I wanted to extend my stay, and asked the front desk the night before. The lady at the front desk was busy and asked me to do it the next mornig. So I approched the next morning the front desk, and initially the staff told me that there was no room available. So I explained that the nigth before the lady told me that I could do it in the morning! Then immediately they found availabe room, but the price they wanted to charge me was extremely higher. asking them why this difference they told me that this is because of the interest of customers looking for a room. Cama minúscula, mal cabem dois adultos. O hotel tem restaurante mas chegamos a noite e era notável a má vontade da garçonete. Pedimos duas saladas, 40 minutos de espera e trouxe apenas uma. Não se desculpou pelo equívoco e simplesmente saiu. Cancelamos a segunda salada e dividimos a única que veio. No estacionamento também os funcionários são ríspidos e grosseiros. Café da manhã pago e com frutas passadas e poucas opções. Hotel caro para a pouca qualidade que entrega. Só estava limpo.

Tive um contratempo com cobrança de valor indevido e logo após cobrança duplicada de consumo no restaurante. Atendente despreparado e grosseiro (não sei o nome, cabelo pintado com mechas claras). E também o atendente / segurança na porta do restaurante, grosseiro e nada cordial (não sei o nome, alto com barba modelo queixo). Gerente da noite (mulher, não sei o nome) ao invés de me ajudar, me fez nova cobrança alegando que o caixa estava negativo, gerando então a duplicidade de pagamento. Apenas a Srta Diana me ajudou no dia seguinte e também a atendente Karina que foi bastante cordial. E também manobristas com direção perigosa, correndo com veículos (alta velocidade) no corredor de manobra cheio de crianças e pais. Sempre procuro me hospedar na rede IBIS pelo conforto, preço justo, café farto. E pretendo continuar me hospedando. A localização é otima, mas é barulhento, quarto muito apertado e a limpeza não é boa, tinha uma meia dos hóspedes anteriores, as toalhas são velhas e não tem toalha de rosto, precisamos pedir mais traveseiros, no restaurante/café da manhã, as funcionárias ficavam sempre na cozinha em conversas altas, deixando a desejar no atendimento, com exceção do funcionário Márcio, sempre atencioso.

O check in foi ok, nos colocaram em um quarto com cama de casal e um sofá que não estava aberto e nem com lençol e travesseiro para meu filho dormir, ou seja, paguei um quarto para 3 pessoas e estava apto para duas. Haviam apenas 2 toalhas no quarto, mostrando o desrespeito a quem fez uma reserva para 3 pessoas!

Outra coisa, cozinha funciona até 22:30, cheguei 22:40 e não consegui pedir a tal da Pizza que tinha um cheiro bom e estava na propaganda do cartão chave do quarto.

Reservei um quarto triplo, porém os quartos lá só tem 1 cama de casal, depois de eu reclamar, me colocaram em um quarto com um sofá pequeno totalmente improvisado. Além disso, a fila de check in é absurda, pois usam a mesma recepção para 2 hotéis, e tem poucos funcionários atendendo.

Cheguei um pouco antes da minha entrada no hotel, parei para tirar as malas e não foi informado como funcionaria. Falaram que não podia ficar parado no local para levar as malas pra dentro do hotel, então já pegaram e guardaram o carro sem informar que se eu parasse para descer as malas antes, e se eu chegasse uma hora antes, contaría 1 diaria a mais do carro. Então faltou boa vontade de explicar.
