I had a wonderful stay at this hotel this weekend! From the moment I arrived on Friday, I felt truly welcomed. The two young ladies at the front desk who checked me in were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they made such a great first impression and provided outstanding customer service.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything I needed was available. The entire staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better.
Thank you to everyone for making my visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area!

Hotel was clean and staff was polite however I booked this hotel specifically because they listed EV chargers. There is only one and it was taken by the time I arrived. Just be warned if you book for this reason.

The stay was amazing. The room was clean.

Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away from the older guests.

Great trip! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

We stayed in a suite.
There was no table and chairs.
A couch for two when the room slept 4.
Just underwhelming.
We will not stay here again.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good. The room was maybe a bit under the normal quality I get from a Hampton Inn.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows fantastic. The breakfast was quite good and fresh mango was a really nice surprise.

From a warm welcome at check in to a cheerful good bye everything was excellent.
Victoria
Very clean room, AC was already on for us, and breakfast was nice in the AM! It was a last minute stay and a great choice.
Ginu
The room we got was a worn-out room, which felt like a room from way past.
The refrigerator wasn't working, so we reached out to the front desk to help. They said they are helpless since the hotel is booked out, and the person helping just took over and is not aware of the situation.
It was very hard and felt helpless since we are traveling with a 6-month-old baby

We stayed at this property overnight while attending graduation at UF. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nicely but together with plenty of sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the assortment was phenomenal. If we ever have need to return to Gainesville this is the place we will be staying.

Previous visits to Hampton inns were good but this one is not. The beds are worn and springs squeak. The pillows are very bad too. And the road noise is terrible. Did not sleep at all. A complete waste of money.

We paid (gouged) over $500 per night (2 nights) because it was UF Family Weekend. There was a funky smell in the lobby. Our room was ok: clean, plenty of towels, shower supplies, etc. however, i found it uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible, the sheets were pilled and the ac unit was loud while running and turning off, plus it took a while to cool off. Breakfast was very good- food and replenished quickly.
Charging over $500 a night is simply awful and greedy. We paid it b/c we wanted to see our daughter. I don’t think we will stay here again.

Me and family had a great time staying at the Hampton Inn in Gainesville’s. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be booking the Hampton next time I am in town. I really enjoyed my stay. Shout to to my girl Seven, a sweetheart and with great customer service. She made sure I had everything I needed and checked in from time to time .
Ali
We were there to help move in my daughter. The hotel is right off Archer Road exit. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The hotel and rooms are little older style but did the job. The rooms ar comfortable and clean. They had daily room service which was nice to come back to the room after long days helping with move in and shopping for essentials. Rhe hotel had daily complimentary breakfast but it was the same everyday. No big deal especially for quick grab and go. The room had microwave and mini fridge...standard features in most hotel rooms. Overall pleased with our stay and good value for the money.

Had a good time in Gainesville
Hampton Inns are very consistent. The room is nice and the free breakfasts are great. The only two negatives were the A/C and the housekeeping. They ran behind one day and couldn't get the bed made and the towels changed. So I asked one of the housekeeping staff if she could give me towels and she said no. So I had to go downstairs to get them. The A/C was set on 76 and it was very hot outside so I tried to turn it down. It would come on for 15 mins and then turn off without having brought the temperature of the room down to the desired setting I'm not sure why. But overall, I would stay there again. The desk staff was very nice
