Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle.

1- there was no blanket in the room and there was no instruction on the room to call the reception. Air condition control was not working. Property is well built but is maintained very poorly. There were very few guests in the hotel and breakfast was auful. This is only a one star hotel.

The room is nice, clean and big but the property is in the middle of nowhere. If you plan to do activities in Rome, this property is not for you. There is no train station near by. It costs about $35-40 each way to go to Central Rome (Roma Terimini) and about the same for the airport. The onsite restaurant has very limited options and the menu is only in Italian.

Room was nice and clean but my air conditioning did not work. It didn’t matter I just opened a window it was cool out. Also the shower leaked, A lot. Other than that a decent place with a nice big bed, breakfast and kind staff

The suite was clean enough, but staff do not acknowledge you presence until you speak to them, it's nearly an hour's drive from the centre of Rome, and there is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. There's also a totally bizarre rule about not bringing any outside food into the room, as if it were a restaurant. First time I've ever seen that after over a hundred stays in hotels.

Far from everything, 35 to 40 dollars in a taxi to go to city, no wifi in your room, you have to go to the lobby area, no iron,if you need to iron your clothes for get about that. Note:The tv works with wifi, so for get about that too.In my vacations. I really had unpleasant experience with this hotel.

Very nice hotel outside the city of Rome

If you need to city center, you need to go to nearest subway station Batistini by hotel shuttle bus. Very nice hotel staff, clean rooms and nice views.
Supermarket few steps from hotel entrance....

Soggiorno piacevole

Ottima soluzione per passare una o più notti, pulizia esemplare, comfort e stanze molto ampie. Colazione da sogno con piatti per tutti i palati e abitudini italiani e non. Situato sul grande raccordo anulare facile e comodo da raggiungere. È la seconda volta che vi soggiorniamo, ma se capiteremo nuovamente a Roma ci torneremo sicuramente.

Personale terribile alla reception (in particolare una donna grassoccia che consiglierei di rimuovere), invece di aiutare ed assistere il cliente sono passivi, nessun sorriso, terribili risposte (\"faccia come vuole lei\", \"può fare quello che vuole\", etc.\"). Stanza orribile con vetro rotto, parcheggio pubblicizzato come gratuito ma a pagamento, telefono non funzionante, stanza non pronta dopo il mio arrivo nonostante l'orario dell'inizio del check in era passato da un'ora, non mi hanno risposto prima del mio arrivo al telefono. Mi hanno costretto a chiamare Expedia davanti a loro mentre stanco aspettavo di fare il check in, avendo ragione per l'assenza del parcheggio privato gratuito come da loro pubblicizzato, sorridendo dietro il vetro della reception. Orribile e che non riprenoterei mai neanche sotto tortura.

Struttura sicuramente non rispondente ad un 4 stelle S. Stanza ampia e silenziosa dotata di TV e frigobar, letto comodo. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nell'adiacente centro commerciale. Non ho gradito la moquette in stanza e l'assenza dei canali Rai. Colazione scarsa per qualità e quantità, sala colazione angusta.

Douche défectueuse dans plusieurs chambres. Marre d'eau partout dans la salle de bain après avoir pris une douche. Très dangereux de glisser sur le sol. Hôtels ayant des chambres sur au moins 5 étages. Air climatisé centrale volontairement mis a off le jour par le manager de l'hôtel. Chambres au 5e étages a 27°C, dont impossible de se reposer car il fait très chaud. La réception a voulu reprendre avec insistance une deuxième fois les passeports des mes parents après que nous ayons formulé une plainte pour l'air climatisé. Mes parents ont eux peur d'être victimes de fraude car la réception a appelé deux fois dans leurs chambres pour obtenir leurs passeports. Nos passeports avaient été photocopier lors de l'enregistrement donc cette requête insistante de leurs parts nous a paru supect. Garantie nous ne retournerons plus jamais a cet hôtel. Ces évènements ont gâcher notre dernier jours de vacances.

