We never really made it to like this hotel. I feel bad, because I know that all the staff did all they had, and the hotel is new or renovated, but so many people for such a small place, people putting their beach towel and no one is checking if its there the whole day without being used on the sunbed (towls that a 4 start hotel can't deposite you for free but you have to pay), then there is the pool, it was dirty and so warm and the color makes it probably look even more dirty, then you have to pay for the sunbeds at the ocean. always a huge line to wait with the elevator, waiting and waiting because only 2 of them. as I first said, I'm sorry because it is not a bad place, it just didnt work for us, too small and too many people.

Relaxing stay in Ses Salines

Enjoyable stay. The weather was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant meals were delicious with plenty of choices. The room was nice and clean (w/balcony, nice!) Not far from Saint Jordi, good walk on the boardwalk. Beaches abound!

Beautiful town and area, awful service and hotel

Clean hotel in lovely location and view of the sea. Shame it was such an outdated and unkept hotel including rooms and lift. Bathroom was very marked up. No fan to extract the steam from it. Way too hot in the evening as the air con stopped working. Cleaners disturbed us and woke us up early both mornings for room service,despite the sign up the second time, and despite asking the second cleaner who'd knocked 30 minutes later to come back that afternoon in spanish she ignored us and proceeded to walk into our room while we're both in bed undressed, very inappropriate and then left our door open when she left. Could hear everything from other rooms at night including going to the toilet and no noise cancellation. Cleaners also dragged furniture round at 8am in the morning while cleaning making lots of noise. When we told reception about this she just said she understood and moved on without apology or any customer service.

Pool is too busy to get a sunbed plus you have to pay to hire them and the towels (both pay a fee and provide a deposit on top which makes no sense). There were a lot of nicer hotels in the area so Id stay elsewhere unless youre looking for outdated, to not sleep and to experience rude cleaners and staff. Also 1 single beds provided with no double despite booking a double. Breakfast was ok.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage echt Top. Was mich am meisten überrascht hat war das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren geschmacklich wie auch von der Auswahl und Qualität weit über meinen Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!

Room - not 'Sea View'

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. We always book a 'Sea View' Room, and have never had a problem. However, on this occasion we booked a 'Sea View' room as usual, but on arrival was allocated a non sea view room - hotel admitted it was their error, but could not change us for the duration of our stay as the hotel was full.
This was very disappointing. The reception staff were apologetic and we were eventually given a complimentary late check out and buffet meal on our final day in lieu - but no refund of the difference.
Overall - it is a very good hotel to stay in - we have never had any problems with previous visits - and will quite likely use the hotel again - hopefully it was just an unfortunate error on this occasion.

This was the last stop of a trip around Mallorca. We were really pleased with the hotel & got a Seaview & triple family room with 3 single beds as booked. The hotel is well positioned & great to walk to the beautiful beaches. The hotel us very clean & well organised with a clear presence of managers. The restaurant was well run & the food very good. Our only negatives are; th unexpected costs for a fridge & sunbeds. The beds were so hard we woke up with hip pain & 1 very rude receptionist whose manner verged on aggressive.

Great stay in the Romantica

We were over at the annual Best Fest swimming week. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5min walk from the beach and also from the main promenade. About a 15min walk from the Port where there are more great restaurants. There is also a lovely pool and bar for the adults and a great kids pool for the smallies. The hotel is spotless, our room was always cleaned early and staff very helpful. We only stayed B&B but the breakfast buffet was great. Huge variety. There is a lovely coast walk that goes directly form the hotel to the Port with loads of stops along the way. The only thing I would say is that the walls are very thin but that's in every building over there and an architectural issue, not a hotel issue. The area is perfect for people wanting to train for Open water swimming or Triathlon. Be aware that you pay extra for safe/fridge/WiFi/beach towels but nothing expensive. Would recommend and hotel was great value with lovely views from most of the rooms

I did not get the sea view room even I paid for it ! I could not get a sea view if I looked from my window. I got a partial view from the balcony if I looked left from my 4th floor.

Food choice was enormous but the taste rather bland. Pork and beef dishes tested the same. Coffee from the machine was excellent !

A wise choice

We had a lovely 5 nights at the Romantica 10th-15th September. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was the best I've known in a three star hotel. We went all-inclusive but there was none of this wine-in-plastic glasses nonsense. We were given a bottle of wine and a bottle of water with every meal and this was soon replaced if we needed a top-up.

The reception staff are delightful and our main waiter, Rubén was incredibly attentive.

I would thoroughly recommend this place given the pricing.

