Great price for what you get. Despite being an apartment style building, you still get the extras you’d expect from a hotel. Such as water, towels, tea/coffee, soaps, and a decent buffet breakfast (which was very welcome as we were staying over Tet when many places are closed). My only criticisms would be that it’s not in the most prime location (although still walkable to main attractions) and some of the furnishings are budget - but for the price I really can’t complain.

Room was clean but couch was old, hard, bed was very hard. Washroom was clean but clear sign of mildew in shower, had shampoo, body gel in shower, no hair conditioner. Had a small bar of hand soap, toothbrush with paste, small comb and shower cap.
Had full kitchen and full fridge.
Breakfast was amazing! There was a pho cart and beef and chicken was available with some greens and condiments. Lots of fresh fruit, 2 kinds of cereal, coffee with milk or condensed milk. Juice which was usually quite watered down from ice. Always ice and water. Lots of fresh bread and croissants to die for. Oh and the homemade yogurt loved!
We went for dinner one evening is was good, we had beef pho and vermicelli. Services is always good.
Excellent location in district 3, easy to walk to lots of food and road was not too busy like district 1. It is crazy nuts there, very loud. Quite evenings where we stayed.

For 80 dollars/night (tax inc.), two bed, two bath, kitchen, included breakfast, great location, and much more, I highly recommend Emm hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing, food was great, the location of the hotel is in the center of hcmc, making it easy to take grabs/walk.

I stayed at Hotel EMM Saigon for 10 days, and my overall experience was excellent. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us - helping with our luggage and even allowing us an early check-in before 2:00 PM, which was very thoughtful.
The breakfast was delicious and varied every day, and the housekeeping team maintained our room perfectly throughout our stay. The reception staff were always polite, professional, and quick to answer all our queries and doubts with a smile.
It’s clear that the entire management team is well-trained and committed to making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Hotel EMM Saigon, for such warm hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

I don't know how to say thanks enough to all the staff in the Êem hotel. Thank you for everything you have done for my family.
The hotel staff performed their duties with care and paid attention to the elderly people. I had trouble with my booking as the hotel was fully booked. That's why I have to move to the other room for my last 2 days' stay. However, the management and staff have managed for my family to stay in the same room as they worried about my parents climbing over the bath when they have a shower. All the staff are great, I like them very much, from the front desk to the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the security... who are very polite, helpful, and friendly.
The hotel location is good, it's in a safe area. There are a few famous restaurants around the block, such as Pho Hoa and Út Ca Mau seafood and the vegetarian restaurant as well.
I stayed in room 604 with 2 good-sized bedrooms. The room is clean, with fresh air and large windows. Beds are comfy guaranteed a good night's sleep.
Breakfast is a good variety with menu changes daily.
The bonus point is that the hotel has a self-laundry where we can do washing and drying our clothes, so we just pack light..
Overall we are very satisfied and happy to spend 8 days total in Êem hotel. We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 3 stars hotel. They have all you need, a clean room, good breakfast option, very helpful and nice staff, good location. They are all above expectation for a 3 stars hotel.
They are part of Thien Minh Group, so I can feel they are doing better job than most of the other hotels at the same level.
I give 4 stars rating because I think they are still have room to improve, and I definitely will choose their hotels in the future.

Basic standard hotel for a short stay. No pool alas, which would've a welcome relief from the heat and humidity of the city. A bit of a walk to get to the main attractions. Allow a good 10-15mins walk. Some tours wouldn't pick up from this hotel as it's in District 3. Most would only do from District 1.
All in all, ok for friendly service and cleanliness.

The staff was wonderful. We were only there for a one night stay before an early flight out the next morning. As out rate included breakfast but we were checking out before the normal breakfast time, the staff provided us with boxed breakfasts to-go, which were ready and waiting for us in the lobby at 5am!

My experience here was great! Hotel is near everything either walking distance or a quick ride. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Food was fantastic. It is a convenient location that you can go to Sài Gòn center or airport. We stayed in a two bed rooms unit with a small kitchen and full size refrigerator. The room is clean and spacious for our needs. The breakfast room is very nice and clean, lots of choices for us and the food is very good. Food and pastries are freshly made and menu is changed daily. Washers and drier are provided for free of use which is a plus for us. Our family of 3 adults enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. Strongly recommended.

