The hotel was good. My main complaint, and this surely should have been highlighted at the time of booking, was that the hotel served no alcohol at all.
We had to go to the hotel bar next door to get a drink.
This should have been made clear within the description of the hotel.

Very bad experience

It was very bad. The property was not clean. Carpets are wet. Refrigerator didn’t work. I informed the reception. Nothing was done about this problem. The food was not fresh. I talked to hotels.com agent and informed those problems. I thought to leave on the first day. I asked for this. The agent spoke with the property and returned to me. I told her that I wanted to leave the hotel next day because I waited for the response from the hotel. Unfortunately nobody talked to me. I had booked two days and I paid for these days. On the second day I left the hotel after I talked to hotels.com agent. Another problem is: It is not written in the hotels.com cite that there is no alcoholic drink in the hotel. Please change your page. It is not polite and it is not good as well to disinform the people

Ok stay, not very happy about it.

It was an alright stay, not happy about it though. They were very slow in serving us. For example, I called reception after check in asking for more towels and slippers, and I never got them even though I called multiple times! Steam bath was not working, pool was cold, jacuzzi was not working.

In general the hotel is quite good but there is disadvantage regarding the room service (they did not come to clean the room even the cleaning light was on until i call the reception as well as this ,they did not bring shampoos until i call the reception) .

Convenient all includive resort in Uludağ

I loved the hotel from lobby to the panoramic room and from the snack hall with live piano music to the sky fall cafe. The massage and jakozi at the spa was a great experience.
The indoor swiming pool was inviting but i could not swim because there was no allocated time for women which i suggested they should have.

Hotel best location for ski.. Just ski out. Beautiful view of mountain n ski area. Hilltop, Very nice room, comfortable n good facilities. Full board n gd spread of buffet from Bkfast, lunch n dinner. Tea time n supper also inclusive. Highly recommended hotel n family oriented too.

Amazing hotel

Hotel facilities and condition very good but the only inconvînient was with the receptionist at Check In First of all no Reservation was found and after Long Time waiting it was ok and the second thing about the Room Was different I reserved A big Room 4 beds and I all ready paid an extra for this Room and I have a smal Room one double bed and one single bed and I paid extra to the receptionist to have a quadruple Room like I reserved before. But never mind the hotel is very nice and very amazing and In my opinion after visitîng some hotels In Uludag this hotel is the best and very convinient for all winter activities (ski...) and I recommend it.

Great hotel, great location, no alcohol a downside

This hotel is great. Very unique. The location is perfect because as soon as you get off the Teleferik from Bursa, the hotel is right in front of you. This was nice since I had luggage. The fact that the hotel doesn't have alcohol really is the main downside. But the hotels nearby have bars/clubs in them. If you need to rent ski/snowboard equipment, they have everything at fair prices and very conveniently located in relation to the slopes.

Over priced on such old hotel

Old rooms with smoking bad smell .. we were couples and got triple room which limit the room space and the near by tooms were family woth kids are soo annoying .. the room was hoooot we could not sleep .. the buffet was variety but the qualty of food is not very good.. the spa was also not in the expected level and wualty the towels smells bad .. the only thing i like is the access to the skii .. that’s it .. over priced i’ll find something much better next trip

Very good hotel and lively atmosphere

In overall the stay was a fantastic experience. However it would be best if the front desk informed us from beginning that we were entitled free breakfast, lunch, dinner and breaks. We just realized those on second day of stay. This hotel is still new. So don't worry about old furniture or malfunction lift. They managed the hotel very well, even for kids during my stay they have some events during night time to make your children felling happy. The food is fantastic with various of choices. This will become unforgettable experience in Uludag. Thank you.

No Alcolic beverages permitted in the hotel.

We were not allowed to drink alcohol in this ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL!
In our reservation page, it stated that “ski passes” were included in our room fees. However, we had to pay 90$ for that as well.
The only thing that was good were the stuff and the fact that the hotel is new.

Ski room rents storage for ski equipments and alcohol is not included. It spossed to be all inclusive reservation. Apart from those facts hotel is very good and clean.

Vasat bir her şey dahil deneyimi

Odada minibar var içerisinde kola meşrubat ve su var .
Ses yalıtımı kötü, yan odadaki misafirlerin seslerini net bir biçimde duyabiliyorsunuz.
Ekipman kiralama pahalı.
Yemek çeşitliliği konusunda biraz daha çalışabilirlerdi.
Fiyatına göre kesinlikle performans yetersizdi
Yan tarafımızdaki çok da yıldızlı olmayan bir otelde gösteri dahi yapılıyordu. Öte yandan bizim otelde buna yönelik bir girişim yoktu.

