Stayed here the first week of October for 6 nights. The staff were friendly but just be aware reception isn't 24 hours. The amenities (pool & games) were well kept & we enjoyed using those when we had the chance but the sauna seems to be broken? We could not find anywhere to turn it on so that was a bit of a dissapointment for us.

Location wise, it's super convenient if you are renting a car & planning any day trips. It's located on the quieter side of the island & about a 25 minute walk around the port to get to the restaurants/nightlife. There's also free parking for vehicles which is super convenient as well as a grocery store directly beside it which we definitely took advantage of.

While it was both semi affordable & convenient location wise, there were a few things that left us feeling disappointed with our stay. For one, the hotel does not offer daily towel service, they only replace them every 4 days which I feel is a bit long. The sink in our room also had a lot of build up & our shower seemed to have some drainage issues which honestly made the place seem quite dirty/not very well cleaned prior to our stay.

Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again since the cleanliness was below our expectations.

Cons: Property needs some TLC. The whole area of mini golf is a waste of space, run down and not used and dirty. Pay for beach/pool towels? Really? Shower was ok, not great.

Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the harbour or beach.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter and I couldn’t have picked better apartments for us. The atmosphere was so relaxed, few families and couples. Always got 2 sun beds together. Location is perfect, right by supermarket, shops and restaurants. Bus stop 5 minute walk where we went to get the bus to Caves fr Drach (use your bank card to pay on bus) and 7 minutes to 2 beautiful beaches. The Fort was amazing for my morning walks. Staff at the apartments were all lovely and extremely accommodating as we arrived mid day and left at 5pm. Already looking for booking next year :-)

We booked last minute as we needed to stay in Spain 5 days longer than planned. The staff were amazing, Adrian and Carman (Reception) were both fantastic and so helpful, well done to them! We really liked the apartments, however the hotel chain need to keep up the investment in the complex, as there are some signs of wear and tear. All in all, a great stay!

We had an early season stay at low cost. For what we paid it was good value. Our ground floor bungalow was a good size with front and back terraces and was a pleasant place to stay. Kitchen was good though appliances getting old, likewise bathroom. Reception team great. Pool was great, gym old but ok. Cleaning a bit ropey. Local area good, beaches small and lovely coves. Easy and attractive walk to Cala D'or via port. Supermarket next door provides all requirements at decent price. Taxi to PMI c85 euro. Really enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Beautiful but needs updates to increase comfort

Stayed with partner and two teenagers for 3 days. The location is fantastic. Beautiful & quiet area. A few pools and just a walk away from own little beach area (hotel does not provide beach towels). Our room's setup was great! Kind of like a small condo with separate bedrooms, small gally kitchen, living area, & great balcony with amazing views. If you are one that sweats easily this is not for you. The A/C units in living room & master bedroom blow warm air & do not cool. We had to open windows for cool air at night (& day)which left us eaten up by mosquitos. The shower has great water pressure but be careful as the shower head knocks around a bit. Beds are not the most comfortable and left us feeling stiff each morning. The hotel has its own little market for groceries but is a bit pricey. Definitely recommend stopping at a market BEFORE arriving (closest is 20 min away). You are given a token for the downstairs market for a cleaning pack that contains dish soap, sponge, trash bag, laundry soap, and extra wipe. Our room had an upstairs terrace with a grill which was wonderful, but no shade so recommend grilling in the evenings (make sure to pick up grilling supplies). Customer service was excellent and everyone is very nice. Overall, a great stay for the price point. Recommend to the hotel updates to A/C's, shower attachments, & mattresses.... Would be much more comfortable stay for guests.

Very relaxed pool, plenty of sunbeds. Nice friendly pool bar, and music played at a reasonable volume with nice tunes.
The apartment was perfect, very bright, clean, spacious and well equipped, loved the size of the balcony, its view and the shade it offered.
Over all a very pleasant experience, we will definitely return next year and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Loved this property. It is in a great location close to the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Egos, restaurants bars and supermarkets. The rooms are fairly spacious and have everything you could want for self catering. The pool is lovely and has a shallow section for the little ones. There is also a pool bar which serves snacks and the usual array of drinks (strawberry daquiri recommended) There are also a few outdoor activities including giant chess, crazy golf and table tennis. The staff at the pool bar and reception are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Cant wait to go back again

The staff were friendly and helpful although the lifeguards seemed to spend most of their time sleeping which was of some concern. Jamie who runs the bar and food was amazing and made everyone welcome, she was also fantastic with the children who were there.

