The rooms looked old fashioned. When I first got to the suite the tv in the front room area didn’t work so they gave me another room. Before leaving that room I looked on the sheets of the bed and found hair. When I got to the other room, the microwave didn’t work so I had to use the one in the lobby. I found hair in that bed too. There was toilet paper in the toilet. The smoke detector was off in the bedroom. Not a good experience.

For $200 a night, this stay was very disappointing. The room looked out onto a rooftop with dirty windows, which made everything feel neglected. While it appeared clean at first glance, it was very outdated and uncomfortable.

The bathroom had broken tiles, the bed was old and scratched, and the mattresses were very poor quality.

Overall, this property does not match the price being charged. I would not stay here again.

The furniture was all stained, floor needed vacuumed and carpet needed cleaned, outside of tub should be wiped down, as should the dresser front looks like previous guest may have spilt something down the front of it. Roomed had a cigarette smell in it. Credit card was charged more than what the booking was, they claimed deposit but upon looking at receipt it doesn’t show the same amount as my card was charged.No bedding for the pull out couch, bed was comfortable and employees were all very nice.

The hotel is decent, but I had keycard problems upon checking in. The first door card didn't work. Went back to the desk and got another. That still didn't work. I asked for another room at that point and was given one promptly. The hallways had an odor to them, but my room was fine. The bed was comfortable and it was fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy with a waffle station, cold cereal, oatmeal and some muffins/breads/bagels available.

Arrived without greeting, in fact all lights were off at the front desk (10:30 pm). Entered room and the smoke detector/fire alarm was removed and non existent. Shampoo bottle was empty, no hand soap and crumbs on the couch. Mattress needs to be replaced, springs were felt all night long. Breakfast- cold potato wedges and apple juice was out. Went to check out, no one was in sight. Lights off at front desk and the gathering tables. It’s a bummer, we are in the area often but I don’t feel like they were very welcoming of their guests.

Average hotel. Some things look kept up, others need work. Mattress was fair, I slept okay, wife couldn't sleep in it. Bathroom area looks pretty good and kept up, the room door needs to be planed on the bottom as it hung up on the carpet and had to be pulled/pushed shut. The room ceiling showed signs of a previous water leak from above (probably from jetted tub). The lobby stair railings need a coat of paint. Breakfast was okay, Doesn't appear bread (toast) was a fast mover because of the condensation on the inside of the ziploc bag the bread was in. Only had contact with two staff members, both were very nice.

I have stayed at this location for years, and have always been satisfied with the rate, quality of the room and the included breakfast service. I have noticed lately, however, that the breakfast quality has diminished, and this last stay the room was not up to their regular standards.

The carpet was dirty, the room curtains were broken and the shower head was broken - not what I usually get staying here.

I hope this was a one-off stay, and will see what happens next time.

Terrible stay. I read the reviews and was hopeful. Our hotel room was disgusting. Smelled old and musty. Rundown. Like the room had seen better days. The carpet was filthy. Upholstery ripped on the chairs, mold in the freezer, curtains torn etc. On top of it all the bed itself was hard as a rock. The pillows were tiny and paper thin. Neither my son or I got a good nights rest. When we requested to check out a day early the front desk Manager was less than understanding. Albeit he offered to put us in a different room that wouldn’t have mattered as all the beds are the same. And breakfast was gross. Not much to offer other than sugary cereal and chewy granola bars. This hotel did not deserve its 8+ rating. And will not trust booking on hotels.com in the future.

Below Standard Country Inn & Suites Dirty Dirty!!

Easily the worst Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed at and it's our go to brand to stay at. We appreciate the chain because they have the option for a separate bedroom, are clean and provide a slightly above standard breakfast at a good price.

