The room was small..the tv was a post stamp size..Could hardly see the guide,it was a 36 inch..My room was near the 95 thruway..couldn't sleep with all the truck and automobile noise...all night long..trucks honking horns..IThe pillows were cheap and lumpy..The free breakfast was skimpy..and unappealing..I will never stay at this Comfort inn ..
Annetta L
We had a wonderful time. The room were very clean the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They make sure that you were comfortable . I asked for extra bed it was there in a timely manner,I asked for a huge favor to use the dining room tables to have lunch with friends it was granted The breakfast was delicious. Parking was available and safe.we could have not been more happier staying at the comfort suite I would recommend it to anyone 100% thanks for having us.
Cordell
Clean and great staff.
Pankaj
Was clean and well maintained
Derek
Very basic hotel. The room had just a little bit of an off smell but was terrible . Hotel
just “felt” a little old. We only stayed for a night and were quickly in and out so it was sufficient. If it were a multi-day stay we might have had to swap.

Good clean room and service
Adrienne
Great place! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! They have fresh coffee/tea 24/7. They also have free cookies and popcorn throughout the day. The breakfast was very good, they had biscuits and gravy, eggs, Sausage, waffles, potatoes, grits etc etc. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. Walmart, target, sams club etc are very close by along with tons of restaurants. We had no issues at all and will definitely be staying here again
Gary
Beds were clean and comfy. Staff were friendly. Safe area. Would stay again!

Awesome
Paggie
Mike at the front desk was very helpful and polite.
Michael L
The room was clean, quiet even though near the interstate, staff was helpful, breakfast was good, highly recommended.
Kevin
The hotel looks dirty from the outside. We got checked in fine. The hallways smelled like weed or lemon scent or maybe a mixture. The pool was closed for maintenance. They touted a breakfast buffet, it was a waffle machine, 2 small crockpots of grits, and a tray of biscuits and eggs. It was fine for $87 but I’d spend a little extra to not have to worry if the sheets are clean.
Elias
All was okay, except that they missed to provide the housekeeping when required. However, day before the maid at the hall kindly provided us towels.
Jered
It was ok overall. Property isn’t in the best shape. Front desk person mumbled heavy and wouldn’t look at me so hard to hear
Patrick

Hugh
A bit worn overall the lobby has some coffee and popcorn and lemon water which is nice , it’s a place to sleep , TV doesn’t work , bathrooms are clean but in poor condition
Deborah
Room was clean, rugs not so much in the hallways and bedroom. Bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows felt lumpy. TV needs updating. Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but was not replenished daily. Parking was good.
Jason
Nice very well maintained and clean. The staff though are the best part. Have to tip my hat to the whole crew. Excellent customer service!
Nancy
We reserved a room with a king size bed, handicap accessible. Room was on the 4th floor, but there was an elevator. Room had two queen size beds, standard bathroom. Not sure what part of that was handicap accessible. I need a walk-in shower and we prefer a king size bed.
brenda
Room is comfortable, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, the bathroom needs cleaning on corners and baseboards. Plenty towels, pool and gym are great.
Rose
Breakfast was very good, much better than most of the standard hotel fare. The had scrambled eggs, sausage links, diced, seasoned potatoes, grits, homemade biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, bagels, pastries, yogurt, etc. Very safe area, very clean room and hotel, easy parking, staff was great.
Carmen
Rooms were very muggy.
Exercise room had a treadmill that looked like a toy - miniature in size.
Breakfast options very limited

Convenient for what I needed to be close to hospital.
Karma
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was HUGE. Bed was comfy. The pool was nice! There was popcorn, cookies, coffee, and fruit water in the lobby every day. Breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. No complaints at all!
Bonnie
Nice place to stay. Bed was comfortable so slept well. Staff was the best! Breakfast was good also..
ZIPPORAH
Never ever eat or sleep here very unsanitary.
Mohammed
Was ok
Eduardo
Room was filthy, reeking of concentrated, old dampness. One of the “Suites” had a hot tub by the living room which you can tell it’s been out of order forever, even the sign theat said so looked old. The carpet was disgusting—it was repulsive to walk on. Both suites were as dirty.
JUAN
Very Good staff service!
Karen
I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one did not meet the usual standard. I’m accustomed to affordability but with a maintained m, modern feel in a Comfort but this one seemed a bit run down (especially the bathroom). The staff were helpful however and the location is convenient but I don’t think I’ll stay at this particular Comfort Inn again.
Trenara
Rooms could use some updating. Tub was rusty and room had a damp smell.
Bethany
Short stay. Nice to have popcorn and cookies. Comfortable bed.
Maria
Amazing stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.Best price during most busy week at Gainesville.

