The room had 3 roaches in it the front desk worker killed one but one was in the bathroom and another came out the air conditioner.The phones didn't work in both rooms so i had to keep walking to the office. A worker knocked on my door at 10:00am and asked me if i was checking out today and to remind us that check out time is in 1 hour the parking lot in front of the building was closed so everyone had to park in the back. They renovating the hotel right so be careful with the reviews people is not be honest. But i pray the hotel is better in the future of everyone else stay but i will be going back

The key card didn't work twice even after going to lobby to have it fixed. Guess the third time was the charm. The hallways and staircase to the second floor was very dirty. I recommend wearing your shoes at all times. The soda machine was only credit card and would not dispense a drink even after charging your card. The room did have clean sheets on it and clean bath towels however there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The thermostat on the wall did not work but the window unit was working it was incredibly loud though. I guess if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night it would do.

This hotel needs a lot of work inside. You can see inside the room from the hallway because the framing was not installed properly. The bedding was very old and bed had no mattress pad under the thinning sheets. Mattress was uncomfortable and stained Only two towels for two people, one cup for water, toilet ran all night. Tv remote only turned tv on or off. Kitchen had no coffee maker (nothing in cupboards at all actually). Zero hospitality. I would stay it was only a place to lay your head and sleep but the dirtiness of the bed kept that from even being possible. It’s the little things that go a long way This one sadly deserves a zero.

Because it was cold, I wanted the heat on, it did not work. I asked for an additional blanket and all the extras were already handed out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I noticed baby cockaroches and killed it. Upon departure, I notified front desk and she wrote down my complaints. Also, the bathtub handle would not lift to get the sprayer working. I finally got about half of it to spray out, so good enough. There was no hair dryer and only a shampoo and a small soap. There was not any coffee pot with complimentary coffee either.

This is the first time I ever stay in a hotel, that doesn’t have basic comfort—just to stay in a hotel. The property didn’t offer any amenities besides having unusable kitchens in the rooms. The microwaves were dirty, the door latch was broken, there were roaches crawling in the room like they double booked us and them at the same time, the housekeeping came way before check out and kept harassing us out of the room as we were trying to shower. The tub had limestone build up around the drain. The refrigerator was rusted and unappealing on the outside part. The best parts about this hotel is the friendly lady that was upfront that checked us in super fast and leaving without roaches getting in our stuff.

Smelled like mold, everything was rusted and outdated, bathroom was dirty, no blankets available, the AC fan would make loud noises during the night, oh and if you have someone upstairs forget it! My husband and I arrived to find that this establishment is nothing but itinerant housing. Homeless lounged outside and women walked the halls in open bathrobes. This is not the stay we intended for a seldom trip out of town. We checked out and did not stay and demand our credit card be reimbursed—which Expedia gave us the option to pay upon arrival only to find our credit card we used to hold the reservation was charged. Unacceptable and for the safety of your customers, You should remove this place from your list of hotels.

My stay was absolutely horrible. We had to be moved three times on the very first night. The A/C and heater in the first room didn’t work, and with temperatures dropping to 37°F, it was unbearable. In the second room, the stove caught a mini fire as soon as I attempted to use it. The third room had a broken TV, and I had two children under 13 with me.
The final room was better, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable with no padding, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, we woke up to two roaches in our bathroom. In just one night and day, we experienced all of this with no offer of a rate reduction. We were told if we left, we wouldn’t get a refund, so we were stuck in a terrible situation.
One staff member even informed us that a room down the hall was infested after we complained about the roaches. Additionally, two out of three dresser drawers were completely broken, making it impossible to even unpack.
This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

This property is managed by amateurs. No one at the \"desk\" for over 30 minutes, then she had no idea if she had my room. Already paid through Expedia. Room - no phone connected to a phone line, had to go back down stairs for everything, including the wifi code. The next morning = no towels, declined to get dressed and go down stains to obtain towels that should have been in room. Room stripped of everything that could be stollen, (I'm guessing) - as there wasn't even a cup to heat water in microwave. 4th class operation - should be listed as 4th Class or lower...

The property had a smell of weed when you entered the \"lobby\". Our room smelt even worse than that. The window to our room was open when we arrived, the fridge and stovetop were very dated and had scratches and rust. An hour after we checked in, an employee entered our room with her own key, without knocking. The internet is very spotty. The trashcans outside the building were overflowing, and usually there were people sitting near them that were participating in illegal activity. Nothing on the inside or outside looked liked the images posted online for the reservation.
