We booked three rooms for a concert weekend and unfortunately did not end up staying at this property. Upon entering the rooms, we found bugs present, strong smoke odors, stained bedding, and overall unsanitary conditions, including hair left in one of the sinks. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys, and informed staff that we would not be staying overnight.

The most frustrating part of the experience was the difficulty resolving the refund afterward. Expedia ultimately assisted us, but the process was much more stressful than it should have been.

I understand this is a budget motel and was not expecting luxury accommodations, but I did expect basic cleanliness and a usable room.

This is the worst property ever the photos are not correct. The property is run down dirty and disgusting. There is men living on property that are loitering all over drinking and hang outside of there room. The rooms are dirty and disgusting bug infested. We requested a refund! The property does not appear safe at all.

just had to be the dirtiest hotel from the very beginning I could see it was nasty look like a lot of drug addicts and derelicts around the property. couldn't even get in the door with the key they gave me had to fight with it to get it open paint falling off everywhere walls were dirty inside the room was dirty hardly anyone there made me go all the way to the back of the hotel plainly stated very bad experience will never stay there again and suggest that you don't don't usually write reviews like this I've never had the need to but I feel it is my obligation to say something.

The motel outside the rooms is really old and needs renovation. Staff is very kind . The rooms are partially Renewed but we found an internal door broken and a the covers of the beds were dirty. The bed sheets were clean, but the external cover and the middle cover were old and dirty . We had to check out and unfortunately we lost one night that was paid at check in . When we check out they refund us the second night but they could not refund us the first night even if the issue was that the beds covers were dirty and the room had the bathroom door broken . If they would renew the place and update it it may be livable .

I booked this hotel as my time off was approved at the last minute and there wasn't much inventory left in the area as all the accommodations double their rates during the university's graduation and most were sold out. I wasn't ecprecting much due to the pricing and it was a motel 6. I can handle outdated decor etc but at least if the room was clean it would have been more tolerable. The I got room was suppose to be non smoking and it reaked of cigarette smoke. There were holes in the bedding. The floors were dirty. The a/c looked like it was kicked from the outside and it barely cooled the room. I was booked for two nights but I left early after graduation was over. Expedia needs to take this property off its website and the corporation that owns this chain needs to step in and either renovate this hotel or close it down.

The property has not been maintained in a long time; a few hallway lights out, floor was filthy, our bathroom door didn’t close, a few broken windows, in desperate need of cleaning and painting, the air conditioning worked great, the tv did as well. The staff was courteous and respectful… reserved and paid for two nights, but left after the first one.

The entrance and lobby were sparse, dirty, and in need of repairs. The walkways were littered, paint was peeling, and one lower window had what looked like a possible bullet hole. When we arrived at our room it smelled like weed, the bathtub was filty, and there was dark mold covering the insides of the adjoining doors. We did not stay at this motel.

Ok for one night and amt paid. Seemed understaffed: one person at desk to handle checkins and incoming phone calls. Dogs allowed but no planned areas for their bathroom needs. Only allowed to walk in back of building where all the spots are already filled with junk and other animal waste, no dog waste receptacles onsite and nobody seems to pick up their dog waste. Area in general a little run down looking and neighboring gas station with overflowing dumpsters, junk piled up. Room itself was fairly clean and there was an attempt to update the inside of the room, though overall is below average/feels like a bandaid on an old building. Bed was ok for one night, no stains seemed clean. Wall AC unit not very cold for being set to 71. We needed a place to lay our heads for one night after graduation with very few options available to us with a dog. It was ok for that but would look elsewhere for any longer of a stay.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Run down to say the absolute least, there has been ZERO cares given on this property and the owners should be absolutely ashamed for even charging the 70 bucks a night. My nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes, and it was dirty! There was dry poop in the toilet bowl, there was hairballs in the tub drain, the tub itself was just dirty, walking the hall back to my car the smell of marijuana was strong. My husband walked back to the front and spoke to the receptionist and thankfully we got our money back, because there was NO WAY IN HELL we were going to stay there. Also, the photos they have listed are not accurate and the pool looked greenish. Just overall so disappointed.

The room was dirty there was bed bugs and the room we stayed in was at the back of the motel which a group of guys possibly 4 to a room on bunk beds living there permanently two old school buses with a couple of guys living in them as well partying outside our room till 330/400 am Friday night and Saturday night but gave a break on Sunday only partying to 1 am
The room smelt like a dog had been living in there no phone no microwave broken towel rack no servicing of the room 1 pillow each when asked for two more only got one this is the worst stay I have had since travel , on there web site say laundry and restaurant didn’t have ether ,

Basic room. Refrigerator, no microwave or coffee pot. Tub was in rough shape, but shower worked. Pool area was nice, but was too cold to use. Large area to walk pets. Lots of rooms, but took 3 tries to find a room that my key would work on. Was a little frustrating after a long day of driving to have to return to the front desk 2 times and then be placed in a room that made me walk a distance multiple times to bring in my belongings. 😬

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Without uttering a single word, I was received in an absolutely rude and inappropriate manner by a front-desk attendant who was entirely unprepared and unqualified for the position he holds.
Extremely arrogant, impolite, and intimidating.
Visibly unhinged, he provided a perfect lesson on how **not** to treat a guest and how to actively contribute to the failure of a business.

