Hotel Honucai (4*S) is the Gallery Hoteles Group new hotel located in Colònia de Sant Jordi, a former fishing port in the south east of Mallorca, which has spectacular views over the “Es Dolç” and “Es Carbó” beaches. The Hotel has a total of 78 rooms with balcony, Mediterranean design and all the necessary services to achieve the maximum comfort during a holiday stay.

It has a rooftop with pool, solarium and bar service, and one à la carte restaurant with terrace facing the port, which offers an updated traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Other services are the spa and the fitness room.

For MICE segment, the Hotel also has 2 private meeting rooms for all type of events.

Great location

Everything was good except the WiFi, very slow in the lobby and the room. For some reason I couldn't coffee in my room, no problem with tea, and the water bottles weren't refilled each day. Very good little shop across the road for coffee and water :-)

Breakfast a bit predictable and uninspiring, dinner was hit and miss with food undercooked on occasions and service inconsistent. Could be a brilliant hotel with a bit more attention to detail.

A lovely hotel in a good location. It is clean and stylish. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. I wish they had some recommendations about places to visit and things to do during your stay. They were not forthcoming when asked and one of them sent us to a nudist beach to our bewilderment!!! The breakfast was a let down as was the rooftop pool although the rooftop area is beautiful and relaxing. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again if in the area.

Everything was very good, specially the rooms who are clean and perfectly decorated. However, I should note that in Spain (as far as I know) it is mandatory the use of mask indoor and that is no control of the people who don’t use it. It was unpleseant to see some guests without masks and no warning from the staff.

You could have warned us about the blackouts!

Not really the hotels fault but the power kept blacking out while we stayed. It wasn't mentioned at checkin despite the fact they later told us it had been happening for hours before we arrived.

Room was comfortable and spacious, the hotel is modern and clean.
I wouldn't do the breakfast / dinner package, the food was pretty average.

Great seaside location. Staff were friendly. The roof top bar had good view.
We paid extra and reserved a room with private terrace, but didn't use it at all as it wasn't that private as you can be seen by the rooms next to you and also by everyone staying above you from their balconies.
The room safe wasn't working and it took them two days to fix it. The hot food options in their breakfast was very limited too.
The pool on the roof looked great, but it wasn't practical for swimming as it's too shallow and too short.

Great hotel with everything you need. The pool is small and very cold but don’t let it put you off, always sun loungers available and great service at the top.

The best views over the bay by far and the rooms were big and spacious. Only feedback I could give was the balcony was tiny and never sat and enjoyed it as it wasn’t very welcoming and an iron should be kept in the room at all times. Had to ask several times for one which took a while

The Honucai is in a fantastic place with amazing beaches and scenery right overlooking the small fishing port and the first of many beaches.
It has been renovated last year and opened as a 4 star superior in May 2018. I know the area very well and booked because of the location and because of the 4 star superior facilities.
Unfortunately, the management / owner of The Honucai has not got it right!
On arrival, the room was well furnished, modern and comfortable. However certain things were not working- the Safe was not working and not fixed for 2 days, the bedside lamp was broken, reported but not fixed at all. The biggest problem was the heating was not working and the room and bathroom were very cold. We were assured this would be fixed but it was not! We had 6 nights with 2 duvets on our beds to try to keep warm!
The hotel supplies a kettle and coffee machine but only 3 teabags 2 of those were fruit! When we requested another teabag we were informed we needed to pay for it! We were in a twin room? The tea / coffee should be replenished every day during the room service as in any other 4 star hotel!
There are no hooks anywhere to hang up the robes which are supplied or coats which were wet due to the bad weather we had. Please put this right - it is simple to fix!
The bathroom was obviously rushed for the opening as there was still grout and paint on the floor which needed scrubbing off.
The water pressure in the bath / shower was terrible - 20 mins to fill!

Supert opphold, half-board med nydelige middager og frokoster. Hotellet tilpasset menyen til barnas ønsker. Hotellrestauranten har mange gjester fra andre enn de som bor på hotellet, og er regnet for å være av de bedre restaurantene i byen. Hotellet ligger noen få meter fra en flott langgrunn sandstrand og en flott gågate langs strandpromenaden. Allikevel var det veldig rolig om kvelden, lite støy til tross for at det var høstferie, og enkelt å få en god natts søvn.

