This place is a joke. I travel frequently and have never experienced anything like this before. To even get into the room, we had to pass through a small locked entry area, which was already unsettling. It’s not really a lobby, if there are more than six people, the rest have to wait outside because there isn’t enough space for everyone inside.
The room itself smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that I specifically booked a non-smoking room because my mom has asthma. The odor was so overwhelming that we couldn’t stay, I ended up leaving just 10 minutes after checking in. Based on the photos on Expedia, I expected this to be a great place, but unfortunately, it only looked good in pictures. My actual experience was completely disappointing. This felt like false advertising. I have receipts from this hotel showing both the check-in time and when I left.

The room had 3 roaches in it the front desk worker killed one but one was in the bathroom and another came out the air conditioner.The phones didn't work in both rooms so i had to keep walking to the office. A worker knocked on my door at 10:00am and asked me if i was checking out today and to remind us that check out time is in 1 hour the parking lot in front of the building was closed so everyone had to park in the back. They renovating the hotel right so be careful with the reviews people is not be honest. But i pray the hotel is better in the future of everyone else stay but i will be going back

The key card didn't work twice even after going to lobby to have it fixed. Guess the third time was the charm. The hallways and staircase to the second floor was very dirty. I recommend wearing your shoes at all times. The soda machine was only credit card and would not dispense a drink even after charging your card. The room did have clean sheets on it and clean bath towels however there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The thermostat on the wall did not work but the window unit was working it was incredibly loud though. I guess if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night it would do.

This hotel needs a lot of work inside. You can see inside the room from the hallway because the framing was not installed properly. The bedding was very old and bed had no mattress pad under the thinning sheets. Mattress was uncomfortable and stained Only two towels for two people, one cup for water, toilet ran all night. Tv remote only turned tv on or off. Kitchen had no coffee maker (nothing in cupboards at all actually). Zero hospitality. I would stay it was only a place to lay your head and sleep but the dirtiness of the bed kept that from even being possible. It’s the little things that go a long way This one sadly deserves a zero.

Because it was cold, I wanted the heat on, it did not work. I asked for an additional blanket and all the extras were already handed out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I noticed baby cockaroches and killed it. Upon departure, I notified front desk and she wrote down my complaints. Also, the bathtub handle would not lift to get the sprayer working. I finally got about half of it to spray out, so good enough. There was no hair dryer and only a shampoo and a small soap. There was not any coffee pot with complimentary coffee either.

Floor was sticky, cannot walk bare foot. No hair dryer. Basic logistic was missing. It’s too cold , not enough blanket. This is the first time I ever stay in a hotel, that doesn’t have basic comfort—just to stay in a hotel. No need to luxury comfort or luxury item, basic item has to be there just to stay at the facility .Management mange the hotel very poorly.

The property didn’t offer any amenities besides having unusable kitchens in the rooms. The microwaves were dirty, the door latch was broken, there were roaches crawling in the room like they double booked us and them at the same time, the housekeeping came way before check out and kept harassing us out of the room as we were trying to shower. The tub had limestone build up around the drain. The refrigerator was rusted and unappealing on the outside part. The best parts about this hotel is the friendly lady that was upfront that checked us in super fast and leaving without roaches getting in our stuff.

Smelled like mold, everything was rusted and outdated, bathroom was dirty, no blankets available, the AC fan would make loud noises during the night, oh and if you have someone upstairs forget it! We checked out a day early and they kept our money anyway. It was worth every penny to sleep soundly in a clean hotel that didn’t smell like dogs/weed/cigarettes.
Our bed has a plastic mattress protector that was ripped and the condition of the mattress was disgusting. Definitely urine stains.
We checked out a day early and they kept our money anyway. It was worth every penny to sleep soundly in a clean hotel that didn’t smell like dogs/weed/cigarettes.
Our bed has a plastic mattress protector that was ripped and the condition of the mattress was disgusting. Definitely urine stains.

This was a horrible stay that lasted 2 hours until I found another hotel to stay in. The inside of the room was dirty and not what the pictures on the website displayed.. There was two roaches in the bathroom. The positive reviews must be from the owner

My husband and I arrived to find that this establishment is nothing but itinerant housing. Homeless lounged outside and women walked the halls in open bathrobes. This is not the stay we intended for a seldom trip out of town. We checked out and did not stay and demand our credit card be reimbursed—which Expedia gave us the option to pay upon arrival only to find our credit card we used to hold the reservation was charged. Unacceptable and for the safety of your customers, You should remove this place from your list of hotels.

The refrigerator was covered in rust. A door was missing on the cabinets. The towel I started to dry off with after my shower had something black on it. Looked like mold. The walls were dirty. They need painting. No trash can in the room. At least the bed and floors were clean.

The idea of this type of property is great. But it took 5 days to correct a problem in the bathroom of room 228. Other than that I would visit again, but not in room 228.
