This is an older hotel that was taken over by the current owners and renovated it a little bit, but the staff was very friendly.And the amenities were nice.We had a late checkout time of two o'clock and there was a guest room with free snacks drinks, including beer, wine and liquor.
The breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a hotel buffet. The french toast with truffle butter was amazing!

Wow. Amazing hotel, fabulous staff, spectacular views. We ate shibu shibu at the restaurant on the 52nd floor, delicious and again, what a view!
There is a Lawsons on the 2nd floor that’s open 24hrs and has everything you could need. Surprising good food there as well. The room was absolutely beautiful, corner room with views facing North to Osaka and East to Kobe. Getting to the airport in the morning was super convenient on the comfortable shuttle bus but it looked like the train station was right by the hotel as well and headed straight out to the airport. This hotel alone made me decide that if I return to Japan I will plan to arrive via Osaka.

Convenient to outlet mall shopping and Kansai airport. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful array of buffet choices with something for everyone, even gelato. Omelette was just right in size, worth the wait.

There was varied clientele at the hotel, so there was a bit of a cultural challenge to maneuver in some of the buffet areas but bring some patience and good manners with you and it all works out.

I booked this hotel due to the vicinity of Kansai Airport, wow what a gem, we only stayed one night and had to be off for 5:55am, of which a coach transfer was included.
I don’t know what star it is but 5 stars ain’t enough, the train station is beside the hotel, close proximity to a shopping complex. First time in JAPAN but what a country, cleanliness, culture and mannerisms second to none …..the UK could well do with taking a leaf out of this book. I was Very impressed.

Buffet was great- location was a quick walk from the train station and the shuttle to airport was a nice convenience. Note that the free shuttle was only available in the morning- at least on the Friday we left so if you needed to leave for the airport after 9am you needed to book a taxi. The 24hr Lawsons on the second floor of the hotel was another bonus. My 10 year old had fun using up the last of her Yen buying snacks.

This hotel had comfortable beds and pillows provided two waters every day which was really convenient. There is a Lawsons inside the Hotel on L2. It is close to the train station. There is two shopping centers the Seacle and Rinku town premium. I would not worry about the premium it's expensive. There is a huge Don quiotte. Rinkutown has 7 eleven with smoothies.

The only suggestion for improvement is that the airport shuttle is only offered in the morning and as we didn't fly out until the evening we had to pay for a taxi instead. We did appreciate that there was luggage storage which made our trip easier.

There was this constant noise in the room that seemed to happen whenever people were using bathrooms in other rooms. It never stopped throughout the night and it was hard to sleep.

I didn’t hear anything like that last time when I stayed…not sure if there was something wrong with the plumbing in that area of the building. It was pretty bad.

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. We booked a standard corner double room on behalf of another family member, and found that there was a big piece of building structure that pierced through the room, and that the room felt smaller than 248 sq feet. When booking the room, we were under the impression that the room would look similar to the one used for the booking, and the pictures seem misleading in the gallery. However, the most outrageous issue was the staff’s response; The family members we booked for asked if they could switch rooms as they had a fair bit of luggage, which staff rudely answered with a no and that this is the room that they are given. Everything else however was fine.
