The staff at the front desk were unhelpful. Long lines at check in. Wake up call on departure day to airport was forgotten. No taxi even though I had confirmed multiple times the evening prior. Their answer to every request was a no ( e.g., coffee, taxis). Not 5 star service at all.

Great hotel and especially perfect before or after a cruise as it is located 5 minutes from where most ships are docked. Clean spacious room with a great shower! The only thing negative that I could say is that the room got a little warm by the morning. It was nice and cool when we checked in and overnight, but then got warm and we could not adjust it. It was stuck at a certain temperature. But everything and everyone else was were wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Thr hotel is licated in the World Trade Centre complex by Barcelona port about 10 minute walk to the south end of Las Ramblas and the Colombus Column.
Good for walking to the Gothic area of the city and the many cafes, bars and restaurants.
The room was very spacious and a comfy bed with views of tge harbour and sea.
Friendly and heloful staff at reception.
ps the Red Open Top City Tour Bus stops outside the entrance to the hotel, which was useful.

I had such a great experience at the Eurostars Grand Marina. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, right by the water, close to everything, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff made the stay even better. Everyone was warm and helpful, and I especially want to mention Mariona, who gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. This was my second visit and it was a wonderful as I remember.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a place I’d happily return to again.

Location of the hotel is ideal and close to touristy stuff. Taxis and rental bicycles are available all the time. The ocean is right there, which is very nice.

Staff was great, friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth snd staff explained everything about the hotel, such as breakfast and pool location.

Room door is not sound proof, you can hear everything what is going on in the hallway, and if there is an event inside the hotel, you will hear the music.

The window in my room (212) was open when I entered and had to close it before birds, insects etc. can come in. The windows do not have handles, so I had to use my tools to close it. I could have called front desk for it, but it was already 1.30am.

Mini bar in my room (212) was not cold, so all beverages were obviously not cold.

Body wash bottle in the shower was empty, but luckily the bottle by the sink had some left. Second sink drainage was not draining properly.

Room is equipt with kettle and coffee maker, with pods, teabags, sugar etc. Coffee was not good. Tea was mediocre, but again it was free so really can't complain too much.

I did not try the $55 breakfast, just because it was $55...

Faultless from start to finish. Room was immaculate and very spacious, the staff were very helpful and made the whole experience very comfortable. It was my birthday while we were there and i received a small cake completely unprompted which was a lovely touch. Location is ideal with the city sightseeing stop right outside the hotel. Loads of places to eat, drink and explore within a short walking distance. Would definitely return and recommend to others visiting Barcelona.

This was the perfect place to stay at the end of our trip in Europe. The staff are excellent the facilities are clean and in a great location. We easily accessed all the things we wanted to do in the Barcelona area. The area has access to shopping and great food options.

Great hotel. Very well located next to the cruise ship port also to all the main attractions in the local area. You can walk around for hours being amazed at the sites. Hotel staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful to us. They have a cruise ship shuttle every 15 minutes for 3 Euros. Really enjoyed our stay here. 🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

-don't like they charged drink from fridge which I never took after check out . They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later.
- need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday.
- did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again.
That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced.

Nuestra estancia NO fue agradable, el aseo de nuestra habitación dejó que desear. Se notó que las tazas de café solo las enjuagan, no las cambian pues use una para una medicina pegajosa y en la noche tenía un poco pegado al fondo, y la cucharita pegajosa!!! Las fundas se zafan de las almohadas, mismas que no tienen una funda propia y se ven las almohadas tal cual son, muy desagradable. La regadera salpica tanto que moja el papel de baño y todo el piso. Se acabaron los kleenex y no los repusieron hasta el tercer día y eso porque les dejé una nota. Dejamos un vaso usado de un brandy que nos trajeron del bar y nunca lo recogieron. En cuanto a la habitación, se ve que medio lo “modernizaron” pero bastante chafo, las puertas del closet no cierran y así muchos, muchos detalles que yo no puedo considerarlo arriba de un hotel tres estrellas.

Lovely hotel, excellent location but not a 5 star hotel.
Broken sun loungers left stacked and dumped near the pool. The check in was very slow, no 5 star welcome, no offer to take bags to room. The pool bar is very run down and extremely overpriced.
Not a hotel I would return to, Barcelona has a lot more choice if you are looking for 5 star. Shame as these little things could really make the difference.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. Check in was the first problem as we asked in good time for a twin bedroom but on check in we had to wait for an extra hour whilst they sorted it out. Once in the room the safe was faulty and we reported this straight away and was told it would be sorted. After a four night stay the safe is still not working right after numerous conversations with reception.

