They have a regular free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. Otherwise, the location isn't brilliant, as there is not a lot to see in the Izumisano area, and it takes a long time to get there by train. We came in from Hiroshima via Shinkansen, then needed to change trains at Shin-Osaka to another JR line then change again to a Nankai line train - then a 500 metre walk to the hotel.
Rooms were clean (apart from the black rubber-backed curtains - which seem to have the remains of a smoking room on them) and comfortable - bathroom was a good size for Japan.
Only 1 vending machine for beer in the whole hotel - not so good.
Overall, a nice-enough hotel.

Affordable accommodation near KIX

Arrived around 10pm, hence restaurant and other food services at the hotel were closed, though the receptionist was helpful and told us where the nearest convenience store and restaurants were located. Bedroom and bathroom (double room with two single beds) was as expected for the price - decor along the lines of what you find in the homes of British pensioners, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Would have chosen another airport hotel were they not fully booked, but would still recommend Bellevue Garden for those on a tight budget/in a situation where the nearer and better airport hotels have no rooms to offer. Shuttle bus for the airport leaves regularly, takes 15-20 minutes, and is offered free with your stay.

This hotel is very convient to the airport - 20 minutes - FREE shuttle leaves every hour from Airport and hotel. Let them know you need a ride - which is FREEEEEEE. The staff spoke english as well as other languages as there were othe nationalities there. A grocery store is located near to the hotel - practically just fall out of the hotel and your there - try the bread products - oishi!!!

I would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel with excellent staff.

I arrived at the airport dog-tired after a 25 hour trip. I was pleased to easily find the shuttle to Bellevue Garden Hotel, and the driver was very courteous and helpful. My reservation was all set, and my room was spacious and comfortable (and very affordable). I booked the same hotel for my return trip two weeks later, and was delighted to find that my luggage which I had shipped to the hotel had arrived safely and was already in my room. I also enjoyed the grocery store across the street allowing me to buy my own dinner to eat in my room. I noted though that there were two nice restaurants right in the hotel if that had been my choice.

The people at the registration desk were very efficient, friendly, and helpful--just what a tired, jet-lagged person needs!

Wonderful service, and a pretty good room

The service was outstanding; our requests (a light bulb, extra pillows & a heater) were handled quickly, efficiently and with lots of respect. The room and the bathroom were both spacious and nice looking. Our only issues were a couple of comfort-related items: 1) The pillows felt like they were stuffed with straw; 2) The heat was turned off for the season (but they did provide a room heater on request); and 3) The pool was closed for the season.

Great room, great staff, very comfortable

Very happy with my stay here. Was only there for one day/night in order to catch a morning flight at Kansai Airport, but would happily stay here for longer. Short walk away from Japan's excellent railway facilities, where you will only ever have to wait a few minutes to get either a 5 minute train to the airport, or a 20-30 minute train to Namba- hub of Osaka nightlife with some amazing sights and great restaurants as well as a huge shopping district. From Namba you can then easily go onwards and connect with the enormous city-cluster of the Kansai region e.g. Umeda, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, Kyoto, etc.

Room was clean and comfortable, very spacious with great beds and bedding, great facilities available and all furnishings/ equipment all great and easy to use. Staff struggled with English, but this seems to be the norm in Japan, and they were very helpful, patient and attentive, so got through any difficulties in the end.

If you're staying in Osaka for longer or looking to get more involved with the nightlife, might be better to get a more central hotel, as the Izumisano area is a little empty for things to do, so you're basically reliant on the railway to connect you to other things, and the last train back ends at around midnight.

The description of Bellevue being an airport hotel is not quite accurate as it's about 20 mins away by taxi from the airport. The shuttle also ends earlier than other airport hotels, which was costly for us as we had to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

Excellent transit hotel near KIX, nice airport shuttle picking and dropping off. The room is large and spacious with full size American style bathroom. Staff is nice and friendly and speak good english. Not a whole lot yo do nearby, but a nice super market across the street with full selection of pre made meals and bentos. The price is also excellent for Japan. Highly recommended.

Average hotel, reasonable price, poor shuttle

The value is quite good - we had twin bedroom and both beds were a good sized double. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was fairly average, and was a little smelly (the drains smelt). The location is ok - you take the train from the airport to a local station but then it is about a ten minute walk and not necessarily that easy to find (a very helpful Japanese guy walked with us from the station to show us). The shuttle bus runs from the airport to the hotel, rather than the station which might be easier, and it only runs at very specific times morning and late evening. There is nothing in the middle of the day and no flexibility to meet flight times, it also needs booking in advance (and only has 6 seats in it). Service was friendly, but no ironing facilities. All in all average hotel, reasonable price.

Has a big grocery store that is open from 9-22

The grocery store is just next to the hotel, good if u just want to grab some bentos. However the hotel is like 5min away from the station, has to walk abit.. If have big luggages, grab a taxi =) Lastly, it has a free shuttle bus all the way to the airport, very nice.

Convenient hotel near kansai airport

Only stayed here for one night so as to be closer to the airport for our early morning flight. No problems, staff were all very pleasant, and it was an enjoyable stay. I definitely recommend this as a great option when flying in or out of kansai airport. Across the road is a huge grocery centre, and there are chefs making up fresh food throughout the day, like sushi, rice and noodle dishes, chicken skewers, etc. Theres also a balery section within the centee, which was handy for breakfast. Really delicious and cheap too! Very convenient. The room itself wasn't the most modern I've ever stayed in, but it was still comfortable. Overall it was great.

Excellent airport access

Better than expected. The rooms are nice and well-stocked. The staff are knowledgable and were able to help me ket to the airport on time. They also have an airport shuttle during certain times of the day.

a good hotel for anyone using Kansai airport

a good standard hotel the room was extra large and very well appointed except for an older style tv. although there is a shuttle bus to the airport it only runs mainly in the morning i arrived at the staion at about lunchtime and needed a taxi to the hotel which is about 15 minutes walk away - ok if you dont have heavy luggage. nice breakfast and evening meal

The hotel was very comfortable. TV with BBC news channel. Complementary coffee and tea. Refrigerator in the room. No ice machine on the floors but ice is available at the hotel resturant. There is a large supermarket next door that is very handy.
