Moro nos USA , foi a terceira vez que me hospedei.
Boa localização. Café da manhã muito bom. Os quartos precisam de um upgrade , vazamento no banheiro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Pedi um iFood ( levaram até o quarto),o que me agradou muito . Já fiz uma nova reserva para o mês de agosto. Hotel muito prático para para estadia de 3 noites. Vou com frequência para eventos em Alphaville. Eu super recomendo pela localização e praticidade. Pra quem procura um hotel apenas para descansar e dormir é bem viável. Outra coisa que me agradou bastante foi que eles liberaram o quarto 2 horas antes do check in. Tinha acabado de chegar de um voo internacional e estava precisando de um banho e descanso .
A equipe do front desk foi maravilhosa!
Eu super recomendo o Radisson para uma hospedagem de poucos dias .

Breakfast was nicely done. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Never used the pool, thought it was a little too warm and indoors. It's a pretty safe area, I was comfortable walking around alone. Very walkable for shopping and dining, lots of good dining options.

They charged me twice for my stay. I told the desk when at check-in, they still charged my card. Now, having to dispute. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the hotel needs a major upgrade. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA with this hotel

The hotel amenities were less than average, the room was stuffy and smelled like mold. It was freezing in the room and there wasn’t heat, only AC. The breakfast variety was poor and the restaurant food was also less than average.
The staff, however, was pleasant and the location was safe.

Rooms have very thin walls so you can hear everything including conversations from adjacent rooms. Due to being near major avenue there’s lots of street noise as well. Keep in mind there is no heat at all so the only thing offered are extra blankets.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but overall this hotel lacks in almost every capacity from the restaurant to the hotel rooms

Tive uma experiência ruim com o valet que esqueceu de buscar o meu carro e passou outros na frente. Acabei me atrasando para um compromisso. Demorou mais de 20 minutos para entregar o carro.

O restante foi tudo muito bom. Atendimento, conforto, café da manhã.

Great business hotel

I stayed here with coworkers during meetings in Barueri; it was very well located for that purpose. Good restaurants within walking distance, safe neighborhood. The staff were courteous and helpful; rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The best of a poor selection of hotels in Barueri.
The reception team were fantastic and very helpful however the rooms we slightly smelly, I had holes in my sheets and the bathroom has a constant smell.
Not really upto scratch but there is little competition in the area.

The hotel's location is very good, but the service is poor. They offer a complimentary coffee machine, but they never refill. If you asked for ice, they would only bring you a cup, if you needed more you had to pay. Bathroom toiletries where never refilled, nor removed the used ones. Finally rooms are very dark and need more light.

Dreaful service and infrastructure

This hotel is a standard business hotel, close to many of the offices in Alphaville.

However, this hotel is completely let down by the service and management structure in place. Despite payment being taken from my bank account by \"Radisson Alphaville\", the hotel claims they are unable to provide a receipt. Despite many emails and attempted communication, no solution has been reached. I am now $700 out of pocket as I cannot submit a receipt for a business expense.

If attending on business, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel as they do not provide adequate support for a business traveller.

I liked this hotel. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful even when there was an issue they paid attention to resolving it and keeping me informed, which was good.
The hotel is in a good location as well. The room was quiet.
Only area for improvement would be the carpeting in the lifts. They were obviously newly commissioned with the greetings in various languages, but whatever oil/paint used in manufacturing them is still strongly evident in the smell within the confined space of a lift.

The Hotel was suggested to me by the client that I needed to visit.
The room that I stayed in could use a bit of updating, but nothing really negative.
The front desk personnel were excellent.
Good location for shopping and close to a great Churrascaria!
Good breakfast set up and more than adequate gym.

I will definitely stay there if I need to return.

It's in an apparently safe area, the rooms are nice. The breakfast is fine, not great. Staff was friendly.

Pool and exercise area are okay, they are shared with the Comfort that is essentially in the same building.

There was no light in the neighborhood because of a huge storm, but a huge hotel like this should definitely have electrical power of its own for these cases.

Concerned that having booked and paid for this hotel in January 2012 for a stay in March 2012 that on arrival they had no record of me and told me that I should have been there in January, I showed them my confirmation which clearly stated I was due to stay there in March and then waited 15 minutes while they discussed this internally. Once they had established their error it then turned out they could not find any record of my payment another few minutes went by and further discussions until they finally managed to find payment - not what you want having travelled from the UK to Brazil! Otherwise hotel was fine although limited availability of food outside normal hours ( 5pm). Room was clean and comfortable.

Radisson Alphaville - Good location & Poor Hotel

Hotel is expensive and old. Getting in and out of shower was dangerous due to a glass curtain you literally had climb through in order to shower. I stay here because of the location. If I had a good alternative I would not stay here. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Room service is slow and expensive. Go to restaurants within walking distance.

atendimento na recepção excelente, mas no anuncio dizia que o estacionamento seria grátis, não existia nenhuma opção de ser grátis. O café da manhã é muito fraco, frutas verdes, nenhuma opção de doce, o que existia era alguns pães secos e sem graça, decepcionante. Ao mesmo tempo a pessoa que faz tapioca é excelente, faz ovos maravilhosos, ótima opção. Café ruim de máquina. As fotos do anuncio não tem nenhuma relação com o que é oferecido de café da manhã.

Pra um hotel avaliado como 5 estrelas, a academia era péssima, o café da manhã ruim (com exceção da tapioca) e limitado, inclusive faltando suco de laranja que não foi reposto. Pedi um sanduíche no serviço de quarto que veio frio.
O ponto positivo foi o atendimento do recepcionista Matheus (acho que esse é o nome dele), foi muito bom!

Minha chave do quarto não funcionava, cada vez que ia subir alguém da recepção tinha que subir também. O chuveiro está quebrado, água batia na parede, tinha que ficar encostado na parede para se melhora o que fazia a gente bater na torneira e chuveiro se desligava, além de que estava vazando água do box. Água também não tinha pressão se quente, tinha que ficar morno/frio para ficar mais forte

Não acho que vale o custo.

O quarto é muito barulhento.
É possível ouvir o som da descarga, do chuveiro e até um pouco das conversas dos quartos vizinhos. Além disso, fiquei em um andar baixo, e o barulho da rua também incomoda bastante.

Minha experiência foi excelente! O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e muito confortável. A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso. O café da manhã era variado, com itens frescos e de boa qualidade — destaque para as frutas e pães. A localização também é ótima, com lojas e restaurantes por perto, o que facilitou bastante durante a estadia. Um lugar que recomendo sem hesitar e onde certamente me hospedaria novamente.

A estadia foi boa, o hotel é bom. O ponto baixo foi que cheguei de um voo cedo, cheguei no hotel por volta de 10h para fazer o checkin e tive que pagar meia diária para entrar no quarto, mesmo o hotel estando vazio. Embora não seja uma cobrança ilegal, certamente perde em relacionamento com o cliente.

Foi minha primeira vez no hotel e me surpreendeu. Embora não seja novo, o quarto estava bem decorado, cama queen bem confortável, itens de cama bem cheirosos. O quarto possui itens como ferro de passar roupa, um bom secador, chaleira elétrica, frigobar bem abastecido, além dos snacks.
Outra facilidade do hotel é a opções de restaurantes bem próximos podendo ir a pé.
