Very good accomodation next to Akaska bus stop. Had a good introduction to Onsan with this one overlooking Fuji San!
No milk or creamer in room and although free coffee machine downstairs only available in limited morning hours.

For me, it's perfect

Location:
- If you're looking for a breathtaking sight of Mt Fuji, this is the way to go. It may not be the most convenient Hotel but I'd say it has a great view of Mt. Fuji.

Staff:
- They are professional, Friendly and well Respected. They will give you very accurate information at their hotel and try their best to make you feel comfortable.

Dinner:
- Dinner is a must-have. I'm sure there are other options around, but make sure you try them since you're there. All their food was fresh or cooked on site. The quality is top-notch.

Room:
- The Mt. Fuji view room is everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. Clean, essentials were ready to use, comfortable, and quiet. I personally was very please at the fact that although it's right next to a busy street, I still got my quality sleep.

Breakfast:
- equally amazing as the dinner. I like that they had western style and a traditional Japanese breakfast. Be there early for an even better experience.

Overall, it's one of my personal favorites, and I definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you try their onsen while you're their you'll be surprise on how good it is.

I had an excellent stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen and would like to especially thank Ms. Sakahara, the front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond to help me recover a suitcase I accidentally left on the bus from Shinjuku. She was warm, professional, calm, and proactive, immediately contacting the bus company and station to assist me.
Her excellent communication skills and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. She is truly an outstanding employee and a great representative of the hotel.
Combined with the comfortable rooms, relaxing onsen, and overall high quality of service, I would confidently give this hotel five stars and highly recommend it.

周辺に飲食店や買い物ができる場所が少ない点は少し不便に感じましたが、全体の満足度を下げるほどではありません。

Rooms are on the small side, but that's expected in Japan. Breakfast was very crowded at all times, but good food. I was \"invited\" out at 10:00, which I did not expect. Great location if you have your own car, else there's quite a drive to everything else.

The view from the Fuji rooms is incredible.

Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them!

Water was leaking for bathroom sink and toliet had urine stains. Changed rooms and the new room was worse. Even more water was leaking and urine stains on the floor. Changed to a third room and water was still leaking just a slower rate. It was 1 am at this point and we were only staying one night. Bed was not comfortable and pillows and towels were small. Did use any amenities as we only stayed the one night woth a late check in. Overall not what I have experienced with Japan Hotels in regards to cleanliness.

No sauna , no steam room even no drinking fountain you have to get dressed to go out side to have a cup off water, no massage therapist inn the a/c it’s only working if you go to the reception to request that the breakfast didnt offer at last cheese and dinner in general the menu is sea food

The location is bit further from Kawaguchiko station and the buses stop running at 5.30 so we had to rely on Cab in the evening.
Breakfast did not have enough western options/ vegetarian options.

We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.

It was okay overall but unfortunately it wasn't clean the hygiene was really poor, there was hair in the bath tub, I even found hair inside the kettle, the room was really hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The view of Mount Fuji was amazing though.

Beautiful hotel with a great view of Fuji when there are no clouds. Superb and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. And the bonus, a 7th floor super calm onsen, with views of Fuji (if you stand up).

About 7 minute walk from FujikyuHighland Station and 15-20mins from Kamaguchiko (station and lake).

We are very happy with our stay here.

The room with the mountain view is amazing! Even the lovely public bath has a mountain view. So close to FujiQ Highland. Convenient bus stop that connects to other areas around Kawaguchiko! One of my favorite hotels I've ever been to in Japan. Paid extra for the Mt. Fuji view and it was 100% worth it. Transit was extremely easy as both main lines were just across the street, making it easy to bus to Mt. Fuji. Hotel had great / fun excursions that I recommend you try.

I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other way from Lake Kawaguchi. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.

We chose Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort based on reviews and it exceeded expectations! Stunning Mount Fuji views and the top-floor onsen with mountain scenery was incredible. Everything was spotless, restaurant had excellent breakfast and dinner at great prices, and the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to explore. Convenient bus service to Tokyo Station for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The restaurant staff was not pleasant and made us feel very unwelcomed. Highly disappointed. We arrived with 30 min left until last order and they acted like we were a bother to them.
Our room had a pair of dirty mens underwear underneath the bed when we checked in.
I travel a lot and rarely leave bad reviews but feel like this one was deserved.
The front desk staff was helpful and location was good for us but otherwise highly dissapointed.

The location is great for fujikyu highland and is not too bad of a walk to the lake area. The onsen has a beautiful view of Fuju-san and was best enjoyed in the morning. The onsen is large enough for possibly 12 adults at a time and can feel a little cramped when busy. The amenities they provide and the quality of the facility are great!
