Really pleased we booked this hotel.
Room with 2 double beds was lovely for 2 11year old girls and 1 adult. Room was spotless and clean throughout the hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful, at check in, breakfasts and check out.
Complimentary breakfast in the booking price was excellent, plenty of choice.
Location was a good 10-15 minute walk to the South Pier, which we didn’t mind.

Breakfast items weren’t replenished so I was unable to select certain items. There were no pastries at all. The coffee machines were faulty so I queued for a while to be able to have a drink.

Room was not very clean. Under the toilet seat had lot of old pee, the headboard had splashes of something on it and the bedside table was sticky. There was also a big stain on the carpet.

We were given two towels for four guests.

Food at the bar was not good. Toasties had old lettuce on the side which was black around the edges.

Staff that we encountered were pleasant and it was a nice touch that they left selection boxes for our children in the room on Christmas Eve.

Parking should be included. £17 per night is too expensive for guests.

The room was fine, albeit somewhat basic (no fridge) - however, the breakfast was terrible. Very poor quality ingredients (the cheapest catering sausages you can imagine) and zero options for healthy eating. The only bread on offer was a cheap sliced white loaf, no fresh fruit, and none of the cheese/meats/salads that are usual in hotel breakfast buffets.
The worst part was the eggs situation. The only option was scrambled egg, because there are no fresh eggs on the premises - so no option for poached, fried, boiled. This is because the hotel uses pre-processed bulk scrambled egg, re-constituted in the kitchen and served in a huge tray, with egg swimming in a watery liquid.
I raised this with the hotel whilst still on premise, and received a prompt reply from the manager stating that they follow company guidelines and pointing out that breakfast is included in the room-rate - as if this justifies serving really poor quality slop with no options to choose healthy nutritious food. He was basically saying \"it's free, so what do you expect?\". Well, it's not free, it's built in to the price paid for the room - and the quality should be an embarrassment to the the Hilton brand.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite nice. The breakfast was a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options to start the day.

However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. I tried contacting the hotel by email before my stay but unfortunately never received a reply, which was disappointing. Additionally, the parking charges were much higher than compared to the similar hotels, especially considering the location.

Bed was like sleeping on springs, could hear them pinging when you moved. Woke up with back and neck pain because of how hard and uncomfortable. My asthma was set off by the feather pillows and duvet - one mouldy towel between two of us. Staff seemed uninterested and not wanting to be there except one lady who was lovely and chatty upon our check in. For a Hilton this was truly disappointing because we wanted to enjoy our stay and the room was a total let down.

The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting Blackpool.

Checked in early which was great.
Had to ring reception as soon as we got in the room as it was a Family room to sleep three with sofa bed which wasn’t made up neither was there enough shower towels for us.
The room was clearly prepped for two people despite me being told they’d not got to do the bed yet. Surely if the room was ready for us to check into the bed should be ready.
I had to ring reception again, this time for extra towels, we left the room to go out and on return had to ring again at 6pm for towels again. The room wasn’t big enough for three people and not enough storage for all our bags and shoes etc.
The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken.
Breakfast was a good selection but the plates and mugs didn’t seem very clean. I picked up a dish that felt like it had remnants of the dishwasher stuck to it and a mug the same. I picked up a second mug which had dried green stuff around the top and dried coffee stains down the side of it. This put me off a coffee so didn’t have one. Overall I don’t think the room was worth the amount paid unfortunately and I wouldn’t stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with the TV remote in our room which the staff rectified immediately by sending a replacement to the room.

Clean and spacious room with comfy bed and ample storage for clothes. Iron and hair dryer worked perfectly.

Spacious shower cubicle with plenty of hot, high pressure water, and complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

Breakfast is buffet style with a great choice of full English and continental ingredients, including a waffle maker for the kids.

Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the place. Value for what we paid and would definitely re-book.

We recently stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4. Check in was quick and easy. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good but felt there wasn’t a huge choice. We had dinner in hotel on night 2 and was quite disappointed. They tried to bring our starters and mains out at same time to which we asked if we could have starter fist and then main, they said they would just have to put them on the hot plate until we were ready. When they finally brought them out quite a while after we had finished our starter, the kids chicken nuggets were so over cooked that they couldn’t eat them. I wish i had said to someone at the time but we had waited such a long time we just left it as wanted to get along to the Pier before it closed. Apart from that we had a lovely stay. I felt the food & drinks were reasonably priced.
