Front desk clerk Shelly was wonderful!
Mark
Clean room but the air did not work right

I was on a long drive from Atlanta to Key West and was dog tired and needed a place to sleep. This was closest to 75 and I just picked it. I was close to Wawa for food and gas after midnight. I slept showered and went to find coffee and I found Brenda setting up breakfast on Easter! My entire trip was better for having breakfast with Brenda as she was setting up the dining area for breakfast! She was delightful and kind! Thank you for everything Ms Brenda

The long term customers and maintenance were problems.
Stormie
It was easy access and an easy place for my family to crash

It was across from a great restaurant
Melissa
The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was great. Rooms are aging and aren't \"clean in the corners\", but acceptable for the price. Pool was great, but a net for removing bugs would have been nice. We picked 1 up after the first day, as pool bugs are expected, but should be netted daily, or at least a net available, Beds and bedding comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Ice Macines and laundry have been updated. Breakfast was the low point. We were there for 5 nights, and there were no eggs or meat restocked on the buffet any day that we were there. Pretty much waffles, apples, and cereal. We had to leave the hotel daily for an acceptable meal. This is my experience this year which has improved (other than breakfast) from consecutive stays over the last 7 years. .

The room was clean, a lot of counter top space, and nice mirrors. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast room, the breakfast was standard. Plenty parkings.
Janeen
The room was very dated and no upkeep. Mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit was old and did not work very well at maintaining the room temp. I would definitely go somewhere else next time.
Leidy Laura
Mi habitación tenia el baño bastante descuidado, deberían considerar hacer algunas reparaciones
Laura
We had a great stay for Morgan Wallen! Clean friendly and pool was HUGE! They didn’t up charge for the concert!!!
marisol
The room was very clean and the staff at the front desk. She was really nice and the breakfast area was beautiful. I wish they’d turn that back into a restaurant. I think it’d be really really nice. Parking was good and the bed was comfy. I slept very peaceful there thank you.
Sara
Staff was great. Air conditioning wasnt working but other than that our stay was great
Amanda
It was a trashy motel
Ashley
The staff specifically
Jessica
All out dated. Lots of rust and mold and broken fixtures. Very run down.
Courtney
I booked this room to stay after a concert so we didn’t end up arriving until after midnight, we arrived to a puddle of water on the floor in front of the fridge along with what appears to be animal feces of some sorts. We were tired, didn’t even have the energy to deal with it and knew there weren’t other rooms available anywhere in town, and went to sleep. Told the desk the next morning. The staff was very sweet. I would’ve enjoyed my stay much more if I hadn’t walked into that. Made me feel gross and like I was ready to get up the next morning and leave.
Freedom
room was clean! staff was very nice and was able to help me around
Michael
Staff was excellent. Very courteous, took care of a simple problem with the A/C immediately.
MARY ANNE
We were so happy with the breakfast and the young lady. Brenda who helped. The coffee wasn't hot and she took it and put it in the microwave. They ran out of eggs and she went and cooked more for us. She loaded up the syrup for the waffles. I mean we could not have asked for a better breakfast and it was included with the price of the room
Wilfredo
It was just a one night stay and didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast. The room was clean and the room for the price was not bad. The bathroom though was very outdated with yellow and pink tiles and the sink faucet old and not working properly.
Mike
Clean and comfy room, nice community.
Claude
Nice place
Michael
Solid hotel for the price
Mark
I was really hoping for a restful night, but this stay was incredibly frustrating. The soundproofing is nonexistent; I could hear every single thing happening in the rooms next to me and above me. It felt like the walls were made of paper.
To make matters worse, there was a small dog barking in a nearby room throughout the entire night. Between the thin walls and the constant noise, I barely got any sleep. If you are a light sleeper or actually want some peace and quiet, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. I won't be staying here again.

Terline
Everything was nice and neat I enjoy my stay thank you..

My expectations were not very high, but the one area that really was not very good was the breakfast.

