If just need quick sleep and mildew don’t bother you then it would be fine. I was there for work trip I go up every month and was looking for a spot to use every time. Bed uncomfortable, room was moldy or mildew smell. No one is in office and red phone they to call and someone would come that lives on property did not happen . No one in office to check out with in morning either

We came in town for the Morgan Wallen concert. I understand we were paying a premium price but for $700 and a hotel that says it’s “non-smoking”
it smelled like a dirty ashtray. There were a lot of suspect people hanging around the property. I would not have felt comfortable being a woman alone here.

The room had a funky smell in it.
The floor was dirty because they decided to place rocks surrounding the property that have all gone away through well worn places - so every room comes with dirt - or do as our neighbors did (freq. ext.-stayers) bring a mat to wipe your feet and a broom. Funk smell was from bathroom - it had over flowed recently - swollen bottom of wood bathroom door gave it away.
Only slept in room/took computers with us during the day(jic). You can also hear the TV’s from both rooms on either side. But overall - at the time of yr the price we paid a night, the hot shower was perfect, never used the stove, fridge worked (but was loud at night), A/C worked, bathroom worked - just funky smell. I was with my son visiting my dad in town - my wife would have never stayed here; EVER - to give you a complete perspective.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Extended Stay America in Gainesville. I booked a one-night stay for a king-size room through Expedia, but the stay did not match what I reserved or paid for.

We arrived late at around 11 PM, and instead of a normal check-in process, we had to call someone to come to the office just to get our room keys. Right from the start, it felt inconvenient and unorganized. When I specifically asked the clerk to confirm that we were getting the king-size room I had booked, I was told that this hotel doesn’t even have king rooms at all. That was shocking and frustrating, especially after a long day of travel.

Since it was late and we were exhausted, we accepted a queen room, but it only got worse from there. The room was on the third floor right next to the highway, and the noise was constant. It was so loud that I barely slept the entire night. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable, making it even harder to rest.

The next morning, when we checked out, we explained the situation to the clerk—that we didn’t receive the room we paid for and that we were charged a higher rate than what a queen room should cost. While he did apologize, nothing was done to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience.

Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish. Between the incorrect booking, poor communication, noise, and lack of resolution, I would not recommend staying here.

We only had a quick overnight, but the bureau in our room had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut and affer my shower I discovered there was no hair dryer. There was a plastic lid from the last guest on the bathroom floor. It wasn't a horrible room, but not great either.

It was fine. There was a mix up about my dogs I had with me and I had to get things straightened out which was irritating. I asked for a 1st floor room and I was put on the 2nd, but all in all it was fine. The room was clean (saw a few bugs, but it is Florida). The staff were friendly. The location was safe and conveniently located. I would say they need to be more specific about the lack of kitchen equipment with their Kitchenette. It is bare ya’ll! You have to bring EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything! Silverware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, weirdly they give you ice cube trays, but whatever. Like I said for the money, not a bad place. I would definitely stay again.

No heater. It was cold and the rooms heater didn’t work. A coworker said his wasn’t either. Toilet took multiple tries to fully flush. WiFi was terrible. Room wasn’t clean. Stove wasn’t level, so when you put your pan on it it wasn’t even.

My daughter and I stayed here for week. The floors were so dirty my daughters feet were black after walking bare feet in the room. The toilet had a reddish scum ring and didn’t look like it had been scrubbed for a month. Used dental floss on floor of bathroom. Dirty dirty. I had to use bleach wipes to clean light switches and counters. I actually bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors and purchased blue drop ins for the toilets. A homeless person tried to open our door at 4AM. A prostitute was working the corner and using the hotel. People were in the parking lot smoking marijuana . I told the front desk the room was dirty and asked when they would clean the room. They said they clean the rooms every 14 days.
Do Not Stay here!!!!!!

I want to start this by saying the check in process was good. The ladies working were very kind and welcoming. The room though was absolutely disgusting and it’s more than housekeeping can fix. There were no toiletries in the room. All night long there are multiple dogs barking. Mildew smell and the bathrooms were horrible. There were rips in carpet. It just seems like this hotel isn’t up to par and it’s sad because there is some potential for it to be a nice place.

Yes ..The rooms are not upto standard. I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels earlier but this time found it in very shappy condition. No kitchenette, not a single item, room and toilet is also very very old, floor was bit dirty, overall not upto the mark in any standard yet the charges are 130+, not a value for money at all. I don't think I'll book this again here or anywhere else for the same cost.

We checked in as a family of 4 with one small dog. Property did not feel safe to walk around after dark. No amenities - but that was listed. Room and beds were clean but cabinets were in very poor condition. Only one small bar of soap and 2 small water cups were given. No options for coffee in room or anywhere on the property. No ice available. Luggage cart had flat tires. Front desk woman was friendly and courteous and explained all charges well. Hoping to get my $100 security deposit back as I did not take pictures of the room at check in. Hopefully they were already aware of the “damages” to the cabinets and carpet. We did not encounter any issues during our stay.

Front desk complained I smelled like cigarettes when I came down during my stay to ask a question- they asked if I smoked in the room (I said no was smoking outside far end of parking lot) and warned me I would be banned for life if smoked in room. Girl told me I ‘reeked’! Also dresser and nightstand drawers kept opening by themselves. That is why I went to front desk- showed them video of one of the drawers doing this. Fridge door had many rust spots all over the door and only had ONE plastic drink cup in bathroom. Bed and pillows stunk.

The room itself looked very clean, dust free etc. But we noticed immediately that our feet turned black when walking barefoot on the wood floors. So that says the cleaning crew do not mop or mop often. Woke up in the middle of the night and found a German cockroach running across the bathroom sink. The idea of extended stay is good, but when a microwave is nearly rusted all the way through...it cannot be deemed safe. They really need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. They are old. The door to the garbage cabinet was falling off the henges. The main problem is level of loudness. The doors to rooms slam and the walls shake. People smoke on the outside balcony and the A/C units suck the smoke in. When people above you walk, it's LOUD!
