We loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was excellent, featuring a roll-in-shower that was perfect for a wheelchair user. The breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was the bathroom door, it did not open fully, which made it very difficult to maneuver a wheelchair and access the rest of the room, as the door partially blocked the way and did not provide enough clearence

The hotel and stay were fine, what I don’t appreciate is a “incidental hold” being put on my credit card that was more than the room cost. At the time of this review, that hold has yet to be reversed, which was 2 days ago.

The room seemed to be less well maintained than rooms at this facility we had previously stayed at. Main overhead light in the main room did not work. Light over the desk are was loose and hanging. The light at the microwave did not work. The shower/tub leaked badly onto the bathroom floor.

It was pet friendly i didnt know. A dog across the hall from our room was left alone by its owner. It barked and cried from 7pm till after 10:30 pm. We were there because my husband had surgery 5 minutes from the hotel. The front desk did nothing when I reported the issue. Also the bed was horrible, springs poking through. Carpet was filthy, my feet were black after walking on it after shower. Will never go back!

It was really busy in the lobby area when we checked in and there was an issue with our reserved room, but the shift lead was able to quickly take care of it. She was so efficient and accommodating. There were some rowdy kids when we arrived but they settled down and we never heard a sound outside our room. Very well insulated rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I think it was the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

When we travel we like to have a room that has plenty of storage areas so we can unpack. This hotel had more than enough! It also had lights over each side of the king bed -- a small perk, perhaps, but for those of us who read in bed at night, a great perk!
