Beach bar was always noisy, they were playing music till late night. You could hear everything, not optimal to sleep. The hotel was very old, you could hear also everything from other guests. The breakfast was okay, not too much variety.
Beach views were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, there are a lot of free spots 2-3 min away from hotel (public parking). There are not many restaurants there, without car is not practical.

Great location to visit some of the prettiest Cala on the island! Even the cala next to it is very pretty and you have so many choice that are not even 25 minutes away from it (Cala d’or, Calo des Moro, Llombards, Salmonia, etc)

Bed was comfortable, cute little restaurant in front of the hotel and in the area but there’s isn’t any nightlife around if that’s something you’re looking for.

The location is great; right by the beach and has a pool/bar area too. The accomodation was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I would say is that it’s quite easy to hear what’s happening in the rooms next to you, so I’d recommend earplugs.

Apart from that I couldn’t recommend more!

great choice for the east coast of Mallorca

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good and the room had a great view of the bay. The pool was really well designed and maintained and the pool bar was really good too. Very centrally located. The balcony and fridge were bonuses.

We, as the only British people there for most of the two weeks there, really enjoyed our stay...everybody was freindly and pleased to help.

The breakfast and evening meals were good.
We were close to the beach and had lovely views of the sea and bay from the hotel, would definitely come again.

They did not have AC. They did not have WIFI. Quality of breakfast was not good. The rooms and bathrooms were old. we could hear every word from neighbors. No impact windows so, although the view we had to the bay was great, we had a constant noise of the waves hitting the cliffs and it was loud all night every night.

Very noise hotel

Very noise hotel, you can hear everyone in their own rooms, and on the hall, no privacy at all. Cleaning wasn't good either. Breakfast is acceptable. Despite the stunning view from the room, it is not a nice hotel to stay and relax. Room photos not match with the room offered.

Chose room with a view ( what a view)😁 - everything you could want for breakfast- a bit expensive but sets you up for the rest of day. Room. Very clean with modern fittings(no A/c though) fan in room - light entertainment on most nights- short walk to the beach but steps involved- you could dive in and swim to the beach some did.
Overall excellent place. Almost pirates of Caribbean style setting - sandy beach with life guards so safe for the kids.

My main issue with the property was a security concern. We were there during July it was really hot and in order to sleep we had to leave the patio door open. There isn't any air and when the temp is 100+ you would swelter without the patio door open. This meant sleeping with the door open on the first floor so that anyone could climb in. Besides the heat, concerns that someone was going to enter the room while we were sleeping lead to many sleepless night. They also charged for towels to use at pool/beach it was 3 euros per towel per day. Plus a 15 euro deposit. My recommendation is spend a bit more money and go to a hotel that is safe.

The location is amazing!! Hotel could use some work. No beach towels are provided so make sure you bring your own. Room has no AC so it’s very hard to sleep at night. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right on the cove with stunning water!!!

The location was the positive aspect of this hotel, close to beach and supermarket.

The negatives were the lack of air con which made it impossible to sleep. The ceiling fan didnt make a difference so we went and bought another fan to be able to sleep. We had a 'junior suite' which would be a small room in other hotels... the door was less than a metre from the end of the bed, the toilet was seperated by the glass shower partition and about a metre from the bed which gave no privacy.

The hotel has a lot of potential because of the location but needs a lot of investment to make it comfortable.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with taxi bookings and car rental

Great location and fantastic staff.

Excellent location in Cala Santanyi, with its lovely beach and good restaurants/bars. Although the rooms and the bathroom could do with a new shower, new doors and new tiles, the amazing view from the balcony makes you forget about all that. The thing we liked the most was the staff. They are the greatest asset to this hotel. They were all so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

We were supposed to get a room with a full sea view on our second night and we got a room with a worse view than the first night. When we asked for a receipt we were told they couldnt give us one because of \"the police.\" Asked a different concierge the next morning for a receipt and he said it would be provided by Expedia. They didnt want to give us proof that they screwed us out of the room for which we paid.

Cała Santanyi is very beautiful, We was in some different beaches before but this one is definitely the best one. Next year we will go back there with kids. It’s all about the cove

If you plan on staying here then it is for the surrounding area and beach just a stones throw away from the hotel. The hotel is a classic 60/70’s building with great service from the staff. Breakfast is ok if you’re German. Not much fresh fruit or juices but ok if you have kids as plenty of selections of cereals and pastries. The cove below the hotel is amazing for swimming, snorkelling or scuba diving with the school at the hotel. Swimming pool good and bar serves a lovely cold beer. Cafe outside hotel does some lovely salads and pretty good pizzas. Try the gins.

