Was even better in person than we could have imagined! The highlight was how attentive the staff was, especially Maria! She is an absolute gem of a human and took care of all of our needs. She gave suggestions for things to do and places to visit and was able to book everything for us. True luxury! The food was also amazing and the room was spotless. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic little gem. Fabulous staff, excellent service and meals and a very private suite with my own pool with breathtaking views. Perfect location for those who seek privacy away from the crowds. There’s a road but it’s not very busy so didn’t bother me. Get a rental car though to explore the island. I’ll happily return here. It hit the spot. Thanks for everything.

This property is so serene and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our trip was taken care of. Since this property is away from the main town transportation was always easy to arrange and when we can back to our place it felt like we are retreating back into our sanctuary. Our private plunge pool and our spectacular views were in matched.

Maria helped us schedule our stay and our transportation to our scheduled events. We loved the experience and could not recommend them more!

I am so glad I chose to stay at Santorini Heights. From start to finish, everything has been absolutely first class. It’s a beautiful place, with its location making it perfect for travellers who just want to get away from it all. Thomas was an absolute star. He took time to give me some tips on where to eat, excursions I might want to go on and made arrangements when I decided to hire a car. (I’d highly recommend you do to get the most out of your trip to Santorini)
Breakfast on the terrace every morning was just perfect…and the villa itself was pure luxury. I am packing this morning with a heavy heart and hope to be able to return very soon. A massive thank you to Thomas and the staff at Santorini Heights for an unforgettable holiday…you made my dreams come true.

This hotel was gorgeous! It was so private and luxurious. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the other parts of the island. It was nice to stay somewhere calm away from all the bustling parts of the island. We enjoyed swimming in our private pool by day and then heading over to Fira or Oia around 5 or 6 to shop and have dinner. But the best part of our experience at this hotel was the manager, Thomas. I’ve never had customer service like this and we are regulars at the Four Seasons where they pride themselves on customer service. Thomas took it to another level texting me throughout the day to make sure every need was met. Anytime I requested something it was done within minutes. He had great advice about restaurants and activities and booked everything for us so we didn’t have to stress about anything. And he is just the most delightful friendly guy. We were here with our two teens. I wouldn’t necessarily bring little kids because the hotel is very peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed at in all our travels around the world. It’s a hidden gem. Only five suites so ultra private. The views from the mountain down to the ocean were out of this world. The private infinity pool and lounge area of the cactus room were huge as if you had your own private backyard! Service, food and cleanliness were 10/10! And Thomas the hotel manager, was beyond helpful!! From prior to our arrival in needing to rent a car last minute to restaurant recommendations and booking us a cruise excursion which was a wonderful way to see the island! Will be back in a heartbeat

Amazing villa at reasonable price compared to the more expensive options in Oia and Fira. Wasn't sure about it being so out of the way at first, you do need a car, but do not regret staying here at all given the quality of the villa. We loved Santorini and it was largely due to staying here...

First off, this location is in the middle of everything, located on one of the highest points. Finding it was very easy and it had incredible views.

The suite itself was beautiful. We stayed in the Cactus suite. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Everything outside is cleaned daily by the wonderful staff. They also take pride in privacy, so you won’t feel bothered at any time.

Now, the greatest part of this, was our host, Thomas.

I came to Greece with my girlfriend to propose to her. I was planning on doing it in the beginning of our trip, but a series of bad luck happened that made it impossible. I told Thomas of this issue, and he immediately started to help me plan last minute.

He recommended many things and was very considerate of my budget.

Mind you, this was all the day before we were arriving in Santorini.

He set me up with a deal for a private 5-hour sunset cruise that included swimming, a tour of the island, a dinner, transfer to and from the port, and a sunset experience. The perfect time and place to pop the question.

It was absolutely beautiful, and the personal hostess on board along with the captain made it unforgettable.

When we arrived back at our hotel, he had set up the room with romantic decorations including rose petals, a cake, champagne, lanterns, candles, and more. Of course, he asked beforehand if he could leave “a little something in the room for us when we return”. I was NOT expecting that. Truly amazing.

