It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic,
The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours
You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception.
Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it.
Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures).
The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though)
Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around.
All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.

Osasco is not a touristy area, but for the purpose of our trip it was what we needed. Excelent air conditioning, very good breakfast included in room rate. inconvenient for us was the fact that they do not have connecting rooms and that you cannot put parking charges to room bill/extras.

Para ganhar as 5 estrelas, so precisaria melhorar a internet. Das duas ultimas vezes em que estive hospedado, uma delas tive que mudar de quarto para um quarto em um andar mais baixo, porque a internet estava horrível, não conectava nada.

Check-in demorado demais. Se for chegar de madrugada o atendimento é precário, enrolado e arcaico. Só tem 1 funcionário. Chegou uns brasileiros com passaporte na minha frente, e a atendente teve que digitar todo Passaporte , levou trinta minutos. Meu check-in com CNH foi feito em 10 min, bizarro a demora e a cara da atendente ,achando normal eu esperar mais de trinta minutas as 3h da manhã. Além disso o quarto estava com vazamento no Banheiro, e a atendente ainda queria que EU fosse buscar chave de outro quarto, as 3h da manhã, exigi que me levassem. Péssima experiencia nesta parte. NO MAIS o Hotel é bom e os quartos confortáveis.

Estive hospedado no Hotel Ramada Encore em Osasco na data de 6 de dezembro, quarto 501, porém gostaria de tecer alguns comentários em relação a limpeza do quarto, sugiro que o banheiro seja melhor limpo, tinham pêlos de barba na pia do banheiro, pó no recepiente do sabonete, bem como no recipiente do shampoo e embaixo da cama estava bem empoeirado, o setor de limpeza deveria se atentar a esses detalhes. Outra questão muito desagradável que me fará repensar se voltaria a me hospedar foi pelo fato de que na hora do meu late check out, às 18hs, paguei uma taxa alta para ter esse late check out, fui informado pela educada recepcionista Thays sobre uma taxa por ter recebido um amigo no quarto no valor de R$ 61,00 reais, questionei essa taxa pelo fato de não ter vislumbrado essa regra durante a minha estadia e muito menos ter sido informado no momento do check in, o valor foi estornado pela gentil recepcionista, pois a mesma entendeu que foi uma falha do hotel, interessante seria treinar melhor os recepcionista que estavam nesse turno, por volta das 13hs, para que informem melhor os hóspedes sobre as regras do hotel, eu teria pelo menos a opção de receber ou não o meu amigo, me senti vigiado e foi bastante desagradável ser abordado com essa taxa, já me hospedei em diversos hotéis ao redor do mundo e nunca passei por tal situação, espero que essa mensagem seja analisada e que possam tomar atitudes para que não aconteçam com outros hóspedes essa situação ruim

O hotel terceiriza o café da manhã e nao gostei das opçoes. O pessoal que trabalha nesse redeitório nao sao agradáveis! Qdo chegamos, fiquei no 813, e o colchao é péssimo! Com uma baixa! Arrancaram a ducha higienica. Fui na recepçao e solicitei outro quarto, tendo a recepcao informado que o hotel estava lotado, porém encontrei uma faxineira limpando o 801 e pedi que fizessem a alteraçao. Foi feita a mudança. Mas, a verdade que observei é a falta de manutençao devido ao tempo de uso!

Quando chegamos o banheiro tinha cabelo na pia e chão. Ou seja, estava sujo. E no dia da saída faltou energia e não tinha gerador. Tivemos que subir para o quarto pela escada e descer com malas também.

Poderia ter sido melhor

Fiquei bastante chateada com o fato de chegarmos ao hotel e nao ter toalhas. Tínhamos qie aguardar porque ja estavam chegando. Fizemos check-in as 14:15. Perguntei varias vezes pelas toalhas e ainda estavam chegando. Apos as 18:00 Perguntei novamente e elas ja haviam chegado mas ninguém levou no quarto. Isso me deixou bem insatisfeita.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!

TIVEMOS UM ATENDIMENTO HORRÍVEL (não somente eu , como todos que se hospedaram estes dias ) , o atendente na hora do check-in foi homofóbico em suas falas , rindo quando disse que sim , o quarto era casa (ele riu diversas vezes dizendo que talvez eu pudesse ter errado na escolha das camas) . Quando entramos , não tínhamos toalhas de banho , não tínhamos cobertores e muito menos travesseiros no quarto , ficamos mais de 02 horas aguardando subir estes utensílios( alegando que as toalhas não tinham chegado da lavanderia) desci por duas vezes a recepção (porque não atendem o telefone) , quando cheguei a recepção estava um caos.
Depois das duas horas recebemos os cobertores e travesseiros , depois subiram as toalhas ….

Não me recordo se o Atendente se chamava Rodrigo, mas precisam urgentemente de um treinamento sobre Diversidade e Inclusividade( pesquisem sobre) !