We stayed at the Eurostars Grand Marina for six nights. We loved the location of the hotel, the room was good (even though slightly outdated), and the staff was overall attentive and professional. However, our otherwise positive experience was completely ruined by the catastrophic noise insulation toward the hallway and particularly toward the neighboring room, something mentioned also in a few other reviews. We arrived late afternoon and could hear the TV from the other room as if it was in our room. And whenever someone passes in the hallway, the door to the hallway seems to work like an amplifier and not like a noise barrier. A main issue in our room (443) was the connecting door to the next room. We asked for a room change next day, but the staff told us the hotel was full. The last night was then truly unbearable - it really felt as if people were in our room and not next door. I have stayed in a good number of USD200-300 per-night hotels in the last 10 years in the US and Europe, but never had such a truly terrible experience. So I would say that if you are not at all noise-sensitive and love to hear every word from people on the hallway and next room, and you also don't care at all about your privacy and love it when other people can hear 100% of everything you say and do, then this hotel is for you. Otherwise, I would stay away. I sent an email to the duty manager but was \"informed\" that this is a \"structural\" problem, so nothing they can do.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Hotel Barcelona and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the rooms are comfortable with nice views.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. However, some amenities were not available upon request, such as a universal socket, which was a bit inconvenient. Another downside was that the bed sheets were only changed once during my 5-day stay, which was below expectations.

The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

We recently stayed at Eurostars Grand Marina during the week of April 6 and overall had a decent experience; however, there were several important issues that I hope management can address to improve future guest satisfaction. First, the air conditioning in the room did not function properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm, with the thermostat initially showing 40°C. After notifying the front desk and returning later, it displayed 16°C; however, the actual room temperature did not improve. As a result, we had to sleep with the balcony door partially open, which is not ideal for comfort or safety, especially with children. Secondly, our experience with the restaurant service in the evening was disappointing. We arrived at 8:30 PM and were informed the restaurant was full but that we would be seated shortly, as we were the only party waiting. After waiting over an hour, and observing that several tables had finished but were not being turned over, we were still not seated. With the kitchen closing at 10:30 PM and traveling with children, we returned to the room and ordered room service. Unfortunately, when I later requested a dessert from the restaurant (not available via room service), the bar staff member was unprofessional and dismissive. The dessert was placed abruptly, and when I asked for a cover to take it to the room, I was told, “I am not room service, I don’t give covers,” in a rude tone. This did not reflect expected hospitality and professionalism.

Well I stayed in the grand suite which had a huge outdoor balcony. The issue was the lights for the balcony were off. I asked the front desk on the first night if they could turn the lights on. They said they would call someone. No one came and lights stayed off. The second night I had the gentleman that was working the front desk come look at the problem he left and said he had to make a call to fix the problem. I waited all night no one came to fix or turn on the lights. I rented the room to enjoy a big balcony at night but it was completely dark so it ruined our plans. Also the jets in the tub did not work at all. I find it disconcerting to advertise jet tub and an outdoor balcony if you’re unable to use them as desired. When you rent the most expensive room in the hotel these are not the issues you should have to deal with. Other than that everything else was great.

Check in went ok, but the wifi didn't work and the front desk wasn't interested in trying to help even after the second call. The bar closed a half hour early so I can't report on that either. Otherwise, the rooms and building seemed really nice.

Nice location. Safe. Clean. Very big rooms. Great Views. Felt like a North American Hotel. Downside was no year-round pool and the noise. Seems they built the hotel with no wall insulation. I could hear all noise for rooms next door and above/below. Two nights of six nights I was awaken at night due to loud talking. During day can hear lots. Be sure to have a Bluetooth speaker or be able to sleep with TV on.

This is an excellent place to stay before a cruise. It is right by the port. Sergi checked us in efficiently and was so helpful with local advice and making our stay the best possible. They do have luggage drop off, if your room is not available. There is also a nice lounge and restaurants on the first floor. It is right in the heart of the city close to La Rambla. So you are close to everything. Wonderful stay!

Really disappointed. This is marketed as a five-star hotel, but the room comfort was honestly unacceptable.

The windows were extremely old and poorly sealed — cold air came through constantly and the room was noisy 24/7. I had to keep the heating on all the time just to cope, and even then it felt cold and uncomfortable. The window also made strange whistling/“whispering” sounds, which made it hard to relax or sleep.

Poor staff service. Asked for room service so 9:00 pm they delivered at 10:15 pm. This was the first day. The second day they didn’t clean the room. Just get inside to take the dishes from the dinner and didn’t made the bed, didn’t clean the floor where I accidentally spilled some soda, when I called front desk they told me it was normal, that room it’s supposed to be done in the afternoon, but it was 7:15 pm when I called. Ir was not until I went to talk to the manager that they sent someone to clean the room.

I had booked a king-sized bed but ended up with two separately made singles put together. This also happened at the time of my last booking Dec 15-21, although I was able to change that. The temperature in the room dropped to 16C overnight so it got a bit chilly.