- Kinderbetreung unter \"Catalina\" war top! Sie weiss wie man mit Kindern umgeht. Leider war sie dann auf Urlaub und die \"Kinderbetreung\" war katastrophal, denn die andere Dame hat nur mit ihrem Handy gespielt und die Eltern haben sich selbst um die Kids gekümmert
- Cocktails waren mit \"Sluchies\" - schrecklich! Hier beötigt man unbedingt eine Schulung oder man googlt wie Cocktails gemixt werden
- Service im Restaurant langsam, aber freundlich und sehr bemüht. Enrique war top und schnell sowie aufmerksam!

Bom hotel

O hotel fica muito bem localizado para quem procura sol e mar; há também alguns restaurantes nas redondezas. As opções de comida no café da manhã e jantar são variados, mas prezam pela quantidade e não qualidade. As sobremesas era todas bem ruins, mas os pratos quentes estavam bons. O atendimento no bar do rooftop é muito ruim, apenas um atendente para muitas pessoas, se espera estar tomando um drink para assistir o por do sol, então vc não terá um drink embora peça 20min antes. O hotel é ideal para quem tem crianças, se vc não tem crianças talvez valha a pena pagar um pouco mais e fica no hotel da mesma rede só para adultos.
O trabalho de arrumação diário é bem precário, há não preocupação na arrumação da cama, mesmo no dia da troca de lençóis, esses não são bem colocados.
O atendimento na recepção é muito bom, o quarto com vista para o mar é excelente, o ar condicionado funciona bem.

Modernes Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse, aber Schwächen

Das stilvoll renovierte Hotel bietet eine tolle Dachterrasse und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist gut, das Frühstück allerdings wenig abwechslungsreich.

Negativ fielen mangelnde Sauberkeit im Bad und technische Probleme mit der Balkontür auf, die die Klimaanlage beeinträchtigten, nach mehrfacher Meldung wurden die Schäden behoben - auch andere Gäste waren von denselben aproblemen betroffen.

Die ruhige Lage ist angenehm, die Parkplatzsituation tagsüber jedoch schwierig.

Fazit: Schönes Design und gute Atmosphäre, aber Defizite bei Sauberkeit und Parken.

Il n’y a PAS de stationnement inclus, le membre du personnel nous a mentionne que c’est un érreur que la rue est le seul
stationnement. La rue est hyper bondé ce qui nécessite une logistique pour déplacer le véhicule à chaque fois et rien n’était à moins de 7 min de marche de l’hôtel. Hyper frustrant , avoir su nous n'aurions pas réserver à cet hôtel le but étant de limiter les déplacements compliqués au soleil

Wir fanden das Hotel super Familien geeignet. Das Essen war der super lecker für jeden was dabei. Für die Kinder einfach super dort weil tollen getrennten Kinderbereich mit toller Erlebnisbad. Alles toll renoviert und wir würden fast sagen dass das Hotel underrated ist. Bei der Ankunft nach 23 Uhr wurde uns sogar noch Essen angeboten. Der Mann abends an der Rezeption war wirklich ein ganz zuvorkommender Mann. Wir würden das Hotel wahrscheinlich nochmal besuchen. Wir waren nur für 2 Tage dort und das war Anfang Juni. Dir Gegend war sehr ruhig und kein Ballermann Tourismus. Und nochmal, das Essen war klasse!

Der Umbau ist noch an vielen am Laufen und am Zustand der Böden z.b. zu sehen. Es fuhr auch nur ein Aufzug, dauert dann halt manchmal etwas länger. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben ihr bestes.
Das Essen ist okay, für 4 Sterne allerdings relativ wenig Auswahl. Die Getränke schon ziemlich teuer. Der Speisesaal ziemlich klein.
Die Zimmer haben mehr oder weniger alle Meerblick. Wir hatten eins Highfloor mit Meerblick gebucht, hatten aber eins an der Seite mit Blick auf die Wand des Nachbarhotels, erst beim Blick über die Balkonbrüstung sah man das Meer....was sozusagen für alle Zimmer zutrifft. Highfloor ist 4&5 Etage. Also da muss in der Kategorisierung nachgearbeitet werden, es gab viele Beschwerden an der Rezeption.

Völlig aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Hotel ruft Preise auf, die in keinster Weise der Qualität der Zimmer, dem Pool oder der Anlage entsprechen. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, rostet oder ist gar ganz kaputt. Es wird aber auch nicht repariert, sondern provisorisch irgendwie gerichtet. Sehr traurig.
Die Kommunikation ist ein Graus und das liegt nicht an der Sprache, sondern an der fehlenden Kompetenz bzw. Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber dem Gast.

