There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

I really wanted to like this hotel. ...very comfortable and great location but the WiFi is a complete disaster. 10 minutes to download 1 page on cnn.com....it was impossible to work from my room. I am a heavy traveler and can say this by far was worst Internet ever. Technician arrived after first night to fix it which helped fir a few hours but only slightly and then it was quickly, or not so quickly, back to terrible. I depend on WiFi Skype casks when traveling and so would never stay there again....as in taking with front desk seems like this is an ongoing problem. Hotel is great if you don't care about wifi speed

This hotel is in a great location, with food stores and restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with all the necessary amanities, and a comfortable bed. The only thing that I noted was that the carpet looked dirty. I will definitively recommend this hotel.

A localização é o único ponto positivo. Minha estadia foi marcada pela desorganização, que resultou em cobrança dupla do estacionamento. O quarto estava mal conservado, com móveis velhos, cortinas sujas e tomadas antigas. A prova da falta de atenção é que forneceram um ferro de passar sem uma tomada que funcionasse. Pelo preço, há hotéis muito melhores na região. Não recomendo.

Serviço de quarto ruim, fiquei uma hora e vinte minutos esperando um misto quente, ao reclamar disseram que demoraria mais 20 minutos. Quarto com cortinas e roupa de cama velhas e uma fronha amarelada. As fotos do site não condizem nem de longe com a realidade do quarto hoje, estão bem decadentes, decoração e móveis velhos.

Reservei um quarto com categoria superior para ter mais espaço e conforto, não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto , pedi a recepção e fiquei aguardando até perto da meia noite para lavar meu cabelo porque no dia seguinte tinha um evento . Precisei chamar a portaria de novo e para minha supresa após 40 minutos de espera fui informada que ninguém iria levar porque não tinha ninguém para fazer isso , eu me prontifiquei em buscar mas a atendente disse que não tinha secador lá para eu buscar . No segundo dia quando cheguei no meu quarto a noite após o evento , me deparei com a porta aberta do quarto ! Liguei e informei a portaria … para minha outra supresa foi o descaso , a resposta foi -Ah sim . Pode acontecer , a camareira deve ter deixado aberta quando saiu e não se atentou ….. como assim ?? Eu saio confio que tudo está Ok e me deparo com um quarto aberto no retorno após ficar13 horas fora do hotel ?

Chegamos 00:00 conseguimos entrar 1:00 pois os cartões nao estavam funcionado, roupa de cama ruim, travesseiros amarelos velhos ruins e nao tinha cobertores, o alarme de incendio tocou 2 vezes, o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando. Nao recomedo pelo valor cobrado esperava muito mais.

Infelizmente não fui feliz na minha estadia. O hotel está muito velho. A cama é desconfortável. Não tinha secador fixo no meu banheiro, tive que solicitar. O registro do chuveiro estava quebrado. Quarto muito escuro. Sem tomadas, com adaptadores. Televisão pegava apenas um canal. Sofá com manchas.

Dei entrada no hotel à noite e no dia seguinte pela manhã, quando fui lavar o cabelo, não tinha shampoo na embalagem do banheiro. O que me salvou foi que eu tinha levado na mala.
Outra coisa que não gostei foi que a toalha \"limpa\" que peguei estava com uma sujeira. Fiquei na dúvida se era mancha ou sujeira.
Outra coisa meio desagradável é o carpete do quarto encardido.
No mais o hotel é maravilhoso, amplo, confortável, excelente café da manhã, funcionários educados e cordiais.

A localização é muito boa . Porém acredito que o restaurante precise atualizar sua decoração . Como também o mobiliário do Quarto . Fiquei no 604 , um apartamento grande , porém as persianas estavam travando, havia uma madeira no local onde acedito ser o antigo ar condicionado . E a acústica no banehiro e horrível.

O Quality suítes superou as minhas expectativas. O quarto em que fiquei era muito espaçoso, tinha sala, chaleira elétrica, secador de cabelos, guarda roupas com muitos cabides e até ferro de passar roupas.
