Madeline at the front desk was a sweetheart. The others, not helpful or friendly. The hotel is right next door to an old hotel housing brother work-release men or migrant workers. We never once felt safe coming or going, particularly after dark. I would not recommend this location, not to Marriott standards.

We loved that our room had a kitchen suite including pots, pans, dishware and utensils. Love to cook! The dishwasher was the icing on the cake. Room was clean and the ac worked well - especially since it was 97 degrees outside! See you in a few weeks.

This hotel was not what we expected. Very busy loud and when we checked in the room
It was late and we were tired and just wanted to get some rest. When we were getting the sofa sleeper open to sleep in the mattress had urine stains on them. We were very upset went down to the desk to try to get a different room and there wasn’t one so we ended up leaving.

Nice breakfast spread. Room was cleaned to specifications. Bed was a little high for an accessable room, but was able to get into and out of it OK. Staff is super nice and friendly. The only downside is there is only one ice maker for the entire hotel, and once it is empty, your out of luck. You can make some ice in the in-room freezer though. Overall, a great choice to stay at.

The check in experience is terrible. The staff was not available when we arrived. The hotel locked the door after certain time,so we waited outside for more than 20 minutes. No one answered the call or door bell in the property although we tried many times. Other guests also waited with us. One guest opened the door for us. After we went in, we also waited very long for the front desk staff to show up. Not sure what the staff arrangement for Marriott in the evening. Definitely need improvement.

The staff was welcoming and nice. The room was clean enough although there was carpeting in the bedroom area which is not hygienic when so many people are brining in 2 dogs.
Our room on 3rd floor had serious noise issues from people walking above us. The hotel apparently has no soundproofing and the foot falls of people above us were crazy loud keeping us awake past midnight.
The bathroom is cramped and door nearly hits
toilet.
The elevator makes chime sounds that are excessively loud and irritating.
Would not stay here again.

We loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was excellent, featuring a roll-in-shower that was perfect for a wheelchair user. The breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was the bathroom door, it did not open fully, which made it very difficult to maneuver a wheelchair and access the rest of the room, as the door partially blocked the way and did not provide enough clearence

The hotel and stay were fine, what I don’t appreciate is a “incidental hold” being put on my credit card that was more than the room cost. At the time of this review, that hold has yet to be reversed, which was 2 days ago.

It was pet friendly i didnt know. A dog across the hall from our room was left alone by its owner. It barked and cried from 7pm till after 10:30 pm. We were there because my husband had surgery 5 minutes from the hotel. The front desk did nothing when I reported the issue. Also the bed was horrible, springs poking through. Carpet was filthy, my feet were black after walking on it after shower. Will never go back!