Amazing little hotel on the hillside of a beautiful sea cove. The beach is in view from the hotel and the water is majestic. We have stayed there before and will return back to this hotel when in Satanyi again. Rooms are good and so is the breakfast.

A room with a view

Lovely room with a view of the sea and beach. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Short walk to beach.The large hotel pool and area was closed but the smaller one was fine. Quiet resort. No shops apart from a couple of small supermarkets. We enjoyed the restaurant on the beach and the tapas bar. Went to Santanyi town (10 minutes by bus) to visit the Wednesday market. Hot but enjoyable.

Tap and shower water were very salty, had to clean our teeth with bottled water. Facilities such as pool and sauna etc were hard to find, in a different area to the hotel and there weren't any sign posts

fair 3 star hotel in a nice setting

Fair 3 star hotel in a little village (quite and relaxing) overlooking a beautiful cove. The beach is just a few step away. The hotel is basic, but clean. Rooms are dated but fair. Sleep confort is good. Helpful staff. Ideal to escape from crowd. Palma airport is some 50 Kms away and Palma is about 1 hour by car (there is a public bus service as well -a few rides per day).

Arrived at 1.00am and unfortunately member of staff on reception had difficulty understanding English and could not differentiate between French, English and german so it took a while to register. Reception staff were approachable but German guests seemed to be looked after better but this could be because the staff could speak German fluently. Buffet breakfast was very good and the situation of hotel was excellent. It is a very quiet area and as near as the beach as you could possibly get. The hotel could do with a refurb as although it was very clean throughout the décor is a little tired. Apart from some language difficulties I really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable but hot!

Great location and we had a great view from our room with a partial sea view which in fact turned out to be the whole of the beach and more so we were very pleased. The room was very basic but plenty big enough for us - 2 adults and a 6 year old. The main downside is that there is no air conditioning and the ceiling fan does nothing to cool you down in 34 degree heat. It was unbearable even with the balcony door open. We asked reception for an extra fan but they didn't have any unfortunately. I noted reception had air conditioning - why not the rooms!!

Would not stay there again unless it had A/C installed unfortunately - well not in July anyway. The pool and food were adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Friendly hotel, on Cala Santanyi beach!

Had a fantastic week in July 2015, with beautiful hot weather all week. Spent many days chilling on Cala Santanyi beach with lovely restaurants and cafes on the beach. There's so great walks up to the lighthouse and in 15 minutes you can walk to Cala Llombards beach too. We didnt have a car, but thats no problem, as the buses are really easy to get from the beach to Palma, Cala Figueras and Santanyi. Only 3/4 restaurants in Cala Santanyi, but they're all really good. Beautiful blue sea, kayaking available on the beach and lots of day trips you can book too! Highly recommend.

Santanyi is a good place for relax, but the sideview of that hotel was over a street, not directly side to the sea, as expected. The water in the hotel is salty - from the sink and the shower :? Beach was nice and the surrounding beaches too! Anyway I don't like Mallorca, my home country Bulgaria is 10 times better and 10 times cheaper!!! Even the hotels are much better!

Very nice hotel at the price, but remember to book rooms above the restaurant, otherwise you will wake up to moving chairs every morning. You have to pay ekstra for safe and wifi. Good value for money hotel in quiet location. Sea view rooms worth the extra as they have superb views over the beach and out to sea. Very good pool areas, and spa room with jacuzzi and sauna. Not a lot of choice of restaurants nearby so ate in the hotel and was surprised at the quality and price of the evening buffet. Liked the friendly staff and would choose this hotel again if I was in the area.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt an einer wunderschönen Bucht gelegen, was für eine fantastische Urlaubsatmosphäre sorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Ausblick von unserem Balkon, der wirklich toll war und zum Verweilen einlud.
Die Zimmer sind als „Standard“ zu beschreiben. Sie bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ohne besonderen Luxus. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Zimmer recht hellhörig sind. Man konnte die Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich wahrnehmen.
Fazit: Wer ein Hotel in top Lage mit grandioser Aussicht sucht und über kleine Schwächen wie die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer hinwegsehen kann, ist hier genau richtig. Für den gebotenen Preis ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Salle de bain vieillotte. Personnel aimable. Deux points négatifs: 1- pas d'eau potable au robinet et de plus, cette eau est salée ! Cette précision n'est pas mentionnée lors de la réservation. 2- Insonorisation de la chambre inexistante, obligation d'avoir des bouchons d'oreilles ! On entend toutes les conversations des chambres voisines ! (Remarque déjà notée dans les commentaires des clients)

If you are lucky and get a room on the seaside the experience gets a huge boost because of the nice view. Otherwise it's just an ordinary 3-Star hotel where you can hear almost everything from everyone: Snoring from the people above, toilet from the people next room, the bar on the other side of the street and so on. Without earplugs almost impossible to get sleep.

