Friendly helpful chap on reception, parking wasnt part of the booking but he found available space and even offered after stay parking upon our check out, there was no noise from other guests, no issues with Hotel Roomz.

The room we had wasn’t hoovered mirror hadn’t been cleaned,noise levels at night time was horrendous kids running around well after midnight shouting and general banging from other rooms,not the best nights sleep and won’t be back.

Get what you pay for!

Stayed here sat 3/12/22 with my son last minute as meeting up with friends and so close to Christmas didn’t want to pay a lot very basic, clean but run down paint flaking off walls, needs modernisation, given our room 2 flights of stairs room 4. Only to hear lots of shouting and swearing by occupant from 6, complained to man on reception and I asked to move as didn’t feel comfortable, he was willing to change my room but once no 6 was confronted they added him to leave telling me he was out there by council ( homeless). We stayed in our room and had reasonably comfy night, mattress dipped to side. Ok fir a night but would definitely pay bit more to go elsewhere.

The rooms were terrible, shower not working toilet not working …parking you couldn’t find as it was first come first served and once you move your car to go to ship or a restaurant there was no guarantee that you can find again the parking space even though you paid 200£ for a single night !!

Family room was up two lots of stairs room was not upto standard beds was lumpy pillows were hard staff did not change mugs or given clean towels and owner was rude arrogant was to busy asking to move cars round on carpark even ringing while we was out trying to enjoy ourselfs would not stay there again.

When i arrived at 17.30pm there was no one there door was locked and hotel looked empty car park had 1 car mine made it 2 there was a number above door to ring so rang after 5 mins someone answers and i give details i tell them from start i am outside its cold its about 3 degrees ts been snowing its raining and windy then phone call gets disconnected so i call again 3 mins this time and someone then comes to the door asking who i was i said i booked a room online after taking details and payment upfront they say room is on second floor when i go into room its freezing cold so look at a radiator is off so turn on and starts to get warm room was not to bad but in my opinion not worth £30 i did have coffee and tea facilities for 2 cups and shower and toilet in my opinion someone should have been there knowing you have a booking would i go there again no.it was near a weatherspoons but its a good 10 mins walk not 2 mins as told so i took car location very good right next door to pleasure beach and room had seaview

Room and en-suite were a good size compared to other such accommodation in Blackpool and clean. We stayed in a family room (two adults and two teenagers). Room had a double bed and two single beds and there was still plenty of room. Flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Hot/cold buffet style breakfast available for £4.99 per adult and £3.99 per child. I would recommend it. Free parking and WiFi also included in the price of our stay.

Good value for money

The room was basic but more than adequate for what we paid! A few little niggles like the towels were tiny so if recommend you bring your own. The shower door clashed with the bathroom door so you had to be careful how you opened them. The tv remote didn’t fully work BUT for the price we paid we had a comfortable night’s sleep and the room was clean.

Unfortunatly our toilet was hard to flush and the tap never stopped dripping. 3 beds had marks on the white bedding. The staff were nice and the comunal areas were clean.
At the end of the day for me and my 2 kids it did not ruin my trip.

Double room bed not much bigger than a single. Room tiny. No cupboards or drawers. Toilet dirty. Had to use the toilet brush to clean. Needed bleach really. Small cloakroom sized sink which when filled with water looked merky like it hadn't been cleaned since last visitor left. No chair, bedside cupboard for drinks which had to go on the floor. Had to ask for TV remote to use the television, and 27th October was a bitterly cold day, and to top it all the radiator wouldn't come on necessitating the handy man being called for at 10pm.

The bed was so lumpy, no comfort in the mattress what so ever, the pillows were so hard it was like sleeping on a wooden door! The duvet was comfy which was the only bonus... the shower... said hot 38 degrees on it but it was only just luke warm also the bed headboard was covering 50% of the window so they was next to no breeze coming into the room

A warm, dry, clean bed for a great price.

No frills or extras. Just a clean, dry place to sleep with a TV, kettle and private shower and toilet. Right across the street from the waterfront and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Great value for your money if you don't mind a very simple room. Cons: Could have used an extra pillow and the bed didn't have a top sheet, just a light comforter, which was way too hot.

chose this hotel because it was cheapest on website fine for what it was a place to stay while visiting blackpool massive plus was very close to tram stop which you can buy a 24 hour ticket for £5 and travel up and down seafront as much as you like. If you want your room cleaned you ask if not your left alone to come and go as you please which suited us.If it was cheapest on website next time I would not hesitate to stay again. breakfast is available between 8.30 and 9.30 which I thought is a bit restrictive but jump on the tram stop off try a new restaurant every day.

The hotel is very dated. The bathroom door stuck. The bunk beds were flimsy and creaked constantly through the night. The shower and bathroom were mouldy. Not the best place considering it cost £200 for one night. No bar service. Breakfast was ok.

How this hotel can call itself a luxeryhotel is beyond belief. The entrance was a warning and the carpets on the stairs to the rooms, no lift, appeared grubby and worn. The room was the size of a bathjroom and the bathroom was the size of a toilet. This is not an exageration. The coat hangers were hangers from purcheses made in Marks and Spencers with the sizes still on. The pillows were lumpy and the bedlinen was cheap and nasty. it was without a doubt the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. My friends room was equally as bad, but had a slightly bigger bathroom. The whole place felt grubby. For this we payed an outrageous price.. It does advertise itself on the WEB, as a luxury hotel... The Hotel Inspector needs to check this out.

Good value for money

Good facilities especially considering the cost. A rail inside the bathroom door to hang towels would be great; although it is a small ensuite, the hooks near the toilet are too far from the shower. Great shower, powerful and easy to get required temperature. We were in a newly renovated room with good heating, nice carpet and all round very nice decor. Buffet breakfast was very basic but again it is adequate considering the low cost of the hotel. Staff should not clear dishes from a table until ALL guests have finished eating because it makes the guests that are still eating feel like they are being rushed out. All in all a comfortable, clean hotel that we would visit again.

Got to the hotel after booking online argued with reception that I had paid on card they said I hadn't so paid money out again when I took receipt to prove this they would not offer a refund. Then started hoovering hallways at 5:30 so felt rushed to leave when checkout not until 11 very basic rooms

I booked for my Son and his girl.His Father had just past away a few days ago.It was a very upsetting time for him. The place was dirty,smelly. The receptionst could not find the booking. My son was so upset he phoned me straight away. And i booked him in The Colywn. Which gave excellant service.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in ! The sea view would have been great if the windows were not so dirty, but that was the theme throughout the room. The bedlinen was stained, dirty and infested with bed bugs. Even the two mugs were chipped or dirty. We certainly weren't happy with the fact that we had to hand our car keys into reception (which was located in the bar/was the bar), but it meant an hours drive trying to find a parking space in the local area.

The best fact was that there is a tram stop right outside.

Glad we only stayed one night, after reading reviews on tripadvisor and seeing traveller photos..showing bed bugs!!...treat it as if we were going camping and took sleeping bags..smelly, damp..wouldn't stay again. The only good thing is the location.

When I arrived in the room I was greeted by a huge bogey left by a previous guest, there were also stains on the bedsheets and on a small piece of material draped over the bottom of the bed (i can only imagine this was there for decorative purposes however it was so skanky they shouldn't have bothered).
The toilet seat was also dirty in the 70's deco bathroom. The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing for the cost of the hotel with hairs all over the place and the mugs for the free tea and coffee were cracked and filthy.

-Perfect location for pleasure beach
-Lots of TV channels (no remote)

Overall review would be a 1* but this could easily be improved by much better cleaning and fresh bedsheets etc.