O hotel era realmente muito bom… quarto espaçoso, sacada no quarto com vista para o mar, café da manhã maravilhoso e um colchão extremamente confortável.
Mas, embora estivesse descrito no site do hotéis.com que tem estacionamento disponível, isso não é verdade. Há um pequeno estacionamento no hotel que esteve sempre vazio e não era permitido colocar o carro ali. Tinha que deixar o carro na rua, e nem sempre foi fácil localizar vaga.

Insgesamt ein gutes Erlebnis mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, super Entertainment am Abend. Speisen stets frisch aber nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel relativ schlecht, vor Reiseantritt unbedingt prüfen. Elektroladesäulen in der Umgebung unzureichend (eigentlich auf der ganzen Insel). Hotel hat keinen eigenen privaten Parkplatz, aber in der näheren Umgebung gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schönes Hotel welches vor allem hinsichtlich des hervorragenden Frühstücks mit sehr großer Auswahl mehr als 3 Sterne verdient hat. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick und mussten für den täglichen Sonnenuntergang nur mal kurz ans Meer gehen. Da das Meer Ende April auch nicht mehr als 17 Grad hat, war der Pool auch noch zu kalt zum Baden. Der Pool ist mit der großen Anzahl von Liegen ausreichend, allerdings sollte man lieber zu Fuß zu einem der wunderschönen Strände gehen.

Visszatérő vendég voltam. Egyszerű, tiszta, rendezett szálloda. A recepciósok kedvesek és figyelmesek, gyors be- és kijelentkezés. A tengeri kilátás sajnos csak oldalról volt igaz, ráadásul egy olyan sarokszobából, ahova a szálloda teljes másik fele belátott, ennél még a nem tengerre néző szoba is komfortosabb lehet. A függöny és a sötétítő össze van varrva, így nem is lehet behúzni magában a sima függönyt. Áprilisban még hűvösek az éjszakák, de a fűtés nem működött. A reggeli kiváló és bőséges, a svédasztal változatos. Ár-érték arányban a hotels.com nyújtotta erre a szállásra a legkedvezőbb árat, forint alapú fizetéssel, így nem volt utólagos árfolyamváltozás miatti áremelkedés. Csak ajánlani tudom!

No sé si estar contenta o no.

Hemos tenido problemas con la habitación (no teníamos agua caliente en la ducha). Nos lo han solucionado de un día a otro. Bruno como Lola ( recepción) han estado muy atentos con nosotros por ellos un 10!. Por las molestias nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava. Durante 2 días, uno de los ascensores dejó de funcionar, por lo que era un problema poder subir y bajar, sobre todo con las maletas. La animación, menos el grupo cubano, bastante pobre. Los trabajadores del comedor y del bar de la piscina muy bien, muy simpáticos. Lo que nos disgusta son los horarios de las comidas. Pedimos picnic un día y fue lamentable. Que no tenga parking es un problema muy grande. En la zona es muy complicado aparcar.

Preis Leistung super! Hatten nur Frühstück. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, störte aber überhaupt nicht, da alles in Schuss und ordentlich war. Etwas wenig Plätze fürs Frühstück draußen, aber 1x hat es geklappt. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da Traumstrände in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschöne Umgebung. An der Promenade allerdings kaum Lokale. Am Hafen alles was man braucht. Toller Kurztripp!!!

Trato espectacular!!! Recomendadisimo!!

Nunca he tenido un trato tan excepcional con en este hotel!! La directora Feli todo un ejemplo a seguir, estado desde la mañana a la noche allí presente, atenta de sus clientes, haciendo recomendaciones, amable, atenta… en ningún hotel de los que he ido ha estado un@ director@ dando ejemplo. El personal muy bueno y amable, todos en general!! La comida fenomenal, muy buena calidad!! Hemos salido súper contentos y si vuelvo a Mallorca repetiré con ellos segurísimo!! Muchas gracias por todo a todo el equipo del hotel!!! Un abrazo de unos Madrileños!!

