Very friendly staff. The hostel was very clean and it is located in a quite area around 15 minutes walking from Khao San Road which is a very good location. High recommend it.

Excellent.

At the centre of old Bangkok, within the walking distance to all the main attractions and city centre, with day and night markets all around.
Hotel itself not too big and very homie, with nice lady preparing delicious breakfast different everyday.
Nice rooms, daily house keeping, air-condition, fan, mini fridge and safety box.
Much more than you'll expect for that price.

The area is grest and the owners sweet. Simple clean rooms. The roof view must be from another time era... When it was the tallest building around. Disappointing to see that the orange drink was axed from the complimentary breakfast and many Russians have discovered this place.

The major problem of the hotel is ladyboy owner who is always on the frontdesk reception daytime. Dealing with him/it/her itself makes the whole stay miserable. The hotel is old, bedsheets are dusty and look like there is bed bags, my family have bites all around growing every night. But its cheap.

Nice family friendly hotel!

The hotel is located close to Kosan rd but in a peaceful area! The breakfast was great, good Thai choice. I had a medical problem when I stayed there and the staff went out of their way to help me. A nice place to stay, Nice People!!

Basic No-Frills Room

Overall a good experience.

Rooms were in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to plenty of landmarks. Free breakfast every morning was nice as well as two free bottles of water every day. It's slightly more expensive than rooms of similar quality in the same general area but since I booked last minute I'm not in a position to complain.

It’s definitely a budget hotel, with a hard bed but the room was clean. Area is also good being able to walk to khaosan rd. The ladyboy that works front desk is not friendly and even less helpful

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Bangkok. I liked it. The room is basic and antiquated but very comfortable. The staff is very kind and the breakfast buffet was good. Khan san road is about a ten minute walk away

there's no problem for me to stay here as i'm single man.free break fast and wifi and hotshower available.

but for those traveler who wanna bring thier \"girl friend\" you need pay extra money on front before 12 midnight.otherwise you get 1,000bhat fine.

Comfortable hotel in old city area

Good value hotel. Hotel staff is kind, they even left extra waters and toilet paper in a bag outside my door on days I didn't have room cleaned. Breakfast was good as well, and included with the stay. 5-10 min walk to khao San road.

Love at second sight

When you arrive in this hotel, the super unfriendly ladyboy at the recep and your prison-like room, you might think: Should I stay or should I go? But after experiencing Bangkok, its hotels and quarters, I swear you this is a real good -if not the best place-to stay!

Why?
You have a room with balcony. Which is real rare in this big city. In many hotels, you can't even open the windows (or have no windows).

you're in a silent,friendly and cheap are.

the prices of rooms can't be beaten.

You have real good breakfast.

So what else do you want?

The ladyboy may be unfriendly, but she's the way she is. I appreciate this to artificial smiles.

The massage salon of a real charming thai lady is just in front of the hotel. start your day with a real good thai massage for only 200 baht! (!)

Room was very small, the bed very hard. But the breakfast was absolutely amazing everyday! fresh brewed coffee, a different hot dish (panang curry) every day, and salad and eggs and toast. The location was very nice very quiet no chickens no chanting monks very near Kao San and rambuttri but far enough away to not hear any of it.

tucked away in a Soi this cosy hotel is VALUE!

Stayed here several times before, unfortunately the building is aging quite a bit but this hotel still is a perfect choice if you want to comine budget with comfort. The buffet style breakfast is such a surplus and distance to Khao San Rd. is easily walkable! The local area is quiet and gives a nice insight into Bangkok´s Soi-lfe. Staff is extremely friendly nd helpful, they assist you with anything, leave-luggage, booking bus tickets etc. at no extra cost!! Housekeeping is done every day! Local street food stalls are just around the corner and 2 local shops are just outside the hotel. Toiletries, towels and drinking water are provided in the room which also has a fridge! Wifi was working well.

The bathroom was not clean at all. Shopping area and bars 15 minutes away walking. In Tik tuk 5 minutes.
Breakfast that was part of the deal include fry eggs, toast, fish with bok choy (thai food), white rice, milk coffee. Nothing spectacular. I know that almost all the time you get what you pay, but in Thailand you can find with the same price at least cleanisnes in the room and bathroom.