The breakfast is not worth the money. You will get a way better breakfast on the opposite site of the streets at \"Es Pontas\" for the same price.

Besides that there is at least a good and free internet connection.

Bei Ankunft war unsere Buchung nicht zu finden, somit bekamen wir auch leider nicht die gebuchte Junior Suite mit Meerblick, sondern ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Am nächsten Tag durften wir dann eine Junior Suite mit seitlichem Meerblick beziehen. Die Jr. Suite ist schon teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Das Personal ist aber sehr bemüht einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir hatten Halbpension, das kann man sich sparen, denn leider schmeckt das Abendessen nicht besonders. Das Frühstücksbuffet hingegen ist reichlich. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein tolles Restaurant.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer. A notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre... avec vue spectaculaire sur mer . Le personnel est très accueillant et tellement sympathique. Petit plus ils parlent français.
Bémol la restauration reste basique. Nous avons cependant passé un excellent séjour à hôtel Pinos playa.

En general, la estadía fue buena. Tuve un problema, que lo relato para que estén alertas. Yo contraté habitación para una persona, debido a que la mayor parte de mi estadía iba a estar sola. No sabía el tamaño de la habitación. Con bastante antelación a mi llegada, averigüé por la posibilidad de compartir habitación con mi hija, por un lapso de 5 o 6 días. Tengo el intercambio de mails con el hotel sobre esta consulta. Se me dijo que avisara el día anterior, que se agregaría otra cama. Se me cobrarían €20, por día. Así lo hice pero no imaginaba cómo iban a agregar otra cama en una habitación tan pequeña. Cuando llegamos al hotel, a las 10 de la noche y vimos como habían ubicado las camas, no podíamos creer. Es más, lo filmamos. (No puedo publicarlo, por tamaño). Cama contra ventanal, otra contra placard, no se podían abrir las puertas. Día siguiente, recepción sin solución. No tenian habitaciones libres para cambiarnos y tener un lugar habitable. Mi hija por suerte, consiguió un lugar en casa de una amiga, y me devolvieron el dinero que yo había pagado previamente por esa cama extra. La queja es: NO PUEDEN VENDER UNA HABITACION DE ESAS CARACTERÍSTICAS, CUANDO EL CLIENTE CONSULTA Y AVISA QUE VAN A ESTAR DOS PERSONAS. TENDRÍAN QUE HABER NEGADO LA POSIBILIDAD DE ALQUILAR ESA HABITACIÓN, A SABIENDAS DE QUE NO ERA POSIBLE COLOCAR UNA SEGUNDA CAMA. Por lo demás el personal de piso muy amable, como también de recepción, el cambio de ropa de cama y baño frecuente.

Chambre sans prise, la seule prise de la chambre servait a la télévision. Lit de mauvaise qualité.
Chambre situé sur le palier sans possibilité de se servir du \"balcon\" situé a côté de la piscine. (Vol possible dune serviette qui seche par exemple)
Néanmoins lhotel est bien situé proche dune crique. Mais prevoir une voiture car impossible de s'y rendre autrement. Possibilité de se garer très facilement dans la rue gratuitement

Wir waren jetzt das fünfte Mal im Pinos Playa Hotel und es ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Service, das Personal und die Verpflegung ist großartig.
Die Lage des Hotels bietet einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.

A estadia foi ótima, o hotel está situado a +/- 45minutos do aeroporto. Para quem irá alugar carro (o que aconselho bastante) é uma localização excelente porque está ao pé de todas as Callas.
Perto do hotel tem dois restaurantes, ambos excelentes. E há um caminho que leva diretamente há praia.

O hotel dispõe de piscina e bar. Houve também música ao vivo.

Underbart läge, men personalen ojämn!!