Marvin
Breakfast was awesome, staff friendly, helpful and courteous, room was clean and just right for my needs
Tommie
The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast. There was a strange odor coming from the drains in the bathroom.
Michael
Price was good

This hotel is run-down and poorly managed. There was popcorn scattered on the floor, and the elevator was as filthy as a New York City subway car. The bed creaked incessantly, and the showerhead was disgusting, covered in mold and limescale. To make matters worse, the water smelled, and the room hadn't been cleaned at all. The loud rattling of the AC and the dehumidifier kept me awake all night. It was impossible to sleep. I am beyond disappointed.
Chris
The main issue was the internet accessibility was awful. There was also one elevator and I had a blood stain on my mattress. Staff was very nice but this hotel needs issues to be addressed.
Jasmine
Loved the room ,just hated how there was a stain in our bathroom tub that was not able to be wiped cleaned
Pete
Clean and close to everything.
Daniel
Staff were super friendly and personable but the hotel was overparked, poorly lit, and the hallways and room smelled awful. Breakfast food was 'free' but very low quality except for the waffle iron setup which you can't really mess up. The toilet seat was loose. Overall couldn't recommend.
Christina
Clean and staff was amazing the breakfast was perfect
Esther
The staff was great front desk Divina was super nice and friendly.... Now when it comes to my room 😬😬 not so great. I stayed in a pet's room that was infested with FLEAS!!!!! had to go to the nearest store and get fleas spray, blankets and pillow cases... I barely got any rest just thinking about the fleas crawling everywhere, my daughter woke up with fleas bites all over 😫 and yes I brought it up to the staff attention, she apologize and told me unfortunately they did not have any more pet's room available and offered me to wave the pet's fee of $16 and honestly I had no choice I was exhausted from the road and and so were my daughter and my 10 month old puppy 😫
Laura Susana Carmona
The staff was great and helped me with a booking issue I had. The breakfast was very very good. I loved it there.
Ronald
This is an older hotel that is showing it's age. It's clean and the staff is very good and helpful. It's in a good area.
Deborah
Had a problem with guest in room 101 checked in with a dog that constantly barked all night. We were in king deluxe room and was moved. To a room with 2 queen bed that was very uncomfortable. I will be doing a claim for a refund. There were also 6 complaints about this dog situation.
Cena
Fine
martin
breakfastt was fine and safety was fine.
Kristina
Breakfast was small but sufficient. Room was cold, bed was comfortable. Would stay again.
Ereka
Just your basic hotel. Nothing fancy, it wasn’t the cleanest but you get what you pay for in this area. Beds aren’t very comfortable & you can tell the facilities are very outdated. Still has carpet in all the rooms which seems to hold all the weird smells that linger. Staff was super friendly.
Rose
The breakfast is great! The staff was excellent and exhibited excellent customer service. The room was clean and smelled good. Parking was suitable.
Donald
Clean, comfy and staff were great! Would stay again!
Marcia
Plenty of covered parking. Nice pool area. Convenient to shopping and dinning.
Rosalie
The staff was very helpful and really nice. Property was clean and well kept
Miyuki
They have extra towels. Lack of amenities. (No body soap) No towel hook. The room has weird smell.

Bruce and his crew are the best! Book now without hesitation!! Will stay here when in Gville!

Rachel
Not the cleanest place. Property is old and needs updating.
arturo
The staff are incredibly friendly & helpful.
Janice
Hotel is conveniently located to shopping and points of interest in Gainesville. Location is quiet. It is an older facility with few amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nancy
Very convenient Off I-75 and Gainesville. Well kept, very comfortable beds and room amenities. Friendly staff. Only downfall was terrible internet- had to use my cellular data only. Breakfast very basic- no fruit. Overall very peasant stay.

Our room was damp and had moisture issues. Never before have we seen a hotel room with a DampRid bucket in it (and the bucket was full of water). The sheets and covers are way too old and need to be updated with new ones, rusty hardware in the bathroom needs to be replaced.
Charles
Great service clean close to campus
Spencer
Rooms where really nice and the staff was too
Andrew
It’s a nice looking place for the price point. It’s in a good area with plenty of nearby food options and shopping. The staff was friendly.
The king bed was of such low quality that it made all of those things almost irrelevant.

Horrible check in, dirty and moldy room and fire alarm that had an electrical short and woke us from 12:30am-1:45am
Yakov
The stuff was very nice and welcoming and the hotel was clean
Jordan
The room was nice , but the only thing is the living area was hot

Barbara checked me in .She was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable.
Marcia
The room while basic was comfortable and very clean. Just what we needed. We had a small glitch in extending our stay by one day but Barbara went above and beyond to fix the situation. She is one in a million and I can't thank her enough for her help.
Paul
Everyone was very helpful and cordial

Room was good. Breakfast was horrible! Go elsewhere for breakfast!
William
The back door electric lock has been broken for 3 weeks and didn't lock. According to the front desk clerk, the owners were too cost cutting to replace it which creates a security risk. Otherwise a nice clean place to stay.
Diane
Clean room, quiet, nice breakfast
Doreen
Overall good stay!
Rose
Yes very nice excellent
Rachel
The kitchen staff looked after my grandson's every need. Friendly and accommodating.
Byron
Wi-Fi service was free but not friendly. We often had to sign in repeatedly during the day. I once had to go to the lobby to sign in. This is not up to normal Comfort Inn standards!
