Clean simple and affordable. Just ask for an extra blanket... the ones on the bed are super thin. Otherwise great value and really convenient
LYNETTE
Great location. Quiet and clean.
CHRYSTAL
Love that it is dog friendly!
Vicki
What I liked, very friendly staff, the room we had was very nice premium king suite.
What I didn’t like, hot tub needs really goood cleaning, a lot of scum build up. The building really needs some uptake, not maintained very well. They are trying though.
The tv reception really sucked even when there wasn’t any storms. They need to get away from Direct TV.
Otherwise a nice place to stay.

I chose this location for the price and the pool. The pool needs a good cleaning, but overall; I got a good deal.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was a little hard and stiff but overall good experience.
Valerie
Amazing welcoming staff even though we were a late check in !
Rebecca
Very nice we had a great stay no complaints 👌
Cheryl
Check in staff member was nice.
Room smelled strongly of dirty sweat socks. Just stinky. Windows don’t open. Deadbolt wasn’t aligned so could not be used. Room is very dark and could only be brightened the next day with sunlight. Overall it looks worn out but for sink mirror, faucet and vanity area. That was nice. AC unit rattled loudly.
Dirty towels left lying on hot tub area floor were still there the next day. Pool and hot tub were dirty.
Hot water vessel for tea (also nothing with caffeine was available) left chunks of black stuff in the cup. At first I thought it was already in the cup but another try allowed me to see that the black floating stuff was coming from the water vessel.
Sausage patties and links were together with round egg patties and unmarked so not sure if turkey or pork. No toppings for oatmeal. Breads hard. Oranges were soft and bruised. Borderline moldy. Only fruit flavored yogurt. No plain or vanilla. Waffles were good.
Benches outside were nice but very hard and uncomfortable. Room doors don’t shut on their own. Many standing partly open. Bed comfy but just thin blankets. No comforter. Some pillows thick others lumpy. Just not worth it to come back. The foot odor smell was the worst part. It overpowered us every time we came in from the hallway. Just awful. But it was quiet for the most part. If you have very low standards and don’t mind these issues, knock yourself out.

Really nice of them to upgrade us, but sadly the jacuzzi in the room didnt work, had it worked i think it could really bring in a decent crowd since its rare to find a jacuzzi in room. We would have loved it. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable
Lyle
It’s not a 5 star motel but we have chosen to stay time after time because of its cleanliness, helpful staff and easy parking. The pool is well maintained. The best part — all of the above is provided at a reasonable price, far lower than neighboring LaCrosse.
Sheila
Always like the breakfast, close to town
Julio
The place smells!
Karen
They were so helpful, the breakfast was good, and we slept well!
Jeffrey
Reasonably priced, very clean and well maintained, friendly staff and a good breakfast each morning. I’d stay here again.

Very helpful staff! We had a situation where our son got sick in the car and they were willing to give me cleaning supplies and free old towels to clean our car. Very nice people! Property was very nice, we would stay again.
Dave
2nd time we stayed there happy customer
Sarah
A very clean hotel, conveniently located right off the highway exit. It’s located only 15 minutes from La Crosse and less expensive than hotels near the colleges. This hotel was far cleaner and quieter than similar brands in La Crosse.
Michael
The beds were good and the room was clean
Katherine
Nicely updated rooms with attractive carpeting. Bathrooms are clean but also need updating.
donald
Clean room, good breakfast
Elizabeth
Overall our stay was great!! Quiet hotel, convenient location, pool was too chilly for us, but others were using it, hot tub was great! The room was clean, chair in the room was super hard/uncomfortable, and the bed was way harder than we prefer. There were very thin blankets on the bed, but we were able to adjust the temp accordingly. The breakfast was great and the staff was outstanding! We will definitely be returning!!
Neil
The rooms are nice but the the hall ways and the outside needs cleaning. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Clean rooms, good amenities, convenient location off the interstate.
Mary
Very nice clean room. I couldn't find the blow dryer and asked the front desk staff to help. He came and found it for me.
Nancy
We had a very nice time at the hotel, staff was very polite. Only thing that would make it better if the jets were working on the Jacuzzi in the pool room.
Sarah
The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional and friendly. The area was quiet and breakfast was great!
Robin
Ckean rooms and staff was ok. Loved the layout of the rooms and the lobby. I would stay there again if im in that area again.
Margo
Decently clean, good enough for the price, breakfast was Really nice and staff friendly
Michelle
Quiet and clean. Very nice staff
Gabriella
The check in was easy and quick, and the staff was nice. I noticed bed bugs the next morning in the room, and told staff immediately and they gave me a full refund and were professional. Obviously there is a bug issue, so I wouldn’t recommend for that reason.
Timothy
Yes. Room was clean, looked like it was recently painted and updated. Staff was pleasant.
Kassidy
Affordable, clean and updated. Rooms are also very spacious.
Melissa
Really happy with this hotel for the price point. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The only thing they could have done better was restock clean towels for my second day. I stayed two nights and staff did not freshen up the room after the first night.

Kevin
Didn't get there. Bad weather, closed roads.
Isaac
Room was clean, late night hockey crowd in lobby until 11pm which was disappointing with the front desk 10’ away and a 10pm quiet time.
I could hear them clearly with my door closed, most likely won’t stay here again on my next trip just due to property rules that employees don’t enforce.

Wonderful hotel with great front desk service, daily maid service and fresh towels and a great breakfast comes with the room

Breakfast was cold when it should have been hot. The bed was so uncomfortable.
karla
Room was very clean and comfortable, place was quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
SCOTT AND LESLIE
The bed was very hard and only a queen for 2 of us. Was awake all night. Every movement from my partner was felt by me. Every other handicap room I've had was a king. I will not stay there again.
JOEL
Clean rooms, good service, quiet stay
Brad
This was a nicer hotel for the value in my opinion. Quite clean and it was a nice room.
Randy
The bath tub was very slippery. My friend slipped in the bath tub when he went to take a shower. I would suggest putting anti slip strips in the bath tub to help prevent slipping. The room was clean, the price was great, and the clerk was very helpful. I would stay there again.
Maggie
Good and clean motel
Mary
Suite was clean but only had one decaf coffee pod and one cup, fridge was not cold at the top level, One small trash can and recycling can for the entire suite. Nightstand light did not work. Family living room was very large and could have used a chair in addition to the couch. I hated the

A little more attention to detail could be done by housekeeping towel shelving as well as furniture and window sills need to be dusted thoroughly the vanity mirror was spotted with some mineral deposit at base of faucet. Overall room was in good condition and it was a very quiet place to stay
Christopher
Not very clean.
Room looked like it was tidied up but definitely not cleaned! Toilet, floors, and counters had scum on them along with hair. The towels and linens were used! I was exhausted and went strait to bed so I did not notice until morning. I will be inspecting before hand on my next hotel stay.
Robin
Over all great stay. The best hotel for the price. When traveling through will always stay there. Staff great.
Richard
Parking was great. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom floor ( especially in the corners and behind the toilet needs better cleaning.
mary

Comfortable stay. Bed and hot tub very nice.

Easy check-in and out. Very convenient location. We stay here frequently.
Jane
The morning breakfast had a nice selection and the staff was friendly. The location was wonderful and quiet. We did ask when checking in if there was any place in the area to get a pizza and the gentleman went into the entry way and handed me a brochure for Pizza Ranch in Lacrosse, which was out of the way. We did Google search and found a pizza place in West Salem and not far from where we were. Maybe he wasn't familiar with the area, but you would think you would promote other businesses in your area.
