Nice modern and very clean apartment. The breakfast and diner buffet was a really good value. There are so many interesting choices of restaurants at the marina a few blocks away.

My son lived the swimming pools, however most of the area is about 160 cm deep.

The location was further from my favourite beaches however close to the beach next to the port.

Very close to the boardwalk for an evening walk. Still close to everything in town as it takes at most 20 minutes to reach the furthest shoreline.

The people at the reception are incredible. They also recommend a catamaran excursion which was a wonderful experience. I got to see the beautiful surrounding shorelines and beaches and swam in clear turquoise water.

Excellent staff and very good amenities. The pool and the restaurant are great. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils).
Apart from that, excellent aparthotel and, although it has been mentioned before, amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Relaxing and pleasant stay

Great position near beach. Lovely varied food. Quiet room and general location. Excellent bed and shower. Large pool. Steam room ok. Our favourite and we hope to return for longer.
But no kettle in room!! Despite repeated requests from other guests.

Clean stylish relaxing stay close to the beach

My wife and I stayed just for a night in-between other accommodation we had booked. Its a lovely hotel complex with everything you need in the modern style apartment. Restaurants and bars are walking distance and there's plenty of free parking on adjacent streets to the hotel. The beaches are close but about 20mins walk to the popular ones. We would definitely stay again, friendly staff, laid back guests mostly families, couples and popular with europeans. We didn't dine in due to the short nature of our stay but it seemed most guests were on a half board package. would recommend!

Appalling service at restaurant - most notably the afrocaribbean waitress who would simply tell you off if you step in late-ish during mealtimes & the egg station man at breakfast who expects to be greeted before he would even consider taking any requests!
Surly reception staff.
No porters or any form of luxury.
Rooms however are v v clean, spacious & with amenities comparable to a Holiday-inn type level.

Very nice, large apartment

The beds were great, even the couch bed was good. There was an enormous private balcony, which we didn't fully utilize. The room itself was a large one bedroom apartment, not a studio. There were no problems whatsoever, and check-in and check-out was smooth. We loved access to the supermarket which was 1 block away. An added plus is that driving in Mallorca was easy, the tourist destinations and calas were well signed.

Great family resort with excellent beaches

This was a spur of the moment booking using Expedia summer sale offers but I was so glad I went. I had been to Mallorca as a child to Santa Ponsa and as an adult had been put off by the Magaluf image. I thought I would chance a week half board with 3 swimming pools and kids club as a last attempt of summer before school started again. The aparthotel turned out better than expected. It was the joy of self catering combined with being looked after - no cooking with daily cleaning service. The food choice was wonderful- something for everyone with freshly cooked local fish and dishes every night. All staff were friendly and the children had a fantastic time, even visiting the local aquarium (which looks after sick fish). All entertainment ended at 11 and the resort was quiet, giving way to deep sleep every night. The wider town Colonial de San Jordi is small but beautiful with walks along the coast, choice of fantastic unspoilt beaches and one of the world's oldest salt pans. There are great restaurants too - Cassai beach house is a must. Overall a hidden gem in Mallorca and definitely worth a visit. Back home a day and I miss it already.

The aparthotel quite cosy, spacious and well furnished
The staff incredibly professional and friendly with us and my naughty baby boy
We did half board and the food ( i am italian) was simply divine

Great except when we checked in. Male receptionist mixed up our booking and implied it was our fault for having the same name as another family. He made several errors with our checking in, anf just laughed it off instead of apologising. Not a bright spark at all.

This was a very friendly hotel both the bar and restaurant staff were extremely good the pool areas were excellent both for children and adults,it was mainly occupied by Germans but this didn't pose a problem,would definitely recommend it.

Avoid at all costs

We've been there 11 days. Two adults + two kids. The main reason we chose this hotel was kids club which appeared to be of no use because of its working hours (it was close between 12:30 and 18:30) and the fact they take no responsibility for your child meaning you have to be there all the time.
The hotel itself is old, dated and tired. Lift hardly works. Corridors look like it's a 1* hostel. Rooms look the same. Rusty showers full of lime scale. Utterly uncomfortable mattresses (you feel each and every spring). Unusable pillows. Stuff won't move their little finger in order to help you. They charge for the internet (limited to one device at a time), for the safe (which is ridiculous), they want you to pay cash in their so called bar. Their breakfast is always the same. Dinner is tasteless.
Now if it would be 2* hotel I wouldn't be disappointed. But to claim it's 4* one? Wouldn't go there again for sure.