Came in after traveling all day and the room was over 90° took hours to cool down.
I was looking forward to a shower after a long day and the shower was completely disgusting. Covered in layers of visible gunk, so much so the build up started flaking off. Even running the shower water would’ve cleaned it more than it probably has been cleaned in multiple visits. The shower walls were smeared with something black and the faucet was covered in yellow. So I did not shower.
Spilled a little water on the floor and used a washcloth to wipe it up. The washcloth came up black.
Dead roach in room.
And the ice machine didn’t work when I had brought a cooler food with me, which was unfortunate.
Saw other reviews that stated the cleanliness of this place, that is why I chose it. I don’t know if it was only this room that had been skipped over, but this is the dirtiest hotel experience I have had.
I wanted to share my experience because that’s my only priority and I felt mislead.
I was staying there for less than 12 hours and came in late. I had carried multiple bags up, and wanted a few hours of sleep before hitting the road again. Next time I will drive another hour or two for another spot or sleep in my car because I can’t believe I spent money on that.
I will say the front desk staff was very friendly and I don’t blame them for my dirty room.
they do have a complementary breakfast (I only got a coffee, scared of how clean the kitchen was)

Breakfast was adequate. Room was cool with air-conditioning

There were cocroaches in the room. My bed sheets had a hole in them. The electric outlet on the nightstand only one plug in out of 4 work. The room was clean. My wife was totally freaked out by the cocroaches and slept in all her clothes. She tried to get me to get another room at Holiday Inn Express, but they were sold out. Totally ruined any chance of romantic getaway.
Scott
The breakfast was a good value for a budget hotel. The room met our expectations. Its an older muldind everything worked.
Michael
Decent
Christopher
I would not recommend staying here. No towels, shampoo containers empty, phone to report issues not working, ice machine not working, safe malfunctioning, and worst of all, the noise level was way beyond acceptable due to noisy partying in the parking lot until after 1am. I do commend the staff for doing what little they could to resolve the issues but they are not given the training, knowledge or authority to handle these issues. Shame on Quality Inns for operating such a dismal property.

Breakfast was definitely lacking. Room was very outdated. Staff was friendly
Georgette
The older lady at the front desk was not so friendly walking in. But she wasn’t the worst but the rest of the staff like the housekeeper and the older black lady that does the breakfast was really nice. They have good energy and worked with a smile
ANDERSON
Dirty facilities, poor breakfast.
Gary
Good breakfast and great area for eating! Better seating than a lot of restaurants.
David
A lot of new renovations and they are beautiful! Loved the bed! Not your run of the mill cheap hotel mattress. Super soft pillow top. Best sleep we had in a while.
Wayne and Lori
Staff absolutely incredible. Property was adequate for price. Breakfast was mediocre but hot and available so no complaints.
Sachie
Outdated quality inn we ever stayed. Breakfast is okay. Room is ok for one night. Shower is outdated low pressure on water. People are very kind and nice.
Sarah
The rooms were tidy except for being a little dusty and needed to be aired out. For breakfast they had eggs, pancake, and waffles. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking was free.
Mike
This is a good place for a short stay. Smelled like permanaent cigarette smoke and the walls are very thin - noisey.
Allan
Very, very outdated...I had a 3 day stay, I did not want room service being I was going to be in and out throughout the day. Even with a Do Not Disturb card hung on the door the room service folks entered and changed out the linens and towels. The ICE machine did not function, and the breakfast had one scrambled egg burnt in a warming pot and a single slice of bread. This was at 7am...lol....100% do NOT recommend!!
Wasia
Friendky staff
Michael
Bathroom need attention!