As a suggestion to Motel 6: reassess the qualifications of your staff.
I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful . The only thing I couldn't understand is why they didn't have any shampoo , they only give you a couple bars of soap. I think they should have 4 pillows instead of 2 , but I'm probably sounding like a spoiled brat ! They should have microwaves in the rooms . The coffee in the main office is very delicious . The motel is very quiet and our room was spacious and clean. It’s also close to many businesses, restaurants, grocery stores and the Oaks Mall. I was actually very impressed because the motel 6s in Grand Rapids, MI, where I am from, are complete dumps. This one is not which very much surprised me. They even have a CLEAN pool. They are right next to the Marriott so that might raise their bar lol, but I was impressed with it for such an inexpensive stay. Ty!

Under MAJOR renovation. A solo female traveler, I felt unsafe. Reserved accessible room, none available. Given upgrade, but distance from parking spot to room was a walk, but certainly easier than climbing the stairs. Bedroom was clean, bed comfortable, but facilities definitely very outdated. Went to use the pool, closed/locked down. Receptionist was friendly. Overpriced for what I received. I should be offered a refund.

This property was extremely dirty, not cleaned in quite some time. The bedding and towels were clean, otherwise the floors were sticky, mold was on the walls, and it was an unpleasant stay. No one came to take care of trash or replenish towels during our stay, even though we were told they would by the receptionist. I strongly encourage others to avoid this property.

We had a total of five rooms. 4 out of 5 rooms were filthy!!! I walked barefooted on the floor for 5 minutes. I went to put socks and shoes on and the bottom of my feet were black!! Some of the other rooms had dirty showers and mold growing on the walls under the sink. We will never stay there again and I highly recommend no one else stay there either!!!!!

This was no where close to an $100 hotel. Our room was dirty the bath tub has water under it. It felt like you were a waterbed when in it. The pillow was super thin. Aa well as the blanket. No hairdryer and no shampoo or conditioner. It had only 1 outlet that was behind the bedside table which I had to unplug a light in order to use for my phone charger. There was no plug for you to use a computer for work while there also. Stay away is my best advise. Look so.ewherw else!

I had a very disappointing experience at Motel 6 in Kissimmee, Orlando. The room was dirty and clearly not well-maintained. To make matters worse, there was no customer service to speak of — the front desk staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to know whether anyone was supposed to be in my room. I also had a disturbing experience with people following me and attempting to enter my room, which made me feel extremely unsafe. The payment method seemed suspicious and didn’t instill any confidence in the security of my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this motel to anyone, and I will not be returning.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! TV didn’t work, NO electric outlet at beds, so NO lights or ability to plug in my CPAP machine! Went to Deak, asked to change room. He said no outlets at bed in any room AND there were no rooms available - although your site said 7 available… Asked for extension cord, was told didn’t have one. As they had a cancellation policy until 6pm, said u wanted to cancel. He SAID he canceled us, but said couldn’t give me a receipt showing that. As you’re sending me survey, assuming he didn’t cancel. I’ll be calling you tomorrow.

This is an old motel property that has been \"remodeled\" but is a bare bones motel. There was no attention to detail in the re-model project. Baseboards were still old and dirty or worn. Inexpensive for football weekend and that's why we stayed there. It was our second time staying here. We much prefer Hilton properties but they were either booked up or WAY too expensive. The staff was friendly and we saw no bugs, just a well worn property.

This was the worst motel stay I’ve ever had. Customer service was rude. The cleanliness of the whole room from the outside, in was filthy. The present of the room was awful. Spider-webs in the window, doors and so forth. The bedspread was something dusty and dirty. Walls gave uninviting and Run Immediately. Bathroom rust on walls, dirty wash cloth left on shower rod from previous customer I guess. The worst about this outside the filth was that- this was the second room I was moved to. The first one had a broken toilet.

Trash in the parking lot. There were sheriff officers parked outside and removing someone when we arrived. It smelled like urine. It was filthy inside and out. Definitely had some questionable activity. The room was gross. Stained walls and bedding and it smelled horrible. I was raised poor and been in some bad conditions but this was awful. Truly. I was legitimately scared to lay in the bed and to sleep. The woman who checked me in was not friendly and basically non verbal but it was 2am she was older and probably exhausted and over it. However, the woman who checked me out and who I spoke to over the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. Staff 👍 place 👎

Sh!t hole is probably an understatement. Not sure what was the worst part……the smell of urine in the stairwell, the multiple burn holes in the comforter, the cigarette burns on the tub.
Checked the corners of the mattress and found nothing….whew!
Had it not been for the hurricane, we would have never stayed there. Grateful for the service and hospitality. But your property is bad!

We stayed four days to evacuate from the Hurricane. When we first arrived, the rooms were dirty, and the bathtub had something that looked like dried blood in it. On top of that the tub had burn marks lined up on the side of it, and when we asked for someone to clean it, we were asked \"Were we sure it wasn't from any of us?\" We had no choice, but to stay, because all other places were full with evacuees, and we had a Cat 4 hurricane barreling in on us. Not once did they come to clean or change trash, with the only exception of a man who said \"No English\" when we tried to talk to him, no issue with him, he was nice, but we just couldn't understand each other, came in with a plunger to fix our \"not broken\" toilet. He did have some cleaner in his hand, but never used it, so we took it and cleaned it ourselves. The bedsheets and pillowcases had blood spots on them, and looked like they never were changed, thank goodness we had some of our own with us, and when we went to the office for extra towels, they were dirty looking, and stained. It was miserable, and disgusting. The only good thing I can say is that the front desk clerk was very nice, and friendly. That is all.....

When we arrived we went to the room assigned to us, and there was someone already in that room. Needless to say, that was quite awkward. When we got another room, the toilet was leaking. Other than that, everything was ok. My son left his apple air pods in the room when we checked out. They did locate them and they worked with us to get them back. So very appreciative of that!