A solid choice but getting expensive at 875 baht a night for two in Dec 2016. Better value at New Siam2 with pool for 120bt more. Rooms need a paint at Roofview and beds are far too HARD. Our room was large but suffered from street noise. Overall acceptable stay for one night this trip. I would stay again and ask for room at rear without motor bike noise all night.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, great location, great wifi. We took a taxi from the airport (420 bhat including expressway tolls). Definitely have the map they provide on their website for the driver. You can get cheap yummy food near Khaosan Rd.

Only downsides were the rock hard mattresses and the black mould on the shower curtain.

Easy walk to khao San or head the other direction for cheap Thai food that's delicious. Everything clean, free bottled water, best breakfast -western and Thai, luggage storage cheap, the free shampoo was better than what I brought from home. Plan to stay again even though not close to the airport.

Can't find better for this price near Khaosan.

God budget place to stay.
I liked it. it was really clean.
Think it's the best for the price.
The breakfast añwas very basic (bread, cereal, rice and 1 thai good) but they had good pineapple and watermelon. You don't really expect fruits for this price budget hotel.
Quite at night. Well maintained for everything. They don't even forget to give you water everyday. You don't even need to ask, they just hang the bottles up on the door. Very good.

The hotel is an excellent option if you are not carrying a thick wallet. The rooms are small but very clean, bathroom excellent, free shampoo, free soap, clean towels, air condition was not superb but it worked just enough to maintain a near comfort level.

The breakfast was nice, just the right options. The staffs were good and friendly.They even paid on my behalf for an online purchase made by me in my absence which was so pleasantly surprising because i had not informed them about the order.

The best aspect of the wholestay was the wifi, superb speed and connectivity.

Will definitely stay again and suggest others to stay.

Room was nice and clean. It should be superior double but I'm not sure if it was. Big minus was def. hard plastic matress - you get all sticky because of the heat.
Breakfast buffet was nice, nothing special but good. Staff was nice and helpful. It's about 10-15min walk to Khao san road.

Mitten in sympathischer Nachbarschaft und etwas ab von den Party-Hostels liegt das wirklich tolle, kleine, freundliche Hotel mit einem herzlich-gastfreundlichen Team. Es ist kein Hochglanz-Hotel, aber es hat einen Charme, den man nicht kaufen kann. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wohnlich und man bekommt morgens gleich erstmal ein herzhaftes Frühstück bei dem auch vegetarische und vegane Wünsche berücksichtigt werden können.

4.5年前比べ部屋が綺麗になっていました。掃除も満足です。以前はバイキングでしたが、日替わりでワンプレートとフルーツ　コーヒーでした。テレビは小さく映り悪い　エアコンは新しく静かでした。建物は古いが掃除がしっかりされていて好感が持てます。五階建てですがエレベーターはありません。荷物を運ぶ昇降機有り。

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen! Empfang total unfreundlich. Obwohl Check in bis 24.00 angegeben ist, habe ich die Dame wohl aus dem Bett geklingelt (22.30).
Das Ding Balkon zu nennen grenzt schon an eine Unverschämtheit. Ca 0,60 x 1,20 Meter gross, davor ein Holzverschlag, der keinerlei Aussicht zulässt! Das \"Doppelbett\" besteht aus 2 Einzelbetten, wo eine zusätzliche Matratze drauf gelegt ist. Aber immerhin sauber.Für 5€ mehr gibt es deutlich komfortablere Unterkünfte.

De ligging is goed, rustig en paar minuten lopen van Khao San road. De kamer is goed, jammer dat koelkast ookuitgaat als electriciteit uit gaat. De matrassen mogen vervangen worden zijn nogal oud, maar verder alles goed. Airco werkt perfect en maakt niet veel geluid. Het personeel is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.

sejour tranquille, un bon rapport qualité prix

un quartier calme et mignon ou les guest houses remplacent progressivement les habitations; des rues tranquilles qui contrastent avec le brouhaha des grand axes, et de nombreux petits restos et commerces a deux pas; l'acceuil est tres sympathique, le batiment n'est pas luxueux mais pour ce prix modique on ne s'attend pas a un cinq etoiles.