Parking easy secure
Lisa
The staff were great, very friendly. The room was fine, beds were comfortable however the shower and toilet area could use an upgrade. The price was fair for a one night rest. The breakfast was your choice of self serve waffles and something that I didn’t look at in a crockpot. We chose to go across the road to Waffle House. Overall, not a bad place but not the nicest. I definitely wouldn’t pay more than $100/night nor for multiple nights.
ELISEANNE
Our room was clean for an older hotel. The staff was fantastic. However the matresses on the beds were definitely not top of the line or even mid line. Our room was a non smoking room, but due to the location being next to the ice machine, anyone smoking in the hallway, drifted into the room.
Daryl
Not a hotel I would recommend. Old, outdated, poorly cleaned rooms, subpar breakfast, in need of repairs and updates.
Randi
The front desk lady she was short and she had short brown hair. She was really very sweet. She helped me a lot, and I really appreciated. Her breakfast was lacking. OK I understand meat expensive but come on. We’re in the south. How about some grits little lady in the cafeteria was nice. I’m sure because I stay at these quality Inn by Wyndham’s. This was the worst people were down the hall, smoking crack.
Matthew
Brenda (breakfast) was great. Staff was helpful.
Caleah
As we were leaving I heard another guest at the front desk: “This was a place to rest our heads BUT,” and that’s all you need to know about this. Outdated, beds and pillows super uncomfortable, very loud, breakfast was ok, although eggs in a crockpot tasted like rubber.
Anne
I pulled up at the inn and thought, \"Wait, is this the place?\" because it looks abandoned. It's a sad, desolate, almost creepy place, though the staff are lovely.

The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and very nice staff
Marcia
Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was good. The entire facility was in need of updating and/or coat of paint. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. There wasn't even peanut butter or bagels and cream cheese. What was available was okay.
David
Nice property... great breakfast
James
clean room bed was comfortable would definitely stay again 👍
Terri
Room was clean. Staff was nice.
Jackie
Room was fine. Front desk staff was great! Woman working in breakfast area was a ride as i have ever seen. Breakfast was never ready when times were started and she was extremely snappy and seemed miserable. Other than that stay was great.
Adriana
Staff ok. The hotel is very old and the lowest price in the area. Breakfast was good and the night was quiet. I liked that your can access the rooms form the outside and I side too.
Katelyn
The hotel was decent but my husband barely slept due to people loudly partying in the parking lot outside.
Russell
Great stay everyone was friendly...
Melissa
The staff was wonderful and the room was very welcoming.
Melissa

Claudia Carvalho

How to wonderful time there was treated beautifully. The staff was wonderful
Brandon
Typical Continental Breakfast but the cook was amazing! The front desk ladies were great and super helpful. The hotel is old, a little run down, but clean and kept up. Worth the money and then some! We slept great there! The staff was amazing. It is close to restaurants and easy to get on the highway. We will definitely stay if we are in need again!
Jamie
The staff were great and the room was clean!
John
All good
Francesco
Fair quality price ratio. Cannot complain
Darlene
The staff was very friendly, efficient and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We came into town for construction work. It was freezing cold the morning we arrived and weren't able to work. I called and spoke with Schelley, explained our situation. She was so understanding and said I found you some rooms that you can check in early and come warm up. Upon arrival she was just as kind in person. We have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always excellent. Schelley went above and beyond to help us. Anytime i am in the Gainesville area, I will make sure to stay here. Thank you
Rosemary
The bathtub was absolutely disgustedly old and stained and gross.
VENKATESWARLU
Bathroom was not in good condition for the price paid
Alma
Good service clean very easy to get to
Edward
The hotel staff was excellent at check-in and check out.
MARY
The place needs a good painting!
James
I liked that it was close to the expressway. Parking was easily accessible. But, the toilet ran constantly and the serviceman left at 4pm. So, we had to manually cut off the water after each flush! Also, there was no meat for breakfast., and hard scrambled eggs. Not very tasty.
Ernesto
Clean room and nice amenities.
Gabriel
Good

The staff could not have been nicer!! They were positively wonderful!
robert
Continental breakfast was waffle maker, dried toast and oatmeal nothing else so we just got subpar coffee to go
Balasubramani
The first room allocated has water leaks from refrigerators so requested new, that too not to the expectation. The overall rating is above 8 but actually should be between 4-5
Morris
Could use some remodeling and upgrades for sure but parking was easy, close to I-75, room was cool and a good size.
Simeon
Clean room
Benjamin
The room was a mess. There were people on the balcony yelling outside the room and smoking marijuana.
William
clean room, friendly staff
Steve
Dirty rooms. Smelled like mold and smoke. Didn’t even stay the whole night, it was so nasty. Left at 3am. Slept in my clothes.