Good family hotel, location and calm nice beaches.

The hotel has rooms in another building across the road. If you're looking for a quiet room, then it's best to stay there. The rooms in the main building have slightly different decor, face the main swimming pool and entertainment area so it can be a bit noisy, a bit larger, had stronger a/c than our room in the opposite building. The sofa beds in the lounge were rather creaky every time you moved so we put the mattress on the floor for our 4yo. Our late arrival at 2am was less than smooth, there was only a night porter who spoke limited English and they had forgotten to put a baby cot in our room. My husband had to help the night porter carry a rickety wooden cot into our room which turned out to be broken. My 1yo kicked the broken side in his sleep all night and it kept banging! We had to get it changed the next day. the room was generally good with comfortable beds and basic but there was only a shower no bath, which wasn't suitable for bathing babies. Rooms in the main building have baths if u need one. Overall actual quality of our room was more like a 3star Not 4. There are three swimming pools. main pool is best for children as it has a gradual sloping shallow area. There's always loads of sun beds and fab umbrellas to shelter from the sun. Cocktails €6. litre of Sangria €9. Free pool towels available daily. Bar/pool staff, reception and mini club staff are amazing. Restaurant staff were not great. Plenty of food to eat, good variety, steak/fish were too raw.

Nice Hotel

Situated a short drive or half hour walk from the stunning beach of Es Trenc this hotel is a great base. Three swimming pools surrounded by sun beds with lots of shade provide welcome relief from the summer heat. The hotel is popular with German tourists and as such it is geared up for this market. The food is exceptional with a wide choice of German cuisine complemented by some local specialities. All in all a good value comfortable hotel.

A large hotel perfect for families

Flight over from Gatwick was OK but was slightly delayed and, with a delay at Palma getting our checked luggage, meant that we were placed on a different coach for the transfer. Unfortunately this was waiting around for over an hour for other flights which was not ideal but at least we were the first drop off.

When we arrived at the hotel we were instantly impressed by the clean modern reception area. The room was more than big enough for two adults and two children, clean, tidy and the air conditioning was a real bonus. Overall the facilities at the hotel were excellent, a lovely big pool and outside bar area and plenty of loungers so no squabbling with other guests. We stayed half board and the food was excellent with plenty of variety and enough to cater for kids who enjoyed the buffet style help yourself. Drinks were reasonably priced so no complaints there.

The hotel is very German based and most of the guests were German or Spanish. This was not a problem for me or my family and the resort of Colonia Sant Jordi is very much the same. There harbour area is very pretty and there are plenty of restaurants. The beaches are also superb and I would recommend visiting them.

The staff were lovely, polite and very helpful and a credit to the hotel. Overall we had a fantastic time and were very sorry to leave. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a family friendly holiday in a clean, efficient and pleasant environment.

Went in July with my wife and two kids. Had a lovely time during my stay in hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Kids had a great time as well as they loved the swimming pool and its surrounding. Great kids activity. The beach is located just five minutes of walking distance.

Perfect for families - would definitely go back

Good value for money (we stayed Half Board)
Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Clean, spacious apartments (with black-out curtains - great for stopping babies waking up at the crack of dawn!).
Wide choice of good food in the restaurant - buffet style but a lot of it is cooked in front of you.
Great facilities for kids and the staff are all mad about them.
Very German-focussed and almost solely German guests (at least we were the only Brits when we stayed) - decide for yourself whether this is a pro or a con ;) but they were all extremely nice and civilised which can't always be said of us Brits.
Great area of Mallorca - within walking distance of several fantastic beaches and a short drive to lots more.

Sehr gute Auswahl am Buffet. Hier findet jeder etwas. Für Kinder gibt es den Miniclub mit Mini Disko am Abend etc. Man gibt sich viel Mühe und Gastfreundschaft wird gross geschrieben. Schöne Strände mit klarem Wasser erreicht man von hier in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Je nach Strand den man aufsucht.