Sehr gute Lage & Service - Pool leider zu klein

Die Lage bietet tolle Aussicht, das Haus guten Service, nur leider ist der Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit nur 70cm Tiefe nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Sonnenliegen sind von bester Qualität und sehr komfortabel, Service an Rezeption, Bar und beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und angenehm.

Tolles kleines Hotel direkt am Hafen und Strand mit kleiner Promenade gelegen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Rooftop Terrasse mit Pool und Bar, was einen herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft und das Meer erlaubt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, was uns einen seitlichen Blick zum Meer gab. Allerdings war es auch etwas laut in der kleinen Einbahnstraße (Abholung des Mülls, Belieferung des gegenüber liegenden kleinen Supermarktes, WG im anderen Haus) was uns aber überhaupt nicht störte, da wir nicht geräuschempfindlich sind. (!Es gibt auch Zimmer, die nicht zur Straße gehen)
Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Allen dafür!!

Hotel très agréable, bien placé, proche de plages et restaurants. Celui de l'hôtel est bon mais cher pour la quantité servie. On a préféré manger ailleurs. équipe très accueillante et souriante, une bouteille de vin nous attendait au retour de plage pour l'anniversaire de mon mari:). Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Jolie Déco, très bord de mer. Bonne literie. Pas de bruit la nuit, peut être parce qu'on y était au mois de juin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons sûrement.

Top Aufenthalt insgesamt, super Lage an einer belebten Strasse da div. Restaurants in der Nähe, in der Nacht war es jedoch immer ruhig - wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, welches sehr schön war und mit einem tollen Balkon, Reception Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Frühstück war lecker und gut, die Auswahl jedoch müsste etwas grösser sein. Housekeeping sollte etwas aufmerksamer sein, Kaffee etc. wurde teils vergessen aber das Zimmer war immer ordentlich und sehr sauber.

Nicht gefallen (aber das Hotel kann nichts dafür und als wir es ihnen gesagt haben waren sie auch sofort bereit uns ein anderes Zimmer der gleiche Kategorie zu geben) war dass ein paar Tage neben uns eine deutsche Familie (Papa, zwei Kinder, ca. 6 und 10 Jahre waren. Das Mädchen war sehr laut und Hatten Mal Musik auf der Terrasse, als wir dem Papa gebeten haben die Musik leiser zu machen hat er gesagt “nein, sonst hören wir nichts und außerdem wir sind im Freien!” .... das ziemlich unverschämt.
Sonst können wir nur gutes über Rodas Hotel und das Personal sagen!

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Honucai. Es ist sehr zentral am Hafen gelegen, in ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Das Hotel ist modern und zugleich familiär. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen an der Rezeption. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer ist eher klein, dafür ist die Dusche schön gross. Das Zimmer wie auch das Bad waren immer sauber. Es hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon. Dieser war gut wenn man am Abend noch etwas draussen sitzen möchte oder für die Badesachen oder die Tücher aufhängen möchte. Unser Zimmer war zur Strasse ausgerichtet. Diese war aber eine Sackgasse und man hatte eigentlich kein Strassenverkehr. Es war sehr ruhig in der Nacht.
Auf dem Dach hat das Hotel einen Rooftoppool und eine Bar in der man trinken und essen kann. Dieser ist ok aber nichts spezielles. Die Aussicht die man von oben hat ist schön. Die Drinks an der Bar sind aber eher teuer. Gegessen haben wir oben nie.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Es hat jeden Tag diverse Brote, Kuchen etc. Es hat verschiedene Aufschnitte und Käsesorten wie auch diverse Früchte. An diesem Buffet findet jeder etwas.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder ins Hotel Honucai gehen.

Leider war das Frühstück Schlecht! Nur Milchpulver statt frischer Milch. Ich hätte mir bei einem 4 Stern Hotel mehr erwartet.