My only criticism is that maybe the rooms could have been cleaned more often but I was extremely happy for the price I paid

We are a family of four 2 children aged 14 and 8 we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room 101 it was lovely more like a small 2 bedroom house living area downstairs and 2 huge bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites. Lovely pool table tennis and mini golf to keep kids entertained very relaxing poolside nice bar with lovely staff . Great location plenty of shops restaurants in Cala Egos lovely coves 5 mins walk with great snorkelling 5 mins walk to the marina with beautiful restaurants we had a super holiday here great staff it was one of our best we never return to places but I definitely would here it was great

This Apts. Hotel is ideal for families and couples, it is situated next door to Eroski supermarket and is 10 minute walk to small beach you are actually in Cala Egos, Cala Dor is 30 min walk away. Marina is 15 min stroll . One thing be aware of time share about pool area disguised as ordinary tourists. Be Very AWARE.

We had a large 2 bed apartment over 2 levels, 2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, adequate kitchen facilities and a wrap around balcony. Quiet resort , supermarkets, shops, restaurants,beaches and a marina all within walking distance. You don't need a car here and the transfer is about an hour from the airport. Nice pool small bar which served food during the day. The only thing I would say was annoying was a no own food or drink rule around the pool area. The gardens are kept nice and the pool was warm and clean . Would go again. Lovely holiday.

we spent the 2nd easter holiday week here and thought the hotel was good value for money, friendly staff and the gardens/grounds were well kept. Pool and subbeds etc were good although the pool was quite cold. We paid €20 for wi fii connection for the week but ended up not using it because you could only log one device on at a time and the strength of the signal was not great so make sure you have 3G. I would probably recommend if you were looking for a nice quiet low-key apartment in Cala Egos, it was right next to the supermarket which was great and 1 min from the Sa Marina plasa, which is ideal for families

Our appartment was 312: 2 stories with 2 ensuite bedrooms and huge balcony around with nice furniture to relax eat and tan.
Safe place and very relaxing.
Restaurants and shops on a doorstep.
Beautiful beach and marina walk 10 min walking distance. Town 20min walk. Nature park 10min drive.
Had fantastic holiday end of March when was still quite.

Peaceful stay at a good appartment

We stayed at a Studio apartment for 2adults which had all the requirements needed for our 5day stay. The surrounding shops and bars were easily reached, even in flip-flops,but the jewel in the crown was the beautiful walk and restaurants in the Marina, especially Porte Cari which were exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you, well done Ona village, we will definitely return 😎.

Nice hotel close to the supermarket and bars.

Location was great. Eroski supermarket was next door and all the local bars and cafes were on my doorstep too. I wished there had been more entertainment in the hotel and also a couple of time singers had been on but I didn't know about it. It maybe a good idea for reception to give a program of events to people at check in. The pool area was lovely and clean and the snack bar was excellently run by Patrick. The pool area is only small and occasionally some people left towels on beds and then disappeared for hours. A couple of the lifeguards were great and they removed the towels, unused inflatables and kept on top of everything. My room was kept beautifully clean by Maria she was lovely.

Good apartment hotel, close to restaurants/bars

We received a friendly welcome on arrival and chose a ground level apartment with a modest sized kitchen, bathroom, good sized lounge and bedroom. Most of our meals were taken outside on the patio in the pleasant temperatures.

The kitchen had a full sized cooker, fridge-freezer and a washing machine but no dish-washer. In addition to the kettle there was a coffee maker though you need to bring filter paper. Bring salt and pepper too.

The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was available though we preferred not to use it. Two LCD TVs are provided and we were delighted to find BBC1 London, BBC 2 & 4 were available though I can understand if others would not rate this as a priority when on holiday. Other European stations were available, including Russian.

There is a bar service during the day and music is played to \"entertain\" those round the pool. Otherwise there was no entertainment provided when we were there in late summer, which was no loss to us. Most visitors would head out for the evening.

There is a good selection of bars and restaurants in close proximity. Also nearby, almost next door, is a good supermarket which is handy for collecting very inexpensive 5L bottles of water, needed as the tap water is rather salty.

enjoyable stay. staff on reception were very nice, but no help available to take us to our apartment. apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable with a big balcony. the towels were changed alternate days but the bedding didn't get changed until the fifth day! the pool was nice with plenty of loungers but the pool bar was a disgrace. Hardly any choice, no coffee or tea, no food and a barman who thought he was on holiday himself! plus no restaurant or evening bar! This spoils what could be a really good holiday Aparthotel.

We love this hotel. It was our second stay, the first being in June when we had a one bedroom apartment. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay again in September. We booked a studio for economical reasons and were pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort.The pool has comfortable sunbeds and never gets too crowded.The staff are friendly and helpful, especially this time when we had a problem. They couldn't have helped more.