Staff were amazing! Everyone was so helpful and friendly incl restaurant staff, front desk, cleaning team and the guard out the front. Breakfasts were awesome. So much variety to eat. Rooms were big. Bed comfy. Couch & decor outdated. Laundry facilities were really handy & a few good restaurants across the road while you find your bearings. Nice coffee across at the cake shop too!

I'm a repeat resident of EMM Hotel and after an absence of 1 year, I was back to the establishment. The staff are conversant in English, warm and polite. The hotel is still in good shape and the lobby remains Cosy and even improved now that the breakfast buffet has been move to Spice Viet Restaurant in the 1st floor. I got a serviced apartment with an awesome city view with a balcony, thanks to the staff who acceded to my request. It was a pleasant saty and I will return, again and again.

A little older building but apartment room is spacious. Enjoy 4 days stay. Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful even if you approach them for assistance late at night. I'm very impressed with the service quality and good condition of the room. We can also do our laundry for free even thou using our own detergent. Breakfast is average with limited variety due to small hotel. Only downside is tea and coffee is rather plain.

Certainly value for money and surprise to find such a quality hotel at less than half the price than those old hotels in District 1.

It is centrally located if you intend to visit District 2, 5 and 7.

If you only have time for District 1, Vin Home Central Park and District 4, this is a rather far distance to walk.

Not recommended for a big group of more than 4 pax due to the everlasting congested traffic and most of the time transport back to hotel has to make a big u-turn due to one-way traffic.

EMM hotel was good for us, in the right location / price at the right time. The staff are very attentive and professional and the breakfast was good and varied. The only small criticism is that it’s looking at bit tired and worn in a decorative way in our room and corridors. Probably because the hotel has been very busy and well used? But overall we had a good stay our room was spacious, comfortable and had a good shower. The rooftop bar/lounge wasn’t open on the dates we stayed so cannot comment on this. So generally a good hotel and we would happily stay again.

This is one of my regular hotels whenever my wife and I are in HCMC.Good location, service and value for the money. Although it's a pity the cafe has been relocated from the high floor (impeccable view) to the lobby. But there is now a new Vietnamese restaurant on the first floor which I've yet to try. Next time perhaps. Keep up the quality!

Pleasant stay at EMM Saigon

I enjoyed having such a spacious 2 BR unit with kitchen and sitting area. Very comfortable and pleasant - like home away from home. Loved the location. So central to mnay things to see and do.
I would highly recommend it and definitely will come back to stay there in the future.
I like it so much that I booked and stayed at the EMM Hoi An also following my trip to Saigon.

Fantastic staff made me very welcome thank-you! It is a great value for money hotel. Only small complaints are that WiFi is not reliable in the room - it always worked but was very slow often. Also - the bed was not the most comfortable - although it did not affect my sleep too much.
But - I would stay here again as it was excellent value and very clean and tidy with good food and excellent staff!

I always stay here because it’s walking distance to RMIT Uni for my official events but it’s also not in the touristy area of Saigon, so it has a more local scene feel. Some interesting places (pink church, market, Pho Hoa) within walking distance, too.

Excellent staff! But the breakfast choices are on the bland side. The view is great.

I was only here for one night but I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was really nice - big, very clean and very good shower! Good amenities in the room too - every detail has been considered. Amazing view from the rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was good. Some nice coffee shops nearby. Overall a lovely stay, can't fault it!

Room too small and dirty, they charged me $456,000 Vietnam currency (~ $20 usd) for the breakfast for 2, even though on their website indicated breakfast is included. Not very happy ...I checked out and stay difference hotel near by with cleaner, bigger room and cheaper than they charged me.
Hotel.com should take this hotel off your list.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is friendly although very rigid with their rules. The beds are extremely hard and the bath towels have scene their final days. The location is OK if you don't mind walking or taking a $5 usd cab ride. There are a couple decent restaurants across the street, 1-Argentinian and 1-Seafood. Coffee shops are within 3 blocks.

The price is fair for what you get, the rooms are always clean, the noise outside is like any big city environment.

Not very impress on the service as well as the facilities. I reserved a 1 bed room apartment and could not expected there poor view in low floor with this 2nd highest room category. TV inside bed room been removed. The bed is combine with 2 rolling twins bed add on top of a double size mattress.
