This used to be a good hotel. Now it is just a workers’ dormitory. Everything in the rooms is old and heavily worn. I won’t even mention the crawling insects in the room.
Workers live in the rooms. They make a lot of noise when they return from work, and in the morning they leave early and are noisy again.
I have stayed at this hotel three times, but I will never do so again.
It does not deserve to be called a hotel or advertised as such — it is a dormitory.

Great price and space convenient for our family. Wasn't the first time we stayed there. We enjoyed our stay, need some touch up renovations. And even though tiles need to be replaced atleast clean floors would be nice! Also under beds and tables too. Some staff were nice and some moody. It's nice to have welcoming professional staffs especially when traveling away from home and with your family.

Baby Cockroaches Rule the Room

Baby cockroaches all over the floor when the lights go out at night. Nobaccessible plugs where the table is, but you don’t dare move the table as the legs are barely on. Floor is bleached before arrival, but that has faded parts of the floor. The place is adequate for bare minimum survival if you don’t mind hundreds of baby cockroaches. Looks like a gulag type prison room, but with a fridge 👍

4泊の滞在中、2回洗濯したかったが、1回目はフロントで5ドルを25セントに両替してくれたが、2回目は断られた。プールの水があまりきれいではない。お部屋は広くてバストイレは2つあるので、便利で良かった。掃除は2日に1回と事前にお知らせがあった方がいいと思う。シャワーの水圧や排水は良かった。自炊できるのでまた再訪したい。

Pleasant stay overall! The place is a bit tired and outdated but it’s really not too bad. Front desk and housekeeping staff members are great! I had an issue with my room location and Ms. Deandra Flores truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Ms. Tracey also helped provide timely and professional customer service regarding a separate issue that occurred during the visit. The hotel is in a prime location, as it’s close proximity of a local gym, stores, restaurants, and multiple shopping stores (K-Mart is right up the hill). I would come back!

Room and property were nice BUT they say Pet Friendly then ask for $ 200.00 deposit for my son's Service Dog. Nope did not pay and were not happy with the desk staff. If you are wanting to charge for service animals, say it in the ad, Don't say Pet Friendly.

Great room! Great Price! 2 twin size bed and 1 king bed 2 bathrooms with dining table, tall fridge, kitchen if you want to cook, utensils, pot, pan, cups, toothbrush in case you didnt bring yours, and couch with tv and small patio.
Staff was great service although we checked in at recommended time. Room wasnt ready until 2 hours later which sucked but they accommodated us with late check out. Also the tv remote wasnt working and we only had one aircon remote for both aircons. It was ok because the aircon remote worked for both ac units. We called front desk but service was slow to come check our tv remote and give us another ac remote so we just canceled our request to get one and just informed them of the situation so we dont get charged. Also the fridge didnt close good but still kept drinks cold. Besides that everything was great and we would stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed there for 2 nights, we we came to the room there was a strong smell of mold, linoleum floors where all scratched, rooms and the hotel grounds do not look like the pictures, it really needs remodeling, second day they didn’t came to clean the room or take trash out even when requested, also the second night was a Saturday and was really noisy, could heard people yelling by the pool, and slamming doors and being loud on the hallway late at night

The outside was clean and nice. Parking was terrible. Staff was very courteous. Hallway had trash and floor was sticky when walking on it. Room was nice could use a little cleaning. No towels due to vendor. Should have stated that on booking site.

What I liked about the place was they allowed pets, I stayed with my pitbull, but problem was I kept calling front desk for house keeping to clean my room and pick up trash, clean floors it was so dirty with hair and dust on floor, I had to clean it myself since no one showed up to assist and on top of it all no towels.

They gave me a choice room and ensured I could wash my clothes. They generally were quiet when I needed quiet.

I lost most of one night's sleep because of neighbors (or the hotel) out of seven. When I complained, an employee yelped into the phone.

I did not sleep well because of noises originating from the flooring under my bed.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They tried very hard to make our experience amazing. The property was in a nice area but the hotel rooms were very out dated, dirty, and some even had bugs. I moved to 4 different rooms within 3 hours and each room had its own issue. But each room including the hallways smelled very dirty and dingy. I totally understand that we were on an island but this property was not to hotel standard. I will not be returning to this property even if I was offered an amazing rate. I can say that they do have an amazing team! Every single staff member that I encountered was so friendly, professional and amazing. They were understanding, accommodating and did their very best to change my experience for the best.

The property is kept clean. It’s well groomed. The rooms are clean also. Just not much comforts. If you stay past a week, you can’t wash clothes there. None of their washers worked. I had to take my clothes out of the washer and ring them out then go to a laundromat. It was a hassle. ***I think people live there so sometime the hallways were loud speaker with music or just their children in the hallway.

My personal experience

Overall, I enjoyed staying there, the staff was friendly and accommodating, however, in the room, carpet was filthy and I had to ask the cleaning people to clean the kitchen floor because it was dirty! The refrigerator was freezing all our food, even the rice was turning into a block of ice?
I would come back again if they can guarantee a clean floor. It has everything I need.

Gross! Cockroach crawled on to thee bed while I was laying there. When i got out of the shower, found another on by the door. And this was third floor. No plug by the bed so I moved the night stand a bit to look for one and two roaches came out. DISGUSTING!! worst hotel experience ever. And smells really bad

It had a lot of bed, but the room was overall warm and there was no adjusting the AC. There was no hand towels to use and only a single small bar of soap. I had forgotten an item, and when I called to ask if they had found it they said room service didn’t see anything. So it was either kept or thrown away. Would not recommend the stay, the floors aren’t that clean and I felt gross walking barefoot. Spend the extra $20 for hotel that’s nicer.

Great central location and pricing was fairly reasonable.

However, property needs to improve room cleanliness because we arrived at our room on the first day and identified strands of hair on the floor and the bathtub was not scrubbed thoroughly. Dining table felt sticky too.