Séjour parfait nous reviendrons

2ème séjour à Cabrera. Semaine agréable, appartement grand propre. Les buffets bons et très variés. Le personnel très sympathiques à tous les niveaux. Une mention spéciale à Louise une serveuse qui parle 4 langues et la seule en français. Elle a toujours le sourire et quel dynamisme !! Hôtel bien placé nous y reviendrons c’est certain .

Bra hotell och all personal som är hjälpsamma och anstränger sig för att få gästerna att trivas. Direktören välkomnade oss när vi kom. Bra hotell för mest familj eftersom det finns miniclub men passar för de flesta resenärer. Frukost och middag är allsidig men finns nyheter och temamiddagar. Man kan låna parasoll, barnvagn och säkert mera saker, fråga så hjälper de till. Vi trivdes och skulle kunna åka dit igen.

Super Service, rubdzm zufrieden. Tolle Unterstützung als unser Sohn einen Fieberkrampf erlitt, kann die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Einzig das Bett war mir persönlich etwas zu weich. Sonst wirklich super, freundliches Personal, feines Essen, immer sauber, mini club (kinderbetreung kostenlos) war auch toll, unser Sohn hatte sehr viel Spaß.

Vi har besøgt dette sted 4 gange. Det er virkelig blevet slidt med årene, og trænger meget til at blive shinet op. Fitness centeret er virkelig dårligt. Alle maskiner er stort set i stykker, og har været det siden første gang vi kom. Hvilket vi også fortalte dengang.
Hotellet virker dog heldigvis aldrig overfyldt, hvilket er det største plus. Det er buffet, hvor der ikke er tænkt på COVID overhovedet.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per il secondo anno consecutivo. La località ci è stata consigliata da persone del luogo per l’ubicazione in prossimità delle spiagge più belle dell’isola. La struttura è adatta per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Vi è un baby club e vi sono spettacoli serali. Si mangia molto bene, vasta scelta anche per intolleranti a glutine e latticini. Il servizio è complessivamente buono. Ambienti puliti, seppur la cura degli spazi comuni dovrebbe essere migliorata. Dispone di palestra ma con macchinari vecchi. L’unica nota scadente è la percezione di un essere un numero e non un cliente che apporta valore. Il front Office, primo punto di contatto con gli ospiti dell’hotel, deve sicuramente essere potenziato con training di attenzione al cliente. Il pagamento anticipato è condizione sine qua non per ottenere un saluto, un sorriso e servizi supplementari.

Esperienza positiva. La struttura e’in buone condizioni. Ottima la cucina ed eccellente il servizio. La pulizia delle zone comuni potrebbe essere migliorata. Se si cerca un ambiente con tratto famigliare ed attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, non è la struttura ideale. La percezione è che il cliente sia un numero. Il personale alla reception non è all’altezza del ruolo svolto.

Excelente trato, nos sentimos como en casa. Valoramos la comodidad del apartamento al viajar con un bebé.
La comida con bastante variedad y suficientes opciones y el horario de la cena con 2 turnos que permite adaptarse a los horarios españoles el segundo turno va de 20:30 a 22:30; los desayunos hasta las 10:45. La proximidad a la playa es otro punto a favor.
A mejorar la animación y mini club dirigido casi en exclusiva a los extranjeros.

Im großen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Familienhotel mit schöner Pool Anlage. Zimmer waren geräumig und relativ modern. Service war super, selbst für spät Anreisende gab es noch etwas zu essen 👍. Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht alles für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu tun. Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, Wasser ist glasklar 😎, nur leider in der Hauptsaison sehr überfüllt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist es eine ruhige Ecke wenn man abends bummeln (shoppen)möchte ist das der falsche Ort. Alles in allem waren wir trotzdem sehr zu frieden und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

El buffet es de muy buena calidad y la atención del personal ha sido muy cercana y atenta. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar muchas calas. Para nosotros fue una elección perfecta porque buscábamos un lugar de pernocta agradable y buenos desayunos y cenas.
Por el contrario, si lo que se desea es animación en el hotel y entretenimiento para niños, no lo recomendaría demasiado. La piscina sí me gustó mucho pero apenas la usamos.