カオサンの近く、サムセンにある、静かなホテル。

滞在した時期が春節の前だからかもしれないが、カオサン周辺の観光客は、中華系よりも、欧米系が多かった。このホテルの宿泊者も多分そうだと思う。カオサン（実際、ホテルの所在地は、カオサンの北側のサムセンになるが。）周辺では、最近の私の定宿です。コストパフォーマンスが高いことが、一番のチョイスです。歯ブラシもなければ、ヘアドライヤーも部屋に備え付けではありません。（リクエストすれば、貸し出しがあるかどうかも私は判りません。）私は持参しますので、問題はありません。施設も少し古くなりましたが、手入れは出来ています。掃除も十分です。朝ごはんもタイ料理が一品と、サラダ類、白ご飯、食パン、コーヒーに紅茶、ミルク？、フルーツも2種類ほど、私には十分です。温水シャワーの水量が少ないこと、荷物用エレベーターのみで、人は階段。でも、屋上（６FLレベル）はホテルの名前の通り、上れて、周囲の眺望が綺麗？です。

딱 별 2.5~3개쯤! 괜찮았습니다.

전반적으로 딱 괜찮은 점 반, 별로인 점 반 이었습니다.
<좋았던 점>
-남자분 스탭, (비교적)젊은 여자분 스탭분이 친절.
-들어올때 키가 따로 있어서 늦은 밤에는 호스텔 사람들만 들어올 수 있음. 안전한 편.
-화물 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐 들고 오르내리지 않아도 됨.
-늦게 자고 늦게 일어나는 바람에 하우스키핑을 못 받은 날에 조용히 문 밖 고리에 새 수건하고 물들 걸어놓고 가셨음.
-변기 수압 와따..!
-방 조명이 좋았음.

<별로였던 점>
-첫날밤에 작은 도마뱀 만남...^.^ 그래서 데스크에 물어보러 가니 안주인으로 보이는 아줌마가 자다 나오셔서 날 안 해칠거라고 괜찮다고 그냥 자라고만 함. 그래도 잡아줄 수 있냐니까 자긴 못 잡는다고 손사래침.. 근데 너무 방을 돌아다녀서 다시 내려가니 웬 할머니 한 분 계심(가족스탭인가..) 다시 말했더니 잡을 사람이 새벽 5시 되어야 온다고 나보고 막대기랑 집게 주면서 쫓아내보라고 함... ㅎ ㅏ.... 덕분에 내 담력만 키우는 계기가 됨. 이거 때문에 제일 이미지 안 좋아짐...
-3층에 묵었는데 수압이 나쁘진 않지만 엄청 좋지도 않음.
-에어컨이 엄청 세진 않음 그치만 틀어놓으면 시원해지긴 함.
더위 엄청엄청 심하게 타는 사람은 여름에는 비추.

개인적으로 위치는 저는 이번엔 시내 한복판은 싫어서 약간 옆쪽으로 잡았어요. 조금 걸어 나가면 마사지샵이너 세븐일레븐, 식당들 꽤 있고 카오산쪽으로 가는데 다리 건너 가면 좀 예쁘고 재밌어요ㅋㅋ 그 길목들에도 전부 가게들이구요. 카오산까지 걸어서 15분 정도면 갑니당. 조식은 이용 안 해봐서 잘 모르겠어요.. 근데 왜 가보셨던 분들이 또 가는지는 알겠어요. 지내다 보니 다 익숙해져요ㅋㅋㅋ

Bonne ambiance, nuits tranquilles, pas de bruits ni de l'intérieur ni de l'extérieur, petit déjeuner complet où on peut facilement entrer en conversation avec d'autres visiteurs dont certains reviennent régulièrement, les photos des chambres ne donnent pas l'impression de luxe mais en faites elles sont bien équipées et confortables (matelas ferme), propres et maintenues. Quatre étages au dessus du rez-de-chaussée avec un ascenseur uniquement pour les bagages.
Je compte revenir, et je recommande cet hôtel à mes proches.

Accueil agréable, un plan des lieux à visiter nous est remis à notre arrivée
À 10 minutes à pied de Khaosan road ce qui est appréciable, proximité mais suffisamment éloigné du bruit.
Petit déjeuner copieux avec tout ce qu'il faut.
Wifi gratuit et performant.
La literie peut être un peu trop ferme si il y avait une remarque à faire

Nettes einfaches Hotel mit guter Lage

Super schneller einfach Check In, obwohl ich Nachts ankam. Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett. Letztes Jahr war dort ein sehr unfreundlicher Ladyboy, aber dieses mal war es ganz anders.
Zimmer einfach aber gut ausgestattet und für knapp 12 Euro (Einzelzimmer) ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Auswahl für Veganer nicht so wirklich aber sonst gutes Frühstück.

