I found the property to be a little dirty in the common areas. The outside seating area wasn’t maintained very well for a Saturday night check in. The outdoor string lights were off and didn’t look like picture from listing site. The room had a nice and comfortable bed and I found the staff helpful at check in. Ice machine didn’t work and the mini fridge in the room hardly kept my bottle water cold.
If I had another choice I’d stay elsewhere.

Surprisingly nice lobby and the desk people were among the world's best; seriously real, nice, friendly. My biggest objes=ction was the outside lack of care to cracking curbs and things that seniors like me and my wife might trip over; in serious need of re-doing. But I would certainly stay there again as a pit-stop on my way to points south.
Why the F do they have to keep $100 for extended period of time? Sleezy.

The luggage cart had a flat tire it barely rolled with three tires, I mentioned it to the front desk but no apologies, answer: \"use another one\".
It takes an unusual time to get hot water in the bathroom, all the items in the room were unplugged (tv, fridge, coffee maker) I had to crawl to plug the tv into an outlet that was hard to get to.
In the morning the coffee pot at the front desk was empty.
The elevator had a terrible smell.
The room decor is tacky with a picture placed behind a lamp and randomly placed in the walls.
Overall, for the money charged it was not a pleasant experience. I will not return.

As a mom traveling with a toddler… it was my worst nightmare getting into bed at midnight after a long drive only to find out that both beds were infested with bed bugs. I found this out after I put my son to bed. I had to wake my son up at midnight, book another hotel and had to pack up our belongings right away. The staff was very understanding and apologetic offering me another accommodation but after the amount that I saw…I had to leave.

The rooms were amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also incredible—very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The location is a major plus, as the hotel is surrounded by everything you need, making it very convenient.

Don’t be fooled by the photo in the description. The very tiny pool is basically sitting in the parking lot. The front desk didn’t know whether the workout room was still under renovations or not, and literally had to walk me to the area to find out. The bathroom shower tile was dirty and rusty along the entire bottom 12 inches. Our room which was described as simply a king size standard room, had a cement wall as the only view out the window. When I called the front desk, she described it as a “obstructed view“ lol – it was zero view at all to the point that the room was so dark we had to have all the lights on. No sunlight coming in because a cement wall blocked the entire thing. What a disappointing experience.

Parking was crowded but finding a spot wasn’t awful. Pool was closed, not sure why, but we suspected it was because of the number of people there and they didn’t want to deal with it. Libby bar area had one person serving, even with 40-50 patrons. Even if 5 doors down from elevator, you hear the ding all night long. I’d say a great location, 5 stars, but the overall price-point is not worth it in my opinion; however, lower level hotel nearby aren’t much better.

The stay was good, but the toilet flush system seemed delayed, making it appear as though it would overflow, and then flush 5 seconds later. Additionally, the narrow walk-in shower made it difficult to bathe our infant with our portable tub. It would be better if a tub shower was an option. The staff was willing to have a plumber check the toilet, but these should be checked weekly or at least monthly. It was an okay stay, but challenging with an infant.

This hotel is one of the older style hotel that I have visited lately. I think they need a renovation. The lobby seems to be okay, but when I walked into the room I felt like it’s back in the 90’s.
