Convenient location for an overnight stop while traveling, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property appears to have been recently renovated, which was a plus.

There were a few issues during our stay, including a stained bed cover, a loose toilet seat, and beds that were not very comfortable. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and outside noise could be heard from the room.

Overall, it worked well as a one-night stop on our trip thanks to its convenient location and helpful staff, but there is room for improvement in comfort, maintenance, and attention to detail.

I had to go get cash for a deposit because their tap to pay did not work and they could not enter my Visa numbers manually. There was no recourse so I had to spend that time but otherwise the room was very nice. It’s just a basic stay hotel. Definitely a good value.

I paid a ton of money to stay at this place during graduation. The positive was that the room was clean. That is a huge plus, but everything else about this place is a negative. The parking lot was shady and the exterior of this hotel is worn down. There were people smoking and talking in the parking lot in the evenings. The soap and shampoo in the hotel are tiny, and there was no tissue box or coffee maker. Bring whatever you need because it is not provided. There is a coffee station by the lobby, but it was not kept up. It was messy and mostly out of coffee. The staff was ok during arrival but not welcoming although we were the only ones there at the time. They were hard to get hold of over the phone and also going up to the desk. It looks like it's family owned and maybe someone was sick or they were shortstaffed. This is the place to go to if everything else is sold out and it's the cheapest thing and you only need a place to put your head down. As mentioned, the room was renovated and clean. But if you're looking for comfort and amenities, this is not your spot.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Fine place to sleep for the night at a cheap price.

Was it fancy? no. Did it have anything beyond the basics? No. Were the walls thin? Absolutely. And it god loud at times. But it was clean and cheap!

I’d only suggest this place if you just needed a nice clean bed to stay in and weren’t actually going to spend any time in the hotel. Bring earplugs.

What I can say this is one place that actually looks like the pictures the hotel has posted. Stayed here because I was tired while traveling on the road and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. This place is very clean and quiet love the new renovation.

The outside of the hotel is very dated but the rooms are completely renovated and still have that paint and new wood smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to parks, nature trails and The Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Stadium)

The manager was extremely helpful with a billing issue. I would stay there again.

The room has been recently renovated, and was remarkably clean. The “window banger” A/C unit was very loud, but otherwise, the interior of the room was excellent.
This is definitely a no frills motel experience, and the exterior of the building still needs work. Parking was convenient, but with relatively small spaces.

The room was recently renovated with new paint and a new shower surround. And when requested, the staff brought a couple of extra pillows and replaced towels.

But there was Taco Bell garbage in one of the dresser drawers, and dead roaches and live spiders under the bed. The A/C unit had an unpleasant smell. The shower curtain had mold and mildew. The bathroom fan did not clear the steam from the shower, but it did pull in the smell of someone cooking eggs in another room.

The outer breezway to the room was not renovated. It did have extremely bright lighting, but smelled of marijuana, and felt sketchy.

I appear to be unable to add a photo using the mobile app, but I think I gave an adequate description.

A dusty gem that could be better.

Property is old but seems to be maintained. Front desk person was friendly.
Room seemed clean but lacked something. Hard to put my finger on it. Bed sheets were old, scratchy and there was no comforter. AC was noisy but worked well. For the money it was worth it.

This was a last resort choice for us as there was truly nothing else available but we would have been better off to just keep driving or rest in our vehicle. It was WAY overpriced. I asked specifically if it was a nonsmoking room and was assured that it was but it reeked of smoke. There was a basic deadbolt but the extra locking mechanism found in every other hotel I've seen was broken off. The floor was also dirty. No elevator so we had to carry sleeping kids up the stairs. No breakfast, people roaming the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Easy overnight stay

It was a great stay; the room had been freshly painted on the inside and had new flooring. The bed was clean and comfy. The quiet room was small but efficient for an overnight or weekend stay. Check-in/out was easy. The banner outside states new management; I think there will likely be outdoor makeovers to match the rooms.