This location was basically the opposite of all those things. Upon checking in we looked around the room and began seeing things that appeared dirty, but we felt like we could live with it, it was when I pulled out the hide-a-bed on the couch that I noticed some very questionable white stains as well as a yellow stain on the sheets. I asked to be switched to a new room, which was met without hesitation. After spending a half hour moving to the new room that at first glance felt cleaner, we discovered toenails under the chair and a half smoked cigarette behind the end table, but the biggest kicker was the door to the separate bedroom wouldn't even come close to closing, an important aspect as we were traveling with a four month old who needed to nap. Management offered to try and fix door or have us move again, but at this point we just wanted to cancel our second night and leave. They would not honor the cancellation, but did offer us a $40 discount. We declined and just went to bed the second night trying not to think about how gross it was. Breakfast offered some prepackaged stuff because no way was I eating anything made there, and hot tub in picture of pool does not exist. Below standard is an understatement.

This place had stained sheets, hair in tub on bed, and toilet. The carpets are stained the walls looked like they had water damage along the ceiling and the whole 3rd floor smelled like rancid meat. We left an hour after checking in. We are pursuing our money back but they arent wanting to give us a refund. Save your money and go to candlewood suites.

Beware of the mold!

After a long travel day I just wanted to check in, unpack and relax. I immediately smelled a musty smell when I opened the door to the room. The TV did not work. I went down to the front desk - clerk put new batteries in the remote - it worked for a total of 2 hours before again going out of service. Then I discovered the source of the musty smell. Mold on the AC unit, mold on the sheer curtains above it. In addition, there was peeling paint by the ceiling and cracked lamp shades by the bed. I had already unpacked so decided I would request a different room early in the morning before I had to leave for the day. I had taken photos of the mold to show the person at the front desk but he showed no concern, did not seem surprised about the existence of mold and was non apologetic. I checked the AC unit and sheers of the next room I was given and they were clean, however, the TV again did not work. Another trip down to the front desk where I was told it would be fixed while I was gone for the day. Upon my return that afternoon nothing had been done. Another trip down to the front desk. At least this time the front desk person came upstairs and fixed it. I did find that when I laid down to get some sleep both lamp shades ( one fixture with 2 shades in between the 2 beds ) were again in deplorable shape - in addition to being cracked they had mold on them. The presence of mold goes beyond a room being dirty. It's a health hazard and totally not acceptable!

I will list what was good and then why I will never stay here again.
Good: staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area clean and updated.
Bad: the room was so dirty I wouldn’t sit in the furniture or take my shoes off. The carpet was dirty and stained, it needed replaced. My dog actually found things to eat off the floor and splattered down the side of the couch in the first 60 seconds of arrival. Light bulbs were burnt out. The bedroom window was broken. The ceiling fan had grime crusted on the blades. The only thing that kept me from leaving was the fact that the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Plus I was not in the mood to pack back up, find another hotel and try and get my money back. I took photos, unfortunately this platform doesn’t seem to have an option to upload them. I was packed and ready to leave as soon as the sun came up.

While the hotel served its purpose of a place to stop and sleep a night on our trip I would pick somewhere else next time. The main reason being the flooring was gross, dirty and stained. The fan blades in room were caked with dust and no bedding for pullout couch. However the beds were clean and comfortable and the air worked well. The location is fine, lobby and common area was clean. Breakfast was ok and staff was courteous.

4 night stay would have been okay other than have the toilet back up and overflow on day 2 at 3:30AM. This necessitated a visit to the one person front desk where all they could do for me was hand me a mop and plunger. Neither of which was useful as the plug in the sewer line gave no response to the plunging. Ended up having to move the 3 people and little dog in our party to another room in the middle of the night from a first floor room to the supposedly only available room on the 3rd floor. No compensation for our troubles was offered or given. Will never stay here again.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that I refused to let anyone walk on it without shoes on. The dresser was missing a handle, the curtains were super thin and let in a ton of light, the mirrors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. The door to the poor had broken glass and the pool area looked drab and less than clean. The bedding was thin and had a few greasy looking stains. I honestly felt gross staying there. I would NEVER stay again. There was no one at the counter for check in- just a phone you had to pick up. A woman answered after several rings and acted like she wasn’t sure why I’d be calling, but a nice gentleman came within a minute or two to check us in. The staff was the only redeeming quality. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area- go to one of them.
