The place was DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. The Sheets and towels were clean, the only other thing that was \"Clean\" was the water coming out of the tap. In poor repair. They charged $30.00 for a pet and the room was barely worth $30.00 a night. I could have and DEFINATELY WILL in the future pay a couple bucks more for a decent place to stay. This stay was $125.00 NOT worth half of that.

We were not given blankets. We were told housekeeper was gone for the night for blankets. There was a small roach crawling on the bathtub. We asked for more towels and was told no at first, but this nice gentleman brought us some, but one had black stains on it.

Positives: the bed was comfortable and the tv worked.
The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. The shower curtain had mildew along the bottom, the shower and floor tile were dirty, there was no stopper for either the sink or the tub, and the sink was stained.
The key card would not work. The front desk guy reset the card but the door was stuck. My son had to slam into the door with his shoulder for it to open. This happened twice.
There were no chairs or tables, or a trash can, around the pool which had not been skimmed.
At checkin, the desk clerk never greeted me, she just looked up at me and waited for me to speak. There was a gentleman in the background watching tv that had to show her how to find my reservation.

Floor was a little dirty in the main area of the bedroom and the card key malfunctioned every time after a single use.

Obviously, you get what you pay for and the price was really good.

Unbelievable! Hair in the tub and floor. Toilet had NOT been flushed. Bed was disheveled, box spring and mattress were stained beyond belief. Pillows can't be this thin can they? When we cancelled our reservation we were 3 minutes late (before we could speak to anyone), and were charged a late fee of $30! Stay away from this place!!!

The room exceeded our expectations. They need to update the picture on the website. The effort was noticed. The railings were freshly painted as were the rooms and all new flooring. Room for improvement- no blanket on the bed. The bedspread was a decorative thin sheet. I slept in my clothes. I brought my own pillow. Glad because the pillows were completly flat. We only got 2 towels for 4 people and when we asked for a few more towels, we couldn't get them. Shower was hot and the room was clean. We would give it another try.

The room cleaners are doing the best they can with what they have. The bed, kitchen and bath were clean. the old carpet was gross and sticky - they don't have proper tools to clean sticky dirty carpet. Remove it and replace with hard surface flooring. Also, very noisy with slamming doors and amplified music next door. They can fix these problems.

The hotel was very outdated. The sheets seemed extremely dirty. I even saw a dirty footprint near my pillow. The shower was so bad that I didn't even take one despite I was on the road all day. The breakfast was served in brown bags. The only good thing is that it was right off the interstate.

We did not stay here as to the dirtiness of both rooms we were offed.
1st room had cigarette burns on bed. Headboard had streaks of somthing on it.
2nd room the linen that covered the lower spring part of the bed was filthy. The shower/tub had dirt as well as a pubic hair of sort on the edge.
We asked for our money to be refunded and stayed else where. Will not book this hotel or this chain again

Horrible! No curtains (their reason was that it was just painted and they can't find them) for my whole 7 day stay. Gross graffiti with some sticky substance all over it. MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MOLD!! Staff was barely existent...let alone extremely unhelpful! Horrible!

The check in staff guy was perfectly fine. The room was disgusting. The sheets were stained and when you pulled them back you could see hair from previous guests. The tub needed to be cleaned with bleach. We basically used the bathroom to shower and placed towels on the bed to rest for an hour before leaving. We decided to drive the 3 hours back home rather than stay in the room. Couldn't help but wonder if anyone checks over the cleaning staff. It was just gross.

Disgusting ...The room was stinky and dirty.
Nothing was working in the room (TV, electric outlets, lights and front door did not close or open . Toilet was dirty ( poop all over ) Tub and sink scratched and dirty .
We couldn't breathe in there (smoke ). We left without being refunded .
I can't believe this hotel is USA . I thought I was in a third world country ..

Very Run Down Place!

