The knob to the shower was broken and it gave us a hard time to open it. And that there were some kids running outside our room and messed with our knob. Other than that we had a good time.

When we got there, we were given a room that was already taken. It was taken care of and we were upgraded to the Jacuzzi room, but we weren't able to use the whirlpool due to the drain stopper not working. We figured we let it be since we just wanted to spend our time together.

The room can use some improvement, especially the bathrooms. The paint was peeling off the wall. In the room one of the ceiling lights was out. Did spot a roach and it was cleaner then last room I had. They should hire me to clean, I'll leave the rooms spotless. I'm serious too!!!

The rooms are extremely unhygienic! Cigarette smoke hits you in the face once you enter, the bed covers have holes in them from ciggarete burns among others. The noise is unbearable too. This place shouldn't advertise on your platform, its an insult to your good name and good service.

I got a room with spa tub. There was hair hanging around the drain. I pulled it out. Ran the water. Once in started the jets black stuff came out of the jets!!!!

Room smelled. There was space around the room door. Spiders were coming in.

They chargeed me $15 for my 3lb dog. The websight said $10.

This is an hotel i first booked with my family and getting to the hotel we couldn’t sleep there and immediately my family requested for cancellation and refund. They paid my family back his money but I have not received my own refund.
We had to look for another hotel that night b4 we got a better one called Hyatt hotel

We went in thinking “you get what you pay for” however this was beyond that. The area itself, we learned after the fact, is very dangerous. The room was filthy, smelt terrible, cigarette holes in the blanket, pubic hairs in the bathtub and on the wall, other substances dripping down the bed frame, bathroom walls and bedroom walls… noise from people outside all night long… at 4:30am a prosititute banged on our door several times.. we grabbed our belongings and were out the door by 5am because it was by far the worst accommodations we have ever experienced..

The first time we stayed everything was perfect, bed was comfortable and TV and refrigerator worked fine. The 2nd time we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the TV, the bed wasn't as comfortable and it made a lot of noise lol but overall our stay was good.

Room was clean and smelled ok, only 2 issues; comforter had burn holes on it and should had been replaced and the hot tub water pressure was terrible especially at 5am, it took over 25 mins to properly fill in order to turn the jets on.

Reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed made an immense metal screeching sound every time I moved. Every step in the room above sounded like a boom, particularly at 1:30 and 6:00 am. Kids crying all night in rooms upstairs amd down the hall woke me 10 times.

You may think \"Oh those people who have bad reviews just had bad luck.\" No. This is awful. Asked for non smoking but hit a wall of smoke the second we stepped in. 3 or 4 flies buzzing around. The TV does not work. It turns on not has no connection. There's no relief from the smoke as the windows do not open.. The door knob just came off the bathroom door.

There was only one problem but that problem really did make a difference. Everything was great for the price and I thought I got an amazing deal - until the cockroach infestation in the bathroom came out. Couldn’t sleep all night because every time I would look at the wall another cockroach would be there. I can tell it’s an infestation because I killed everything from baby cockroaches to full grown ones and they kept coming. At one point during the night I walked into the bathroom and counted about 6 of them out at once. Had to keep all the lights on all night so I could see any bugs coming my way and to also scare them from roaming around. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to actually sleep instead of being on cockroach watch.

I never write reviews but this place was down right gross. Roches all over the place, shower leaked and sprayed the wall and the sink drained very slowly. Generally felt dirty even after taking a shower. Very loud both during the day and during the night. Always double checking to make sure car was locked and room door was locked.

The neighborhood is scary and very loud with people panhandling and approaching you when you try to enter you room since each room enters from the outside. They changed my reservation from non smoking to smoking and one of the two rooms from 2 queen to one king which was very inconvenient with 2 adults not dating nor related. And the front staff didn’t think anything was wrong with any of this. Unfortunately being from out of state and there for a graduation, we had no choice. Will never visit this motel again.

The room wasn’t bad for a cheap motel, but was sparsely furnished, and there were no hangers on the clothes rod. The door is a bit drafty, which could be a problem in cold weather. I didn’t mind spending a night there, but can’t really recommend the place.

Great low budget place to stay overnight.

The room was clean. It's an older building that's a little rundown and our room was a little cramped with two king size beds in it but it was fine. It was the only hotel in the area that we could find that has rooms you can still smoke in. I would recommend it for the price if you just looking for a place to stay overnight. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

I got bit by a bed bug. I brought it to managers attention. Solution,changed rooms(down grade). Manager refuse to refund the difference in price. No signs posted explaining no refund policies. A bed bug(alive) was found in the second room also. The visit was cut shorter than planned. The manager wasn't helpful at all. Ask for pictures of the room. Youve been warned. Save your money and Go elsewhere. I wouldnt stay if it was free.

I should have known better. Cheap isn't best.

My stay was horrible. The first room they gave me was 204. The headboard had greasy hand prints all over it. The bedding had stains all over. I wasnt sure if the stains were not removable from the wash however they should have been thrown out due to the appearance. The bedding in the second room had cigarette burn holes all over with minimum hand prints on the headboard. There was no available outlets by the computer desk. I had to unplug the TV, Microwave and refrigerator just to occupy the outlets for my devices. The bathtub had hair in it. During checkout the cleaning lady took all my dirty towels however did not take the washcloth that I did not use however I arranged it in a way it should have been removed to be cleaned.

Y’all need to do better?

This is a very poor location. Why are you paying for a very nasty poor site in advance. You were able to reserve without paying and cancelling with no issues. There are bugs flying the room towels and linens stain and dirty and rough to use The tub curtain should be able to cross the bar with out having water going on to the floor. Why by midweek there are only 4 rooms left. That place isn’t all that? I stay for access to friend. Why can’t you control your roaches too? Why does the place smell of urine? Why is it only one remote for the tv. Why I can’t hook up my game console? Why the tv small? Why am I paying 90$ upfront for a place that’s run down?

It was the worst hotel stay ever. First, there was three things a must: 1. WiFi and the desk tells me oh there is WiFi but it doesn’t support laptop only noble phones 2. The TV remote didn’t work you had to get up to turn on and off, change channels and volume controls 3. No coffee pot as promised. The person at desk no mask. The sheets were stained. Hotel.com should drop them. Never again will I stay at a red carpet

Worst stay ever in a hotel.

I was traveling solo for work. Around 6 pm guest above me where load, screaming. Went to front desk to be moved was unable to. At 7 more guest arrived they were so load yelling and arguing outside. At 1024pm someone tried to get in my door. Then I was concerned. At 1115 just started to fall asleep to only be woken by guest above again at 1am this went on rest of night people coming and going. So no respect for other quest. Next time I will choose different hotel as I feel this hotel is for parties and other behaviors that were taken place. I am a senior trip advisor post and this has been one of the worst hotels with noise. I feel management should be walking around at times to see if anything is going on.

There was a drug needle sticking out from the bathroom mirror and they refused to remove it. Also saw multiple bed bugs and was approached before even making it to the room by someone asking if I had a valid ID they could borrow. If drugs, bugs and prostitution are your thing, this is definitely the place for you.

LARGE air/light gap around door. You could feel air coming in/out the door jam and easily hear people talking, in a normal voice, outside. There was no \"secondary\" lock, i.e. no security chain or other type of protection. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. The room stank. The staff was surly and made you feel like you were more trouble than you were worth. Can NOT recommend.