Ort war ein Traum. Unterkunft war sauber und das Essen und Personal waren auch super. Wenn du deine ruhe haben willst dann geht das leider erst ab 23:00, das Gebäude ist sehr Laut, du hörst alles von der Anlage.

Breakfast was really good!

Direi che la sistemaIone negli appartamenti è ottima poiché spaziosi, puliti e attrezzati di frigo, piastre elettriche, lavabo, forno microonde, aria condizionata e terrazza (noi eravamo al piano terreno sulla piscina).
Cucina internaZionale che varia nella settimana, poi si ripete.
Possibilità di scegliere l'orario della cena (2 fasce orarie) poiché viene assegnato un tavolo.
Il punto veramente forte è la vicinanza ad alcune spiagge tipo es dolc discreta per chi non vuole spostarsi, altrimenti con massimo 30 minuti di auto puoi andare da es trenc (10minuti)
alla zona di cala d'or, cala llombards e cala mondrago.
Infine dall'hotel per chi ama camminare in circa 40 minuti dopo es dolc si raggiunge una spiaggia vergine e stupenda come ES CARBO.

Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais avons trouvé l'hôtel confortable.
Très bien l' appartement spacieux avec chambre séparée. Très belle salle de bain!
Vu sympa sur la piscine.
La piscine est jolie et plutôt grande, nous avons trouvé facilement des transats....
Personnel à l'accueil parlant français c'est un bon point car pour les animations c'est allemand ou Anglais!
Pour le restaurant, petit déjeuner varié et assez complet par contre pour le dîner nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait du choix mais pas très qualitatif....
Environ calme avec accès à la plage et au petit port à pied.

Un séjour très agréable.

Un séjour en famille très agréable avec un personnel attentif.Je rajouterai que la restauration au buffet est excellente et la piscine est un havre de fraîcheur et de repos.
Cependant, j'ai deux bémols :
-le mini club qui est d'avantage une garderie qu'un lieu d'activité.
-la salle de fitness qui a besoin de climatisation et de machines \"révisées\"
Dernier point, le français n'est pas parlé dans l'établissement, seuls l'allemand, l'anglais et l'espagnol le sont.

Anbefalelsesværdigt hotel

VI havde en rigtig dejlig ferie på hotellet. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme. Vi valgte at forlænge opholdet i 3 dage. Selv midt på dagen i uge 29 kunne vi gå til poolen og finde ledige solsenge og der var fint med plads i poolen. Der er ikke så mange børn som på de typiske charter hoteller i Alcudia så der er mere ro på både til spisning og ved poolen. Maden var varieret og helt ok. Lækker morgen buffet. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage. Colonia de Sant Jordi er en rolig by, med lækre strande i gå afstand. Strandene er lige så fine som Alcudia men igen, så er der ikke så overrendt af mennesker. Strandene ligger også typisk langs fredede områder, så der er ikke bygget store hoteller hele vejen langs vandet.

hotel propre, buffet diner assez sympa

proches des plages, chambre donnant sur une route assez passagère (mais bien isolé une fois les fenêtres fermées). 1 seule chaine française sur la télé (pas trop grave mais quand meme). Beaucoup d'enfants, horaires des piscines trop restreint 10h-18h.

Da rifare !

Location perfetta, a due passi dal mare, ristoranti e supermercati. Il personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento non ha deluso le aspettative, come nelle foto... doccia favolosa e materassi che ti rimettono al mondo. Colazione buona e cena nella media di chi offre cucina internazionale.

Kinderliebes Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir waren mit unserem 2-jährigen Sohn eine Woche in dem Hotel. Es ist sehr Kinderlieb. Beim Essen gab es immer Kinderbesteck, das Buffet hatte jeden Abend etwas leckeres für die Großen und für die Kleinen. Immer gut und abwechslungsreich Zusätzlich gab es jeden Tag Programm für die Kleinen. Unser Kleiner hat sich jeden Tag auf die Mini Disco gefreut. Der schöne Sandstrand war auch nur ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt, so dass wir auch nur mal kurz dorthin gehen konnten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Bra standard och bra städat. Poolen var stor och väldigt ren. Restaurangpersonalen var så där. Inte väldigt tillmötesgående. Väldigt enkel show. Bra läge nära strand och restauranger.