10년전의 좋았던 추억으로 기억된 장소라 추억여행으로 2박예약했습니나. 낡았을 거라는 건 알고 갔지만 청결도가 최악으로 변해있어서 대실망이었습니다. 샤워기 볼(헤드)이 더럽다는 인도에서도 본 적 없을 정도로 새까맣고 . . .방바닥에 개미와 먼지, 휴지같은 것이 침대 바닥에 그대로이고. . .샤워는 결국 못했습니다. 식당 새까만 프로펠러의 대형선풍(그래도 샤워기보단 깨끗하네요) 오죽하면 이틀 예약했으나 1박만하고 하루치는 날린채 나왔습니다. 나름 여행 꽤 했는데 샤워볼이 더러워 포기하긴 처음입니다. 저처럼 과거 이곳의 좋았던 점(가격, 청결, 식사, 활기참) 때문에 예약하는 불상사는 없기를 바랍니다.
사진을 안찍어서 못올리는게 아쉽네요.

딱 저렴한 가격 기대하면 딱맞음. 엘베는.없고 화물용 승강기는 있음. 하지만 넣고 빼는건 셀프. 아주머니 직원은 매우 친절. 하지만 젊은 여직원은 서비스 개판. 체크아웃할때 화물용 승강기 사용법을 모르는데.객실내.전화기도 없어서 힘들게.계단으로 내려가서 어떻게 하냐고 딱 한마디 물어봤을뿐인데 왜미리안말했냐고 화를 냄. 시설이 별로인건 싸니가 그렇다고 쳐도 직원이 손님한테 화를 내는건 또 처음겪었음. 위치도 찾기 쉽지않음. 까오산로드에서 걸어서 10~15분. 돈 조금 더 주고 더 좋은 호텔 가세요.

отель выбрал по отзывам предыдущих постояльцев. найти его довольно сложно с 1 раза,- даже таксист из аэропорта плутал. рядом грохот стройки, но, надеюсь, временно. на ресепшн неприветливый персонал. номер убирали так: пол-грязной тряпкой, кровать, типа, поправили. сам номер и мебель - то ли камера, то ли общага. на завтраки не ходил - фойе-столовая аппетит не вызывала. единственный плюс: недалеко от улицы Каосан, хотя за такие же деньги вокруг полно приличных гест-хаусов и отелей. итог: больше не остановлюсь здесь и не посоветую никому.

good place to stay

it is good place to stay near the famous place. it is convenience to using the ship to the downtown but not bus. cheap and good. the towels are old and not clean

Habitación ok. Zero ambiente mochilero o de otro tipo. Terraza sin nada, solo sillas viejas y trastos. Recepcionista MUY ruda.

À mon arrivée plutôt décevant, réceptionniste très désagréable,lit très dur.Mais le lendemain personnel très sympa , petit déjeuner copieux et varié, très bien situé.Finalement il y a tout ce dont a besoin ,frigo , coffre,air conditionné,eau chaude,2 petites bouteilles d'eau par jour et le lit on s'habitue !et puis c'est très propre
Un conseil , même seul prenez la chambre pour deux car single trop petite.
Parfait pour quelques jours

Hotel als Immobilie und die Lage bewerte ich ok.

Wir haben das Hotel mit dem Taxi erreicht und unsere Enttäuschung im Vergleich zu dem Hotel von wo wir gekommen sind / von Pattaya / war ziemlich gross. Die Dame an der Reception war sehr formal, nicht besonders freudlich und hatte kein Verständnis, dass wir erstes Mal in Bangkok und überhaupt in Thailand waren. Nächste Hürde war das Frühstück, das wir als sehr miserabel bewertet haben. Allgemein die Afmosphäre in diesem Hotel war komisch und für die Gäste nicht einladend. Auch an der Reception der Ladyboy als Frau war überhaupt nicht freudlich gegenüber unserer Fragen. Allgemein würde ich nicht nochmal dieses Hotel für ein Paar Tage buchen.