Onun haricinde çalışanları güleryüzlüydü. Hepsi de gayet kibar gayet güzel hizmet veriyorlardı.

Sonuç olarak parasına değmeyen vasat bir deneyim yaşadık maalesef

Einfach ne Katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind unfassbar warm, selbst wenn die Heizung aus ist, Klimaanlage gibt es keine.
Morgens fangen die Schneefahrzeuge vom Hotel bereits um 5:50!! An die Pisten auf der Hotelpiste zu befreien, und da diese direkt am Hotelzimmer liegt ist es. Morgens unfassbar laut, sodass ich nicht mal mit Ohrstöpseln weiter schlafen könnte. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter gesagt dass die am nächsten Tag später starten würden um 9. Leider ne Lüge, wieder um kurz vor 6.
Kissen waren auch eine Katastrophe.
Das Essen Kantinenfraß und einheitlicher Geschmack, einem 5* Hotel für so einen lächerlich überhöhten Preis nicht würdig
Das Fitnessstudio ist dermaßen schlecht ausgestattet, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Reiner Schein, um wohl 5* bekommen zu können. Kaum Hanteln, kaum Geräte, man kann nicht mal dips oder Klimmzüge machen.
Insgesamt einfach nur unfassbar enttäuschend.

In dit hotel was alles heel goed. Kamers waren schoon, het eten was lekker en vriendelijke personeel met een glimlach. Daarnaast heb ik mijn vriendin, in dit hotel, ten huwelijk gevraagd. Alles was zeer goed geregeld door de personeel van een mooi plek met taart tot live muziek (muziek naar keuze). Hierbij wil ik nogmaals mevrouw Figen (receptie), mevrouw Müberra (guest relation) en andere personeelsleden waar van ik de naam ben vergeten allemaal bedanken. Zeynel & Fatma

Muhafazakarlarin Gereksiz Şık Alkolsuz Dag Oteli

Otelin alkolsuz oldugunu bilmiyordum. Bilsem gelmezdim, hangi yuzyilda yasiyoruz? sahibi megerse “Uzun Adam” in akrabasiymis. Kalanlarin %80 i kapali kesim. Otel zaten dağ oteli gibi degil, luzumsuz modern ve şık. Temizlik ve konfor OK ancak yemekler de guzel degil, tam alaturka..Insan dagda sicak sarap icer, bira icer vs..hicbiri yok. 2 Kayak ogretmeni tespihle kabadayi gibi geziyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum! 1.bolgede daha eski bir otelde kalirim gerekirse..

I certainly do not recommend this hotel ! Can you believe that there is no alcohol served ! People drink alcohol especially in a mountain hotel. A hot wine or a beer, etc. i dont give a s*** about the cleanliness of comfort of the hotel, of course it is supposed to be clean at this rate..80% of the guests wear turban..Turkey is not Iran yet and will never be ! Do not give your money to these guys

Otel konforlu, arap turist ağırlıklı.Yemek ve dinlenme odalarındaki müzik zamanın gerisinde.Çok güzel bir okuma odasına sahip tabi bir kitap okuyan dahi yok.Alkol olmaması pek bir sıkıntı yaratmıyor, tek fark şömine karşısında insanlar şarap içip sohbet etmek yerine cep telefonlarıyla oyalanıyorlar.Küçük su 5TL.Buradan geri kalan ücretleri hesaplayın.

Bu oteli ,yeni olması sebebi ile seçmiştim.Oda hijyen açısından oldukça vasat.Çocuk oyun odası sauna ve hamamın üstüne denk geldiğinden ebeveynler çocuklarını ter içinde bekliyor.Otelin 5.katından direk kayak imkanı güzel lakin kayağa ara verip birşeyler içmek ya da atıştırmak istediğinizde kayak odasının hemen yanında otelin içerisinde yer alan Skyfall cafe ücretli.Herşey dahil konseptine uymayan bir ticaret anlayışı...

Uludağdaki en iyi seçeneklerden birisi

Otel oldukça iyi, hizmet çok iyi, kayak odası biraz küçük ama çalışanlar çok ilgili. Özellikle yemekler konusunda maliyetten kaçınmadan kaliteli yemekler çıkıyor. Otelde tek anlam veremediğim şey gece 12’ye kadar koridorlarda çalan lobi müziği. 2 gece müzikten uyuyamayınca resepsiyonu birkaç kez arayarak müziği kapattırmak zorunda kaldık. Odamız köşeydi ve tam kapının önünde 2 tane hoparlör vardı.