Don't go to this hotel if you want lively entertainment. You won't get that here, but if you want relaxation in a friendly atmosphere, this hotel is for you.

Apartments are very well equipped for a short or longer stay. The kitchen in the 1 b/r apartment we stayed in had a hob with 4 electric rings plus an oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils and on arrival a small supply of washing up liquid etc.
The living room is a very good size with a sofa, table 4 chairs, flat screen tv with a couple of UK channels and opened out onto a patio and small front garden looking out onto pool & gardens.
Bedroom has a good sized wardrobe, small bedside cabinets on either side of the bed a tv unit with another flat screen tv with storage and a drawer underneath. Bed was a double of the kind that is 2 singles zipped together but very comfortable and linens changed regularly. Safe in wardrobe for a small charge.
Bathroom was well sized with a bath shower over bath good pressure and plentiful hot water.
The grounds of the complex are very pretty, clean & well maintained. Pool is a bit cold but always clean and a good size. Sunbeds around pool are very comfortable, well padded type with enough parasols if you want some shade.
We didn't use the bar at the complex but this was open every day during daytime hours.
Reception staff Carmen and Adrian were always friendly helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, thank you to both of them.
Would highly recommend for families or couples. We would definitely return and would recommend to family/friends.

This village is amazing and for a family break

The apartment - (108) we had was a 2 bedroomed and it is the largest I have ever had. 2 entrances ie a front door or a rear patio doors which were a 3 second walk to the pool. A very substantial kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The resort even left us washing tablets, scourer, water and some tea/coffee/sugar sachets which was very welcoming. Then we had 2 large bedrooms, both en-suite and a downstairs toilet. Downstairs on the patio was a table and chairs for dining as well as a dining room/lounge. This had a large Tv and dvd player which was good on the one evening we stayed in and watched dvd's from the reception area. (They have books and games too).
On arrival we were also given a black book full of information on the complex and what to do out and about. Anything that was not in there the people at reception were more than willing to help out with.

This hotel is actually nicer than it looks on the website. The apartments are nicely furnished and have very comfortable beds and bedding. Ours looked to have been refurbished and there are English tv channels too. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

The pool area is very nice and has very comfortable sun beds and a poolside bar. The staff are helpfull too and it is very close to all the restaurants and bars. The supermarket is next door too.

Can't fault it. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely aparthotel in quieter area of Cala Egos

Lovely spacious accommodation in Cala Egos. Showing some signs of wear and tear but spotlessly clean and well equipped. All the staff were very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Supermarket next door. Closest beaches just 5 minute walk away and very pretty. Marina 10 minutes away with lots of nice places to eat and drink. Lovely pool area with a bar serving the best pina coladas ever! Would have been even better if they did snacks. My son loved the mini golf and table tennis and the pool table. Regular buses into Cala d'Or or just 6 € each way in a taxi. We had a fab holiday there and would highly recommend for families and couples

Well run , not too loud, fabulous apartment

Only booked this last minute, we stayed at another apartment in week 1 and moved on to this one 2nd week. It was a one bedroom apartment so our 2 teenagers were going to be sleeping on sofa bed with one on pull out from under sofa. When we arrived we wondered if it was a mistake. Apartment large and modern with good kitchen area, dishwasher, and washing machine. Huge sun terrace and big surprise, a hot tub! Not all have this but 4 apartments over the reception all have one. Also nice welcome pack of milk, o.j extra. We were there 6 nights had had 2 linen changes and cleaner came every day except sunday. Very well run apartments and next to Eroski supermarket.

Cannot rate this complex highly enough. Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Well kept gardens and pool area. Accommodation spacious, clean and comfortable. A huge balcony upstairs and a terrace in the front garden. Plenty to do on the complex. Lovely pool, table tennis, pool, giant chess etc. Enough beds round the pool and also umbrellas if you wanted shade.

Das Appartement bietet viel Platz und ist gut zu allem angebunden. Anlage ist sauber und hat nettes Personal. Ziemlich hellhörig allerdings-hier könnte man ne Ruhezeit ab 22 Uhr einführen da drumherum genug Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind. Reinigung nicht täglich, was vollkommen ok ist, allerdings wäre ne Müllentsorgung ganz gut und wir hatten Salzwasser in Küche und Bad. Beim Zähne putzen etwas unangenehm.
Insgesamt aber ne schöne Unterkunft

Everything is wonderful, and relaxed. We liked breakfasts in the garden overlooking the pool, and a neighbourhood cat visiting d both days! Except the jacuzzi shut off early (7pm) even though it is stated 8pm. The receptionist came but said without technician it could not be started.

