Me and my partner loved our stay here. The hotel breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, and a great assortment of items. The room was a perfect size for us and bed was super comfy! All the staff were accommodating. We like to walk so the location was great for us, main attractions are 10-30 minutes away, but grabs are so affordable if walking isn’t your thing. We always felt safe in the city and would definitely stay here again if we came back to Bangkok!

Great location in the old town area. Pick-up and drop off can be challenging because a one-lane narrow street but the property has a parking area where cars can use to turn around. We will stay here again!

I had a room full of ants for my two day stay. I understand the climate and location makes these places more prone to ants however it is the job of the hotel to check for cleanliness. When I went to complain to front desk they they didn't offer me any help, said the manager isn't available. Instead told me to just complain on Expedia. I have reached out by email with phots of the infested room and they just ignore me. Oh and they close the phone in your face when you call.

Our room was very clean and quiet. We had spectacular views from our window and enjoyed a couple nights on the rooftop as well. Very convenient location with fantastic staff and a delicious breakfast! This was our first time visiting Thailand and Thana Wisut really made it a positive and memorable experience!

Overall, the hotel has an excellent location close to pier, main temples and walking streets in Bangkok. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, all of them speak English so that is easy to communicate. Breakfast has different options, the room was a little bit small but it is so convenient and comfortable, I recommend 100% this hotel and I will come back for sure.

Overall, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Location is a short walk from many restaurants, food carts and the famous Khoasan road.
The hotel staff was very attentive, provided a scale to weigh luggage before our flight. What was missing was consistent Wi-Fi connection. If you want or need to get work done via internet, good luck. No one could seem to fix the issue and thus our 2 week stay was without internet connection made it less enjoyable.

We stayed there for a week and initially didn’t include breakfast, but added it later. One day, while we were in the dining area, a staff member publicly confronted us, shouting that we needed to pay first, which was very embarrassing. The next morning, one of us had an early breakfast, and they repeatedly called our room every half hour to demand payment. We explained that we were staying for a week and had already provided a security deposit, so there was no need to treat us as if we were stealing.
Additionally, while they did change the sheets, the replacements always had stains. Overall, the staff were not friendly but came across as overly greedy and unprofessional.

The staff at this hotel were wonderfully helpful. I took a taxi back from a market and the driver was honest and friendly. He said he could take me to the airport when I leave. I took his name and number. The problem though I could not speak Thai and he could not speak English. I asked a lady (the one with short hair and slim build) at the first desk if she could call the driver to confirm my ride. She took care of it and I was very happy with my ride back to the airport. All in all, everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be traveling to Bangkok again next year and this is the hotel I will be staying.

It's a nice hotel, clean and modern. It's located on a side street, so away from traffic, and is a close walk to Khao San Road. Staff are friendly. The biggest issue I encountered was with the drainage in my room, which seemed to be backed up as there was a horrible smell in my bathroom during my stay.

This place is very nice although a bit of the beaten path. No cab or tuktuk driver seemed to have a clue how to find it, even when you spoon feed them the address and showed them the route on Google maps. The facilities, amenities and breakfast were first rate. You will pay a 500 baht \"security deposit.\" Kiss it goodbye. Mine was forefeited after Detective Columbo returned from my room inspection to inform me that the bathroom towels were dirty. Whatever!

Even though i had a very late check in from my flight they made sure someone was there for me. It's a 3* hotel, and you get a 3* experience. It's perfect as somewhere to put your head down. It's clean, comfortable, close to points of interest, staff are friendly, has WiFi, and the aircon works.
It doesnt do anything more than that, and that's their market.

Cons: The room is nice but upon entering, I noticed that there were only one pillow for each guest and I can't sleep well with only 1 pillow so I immediately called front desk and asked for additional pillows. Frontdesk said that they are fully booked and there are no extra pillows available. It was the first time I heard of such a response from a hotel! So this means that they will let their guest sleep uncomfortably because they are fully booked and no extra pillows available.. unbelievable! I would also like to mention that there were no slippers and dental kit provided so bring some or buy from the 7/11 store on the other side of the road.
The sound proofing of the room is also poor. I could hear noises from the other room, tiny noises like hanging clothes from their rack, opening and closing of the doors and even small conversations which made my sleep even more uncomfortable.
When I requested for iron and ironing board, they said it is not available and being used by other guests. They didn't even bother asking those guests if they are finished ironing and lend me the iron! The staff didn't bother to help me and assist me with my need and just said that they are booked.

Everyone at the front desk is really nice and helpful and the rooms are nice for the price you pay. Walking distance to Khosan. No complaints and would definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok!

The only things that are lacking is that the hot water system is not very good, the water temperature is inconsistent and i almost showered in cold water throughout. the soundproofing between rooms is bad as well i could literally hear my next door and opp neighbour conversation. Sadly i had a very rowdy neighbour opp unit that parties till 3 am
