We only stayed here. I ended up with bites in straight lines that were itchy and swollen on my arms and legs which I sent pictures to the property. My friend had the same on their neck and face. The property stated they didn't see any signs of bedbugs and refused to offer any kind of refund for my pain and suffering. Stay here at your own risk - you've been warned!

This place was perfect for our group. There are 3 pools with different vibes. The sofa bed was reasonable for one person. The front desk will call a cab for you if needed. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants walkable, and it’s right down the street from Bossa beach if you’re doing a boat party. Highly recommend this place for 3 person capacity per room and easy access to everything!

We needed access to wifi to source the booking number, but the hotel couldnt give us a wifi password until we checked in - they should really offer a guest wifi password, especially as this hotel is not cheap. rooms are outdates, especially the bathrooms. Pool area is very pretty and view of the ocean is amazing.

The issue was not with the property but with Expedia. Expedia failed to follow up with both the rental vehicle and the hotel. They claimed that they could not find any records or reservation numbers. Wasting 6 hours of time for a 36-hour visit is not an excellent way to retain or obtain customers.

Although I should have done a better job of researching this in advance, but this place is mainly geared towards young people than people with children. The immediate area next to this place is not nice although there are several nearby restaurants. If you walk a few minutes past this location, there are several other hotels by the water that may offer better alternative for people with children.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer, with the exception of the staff at the pool bar who yelled at my children. Hotel is in a great location, nice pool on the water, good to have a balcony. But the rooms and hallways to the rooms are SO outdated and rundown. Seems like it was probably a big party hotel in the 90s, got trashed and no one has done a facelift since. It was fine for two nights, but any more and I would have been really disappointed. Bathrooms are awful, kitchen is barely functioning. Rooms are bare bones. Furniture is old and lacking.

Came with my two kids and didn’t find it to be very kid friendly. You most likely won’t sleep because it’s loud .. loud music from the rooms and loud banging from the room upstairs, all night until like 6am.. When I got my kids into bed my husband went to get us drinks from the bar so that we could enjoy on the balcony but hotel said he wasn’t allowed to bring drinks to the room - weird! So unfortunately for the price we won’t stay here again . If your an up all nighter type of person then go for it but if you want to even get a bit of sleep then I wouldn't recommend.

Saw the mixed reviews about this and appears to be hit and miss with the rooms. Ours was great! Ideal for two friends as we could sleep in our own rooms (I had the living room), so great value for the area. Toaster, microwave, kettle, tv, liquid soap and towels all included. A bonus: The DJ playing background tunes during the afternoon by the pool for some good vibes in the sunshine. Didn't notice noise when trying to sleep apart from hotel staff stacking up (sounded like throwing) sun beds at 8am of our check out day as they were preparing to close for winter.

Lovely clean hotel close to Figueretas beach with plenty of eating options to suit all budgets. A 10 euro ride to Ibiza Town (Dalt Villa).
The hotel itself was generally quiet past 11pm-midnight. Only a bit of noise when the party goers return in the early hours but security quick to resolve this.
The rooms we stayed in was fairly basic but clean and the air-con welcome.
Decent facilities in the room (fridge, TV, toaster, sink & hob) but the hob wasn’t great. Only used the hob to try to boil water as there was no kettle. Nice shower that was always hot when needed.
Friendly staff and concierge service to get club tickets was great as no extra cost.
Would stay here again with friends and possibly family.

items went missing from our room!!!

The hotel was clean and the rooms nice. However, we had items go missing from our room and the night manager was very unhelpful. A bag with toiletries was taken, leaving us without an expensive night retained and toothbrush, toothpaste etc. We alerted the night manager immediately when we return early that evening and he did nothing to help. We asked if they could provide at least a toothbrush, which he said they would, (this while shops were still open). But when returning after dinner, he said they did not have any toothbrushes and it was now too late to get one. Felt to us like her did not try. We emailed a complaint and also entered it into the hotels.com secure email system, but to date they still have not responded. In fact the only communication we had since is asking for a review!!! we did see other reviews about items going missing, but took the view that these are probably one off issues.

Spacious and clean apartment with beautiful views. The bed was comfortable and I loved the little kitchen area. Bathroom also very clean! I will defo stay here again :)

Property is about a 25 min walk from the center (grabbing a taxi can be difficult) but close to other nice restaurants along the beach. Would recommend for a lowkey stay in Ibiza!

We had one of the big apartments with two rooms. But one of the bedrooms had a fairly small double bed and no AC. So my son ended up sleeping in the living room. No AC in a bedroom in the middle of the summer was not what we expected, if AC it’s advertised. Bathroom was pretty old and had a leak. Other than this, the views are espectacular, the two pools very nice and quite calm, not as busy as I thought they would be. My brother and his wife stayed in another room and theirs was worse, tv did not work and AC in the bedroom was also broken. The hotel clearly needs renovation!

Overall we enjoyed our our time at Jabeque Soul, however we had several issues. On our 1st night we were put into a room that neighboured 5 twenty something year old boys who partied until ~7am Sunday morning, we got about 2 hours sleep. The staff were very understanding and moved us the next morning.....to a room on the same level, 4 doors down! We lasted about 1 hour in the room before my husband went and complained as we were now neighboring our previous neighbors mates, in a room with a broken balcony door which meant we could not access our balcony. The staff then moved us to anothor room, several levels away which we stayed in for the remainder of the trip.
Overall the rooms were okay, the aircon was good but as soon as it was turned on it permeated a mouldy smell throughout the room.
Throughout our stay we met several people who had items stolen from their rooms (they believe from housekeeping), mobile phones/jewellery/apple earphones etc which is extremely disappointing, when the staff where informed they pretty much did nothing and just told the guests to \"call the police and go through insurance\". We permanently left the do not disturb sign on our door and locked away our things.
The pool atmosphere/music is amazing, and the food and drinks offered at the hotel are tasty and reasonably priced and the staff are friendly.
Would not recomend this place to families or couples looking to relax as there is lots of noisy groups and HEAPS of door slamming!