C’est notre deuxième séjour au Ona village : résidence bien placée avec des appartements spacieux et de belles terrasses mais certains équipements sont un peu vieillot et la salle bain tres calcaire

Helt ok hotell.

Koselig betjening på hotellet, og ansatte i basseng baren (som ikke drives av hotellet). Savnet diverse ting (mulig kun vårt rom) som mobilt tørkestativ eller mulighet for å tørke på den siden som var mot bassenget, pluss solsenger. Møbler ute var litt uapettlig da de hadde mugg innemellom i rottingen. Mye maur på uteplassen.
God seng på soverrommet etter vår smak. Litt lite muligheter til å henge/tørke inne på badet. Utover det, helt ok hotell.

Der var rent og pænt! Lejligheden var stor og rummelig, større end forventet. Swimmingpoolen var tilpas, rolige omgivelser. Kort afstand til godt supermarked. Og kort afstand til alt også restauranter. Kun ros herfra! 3 på ferie.

Maur og dårlig renhold

Utrolig mye maur, både døde og levende på rommet. Dette var på gulv, møbler og i seng.
Hotellet prøvde å vaske rommet, men det var både dårlig vask og det det ble ikke noe bedre. Vi bodde der en uke og hadde problemer med dette under hele oppholdet, som totalt sett ødela vårt inntrykk og opplevelse.

Un établissement au calme, bien équipé salle de musculation, jacuzzi à disposition. Toujours de la place sur les transats autour de la piscine. A proximité moins de 2 mn à pieds commerces, restaurants, petit supermarché. Personnel tres agréable parle français.

Middelmådigt ophold på er halvslidt sted, hvor barområde ved pool har været lukket i flere år, vi aldrig fik rengøring i 4 dage, selv måtte bede om rene håndklæder, og med myre i køkkenet.

Dejlig feriested med fred og ro

Ona Village er et virkelig dejligt sted med fred og ro. Dejlige faciliteter, selvom der var mange ved poolen, var der plads til alle. Dog har lejlighederne et kæmpemæssigt myreproblem og de var ALLE steder både inden- og udendørs 🙈 Vi sprøjtede mod dem konstant, men det hjalp kun kortvarigt. Hotellets reception var klar over problemet og oplyste, at det i år var et kæmpe problem overalt. De talte om at kontakte en skadedyrsbekæmper - det er der brug for!

De locatie is ideaal: het complex ligt net buiten het winkel en eetgebied en aan de andere kant van de grotere hotels/appartementen complexen. Dus het is vrij rustig maar toch ben je zo overal binnen een paar minuten. De ruimtes zijn ruim en netjes. Fijn dat er airconditioning is en donkere gordijnen tegen het licht. Het enige minpunt is dat er geen zeep, douchegel etc aanwezig is. Ook ontbreken kruiden en olie om mee te koken.

Bra ferieopphold på Ona Village.

Ona Village er et meget bra sted å bo på. Bra stor leilighet med godt utstyrt kjøkken. Bra renhold av leiligheten, samt fint område rundt bassenget.
Meget god service og hjelp av personellet i resepsjonen, Adrian, Carmen og Emma. Kort avstand til Euroski supermarked, samt område med godt utvalg av spisesteder.

Inventar i lejlighed var slidt særligt i køkken. Rengøringen haltede ved ankomst men blev dog bedre i løbet af ugen. Restaurant og bar var lukket ned for sæsonen, ingen info herom ved bestilling af rejse

Spacieux, propre et moderne

Location conforme aux photos, propreté irréprochable, canapé très confortable, grande chambre cosy, cuisine bien équipée (grand frigo, four etc) et fonctionnelle; excellent agencement pour de beaux espaces et une terrasse immense, ombragée en journée et au soleil au coucher; souci de voisinage malheureusement car certains ne respectent pas la proximité, donc on entend tout sur les balcons; attention le bar de la piscine est fermé, service hotellier minimum; tres bon rapport qualité prix pour un bon compromis en résidence avec appartement spacieux - possibilité (avec enfants) d'aller au port de cala llonga et 2 criques à pied - je recommande

El duplex estuvo super amplio y muy comodo. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que no haya agua potable en las duchas sino agua salada pero al parecer es todo el sector. De lo contrario seria excelente.

Dejligt sted. Vi var det lige efter genåbning og alt fungerede fint. Dejlig pool og virkelig skøn lejlighed med 2 værelser, 2 badeværelser og stor skøn terrasse på 1. sal.