Da consigliare a tutti, 20km da Fiumicino

Ho soggiornato solo un giorno, il 23 cm. ma tornerò di sicuro, ho trovato su Hotels.com questo hotel e ci siamo trovati bene , pulito e non caro , prezzo buono , a 20 km dall’aereoporto Fiumicino dove non c’è stata molta strada da fare, visto che mio figlio è partito per la California . Hotel pulito , personale disponibile, si trova di fianco al supermercato Conad, unica pecca è il parcheggio, perché scrivono che compreso alla camera c’è il parcheggio gratis ma in realtà ci sono 3 parcheggi dell’hotel a pagamento 5€ al giorno ma tutti gli altri parcheggi liberi, sono occupati da tanta gente che va al Conad o a mangiare qualcosa o fare acquisti ai relativi negozi interni , perciò i parcheggi erano tutti occupati

Heruntergekommenes Hotel

Das Hotel hatte überall Teppichboden ausgelegt das in einem stark verschliessendem verschmutztem Zustand ist. Das Bad komplett verkalkt und in der Dusche stand das Wasser Knöchel tief. Das Fenster mit abgebrochenen Griff. Die Matratze stark abgenutzt. Die Wände stark verschmutzt und Tapete waren zum Teil in Auflösung.

Nice..but too much noise for a 4 star's Hotel...

1.The air-condition didn't worked, the receptionist explained it's the Rom city who decide how much energy/electricity they can use.??? They told us to open our door and window for fresh air. The major problem was our room was beside a big highway and if we opened the window, it was too much noise to relax and sleep. We request for an other room on the other side, away from highway noise, and they said it's not possible? The hotel was almost empty and sleeping 4 nights in that condition was not expected for a Hotel with 4 stars. We had requested a quiet room before we arrived. We were very disappointed and would not return back.
2. The toilet seat was total loose and it fold off/down every time we used it...even though it's was a toilet for handicapped?? They send someone to fix it and nothing changed.
3. The Hotel is to far from Bus/Metro and it was difficult and expensive with Taxa to reach to the center of Rome.
4. All the staff was very kind and friendly, but it's not expected to sleep 4 nights in that condition.

Ottima posizione in quanto sei circondato da tutto cio che ti potrebbe servire durante il soggiorno.
Da sistemare pero il condizionatore perche fa abbastanza caldo in camera. E alcune vasche da sturare. Per il resto perfetto!

Ci tornerei sicuramente. Non è in centro, ma se l'obiettivo non è visitare Roma, è veramente confortevole.
Stanza grande spaziosa, letto immenso, tutto perfettamente funzionante, wifi compreso. Unica pecca, la doccia era montata in modo tale che fuoriusciva dell'acqua ad ogni doccia (nulla di non arginabile con il tappetino).

Colazione super. Se vi serve qualcosa al volo c'è un piccolo centro commerciale proprio accanto.

Parcheggio molto ampio proprio difronte.

Purtroppo era l'ultima camera rimasta, e dava sul raccordo anulare con un serramento che non si chiudeva i mancava di guarnizione. Purtroppo il servizio manutenzione non era disponibile, purtroppo c'era una comitiva di ragazzi stranieri con le loro musiche nella camera a fianco. Quindi notte sfortunata, speriamo meglio la prossima volta

L'albergo è funzionale per posizione e struttura: facile da trovare (appena fuori il GRA) e con un centro commerciale al suo fianco (una sistemazione logistica tipica nel resto d'Europa.
La struttura è moderna ed i servizi nella norma. Il parcheggio è libero ed è all'esterno della struttura.
Oltre alla colazione la sera è previsto un servizio ristorante.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema.
A richiesta è possibile far arrivare taxi in tempi ragionevoli.
Cosa si deve migliorare? In primis il parcheggio: è vero che è gratis ed esterno ma è scoperto, in alternativa si può lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio sotterraneo gratuitamente del centro commerciale solo che dopo una certa ora chiude. Sarebbe utile una convenzione a pagamento per gli ospiti dell' hotel per un numero di posti coperti con accesso controllato 24h utile per proteggere l'auto da eventi atmosferici distruttivi. Per quel che concerne la ristorazione , divisa fra comitive e singole camere al mattino a colazione, la si dovrebbe prevedere anche la sera con un menù più vario ed a' la carte diviso da quello turistico. Naturalmente come servizio a richiesta in fase di prenotazione (per la pianificazione). Da curare la pulizia delle porte dei finestroni a fine corridoio per ogni piano (per fare le foto visto che non si possono aprire).

Pernottamento per viaggio di lavoro, per poter partecipare ad un corso di formazione in zona Casalotti. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, colazione con buffet molto vario sia dolce che salato, camera grande e silenziosa, parcheggio comodo adiacente alla struttura, piccolo centro commerciale di fianco all'hotel.