Pretty bad—ww had a confirmed reservation & had also requested a ground floor unit if possible (I had 7+ vein surgeries this past yr & stairs are somewhat difficult, of course! The Mgr told us several times that he didn’t know when our rooms would be ready, nor where they were located. Only 1 housekeeper had shown up that evacuation day due to Hurricane Milton. One of my sisters volunteered to help the housekeeper, Carolyn❤️, to help get our rooms ready—we had been waiting for over 4 hrs by that time!! PS our rooms were on the 2nd floor!!
The toilets belong in a kindergarten bathroom. The tv remote didn’t work, There was a desk, no chair, no tissue, the bathtub had a peeling bottom that hurt 2 step on, etc. Very frequently, the office door was locked & the 2 people running the place could be gone 15-20!

This was only hotel available to escape hurricane with any rooms and that would accept my dogs.Office staff was friendly. However the rooms were dirty and outdated. Bed was broken. Mold in shower. Dirty towels left in nightstand and food left in microwave. Breakfast was brown bag with muffin and fruit. Storm passed and head home a day early and no refund given for the last night I booked. Again would stay there only in emergency not for a fun vacation. Saw people working on rooms so hopefully property gets cleaned up and fully staffed

Room needs to be better described

The room was not as viewed from the photo. The Beds were hard, the pillows were small and useless. I found Bugs in the room. The Beds had the wrong size mattresses on them so the frame stuck out on the sides so you hit your leg on it when getting in and out of bed. The handle on the toilet was broken so it was hard to flush. The coffee maker did not work.

Needed a place to stay after a long day of travel and a football game so hotels were booked or very expensive. After reading reviews I brought all my linens, pillows and towels and thank God I did! I knew it wouldn’t be great but I never expected it to be this bad. There were holes in the wall, plaster chipping off the wall, toilet was very dirty, it smelled odd and there were some bugs. Only pluses were the cold AC and the good water pressure. If you like camping you might be okay with this hotel. It was rough!

The picture they show you on Expedia and the room they gave us were completely different. This is not a property you even want to take a chance with. Dirty curtains, dirty inner pillows, smoke filled room(we ordered a non smoking). It needs to be shut down and renovated. Do not book here! Pay more and avoid this place. Both checkout and check in people were very pleasant, they even offered a nice breakfast baggy that we shared with a needy person we encountered in the community. Nevertheless, the room was a disgrace. Should not be on Expedia.

Very low end hotel of course for the price that was expected but I needed something quick. Showed up, doors locked. Knocked on the glass, nothing. Peeked inside a room I saw with the door open, nobody there. Went to the hotel behind it, same owners come to find out, the lady came and called them for me, so I went back over to check in. They were there this time. Check in was smooth, very polite, he apologized for my experience. Needs major attention and upgrades.

There were marijuana roaches all over the room, floors unswept, burn holes in the blankets and sheets, toilet not clean, shower had hair in it, trash left on the counter, MOLD in the window sill, and you guessed it! No refund for the 10 minutes I spent in the room. Past 61 days since, I’ve called numerous times and gotten no answer and had the 3rd party try to contact the property a couple times, again all to no avail.

I booked this hotel on a whim because we needed somewhere to turn into for the night in our way to Ft. Lauderdale. If all you need is somewhere to turn in so you can sleep for the night then this place will do in a pinch. It’s clearly seen better days though. The mattresses were old & the sheets are threadbare. The toilet needed attention & there was a dead bug stuck to the wall by the mirror. But it got the job done and we made it to our destination safely.

The staff member that checked me in was very nice, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. On the other hand, bathroom tub and toilet seat was dirty, after every flush was overflowing where I had to use a plunger every time, shower curtain was moldy and towels were was dirty as well so I used my own. And upon checkout, the property manager, not so much. I feel as though as he needs to become more informed of promotions associated with bookings before ensuing confrontation and also work on his people skills.

I dont understand how they dont get shutdown by health inspector. It was just an overnight stop due to long traveling.
