The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point.

However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised.

Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown.

The rooms give a cabin feel and theres a forest around which is nice. There is a Don Quijote very close which is convienent. Very close to the theme park as well if you were planning to go there. Overall good spot.

The room was so clean and exciting to try Japanese traditional room (dinner, bed, private family bath). Staff were so friendly. It was walking distance to skytree and pick up bus station at Fuji-Q. hotel's main road clearly can see mount Fuji and take some nice photos and on top on brown bridge also.

The pictures made the accommodation look a lot better than it was. There is absolutely nothing around, you're in the middle of nowhere. We had to make our own beds upon arrival which isn't what you'd expect for the price. Disappointing in general, onsen was nice but far too hot.

Wood floors in the hallways are beautiful but very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly hear heavy walking on our floor and above at all hours. Many guests don’t honor the quiet hours. Around the bedside table was dirty and dusty should be cleaned regularly. It was nice to have a complementary breakfast but it needs more options. The bathroom was very tiny and awkward to even get in too. Staff ok, but not really friendly.

Careful when booking this property if you want to be local to shops and or dining. The only closest place is a Don Quijote which is walkable but other restaurants close early and may not be nearby. Trains are not accessible, only buses which are not walking distance. Hard to find taxi at night. Overall a great place if you want to disconnect in nature. Private onsen on own cabin was very nice.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, dass noch etwas traditioneller ist als viele Großstadt-Hotels. Der private Onsen und auch der allgemeine Onsen sind klasse! Wenn sie Ruhe und einen Onsen benötigen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Leider war das Zimmer etwas älter, die Abflüsse rochen etwas unangenehm und die Lage ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut. Mit viel Gepäck sollten sie sich eine Buchung gut überlegen, da es höher liegt als die Bahnstation und man mindestens 25min laufen muss.

WENN Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommen, dann können sie durch den Fuji Q Highland parken laufen. Holen sie sich gratis ein Ticket zum durchlaufen und sparen sie sich den Umweg um den Park. Google Maps zeigt die Wege falsch an!

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis vom Hotel leider etwas zu teuer (Augenthalt Mitte März).

Upon check-in we were given a room which we did not booked. After asking they immediately moved us to the proper one. The rooms are dated . Was really looking forward to the outdoor deep bath, but it had many repairs and there was putty on the bottom. So it was like sitting in gum. I would however like to say the staff were very nice. Breakfast meh. But the coffee was good and strong. They mention being next to the conifer forest and going for a nice relaxing walk. But there was no access.

Nice little place, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms where spacious and relaxing. A short walk to nice food places and an arcade. The outdoor bath was comfortable and warm. You can hear your neighbors moving around though, even on the top floor.

What a wonderful stay with loads of great amenities like the dryer to dry all my rain drenched clothes, the lovely little onsen for warming our cold bodies and the warmth of the hospitality of the staff. Fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of nice additions, like hot water machine for tea, extra toothbrushes, etc. Breakfast was very good too. A short walk to the bus station with the very clear instructions by the helpful staff during the booking process. And, the best part Fujisan is right there! Best view is from the walkway over the highway to the bus station. A lovely little oasis and so happy we stayed here.

We loved our stay here! The room was was large, clean, warm, (heater and AC units) - we had our family of 6. Four kids ranging in age from 7-16. Three of slept on the beds and three of us slept on pads on the ground, both were comfortable. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This “villa” felt more like a dormitory, the photos advertised did not match the room I ended up getting. The breakfast was very basic. The location however was very convenient and the staff members were lovely.

We had a very pleasant stay in a Japanese-style room with a private onsen that was very enjoyable. The amenities on site were great (table tennis, breakfast included) and the property was attractive and peaceful. The onsite staff were very informative and helpful in navigating the area and making recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel is off the beaten path and there’s no easy way to get there unless arriving by taxi or taking a bus to a nearby stop and then walking the rest of the distance. Driveway is gravel and we had to drag our luggage. We asked the front desk questions about nearby bus stops and she was unable to answer any of our questions.

Shoes are not allowed inside the hotel and you must wear a pair of provided paper slippers. My feet were so big they broke the slippers and I was forced to walk around barefoot, which was unacceptable in my opinion.

