We really enjoyed our stay, the room and facilities were excellent but we couldnt give a 5 star review for 2 reasons.

The first being the infrequency of room cleaning, one day our room was cleaned in the afternoon and we then had a maid knock on the door at 9am on the day that we were supposed to be checking out to clean the room, before we had left. Signs on the door requesting a room clean / do not disturb are needed.

The other being the fact that my partner found a dead moth in the caesar salad that we had ordered for lunch, the staff were great when we notified them as they refunded all food that we ordered from our bill but it did make us question the freshness and quality of the food being served.

The property is beautiful and clean. There isn’t much privacy from the shower, room is a bit small. The staff, especially Josh was very nice. There weren’t many toiletries available either, and was only given one bottle of water in the room when we had two guests, when asking for another bottle it wasn’t complimentary. The property was close to the restaurants!

Honestly this was a great hotel and experience. Although we only stayed one night, the staff treated us like Royalty. They recommended a fantastic dining experience across the street where we could walk to. Our flight had been delayed because of weather for 2 hours from Barcelona.
We were very tired after a long day.
We were able to utilize the facility after we checked out and used the loungers around the beautiful pool. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious!
One of my best experiences at a hotel in a long time.
David at the front desk was so helpful and very kind.

Perfect hotel

Fantastic welcome to a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are great, spacious and very clean. Pool area was fantastic with live singers, DJs and other events through the week. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really wonderful stay here. The hotel is like an oasis of calm with a wonderful pool. Great location between the town (2-5 mins) and the marina (5 -10 mins) and only a 5-10 mins walk to the beaches. Staff were fabulous, service amazing, breakfast perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel , rooms are really nice, mini fridge could have been colder but no big thing , staff were happy to supply ice. Staff were lovely and friendly especially reception who went out of their way to help . The manager was very attentive to all Guests. Pool and restaurant food tasty although there weren’t many people eating at night probably because of the amount of restaurants nearby. The only reason for not 5 stars was the amount of kids running around the pool shouting and playing ball games in the water , pool too small for this for entertaining children which didn’t make it very relaxing or peaceful , this hotel would make a lovely Adults only hotel . The area it was situated in was in walking distance to the marina and town. Would definitely come back to the hotel despite the kids ( I do have 2 of my own )

Nice and relaxing place to stay. 3-4 minute walk to town or marina, close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Nice friendly staff, who you can ask for advice on local restaurants and nearby beaches.
We hired a car to get there from Palma airport, journey time was about 40 minutes, not sure about transfers or taxi prices.

I would definitely recommend, the resort Is quiet in a very lively area so a good spot to relax with some additional fun on Sundays a few steps away from the centre of Cala d’Or. The team is very friendly and are always happy to make awesome recommendations for restaurants and trips. The food and atmosphere at the resort restaurant is also definitely worth dining in.

Fanatic hidden gem - 100% recommend

The hotel truly was a hidden gem, beautifully decorated with brilliant facilities and attentive friendly staff. A special mention to the Manager Dominique who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome. Despite being in the heart of Cala d’Or and just a stones throw from the Marina, the beach and the centre of town. It felt like a small tranquil bit of paradise, not overlooked by any towering nearby premises just your own small oasis of Mediterranean paradise the pictures certainly don’t do it justice. Will definitely re-visit if I head to the Cala d’Or area again.

Der Urlaub war rundum gelungen! Das Zimmer war super super sauber und die Anlange wirklich sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit - ohne Ausnahme! Das Frühstück war inklusive und sehr frisch und lecker. Die Lage ist auch super. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Busse fahren nicht fern des Hotels ab.
Vielen Dank für jeglichen Service während unseres Urlaubs! Wir kommen gern wieder.

De vraies vacances

Un séjour fantastique. Le domaine est un petit paradis. Dominique le responsable est présent pour ses clients et c’est appréciable. Une bouteille de champagne m’a été offerte avec un petit mot pour mon anniversaire. Merci 1000 fois pour toutes ces petites intentions, j’espère revenir rapidement.

Een mooi kleinschalig hotel. De kamer was erg mooi en qua grootte goed! Het ontbijt was oké, was voor iedereen iets. Zelf hadden we graag iets meer keuze gehad. Hotel ligt ideaal. Op loopafstand van het strand, centrum en haven! Nog geen 5 minuten lopen. Auto is een aanrader om het eiland te ontdekken. Parkeren kan gratis bij het hotel!

Hôtel récent avec très jolie décoration. Personnel très aimable et Dominik le directeur salue personnellement chaque client tous les matins au petit déjeuner. Très beau buffet petit déjeuner. Quartier très calme mais Proche de tout, 5 min à pied du port, du centre ville et ses restos, 10 min de la plage Cala d’or.