He helped us book a car, couples photography and dinner reservations. It made our trip easier and relaxing. One thing that could be improved on was maybe having more options for the breakfast menu. It was the same options everyday.

This is beautiful little hideaway set up in the sky with a stunning view. You are taken care of by the best people (thanks Thomas! The manager) bringing you gorgeous food and tasty cocktails. This is set a bit far from the hustle, but with transport, you can experience anything and relax in the serene beautiful rooms away from the noise. Thanks to Santorini Heights making this an amazing trip for us!

The ultimate private retreat. We were so glad we didn’t stay in the busy traditional area. We loved being “off the grid” and we were treated like royalty. Tomas was our hotel liaison and he was fantastic. He booked excursions for us, and made reservations at the restaurants we wanted. Our friends stayed in ‘traditional’ cave villas in santorini and they were in awe of our hotel, and how quickly we got reservations at the best restaurant (when their hotel told them it wasn’t possible). The summit villa is the highest hotel room on the island. It was romantic, private, and had the best views of the sunset. When it was foggy one morning, we were literally above the clouds, and it felt like we were in heaven. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We hope to visit again!

We stayed at Santorini Heights for 6 nights and it was like a luxurious home away from home. The hotel suite was equipped with everything that we needed, the cleanliness was top shelf, but the best part of the whole stay was Thomas. Thomas truly made our stay amazing. He reached out even before we came to line up our airport transportation and gave us his personal number so he could answer any questions we had and line up activities and a car even before we got there. Thomas is truly the heart of Santorini Heights. I am very picky with where I stay and Santorini heights has everything that you can ask for and more. Thank you so much Thomas!

We could not have asked for a better experience at Santorini Heights. The service, food, drinks, and suite exceeded any and all of our expectations. We had our wedding at the beautiful resort right at our suite, because of the beautiful views. The entire staff along with the owner helped make our day along with the stay the most special and perfect. They made all the arrangements for us from the wedding planning, catamaran tour, in suite meals, in room massages, airport/hotel transfers, and car rental. We are already planning our trip back!

Ilias, the hotel manager and host, was amazing. He arraigned many activities for us and kept in touch via WhatsApp during our entire stay in Santorini. We decided to extend an extra day and had to find another hotel because S.H. was full and Ilias even made these arrangements for us. Very clean, quiet and peaceful location. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Vine suite and everything was exactly what we expected from the pictures!!! Keep in mind, this is a luxurious hotel with suites that have breath taking views from the highest point in Santorini. From your very own private heated pool, you get to watch the sunset from a different perspective along with your private own lounge area beside it. Our suite was very well maintained all throughout our stay with luxurious amenities provided inside the room. Ilias was ready at all times to accommodate all of our needs from finding the best places to eat to arranging the must-do activities for us and also renting a car to get around. You also get complimentary breakfast provided each morning tailored to your likings. These guys made us feel at home and utmost relaxed. Overall a wonderful trip to have experienced with the crew at Santorini Heights. If you’re hesitating, don’t! Just book it! You won’t regret it!

We just had a fantastic time staying here at Santorini Heights! Even before arrival, the concierge, Ilias was so helpful. He made reserving a car very easy and gave great recommendations about activities and places to eat. He was very eager to help us with any needs and was a friendly and personable host. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable and spacious. The outdoor pool was very nice. The car rental was helpful as the location is not right in town, but due to the size of the island you could easily and quickly try to Fira or Perissa without difficult. We were sad that we only were able to stay for 2 nights, would have loved to stay for a week. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

An oasis of peace and a perfect place to re-charge away from the madding crowd.

Santorini is jam packed with tourists in high season. To escape this crush and find wonderful views Santorini Heights is your sanctuary and a great base from which to explore the island and beyond.

This accommodation has been beautifully hewn from this protected highest point in the island. The design combines the best of modern convenience with a restful simplicity. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. I experienced no biting insects. The temperature was perfect in late August, with a cool wind taking the edge off the heat.

I was lucky to arrive on a Friday when the owners put on a generous bbq and all the guests are invited to eat together with them.