Ho soggiornato qui una settimana con il mio compagno soggiorno stupendo hotel stupendo comodo come posizione dove a piedi sul lungo mare vedi di quei tramonti mozzafiato e a piedi in 20 Min con calma arrivi al porto dove ci sono negozietti molto carini e ristornati... Ed è posizionato vicino ad alcune spiaggie più belle della zona come es trenc... Se si vuole passare una giornata diversa si può fare un escursione all' isola di cabrera con bagno nella grotta.. servizi ottimi alla sera c'è sempre qualche spettacolino se non si vuole uscire dall' hotel.. e dalla spiaggetta dell hotel con maschera vedi un sacco di bei pesciolini colorati e se si è fortunati anche qualche razza... Mangiare a buffet abbastanza buono e vario personale sempre cordiale e disponibile ci tornerò sicuramente

La posizione della struttura è ottima; super comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia.Personale molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi bisogno. Ho mangiato un eccellente paella infatti mi sono complimentata con lo Chef. In conclusione raccomando la struttura e sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Bra läge, fina omgivningar, lätt att ta sig till olika jättefina stränder. Maten var ok men inte fantastisk. Sängarna i hårdaste laget men funkar att sova på. Väl värt att säkerställa havsutsikt från balkongen

Hotel algo viejo, con habitación con vistas al mar bastante regular, yo diria que laterales o parcial, aunque la cobran como vistas al mar. Lo mejor la amabilidad de los empleados, siempre esran dispuestos a ayudar. La comida mala, buffet muy del monton, y si pides agua te cobran 2,95 EUROS por una botella de agua destilada o que se yo, de 0,7 l y ademas caliente, con ese dinero cubres el coste que tienen del bufete

Een redelijk groot hotel dat gemoderniseerd is. Ligging is prima. Zandstatrand op 500 meter. 's-Avonds na 22.30 uur is alles rustig. Intern weinig hinder van andere kamers. Elke kamer heeft een Balcon. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je voelt je er snel thuis. Prima buffet maar wel veel geroezemoes.

Negativ: das Hotel und der Ort insgesamt eher für alte Leute; viele Mücken in der Umgebung; Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer haben nicht funktioniert; kostenpflichtige Badetücher; falsche Rechnung ausgegeben, die ich bezahlt habe, danach wurde ich wie ein Verbrecher angerufen als wäre ich ohne zu zahlen abgehauen.
Positiv: sauber, meist freundliches Personal, ruhige Umgebung mit einem tollen Strand

Struttura ben fornita, in generale pulita (le camere non sempre) spettacoli serali ok per bambini, cibo a buffet di vario genere discreto. Posizione a circa 40min di auto da aeroporto, 10min auto da es trenc. A 15min a piedi ci sono le spiagge di es port ed es dolc, carine ed attrezzate. Consiglio questa struttura anche per la vicinanza alle spiagge della zona di santanyi, ma con solo la colazione in modo da poter provare la cucina del luogo.

La struttura è bella, direttamente sul mare.
Nel complesso sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, la stanza aveva tutto il necessario e la posizione dell'hotel ti permette di visitare bene l'isola.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni.
Le uniche due \"pecche\" sono stati i costi aggiuntivi dei lettini piscina/mare e nel servizio colazioni c'erano alcune incomprensioni con le cameriere per farsi apparecchiare il tavolo.

El hotel se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila, estando bien situado para poder visitar las distintas playas y calas de Mallorca.
Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias.
Todo el personal del hotel es muy atento y agradable. La única pega que le pondría es que las cenas son poco variadas y repetitivas, sin embargo el desayuno es fantástico.
En definitiva, el hotel es una opción bastante recomendable si lo que buscas es un alojamiento alejado de las zonas más masificadas de la isla y con una buena relación calidad-precio.

Soggiorno di tre notti (weekend lungo), posizione abbastanza comoda alle spiagge più belle (Es Trenc e Playa Carbò), l'hotel è sul mare con possibilità di noleggiare lettini nell'area attrezzata con scaletta per accedere al mare, cibo vario e abbondante (a buffet). WiFi gratuito, ma molto lento, direi quasi inesistente, a pagamento possibilità di WiFi veloce. Piscina ampia con lettini e ombrelloni a pagamento. Camera comoda e con balcone, Tv piatto con canali anche italiani. Frigorifero bar gratuito, la cassaforte a pagamento. Personale molto disponibile. Sicuramente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel war das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich .Verschiedene Eiergerichte wurden frisch zubereitet.Die unterschiedlichen Kaffeesorten aus dem Automaten haben leider gleich geschmeckt.
Das Doppelbett waren zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten,wodurch öfter ein Spalt zwischen den einzelnen Betten entstand.
Alles war sauber,das Personal nett.
Das Hotel können wir weiter empfehlen.

Hotel bruyant. On entend constamment des bruits de meubles et de portes qui claquent. On se fait réveiller à 4h par le gens qui ont un avion à prendre le matin et les femmes de ménage discutent bruyamment tôt le matin devant les portes des chambres. A part ça propre, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet varié. Colonia de Sant Jordi a les plus belles plages de l'île.
