It was fine. There was a mix up about my dogs I had with me and I had to get things straightened out which was irritating. I asked for a 1st floor room and I was put on the 2nd, but all in all it was fine. The room was clean (saw a few bugs, but it is Florida). The staff were friendly. The location was safe and conveniently located. I would say they need to be more specific about the lack of kitchen equipment with their Kitchenette. It is bare ya’ll! You have to bring EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything! Silverware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, weirdly they give you ice cube trays, but whatever. Like I said for the money, not a bad place. I would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed here for week. The floors were so dirty my daughters feet were black after walking bare feet in the room. The toilet had a reddish scum ring and didn’t look like it had been scrubbed for a month. Used dental floss on floor of bathroom. Dirty dirty. I had to use bleach wipes to clean light switches and counters. I actually bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors and purchased blue drop ins for the toilets. A homeless person tried to open our door at 4AM. A prostitute was working the corner and using the hotel. People were in the parking lot smoking marijuana . I told the front desk the room was dirty and asked when they would clean the room. They said they clean the rooms every 14 days.

I want to start this by saying the check in process was good. The ladies working were very kind and welcoming. The room though was absolutely disgusting and it’s more than housekeeping can fix. There were no toiletries in the room. All night long there are multiple dogs barking. Mildew smell and the bathrooms were horrible. There were rips in carpet. It just seems like this hotel isn’t up to par and it’s sad because there is some potential for it to be a nice place.

Yes ..The rooms are not upto standard. I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels earlier but this time found it in very shappy condition. No kitchenette, not a single item, room and toilet is also very very old, floor was bit dirty, overall not upto the mark in any standard yet the charges are 130+, not a value for money at all. I don't think I'll book this again here or anywhere else for the same cost.

Front office was nice. Room was very average. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tiny microwave. A single bar of cheap soap in bathroom. Patches on walls that were left unpainted, bathtub hardware had waterspots showing it wasn’t cleaned and the bathtub curtain rod was coming out of the wall and about to fall off.

We checked in as a family of 4 with one small dog. Property did not feel safe to walk around after dark. No amenities - but that was listed. Room and beds were clean but cabinets were in very poor condition. Only one small bar of soap and 2 small water cups were given. No options for coffee in room or anywhere on the property. No ice available. Luggage cart had flat tires. Front desk woman was friendly and courteous and explained all charges well. Hoping to get my $100 security deposit back as I did not take pictures of the room at check in. Hopefully they were already aware of the “damages” to the cabinets and carpet. We did not encounter any issues during our stay.

It was borderline not good but I gave ok because the Staff were extremely friendly but too much foot traffic for a one point of sale register they are unable to do more than one customer at a time. I went to take a shower and found roach in my washcloth and bugs in the bedding we checked out upon finding those. Front desk complained I smelled like cigarettes when I came down during my stay to ask a question- they asked if I smoked in the room (I said no was smoking outside far end of parking lot) and warned me I would be banned for life if smoked in room. Girl told me I ‘reeked’! Also dresser and nightstand drawers kept opening by themselves. That is why I went to front desk- showed them video of one of the drawers doing this. Fridge door had many rust spots all over the door and only had ONE plastic drink cup in bathroom. Bed and pillows stunk.

The biggest issue was fraud. I booked my stay on hotels.com (this was my second and last stay here) noting I had pets. When I checked in, they surprised me with a $28-a-day pet charge! This didn't happen before and wasn't mentioned on the website. I was given a statement of \"This is our policy\". Had I know that, I would have booked a better hotel. I have no problems paying my way, but I will not tolerate being cheated. Be aware!

The room itself looked very clean, dust free etc. But we noticed immediately that our feet turned black when walking barefoot on the wood floors. So that says the cleaning crew do not mop or mop often. Woke up in the middle of the night and found a German cockroach running across the bathroom sink. The idea of extended stay is good, but when a microwave is nearly rusted all the way through...it cannot be deemed safe. They really need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. They are old. The door to the garbage cabinet was falling off the henges. The main problem is level of loudness. The doors to rooms slam and the walls shake. People smoke on the outside balcony and the A/C units suck the smoke in. When people above you walk, it's LOUD!