It was the epitome of Greek hospitality. But in truth the owners are truly international (Greek and Australian) and this hotel is clearly a labour of love in which they have poured their heart and soul.

The personality and love shines through and all the staff were wonderful.

Particular thanks to Ilias who looked after me superbly from first contact to departure.

We spent 6 days in Santorini, but stayed at two different hotels. While both were nice and each had aspects that we liked, we absolutely loved Santorini Heights. The staff were incredible and bent over backwards to help with anything we needed, even after we left the hotel. We stayed in the Summit Villa. The bed was incredible. The only reason we got out of bed was for the awesome breakfast each morning delivered to our room. The villa pool was amazing and very private. If we ever come back, we'll definitely be staying at Santorini Heights.

Santorini Heights - the perfect paradise!

Santorini Heights was completely idyllic! The resort and surroundings were stunning, the food was delicious, the sunsets were to die for, and the service from the staff was more than 5 star! A special mention has to go to Ilias who was an absolute superstar - his attention to detail and care for the guests was simply outstanding - including his cake baking skills! We rate Santorini Heights a perfect 10 out of 10 - you must put it on your bucket list!

This is the place to go to get away from it all - but let them help you rent a car so you can get around the island.

Totally Isolated...great place if you want to get away from everyone and everything,
I failed to realize when booking that this is not a resort......rather, you're booking a room with a walk out veranda with a view.... there are no facilities. Food (you have to select from a list of items the day before) is brought to your room.....cell. Honestly felt isolated and cutoff immediately.
Upset that I did not see any such review when booking, and this is the only reason I'm writing one.
Fortunately for me I had only booked the one night, and even then I was very inclined to go find somewhere /anywhere else, but the uncancellable fee was not trivial.
Would never stay here again even if no cost. It's just not my bag.

The views from the villa were amazing and the villa itself was beautiful. Lovely infinity pool, comfortable sun loungers, almost like bean bags. Large bed inside was very comfortable and it was very clean. Nowhere really in walking distance but we loved that it was so secluded and was only a short 5 minute car journey to the nearest town. Staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything you wanted, lovely breakfast cooked to order every morning that they brought to your villa. You could ring reception and order cocktails/drinks/food etc. and they were all brought to you, the mojito in particular was the best I've ever had! Really recommend for a romantic stay away on a beautiful island.

Fantastic place to go and chill out in luxury

I can not sing the praises of Santorini Heights more. We had such a lovely time there for three nights and were looked after really well. In particular George and Carolina were fantastic. George makes a mean Margarita but he really did look after us so well. We stayed in the Summit Suite which is nothing less than stunning with a beautiful view accross the island and out to sea. The pool in it is great and is perfect to cool off. In short if you want to go somewhere to chill out in luxury and be pampered by wonderful staff go and stay here, it will meat all your expectations.

Santorini Heights was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend our honeymoon. The privacy and setting of Santorini Heights was wonderful to be able to just relax and enjoy the view with one another. The service is absolutely unbeatable. George and the entire staff are more than willing to help in any way possible. My wife was actually feeling a bit sick from the jet lag our first day there and George went out of his way to go get her a Ginger Ale and the staff also made some hot tea to help her feel better. You will not find a more serving and caring staff anywhere else you stay. I highly recommend Santorini Heights and its not even a question where we will be staying for our next trip back!!

Santorini Heights is pretty close to heaven!

Now that summer is approaching I am again thinking about my wonderful stay at Santorini Heights last summer. I can't say enough about this wonderful place. The room (Garden Suite) was gorgeous and immaculate, the breakfast brought to us every morning was wonderful, the staff--well all I can say, superb! So accommodating, so friendly! We even met the owners who were very warm and welcoming! An example of how wonderful this place is. We were leaving for our day at the beach, and one of the staff was trimming some of the flowers (heather, I think?). It smelled wonderful as we went by and we commented. We returned to our room with a bouquet of the flowers on our table!

A fantastic place in a nice quiet area. Stunning views, wonderful attentive staff. Car would be advised to get around.
Breakfast was delicious and so nice to have it brought to the room everyday. The plunge pool was a highlight and loved using it everyday :)