Our room was next to the stair case and it was extremely loud/noisy any time . Gap under the door also made it so allllll hallway noises are heard. Room had hair in the bathroom and on the floor and cobwebs in the corners of the room.

Having said that- room was nice and comfy and bed was very comfortable. Hot water dispenser in room did not work. Breakfast was small but acceptable. 1 boiled egg per person, yogurt, granola, small finger sandwiches and some bread/jam. Also juice and coffee. Could be better but not too bad.

Only thing I enjoyed at this place was the private onsen. I would not return though in the future. Too much improvement needed.

It was a very relaxing and quiet place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked about changing the room (because the one I booked looked different), they changed it immediately. They had a complimentary breakfast. The only feedback I have that the pillows were very thin and not very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience, I’d love to go back!

A nice villa in walking distance from FujiQ and a Don Quixote. They have a reservation system for things like breakfast and the private bath, so it's all organized. The lounge has table tennis, as well as a washer and dryer (you pay at the desk first before using). Some of the more expensive rooms offer a private outdoor bath, which I'm sure is nice. If you're looking to stay near Mt. Fuji, this is a good place to consider.

We stayed at this hotel Villa for 2nights. The hotel Villa is just located behind Don Quiote, lots of restaurants nearby and pachinko. We decided to take a taxi as we have luggages from Fujisan station to Bself Villa and we paid 1100yen, depending on the time of the day. Although it's walking distance it will take about 20-25mins.
Our room size is good for a family of three but our washroom is small can only fit one person. The bed, pillow was comfortable and our room was clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is okay. My husband and son enjoyed the private onsen need to book ahead of time. They also have a piano and ping pong area. Will definitely come back again and will try the japanese style room. We enjoyed our stay and happy to see Mt. Fuji.

Not having to pay for additional coin parking in Japan is a rarity. This place had plenty of free parking spots. The outdoor hot tub concept was pleasing while in the cold outside temperature. Very walkable distance to all the restaurants, Don Quijote, and Fuji-Q Highlands.

The only complaints was the hot water staying on in the outside tub and wish we could have purchase beverages on the site. Otherwise I highly recommend this cozy inn.

The customer service was superb, Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was easy and the location to our villa was a simple stone walk away from the parking lot.

Although our villa was clean at first sight. It was very dusty, as soon as we tried to circulate the air we were surrounded by dust. The villa had a must smell, from lack of air circulation.

I wished the property had warned us that not only a concert was occurring both nights but also some sort of motor-cross event of some sort. The very loud music from the concert made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor onsen, which was one of the main reasons I booked the Bself villas.

I was excited about our stay when I booked the room but was very disappointed when we checked in. On the pictures, it looks like the hotel is in a forest but it was in a weird area right behind some parking lots.
It was very cold when we arrived and the room was freezing as it was not heated. We had to turn on the heater and it took forever for the room to get to a comfortable temperature. I booked a deluxe room which is a bungalow with a private tub on the patio, but I could not use it, because it was freezing outside and there was no heating at all on the patio. The bathroom was very bad it felt like a tiny ship cabin. At least the beds were comfortable.

Front of house staff were very helpful, and provided great recommendations for dinner and tourist spots. Room was warm and cozy, private onsen was fantastic. Location was central, and the carpark meant we did not need to worry about where to park our car. Only thing that could be improved was sound insulation in our room - we could hear our neighbours.

Excelente lugar, muy bonito concepto, te sientes en una cabaña, nos tocó viajar en invierno, por lo que te recomiendan usar un onsen público, este se aparta fácil en una libreta con horarios que tienen en recepción y puedes entrar tú con tu pareja sin ningún problema, sin embargo yo disfruté también mi onsen privado al aire libre estando a -4 grados, excelente lugar a mi gusto

Sort mugg på møblement på rommet, møkkete ellers på rommet og spesielt på det private badet og det offentlige.

Delvis ødelagt gulv på verandaen rundt basenget.

Ok, minus frokost, 7-11 har bedre utvalg.

Beliggenheten er dårlig i forhold til kollektiv muligheter. Bruker 15-20 å gå til nærmeste busstopp.

Sehr großes Zimmer, super bequemes und großes Bett. Toll ist das Außenbad. Das Frühstück war eher rustikal, uns hat nur gestört, dass ausschließlich Einweggeschirr verwendet wird. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.