MINUS: påverkade oss ganska mycket.....
Incheckningen inte trevlig alls.
Inget välkomnande att det var trevligt att vi kom.
Portiern satt ner hela tiden. Inget extra.
Vi hade ingen Tv signal under tre dagar.
Meddelade direkt när vi kom, att den inte gav ngn signal... ”pas de signal”
Portiern sa att en tekniker skulle titta på det nästa morgon.
Jo, antennsladd satt i och skärmen tändes men ingen signal.
Ingen återkoppling under nästa dag eller nästa dag.
När vi checkade ut påpekade vi att det varit så,- det var ju tråkigt sa hon två ggr. En bättre feedback hade varit bra där. Samma person som checkade in oss som ut oss.
Väldigt skramligt med bestick till besticklådor av personal i matsalen.
PLUS:
F ö, platsen Cala Santanyí är ljuvlig, stigarna runt viken på klipporna och möjlighet att klättra och hoppa från klipporna.
Dykcentret fantastiskt med massa erbjudanden
Frukosten riklig och varierande, väldigt fin
Vår vy från balkongen fantastisk, härligt att vakna till, soluppgången underbar att se

I booked in this hotel a few years ago and I was happy to return as I remembered a fantastic view from the balcony. However, this year my room was in the second building accross the street from the main building. I was a little bit disappointed, the view is not AS beutiful as from the main building, I would probably have appreciated it more if It was my first time there and I did not know that. This said, the family-run like hotel is charming, Correct breakfast, with a view. Neighbours can be noisy (but it's the same everywhere, especially in the balearics where soundproof rooms are not a norm). Will surely go back again (if there is a way to make sure to book in the main building though).

Fijn verblijf gehad voor 3 dagen! Verouderde kamers, maar verder goed in verhouding met de prijs. De gangen roken erg naar chloor en de koelkast werkte niet, verder wel prima verblijf gehad.

Fyra nätter i Cala Santañi

Vi bodde 4 nätter här som avslutning på en rundresa med fyra stopp.
Läget är det bästa! Den sidan av viken är finast att bo på för utsikten. Bra nedgång till stranden och bra möjligheter för parkering.
Hotellet är ganska slitet, inget trasigt men det känns lite gammalt. Vi fick varken tvål eller glas i badrummet. Vi hade ac och kyl. Hårda sängar som på de flesta boendena på Mallorca. Väggarna är tunna och det är mycket lyhört, man hör vad de säger på grannens tv.
Städningen av rummet var bra men mycket sand på balkongen redan när vi kom och ingen sopkvast som vi själva kunde använda för att sopa.
Frukosten bra trots covid. Vi åt aldrig middagsbuffen.
Receptionen var sådär, de stirrade in i dataskärmen konstant både när man kom och gick. Kanske deras policy men jag gillar när man känner sig mer välkomnad.

Gäller ej hotellet men Vattnet i viken var mycket grumligt och mkt skräp. Vi besökte 7 andra calas i området och denna var den smutsigaste. Så vi badade bara där första dagen.

Bra kort bilväg till staden Santañi med shopping och restauranger.

Das Frühstück war gut und absolut ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich direkt über das Hotel ein Mietauto buchen - hat super funktioniert und auch der Preis ist in Ordnung.
Der Ausblick vom Hotelzimmer und Speisesaal ist absolut umwerfend - besser geht's nicht!

Leider sind die Zimmer wirklich wirklich hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn durch die Wände als würden sie neben einem stehen. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen... Der Türmechanismus bewirkt genau das Gegenteil und lässt alle Türen so richtig laut zuknallen. Wir wurden jeden Morgen um Punkt 7 geweckt, weil man selbst das Rücken der Stühle im Speisesaal so laut gehört hat. Null Entspannung beim Schlafen und an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken.

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, auch in Anbetracht dessen, dass man sowieso nicht viel Zeit dort verbringt. Was aber neben dem Lärm echt eine riesen Enttäuschung war, war das Abendessen. Hier war Sparprogramm angesagt. Absolut lieblos und Abwechslung nur bei den Hauptspeisen. Als Nachspeise gab es unter anderem doch tatsächlich Dosenananas Scheiben... Und das in Spanien! Kann jedem nur empfehlen auswärts zu essen und keine Halbpension zu buchen!

Une équipe extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute. De l'accueil au restaurant en passant par la piscine, tout le personnel est vraiment top. Les chambres sont simple mais bien, frigo, sèche-cheveux, matelas très confortable. Il manque juste la climatisation car il fait chaud la nuit. Restaurant avec vue magnifique sur la crique c'est très agréable. Très bon hôtel

-Rezeption hat 24 Stunden geöffnet

Negativ:
-Der Swimmingpool war jeden Abend um 19.00 Uhr geschlossen, viel zu früh
-Für den Tresor hätte man zusätzlich pro Tag 3.- Euro bezahlen müssen
-Nur einen Deckenventilator im Zimmer mit einer Stufe, viel zu schwach. Wir mussten uns zusätzlich einen Ventilator besorgen, damit man einigermassen gut schlafen konnte, wegen der Hitze im Zimmer