Nothing was unique or good about this property. The room was very dirty. Our feet were black and covered in sand after just getting out of the shower when we first got there. There was beach sand all of over the floor, hair on the pillows, pubic hair on the bidet, and mold all in the shower and in the shower soap dispenser. Even though the room was so dirty, the staff didn’t even clean the room for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. It looked nothing like advertised in the pictures which was very disappointing. Also, it might as well have been a freshman year dorm room with how much screaming there was in the middle of the night and how thin the walls were.

We paid for the hotel in full and were told by the reception staff that the booking was not paid for. Upon showing them the Expedia receipt they did refused to let us check in and continue to hassle us to pay. They refused to contact Expedia and so we had to do that ourselves. Once we contacted Expedia they called the hotel and confirmed our booking. We received no apology for the bad service and waste of our time. This was extremely unprofessional and to add to this the room condition was not great and key cards we constantly not working.

One Night in Ibiza

We had a layover in Ibiza and needed a hotel for 5 people near-ish the airport. This was a very good option, on the beach, not too loud. Just incredibly expensive for what it was. he best thing about it was access to an amazing typical Ibiza seafood restaurant on the beach, Restaurante Grill d‘en Bossa Casa Manolo.

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were nice specially the lady in the restaurant who used to be there during BF and dinner time. Plenty of options were there in the buffet however we could not have enough due to the meal having more choices of other type of meat instead of chicken/fish/vegetable/ eggs which i guess is world wide eaten. However this is my personal opinion. The views were stunning from the room. The beach was little ahead of the hotel. I will surely recommend the hotel.

Generally, I would have to say this hotel is not suitable for family stayers.

Price: we found the price was varied over time which is not quite fair for early bookers. We planned to check-in on 31 July and started the search in the mid-June. We realized the price gradually declined until the check-in day. This is really annoying and unfair to early bookers.

False images: We checked all images online provided by hotel. It seems that we will have a wide and good view of the sea in each room we ordered. However when we checked in. We realised we were assigned a room in which there is only a little view of the sea and both sides of the view were blocked by other buildings. The explanations from the reception was all family rooms are like this.

Noise: If you planned family holidays with young children, I would suggest not staying in it. The music by the pool starts very early (around 10:00am) and extremely louder until about 11:00pm. The most terrible thing is there are some stayers or from street played music with yelling at 2:00 am. Drunk people could be your neighbours with loud slamming doors and yelling, laughing, dropping things at 2:30am.

Aparthotel Jabeque is the best place that you can find in Ibiza. Me and my family had the best vacation that we could imagine. The place is close to Ibiza town. It is a walk distance if you like to walk. If not, you can take a taxi and they're not expensive at all. If you want to go to the fun area, Ushuaia, Pacha, it is a walk distance also. The Aparthotel Jabeque doesn't have a beach area, but Cala D'Boss is 10 minutes walk. We choose to have breakfast and dinner included at the hotel, and it was the best idea. The restaurants in the area are kind of pricing, so again, it was a great idea to have the meals included. The staff is very gentile and friendly, very satisfied with them. The only one thing that we have issues, was with the a/c. It worked the first day only. But because we stayed in May, it is not that hot, so.we survived. Overall, looking forward to go back again.

Very friendly and very professional Staff , congratulations as it makes the whole stay great. Ample rooms, with split living room it is literally a comfortable apartment.
The sea views from the balcony are fantastic.3 swimming pools and large area supplied with lots of sun lounges. There is a bar area next to the pools and they keep the whole area very clean as with the rest of the hotel.

If you like constant noise, this hotel is for you if not I would recommend staying elsewhere. Reception staff were brilliant.

Awesome uninterrupted sea view

For the price and star rating these apartments are fantastic value. Lots of space and cleaned with fresh towels every day. Our balcony looked straight out to sea which was a real treat.
The location is great - a short stroll to sea front bars and restaurants in Figueretas or the other way to Playa d'en Bossa. The staff were very helpful and you can buy club tickets in the reception.
I would give this 5 stars but the decor overall is slightly tired in the apartment and bathroom.
The outdoor pool has music playing in the afternoon which at times was great (chilled house) but it did depend what was being played (RnB not our scene!).

Comfortable hotel with supportive staff. Nice location with spacious room (can be called a studio apartment with balcony :-).
Should offer option of double bed accommodation as well instead of just 2 twin beds in the main bedroom.

In a fairly good location. There's a ferry nearby that takes you to Formentera. Lots of eatery nearby the hotel as well. We had a ground floor room so we heard a lot of noise from passersby. Other than that, no complaints.

OK for 3 stars

Stayed for 7 nights, just the room no meals included. The apartment was clean and it would have been a perfect holiday if it wasn't for the young groups of men and women from nearby apartments that would stay up very late in their balconies to drink, smoke and make a lot of loud noise or they would come early morning from clubs and would shout and scream in the corridors.
So if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday this is not the right place. From what I could see every day at the check in desk this aparthotel is booked mainly by groups of men or women going there for parties.
Another thing were bites. My friend and I woke up two days in a row with a lot of very itchy bites and I hope to god that they are mosquito bites and not bedbugs bites.

The absolute best

Everything about this hotel were great. The views of the ocean, the pools, the proximity to dining and nightlife, the comfort of the beds, and all other amenities you can think of. The only thing that kinda sucks is that there isn't beach access. The shore is rocky just beyond the balcony of the pool. So you do have to walk about 10 minutes to the closest beach.
